【目的】探讨茄子接种褐纹病菌后保护酶活性的变化与茄子品种抗性之间的关系,为研究茄子褐纹病的抗性机制提供理论依据。【方法】对6个不同抗病性的茄子品种接种褐纹病菌,于接种后不同时间测定接种叶片和对照叶片中保护酶活性、丙二醛含量及相对电导率的变化。【结果】接种后抗病品种的POD、PPO、SOD及PAL活性增加幅度较大,且抗病品种POD、PPO、SOD及PAL活性峰值比感病品种高;抗病品种和感病品种的CAT活性在整个侵染期均呈现不同程度的下降趋势。在整个发病期内感病品种的MDA含量和相对电导率变化值显著大于抗病品种。【结论】POD、PPO、SOD及PAL活性越高,品种的抗褐纹病能力越强,可作为判断茄子品种抗病性的生化指标。抗病品种的抗性物质自我调节能力较强,减轻了细胞受伤害的程度。 |

Resistant response in protective enzymes of different eggplant cultivars to Phomopsis vexans |

【Objective】This study discussed the relationship between the changes of protective enzyme activities after inoculation of Phomopsis vexans and resistance of eggplant cultivars to provide theoretical basis for the study of resistance mechanism.【Method】The changes in protective enzymes activities,MDA contents and EC values in treatment and CK leaves were detected after inoculation of Phomopsis vexans to six different eggplant cultivars.【Result】After inoculation of the pathogen,the activities of POD,PPO,SOD and PAL in resistant cultivars increased significantly,and appeared higher peaks than the susceptible cultivars.The activities of CAT declined differently during the whole infection period in both the resistant and the susceptible cultivars.The variations in MDA and EC values in susceptible cultivars were significantly higher than those in the resistant cultivars.【Conclusion】The higher the activities of POD,PPO,SOD and PAL in leaves of eggplants,the stronger the ability of resistance to Phomopsis vexans.These enzyme activities could be used to judge the disease resistance of eggplant cultivars.The resistant cultivars had stronger ability of self-regulation to reduce the degree of injury to cells. |
