茶树菇菌糠复合红泥土基质对西瓜育苗的影响

摘    要:研究不同茶树菇菌糠复合基质对西瓜穴盘育苗的影响,旨在筛选出适用于西瓜育苗的基质配方。试验分别用3~5 mm、<3 mm 2 种粒径的茶树菇菌糠,按照不同比例与红泥土复合并进行西瓜穴盘育苗试验,研究不同基质下西瓜苗的各项指标差异。结果表明:随着复合基质中茶树菇菌糠体积比例的增加,西瓜苗的成苗率、干物质积累、壮苗指数等指标总体呈现上升趋势;而当基质中菌糠体积比例超过70%时,西瓜苗各指标有所下降;复合基质中菌糠比例为70%时较为适宜于西瓜穴盘育苗,且小粒径菌糠较大粒径复合基质更有利于西瓜苗的生长。茶树菇菌糠复合红泥土基质可用于西瓜穴盘育苗,建议使用小粒径(<3 mm)茶树菇菌糠:红泥土=7:3的配方进行西瓜育苗。

Abstract:The effect of composting spent mushroom substrates of Agrocybe aegirit on watermelon plug seedling was studied. Two grain sizes of 3-5 mm and less than 3 mm of spent mushroom substrates from Agrocybe aegirit were adopted in this experiment, they were composited with red mud for watermelon plug seedling based on different proportions and the differences of each index of watermelon seedlings with different substrates were analyzed. It turned out that the index such as seedling rate, dry matter accumulation and strong seedling showed a rising tendency with the increase of volume proportion of spent mushroom substrates of Agrocybe aegirit in composited substrate. While various indexes of watermelon seedlings decreased when the volume proportion of spent mushroom substrates in composited substrate exceeded 70%. The substrate was fit for plug seedling of watermelon when the volume proportion of spent mushroom substrates in composited substrate kept at 70%, and the spent mushroom substrates with small grain size were more conducive to the growth of watermelon seedling compared with composited substrate with large grain size. Therefore, the substrate through composting spent mushroom substrates of Agrocybe aegirit and red mud could be used for watermelon plug seedling, with small grain sizes (<3 mm) and the proportion of spent mushroom substrates: red mud as 7:3.
