摘    要:圆盘锯式切割部件是柠条联合收割机的关键部件。分析圆盘锯式切割部件的运动过程,结合柠条收割要求,建立三圆盘锯式切割部件的运动参数表达式,并利用UG NX软件建立切割部件模型,导入机械动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS进行动力学分析,对单个锯齿上刃部点的运动轨迹进行仿真分析研究,为柠条收割机结构参数设计提供依据。

Abstract:Disc serrated cutting parts are key components of Caragana korshinskii Harvester.Motion process of disc serrated cutting parts was analyzed.Motion parameter expression of three disc serrated cutting parts was built according to Caragana cutting requirements.Cutting component model was built by UG NX software.This model was imported to mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS to be analyzed using dynamics.Simulation of trajectory for one serrate cutting edge was researched and analyzed.It provided basis of structure parameter design of Caragana korshinskii harvester.
