味精蛋白对鸡代谢能和养分代谢率影响的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
试验选用24只2kg左右的蛋公鸡,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6只鸡,前3个处理分别给每只鸡强饲占体重3%的待测原料,第4个处理作为内源对照组,测定内源排泄量,以评定味精蛋白对鸡代谢能和养分代谢率的影响。结果表明:味精蛋白的总能比豆粕高3.87%,而比玉米蛋白粉低15.56%;粗蛋白含量达到71.45%,分别比豆粕和玉米蛋白粉高64.03%和22.32%。味精蛋白的表观代谢能、真代谢能、粗蛋白表观消化率和真消化率、总氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率均极显著低于豆粕和玉米蛋白粉(P<0.01)。而干物质表观消化率和真消化率三者间无显著差异(P>0.05)。在已测定的17种氨基酸中,除甘氨酸外,味精蛋白粉其他氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率均极显著低于豆粕和玉米蛋白粉(P<0.01)。这表明味精蛋白的养分利用率低于豆粕和玉米蛋白粉。  相似文献

为测定黄羽肉鸡对玉米蛋白粉、酶力肽、菌体蛋白、菊花粉粕和红薯淀粉渣5种饲料原料的养分利用率,试验选用体质量和体况近似的黄羽肉鸡35只,分为7个处理,每个处理设5个重复,每个重复1羽,设5个试验组,试验组分别投喂1种饲料日粮(30%待测饲料原料和70%基础日粮组成),收集的粪便样品待测。结果显示:黄羽肉鸡对酶力肽的表观代谢能、氮校正代谢能、蛋白质表观利用率和蛋白质真利用率均为最高,其次是菌体蛋白或玉米蛋白粉,而菊花粉粕最低|5种原料的氨基酸表观利用率为-130.42% ~ 96.64%,氨基酸表观利用率的最高值均出现在酶力肽中,其次为玉米蛋白粉,最低的为菊花粉粕|氨基酸真利用率总体趋势和表观利用率一致,黄羽肉鸡对酶力肽的氨基酸真利用率最高,为93.80% ~ 99.05%,玉米蛋白粉次之,对菊花粉粕的氨基酸真利用率最低。由此可知,黄羽肉鸡对酶力肽和玉米蛋白粉的利用率较好,对菌体蛋白、菊花粉粕和红薯淀粉渣的利用率较低。 [关键词] 黄羽肉鸡|套算法|饲料原料|利用率  相似文献

饲料氨基酸利用率的测定是进行可利用氨基酸营养研究的一项基础性工作。本研究利用去盲肠公鸡,应用Sibbald“TME”方法,测定了玉米、次粉、高粱、菜籽饼、棉籽饼、棉仁粕、胡麻饼、豆饼、豆粕、鱼粉、豌豆蛋白粉、绿豆蛋白粉、蚕豆蛋白粉的氨基酸表观和真消化率。氨基酸平均真消化率超过90%的依次为豆粕、蚕豆蛋白粉、鱼粉、绿豆蛋白粉、豌豆蛋白粉。消化率低于85%、高于80%的依次为高粱、玉米、次粉,消化率低于80%的依次为棉仁粕、豆饼、菜籽饼、胡麻饼、棉籽饼。所测饲料各氨基酸的平均真消化率大于85%的依次为谷氨酸、异亮氨酸、精氨酸、门冬氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸;消化率在80%~85%之间的依次为丝氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、丙氨酸;小于80%的依次为苏氨酸、赖氨酸和胱氨酸。研究结果表明,不同饲料和不同氨基酸之间消化率存在很大的差异。内源氨基酸排泄量对低蛋白饲料氨基酸利用率存在较大的影响。适当的加工处理对于提高饼粕类饲料的氨基酸消化率具有重要意义。  相似文献

