| 中文摘要:从新疆各植棉区采集棉花枯萎病病株,经分离纯化获49个单孢菌株.接种试验表明:49个菌株均使棉花产生枯萎病症状.利用氯酸钾诱变棉花枯萎病菌,产生抗氯酸盐的硝酸盐营养突变株(nitmutant),49个菌株共诱发获得336个nit突变株.将获得的nit突变株作营养亲和性配对反应,可将49个菌株分为4个亲和群,其中46个菌株属同一亲和群,它们均与7号小种的nit突变株相亲和,其余3个菌株分别属于其它亲和群. |

| Study on Vegetative Compatibility among Isolates of F. oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum in Xinjiang |

| Abstract:49 strains of F.oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum were collected from diseased cotton stalks of main cotton productive region in Xinjiang.Inoculation assay indicated that cotton is different degree sensitive to 49 strains,49 strains produced 336 nitrate no nutilizing mutant on PSA media amended with 1.5% KClO3,complementation or vegetative compatibility tests were carried out on minimal media by pairing the nitmutants from the same strain and from different strains,49 strains were assigned to 4 vegetative compatibility groups(VCGs),VCG1 contains 46 strains which were vegetative compatibility with nitmutants of race 7,and each of other three VCGs only include one. |
