| 摘 要： | 在线课程作为一种教学手段，越来越多地参与进了现代教育模式中，如何建设优质在线课程具有现实研究意义。以“金课”为背景，提出了3种在线课程形式，即慕课、混合课程和虚拟仿真实训课程。分析了地方高校在建设在线课程中存在的实际问题，并提出相应的解决措施，以期为地方高校线上课程的改革提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | As a teaching method，online courses are more and more involved in modern education mode，construction of high quality online courses has practical research significance.Therefore，based on background of“golden course”，3 online courses models of MOOC course，hybrid course and virtual simulation training course were put forward，and practical problems in aspects of policy，operation，teaching concept and curriculum characteristics in construction of online courses in local colleges and universities were analyzed，accordingly，corresponding solutions were put forward，aiming to provide reference for construction and reform of online courses in local colleges and universities. |