马铃薯蛋白粉在仔猪上的营养价值评定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
选择体重为(16±1.66)kg PIC仔猪18头,在测定马铃薯蛋白粉(PPM)养分、氨基酸含量的基础上进行消化代谢试验。以PPM和豆粕(SBM)分别作为唯一蛋白源配制半纯合日粮,采用无氮日粮法测定两者猪回肠末端氨基酸的表观消化率和真消化率。结果表明:PPM含消化能18.84MJ/kg,可消化粗蛋白质74.08%,蛋白质生物学效价76.87%,均显著高于豆粕。同时,PPM中大部分氨基酸,尤其是Glu、Lys、Pro等的含量、表观消化率或真消化率显著或极显著高于豆粕,回肠真可消化Glu、Lys、Pro的含量分别为20.67%、5.58%、8.16%,分别比豆粕高194.92%、110.34%、94.87%。可见,PPM的能量和蛋白质氨基酸营养价值明显优于豆粕。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究赖氨酸发酵蛋白粉等量替代豆粕蛋白质对肉鸡生产性能和氨基酸利用率的影响,选用正大科宝肉鸡1 400只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理7个重复,每个重复40只鸡.处理1为基础饲粮组(对照组),处理2(G2)和3(G3)分别在基础饲粮中添加赖氨酸发酵蛋白粉替代20%和40%的豆粕蛋白质,处理4(G4)和5(G5)分别在G2和G3基础上添加外源氨基酸与对照组各氨基酸含量相当.试验期分为1~21、22~42日龄2个阶段.44日龄从各处理每个重复中选取1只接近平均体重的鸡,用全收粪法测定饲粮蛋白质和氨基酸利用率.44日龄从对照组选14只体重相近的鸡,用TME法评定赖氨酸发酵蛋白粉的氨基酸表观利用率和真利用率.结果表明:(1)肉鸡平均体重和平均日采食量以G2和G4最高,G2和G4平均体重与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),而日采食量与对照组、G3和G5差异显著(P<0.05),其中以G3最小,且与其他各处理差异极显著(P<0.01),各阶段料肉比以对照组最小,G3和G5较高,且与其余各处理差异极显著(P<0.01);(2)除回肠指数外,消化器官指数G3显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),G4胰腺指数最小,与对照组、G3和G5差异显著(P<0.05);(3)G3肠道pH极显著高于其余各处理(P<0.01),G2、G4和G5的pH亦极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);(4)对照组蛋白质利用率及各氨基酸利用率都较其他处理高,与G3和G5差异极显著(P<0.01);(5)赖氨酸发酵蛋白粉总氨基酸表观利用率和真利用率均低于60%,可利用氨基酸不超过30%.以上结果表明,赖氨酸发酵蛋白粉替代20%豆粕蛋白质是可行的,但替代40%时抑制肉鸡的生长,降低饲粮养分的消化利用率,添加外源氨基酸后得到明显改善;赖氨酸发酵蛋白粉各必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸利用率均较低.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究中华鳖(Trionyx sinensis)幼鳖对蚕蛹、发酵豆粕、肉骨粉和玉米蛋白粉4种饲料原料中粗蛋白质和氨基酸的表观消化率,以寻求中华鳖新型蛋白质饲料原料。试验饲料由70%的基础饲料和30%的待测饲料原料组成,并以0.5%的三氧化二铬(Cr2O3)作为外源指示剂。选取平均体重为(120.0±1.5)g的中华鳖幼鳖150只,随机分成5组(基础饲料组饲喂基础饲料,其他4组分别饲喂1种试验饲料),每组3个重复,每个重复10只,饲养1周后开始用虹吸法收集粪便,进行粗蛋白质和氨基酸表观消化率的测定。结果表明:1)中华鳖幼鳖对肉骨粉、发酵豆粕、蚕蛹中粗蛋白质的表观消化率分别为90.57%、86.34%、85.75%,显著高于玉米蛋白粉的75.98%(P<0.05)。2)动物性蛋白质源中,中华鳖幼鳖对蚕蛹中总氨基酸的表观消化率较高,为92.44%,对肉骨粉中总氨基酸的表观消化率较低,仅为82.48%;植物性蛋白质源中,中华鳖幼鳖对玉米蛋白粉中总氨基酸的表观消化率较高,为96.56%,对发酵豆粕中总氨基酸的表观消化率为87.90%。综合分析得出,蚕蛹可作为中华鳖幼鳖的优质动物性蛋白质源,发酵豆粕可作为中华鳖幼鳖较好的植物性蛋白质源。  相似文献

