| 摘 要： | 近年来大学生创新创业教育工作受到社会各界的高度关注，高校辅导员作为学生的人
生导师和健康成长的知心朋友，在学生的创新教育的过程也扮演着重要的角色。独立学院更是
承担着为地方社会经济发展培养新一批应用型人才的重任。文章以福建师范大学协和学院为
例，分析独立学院在开展创新创业教育中存在的问题，提出充分发挥辅导员思政工作的具体举
措，促进大学生更好地进行创新创业教育，实现创新创业培养人才的目标。

A brief analysis of the orientation of independent college counselors in
innovation and entrepreneurship education |

| Abstract: | Taking union college of Fujian normal university as an example, this paper analyzes the
problems of independent college in carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education, and puts
forward specific measures to give full play to counselors' ideological and political work, so as to promote
college students to better carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education and realize the goal of
cultivating talents through innovation and entrepreneurship. |
