中文摘要:旨在从黄芪中筛选出降解甲醛的内生真菌。采用形态学分析和序列比对分析鉴定内生真菌,并利用单因素法研究不同因素处理对菌株AL06降解甲醛特性的影响。结果表明,菌株AL06属于溜曲霉Aspergillus tamarii,通过单因素试验分析培养条件对菌株降解甲醛的影响,得出菌株AL06降解甲醛的最适条件为:甲醛质量浓度200 mg/L,pH 7.0~7.5,培养温度28~30℃,摇床转速160 r/min。 |

Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Astragalus membranaceus with Degrading Formaldehyde and Its Degrading Characteristics |

Abstract:The endophytic fungi was isolated from Astragalus membranaceus by pure culture method and classified based on standard morphological identification and gene sequence analysis. And the single-factor tests were used to study the capability of degradation characteristics of strain AL06. The strain was identified as Aspergillus tamarii. The optimum conditions of formaldehyde degradation were as follows: mass concentration of formaldehyde 200 mg/L,pH 7.0-7.5,incubation temperature of 28-30 ℃,rotating rate of 160 r/min. |