本试验选用4头经回-直肠吻合手术阉公猪(体重23.5±1.8kg)测定了玉米、次粉、麦麸、乳清粉、血浆蛋白粉、鱼粉、豆粕、菜籽粕、棉籽粕、玉米蛋白粉、花生粕等11种猪饲料氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率.结果表明,乳清粉、鱼粉蛋白氨基酸真消化率最高,菜籽粕、棉籽粕、花生粕较低,玉米蛋白粉最低.  相似文献

通过两个试验测定了味精菌体蛋白粉在肉仔鸡中的能量和回肠氨基酸的表现消化率.试验1选用体重相近的22日龄健康肉仔鸡64只,随机分成2个组,每组8个重复,其中一组饲喂基础日粮,另一组饲喂供试日粮.选用二氧化钛(TiO2)为外源指示剂进行代谢试验.以评定肉仔鸡对味精蛋白粉的能量利用率.结果表明:味精菌体蛋白粉对内仔鸡的氮校正能量的表观利用率为(36.07±2.76)%.试验2选用体重相近的26日龄健康肉仔鸡32只,随机分为8组,选用TiO2为外源指示剂,采用回肠末端法进行代谢试验,对味精菌体蛋白粉的回肠末端氨基酸的表现消化率进行评定.结果表明:肉仔鸡时味精菌体蛋白粉中4种限制性氨基酸的回肠末端表现消化率分别为:赖氨酸(44.45±0.04)%、蛋氨酸(64.66±0.11)%、苏氨酸(45.16±0.04)%、胱氨酸(90.12±0.03)%;肉仔鸡对味精菌体蛋白粉中17种氨基酸的回肠末端表观消化率平均值为(48.23±0.62)%.表明内仔鸡对味精菌体蛋白粉中能量和氨基酸的利用率均较低.  相似文献

本文分别在夏季(平均温度22℃,光照15小时)和秋季(平均温度12℃,光照12小时)采用Sibbalcl“真代谢能法”测定了菜籽饼、棉仁粕、豆饼和豆粕的氨基酸利用率和鸡内源氨基酸排泄量。结果表明,试鸡夏季内源氨基酸排泄量显著高于秋季(P<0.01)。4种饲料样品氨基酸平均表观消化率夏季测定值分别为57.0,67.6,70.7,87.8;秋季测定值分别为70.4,75.4,72,4,91.9。菜籽饼、棉仁粕和豆粕氨基酸消化率夏季测定位显著低于秋季测定值(P<0.05)。4种饲料平均真氨基酸消化率夏季测定值分别为63.6,74.1,75.8,91.1;秋季测定值分别为72.7,79.1,74.2,93.4。夏季测定值除豆饼外,仍低于秋季测定值,但除菜籽饼外,差异不显著(P>0.01)。因此,在进行鸡饲料氨基酸利用率测定时,有必要考虑温度和光照的季节影响因素。  相似文献

高油玉米在猪和家禽中氨基酸消化率和能量利用率的研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
通过两个试验测定了两种高油玉米和普通玉米在猪和家禽中营养物质消化率和有效能。试验1选用48只33周龄海兰蛋用种公鸡,随机分为4个处理,每个处理12只鸡。前3个处理分别给每只家禽强饲50g待测原料测定氨基酸消化率,第4个处理作为对照组,绝食法测定内源排出量。试验2使用6头去势公猪,通过手术置入T型瘘管,采用重复拉丁方设计测定3种玉米的氨基酸回肠消化率和营养物质消化率。试验结果显示,随着玉米籽粒含油量的上升,两种高油玉米的总能分别比普通玉米提高了4 29%和6 23%;粗蛋白含量也分别较普通玉米提高了17 26%和35 19%。高油玉米家禽真代谢能、猪消化能和代谢能显著高于普通玉米(P<0 05);家禽氨基酸消化率3个玉米品种差异不显著。猪回肠氨基酸消化率随玉米籽粒蛋白质含量的提高有上升的趋势,其中高油玉米B的异亮氨酸,苯丙氨酸和天门冬氨酸消化率显著高于普通玉米(P<0 05);酪氨酸消化率高油玉米显著优于普通玉米(P<0 05)。平均氨基酸消化率高油玉米B高于普通玉米(P<0 05)。研究结果证实高油玉米品种比普通玉米含有更多的能量和必需氨基酸,而且氨基酸消化率和有效能含量都优于普通玉米,是一种优质高效的饲料原料。  相似文献

