多杆件横向推草装置设计与分析

摘    要:立体固沙设备可实现秸秆沙障自动铺筑,横向推草装置是草方格横向铺设装置中重要的组成部分。针对草方格铺设装置所要完成的任务,设计一套既适合工作环境,又能完成推草任务的新型机构。利用计算机仿真技术,运用惯性力平衡原理对推草机构的翻草板进行改进设计,并用Adams软件对推草机构进行动力学仿真,结果表明,优化后的结构比优化前在受力上得到了改善。样机试验结果表明,该装置满足强度和设计功能要求。

Abstract:Stereo sand-fixation equipment can realize paving of straw-sand barrier belts automatically.Transverse grass pushing device is one key component of grass grid ttransverse-paving system.According to the tasks to be done for straw checkerboard paving device,a new link mechanism which could suit for working environment and finish pushing-straw task was designed.Using computer simulation technology and inertia force balance principle,improved design on overturning-straw board of grass pushing mechanism was carried out.Dynamics simulation of grass pushing mechanism was made by Adams software.Results showed that optimized structure has been improved than before optimization in terms of force.Prototype test results showed that the device met the requirements of strength and design function.
