| 摘 要： | 我国进入快速发展阶段之后，城市化进程也在进一步加快，而在这一段时间之中出现的土地资源紧缺的问题就浮现出来，并逐步发展成寸土寸金的局面。土地管理部门需要准确地把握土地实际情况，这样才可以实现土地资源的合理开发与设计。在规划之中，土地测绘作为其技术支持，在信息化技术普及的过程中，让测绘技术获取准确的数据支持。因此，就信息化测绘在土地开发管理之中的应用进行分析，以满足土地的开发管理需求。

| Abstract: | After China has entered the stage of rapid development，the urbanization process is further accelerated，and during this period of time，the shortage of land resources has emerged，and gradually developed into the situation of high cost of land.Land management departments need to accurately grasp actual situation of land so that they can realize rational development and design of land resources.In the planning，land surveying and mapping as its technical support，in the process of the popularization of information technology，mapping technology can obtain accurate data support.Therefore，application of information surveying and mapping in land development and management were analyzed to meet demand of land development and management. |
