| 摘 要： | 利用物联网技术优势构建了苹果产业链物联网管理应用系统，实现苹果产业链状态监测、管理过程控制、模拟预测和咨询服务。采用对比分析法研究了需要解决苹果种植质量控制的问题:应用物联网、大数据、区块链、云计算技术对果园进行管理过程状态监测，通过智能精准管理提高苹果质量，合法保护苹果及苹果加工产品的地理原产地。结果表明，物联网技术应用可以加速苹果产业链大数据整合与共享，降低人工投入成本，通过新一代信息技术推动苹果产业高质量发展。

Application of Internet of Things Management System in Apple Industry Chain:Taking Jingning Apple Industry in Gansu Province as an Example |

| Abstract: | Using advantages of Internet of Things technology，application system of Internet of Things in apple industry chain was constructed to realize status monitoring，management process control，simulation prediction of apple industry and consulting services.The problems of apple planting quality control need to be solved were analyzed by using comparative analysis method:the Internet of Things，big data，blockchain and cloud computing technologies were applied to monitor the management process status of the orchard，improve apple quality through intelligent and precise management，and legally protect geographical origin of apples and apple processed products.Results indicated that application of Internet of Things technology could accelerate integration and sharing of big data of apple industry chain，reduce labor input cost，and promote high-quality development of apple industry through new generation of information technology. |
