摘    要:针对农业机械化及其自动化专业本科生产实习内容覆盖不全面、专业技能提升特色不突出、教学实践形式较单一的现实问题,围绕卓越工程师教育和新工科人才培养目标,开展农业机械化专业本科生产实习教学改革与实践。提出了农业机械化及其自动化专业本科生产实习教学内容体系和教学方法改革的具体措施,结合华中农业大学工学院在精量联合直播技术与装备研究领域的校企合作优势资源,进行基于科教融合、凸显专业特色的实习教学过程改革实施;根据企业生产条件、精量联合直播机生产制造过程等精细组织模块化教学内容,根据实践学习特点开展以学生为中心、理论与实践相结合的教学过程创新。实践证明该项教学改革保证了实践教学深度,强化了专业实践特色与广度,学生参与实践活动的主动性与积极性得到提升,并将工程实践与理论相结合,为后续学习和工作奠定了坚实基础。该教学改革研究可为农业机械化专业本科生产实习教学改革提供参考与示范。

Abstract:Existing production practice of agricultural mechanization and automation major have persistent challenges that expand the coverage of internships,enhance professional skills,and enrich teaching practices to achieve goal of excellent engineer education training objectives and new engineering talent training requirements,highlighting a need for teaching reform and practice.The purpose of teaching research was to establish specific measures for reforming teaching contents and teaching methods for production practice of major.A framework of practical teaching with integration of research and education and professional characteristics was set up,which took advantage of superior resources of school-enterprise cooperation in field of agricultural machinery development of Huazhong Agricultural University.Practice content was considerately organized as series professional skills modules according to production process of the company′s main product which was a precision combined seeder innovated by the university.Student-centered teaching process was developed as well as combining theory with practice according to characteristics of practical learning.Practical result has proved that teaching reform guarantees depth of practical teaching,strengthens features and breadth of professional practice,and enhances students′ initiative and enthusiasm for participating in practical activities.It combines engineering practice with theory and lays a solid foundation for follow-up study and work.The research demonstrated a reference for reform production practice teaching for agricultural mechanization and automation major.
