萨福克羊发育过程中外周血IFN γ、IgG和IL 2质量浓度的变化

中文摘要:为分析萨福克羊生长发育中部分免疫分子的分泌特点,探讨萨福克羊的免疫学特征。以萨福克羔羊为研究对象,应用ELISA方法检测全年12个月和全天24 h绵羊外周血中γ干扰素(IFN γ)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和白细胞介素 2(IL 2)的质量浓度,分析其年周期和昼夜节律变化。结果表明,从初生到周岁的17个时间点,萨福克羔羊外周血中IFN γ质量浓度变化不显著(P>0.05);羔羊吮吸初乳以后外周血中IgG和IL 2质量浓度迅速升高;IgG质量浓度在羔羊吮吸初乳以后显著高于2月龄、3月龄、4月龄、5月龄、6月龄、8月龄、10月龄、11月龄和12月龄(P<0.05);IL 2质量浓度在7月龄显著高于羔羊初生未吮吸初乳、7日龄、1月龄、2月龄、3月龄、4月龄、5月龄和12月龄(P<0.05);全年羔羊外周血中IgG和IL 2质量浓度变化趋势一致。在6月龄羔羊全天4个时间点,其外周血IgG、IFN γ和IL 2的质量浓度变化均不显著(P>0.05)。说明,初乳能显著提高羔羊的免疫水平,季节转换影响羔羊免疫分子的分泌,萨福克羊免疫分子的分泌具有年周期和昼夜节律变化特征。

Mass Concentration Variation of IFN γ, IgG and IL 2 in Peripheral Blood during the Growth of Suffolk Sheep
Abstract:The purpose of this study was to analysis secretion characteristics of partial immune cytokines, and provide a immunological features of Suffolk sheep. The enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) of interferon γ(IFN γ), immunoglobulin G(IgG) and interleukin 2(IL 2) in the peripheral blood of Suffolk were assayed. The mass concentration variation of IFN γ, IgG and IL 2 were analyzed throughout the day and the year. The results showed there were no significant difference of IFN γ concentration on seventeen time points throughout the year(P>0.05). The mass concentrations of IgG and IL 2 in lambs were increased after feeding colostrum. The mass concentrations of IgG were significantly higher in 0.5 hour old with feeding colostrum than in 2 month old, 3 month old, 4 month old, 5 month old, 6 month old, 8 month old, 10 month old, 11 month old and 12 month old (P<0.05). The mass concentrations of IL 2 were significantly higher in 7 month old than in 0 day old without feeding colostrum, 7 day old, 1 month old, 2 month old, 3 month old, 4 month old, 5 month old and 12 month old (P<0.05). The mass concentration variation of IgG was consistent with IL 2 throughout the year. There were no significant difference of IFN γ, IgG and IL 2 concentration on four time points throughout the day in 6 month old Suffolk sheep(P>0.05). It was showed that colostrum could significantly improve the level of immunity in lamb. The secretion of immune cytokine were changed during the seasonal transition and showed annual rhythms and circadian rhythms in Suffolk sheep.
