Status and Existing Problems of Raw Milk Quality and Safety in Xinjiang

摘要: 阐述了新疆生鲜乳生产现状，发现乳产业中存在的质量安全问题，并在此基础上对国内外生鲜乳质量安全研究现状进行分析，对现有生鲜乳质量安全检测技术进行介绍，期望能为新疆生鲜乳行业的健康快速发展提供一定的帮助。

Abstract: Status of raw milk in Xinjiang was introduced，and the quality and safety problems existing in milk industry was explored.On this basis，research status of raw milk quality and safety both in China and other countries was analyzed，and existing quality and safety testing technology of raw milk was introduced.It was expected to provide some help for healthy and rapid development of Xinjiang raw milk industry.
