| 摘 要： | 深化农业水价改革，建立科学合理的水价制度，构建农田水利良性运行保障机制，是目前农田水利发展最关注的重要课题。山东省2014 年农业水价改革在禹城市、安丘市、博兴县、沂源县、莒南县5 个县（市）展开。文章介绍了不同试点县农业水价基本情况，分析了农业水价综合改革具体内容，总结了在改革中积累的典型做法，为制定针对山东省不同区域的可复制易推广的农业水价综合机制体制创新模式，推动全面推进农业水价综合改革积累经验、奠定基础；为全国农业水价综合改革提供政策参考。

Agricultural Water Price Reform in Experimental Areas of Shandong Province |

| Abstract: | Deepening agricultural water price reform, building a scientific and reasonable water price system and constructing a safeguard mechanism are important issues in the development of irrigation and water conservancy at present. Agricultural water price reform in Shandong Province has been implemented in five counties including Yucheng, Anqiu, Boxing, Yiyuan and Jvnan since 2014. In this paper, the basic situation of agricultural water price in each experimental area was introduced. Then the details of agricultural water price reform were analyzed and the typical practices accumulated in the reform were summarized. The results will lay a foundation for developing the comprehensive innovation model of agricultural water price which can be easily copied and promoted in different regions of Shandong Province. Moreover, it will provide policy reference for the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price. |
