| 研究了4种金属离子Cu2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Pb2+对禾花鱼胚胎的急性毒性和联合毒性。结果表明,4种重金属对禾花鱼胚胎的毒性大小依次为Cd2+>Zn2+>Cu2+>Pb2+,安全浓度分别为0.0010、0.0032、0.0081、0.0147mg/L。重金属对胚胎联合毒性强弱为Cd2+-Pb2+>Cu2+-Cd2+>Zn2+-Pb2+>Cu2+-Zn2+,Cd2+-Pb2+、Cu2+-Cd2+2个组合表现出拮抗作用,并在不同程度上致禾花鱼胚胎死亡、畸形。据此就Cu2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Pb2+对禾花鱼胚胎的急性致毒效应特征,禾花鱼胚胎对Cu2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Pb2+的安全浓度以及重金属离子间联合毒性效应进行了分析与探讨。 |

| The acute toxicities and joint toxicities of Cu2+、Cd2+, Zn2+, Pb2+on the embryos of Procypris merus are studied. The results showed that the toxicity sequence of four heavy metals to Procypris merus was Cd2+>Zn2+>Cu2+>Pb2+，Their safe concentration( SC)were 0.0010 mg/L, 0.0032 mg/L, 0.0081 mg/L, 0.0147 mg/L，respectively. The joint toxicities of Cu2+、Cd2+,Zn2+, Pb2+on the embryos of Procypris merus was Cd2+一Pb2+>Cu2+一Cd2 +>Zn2+一Pb2+>Cu2+一Zn2+ ,the toxicity of mixture Cd2+一Pb2+ and Cu2+一Cdz2+ showed to be antagonistic，and these heavy metal ions lead to the death and malformation of embryos of Procypris merus under different concentrations. Finally，the thesis talked about the acute toxicity effects，SC and the joint toxicity of Cu2+、Cd2+,Zn2+, Pb2+on Procypris merus. |