试验旨在测定大米粉氨基酸消化率的同时,探讨去盲肠与正常黄羽肉鸡对大米粉氨基酸消化率的影响。结果表明:大米粉中氨基酸表观消化率去盲肠鸡普遍高于正常鸡,丙氨酸、亮氨酸和赖氨酸差异显著(P<0.05);大米粉中氨基酸的真消化率亦普遍表现为去盲肠鸡高于正常鸡,丙氨酸差异显著(P<0.05),酪氨酸差异极显著(P<0.01)。大米粉的总氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率在两种试鸡间差异不显著(P>0.05)。去盲肠鸡的内源氨基酸排泄量大多数测值高于正常鸡,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验建议用正常鸡的测定值表示黄羽肉鸡对大米粉的氨基酸消化率。  相似文献

本试验探讨了常用饲料在瘤胃的降解特性及非降解饲料的小肠消化率,旨在为研究反刍动物的营养平衡和消化规律及科学配制日粮提供依据。试验选用3头装瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠瘘管的肉牛,采用尼龙袋法研究反刍动物常用饲料粗蛋白质和氨基酸瘤胃降解参数和表观小肠消化率。结果表明,在本试验中粗蛋白质降解率由低到高的顺序为:酒糟蛋白、黄玉米、羊草、玉米胚芽饼、菜粕、棉粕、豆粕、花生饼、啤酒糟、苜蓿、米糠、小麦麸;总氨基酸瘤胃降解率由低至高的顺序依次为:酒糟蛋白、黄玉米、羊草、玉米胚芽饼、菜粕、豆粕、棉粕、啤酒糟、花生饼、苜蓿、米糠、小麦麸。除花生饼、酒糟蛋白和黄玉米外,粗蛋白质和总氨基酸的有效降解率差异不显著(P>0.05)。粗蛋白质的表观小肠消化率由低至高的顺序依次为:苜蓿、羊草、米糠、小麦麸、啤酒糟、玉米胚芽饼、棉粕、菜粕、玉米、酒糟蛋白、花生饼、豆粕;总氨基酸的小肠消化率由低至高的顺序依次为:羊草、苜蓿、米糠、小麦麸、啤酒糟、玉米胚芽饼、菜粕、棉粕、花生饼、玉米、酒糟蛋白、豆粕。由此可见,不同的饲料瘤胃降解特性是不同的,并且为小肠提供的各种可吸收氨基酸潜力也是不同的。  相似文献

Studies of the apparent and true ileal digestibility of crude protein and the apparent and true amino acid (AA) absorption were carried out with 7 female pigs in the live weight range between 22 and 34 kg after ileorectostomy. Protein sources of varied quality with regard to the method of treatment (toasted) and untoasted soybean oilmeal) and to the AA composition (vital gluten or vital gluten + L-lysine X HCl) were used. Distinct differences regarding the apparent ileal digestibility of crude protein and the apparent absorption of amino acids were discovered between the protein sources, the cause of which is to be seen in the different amounts of endogenous N. The true ileal digestibility of crude protein and amino acid absorption were partly distinctly higher than the values of the apparent ileal digestibility of crude protein and AA absorption. On the whole one can say that the results of the investigation gained by means of ileorectostomy can be compared to the values gained from cannulated animals. Thus the experimental method used is suitable for studying the absorption process to the end of the small intestine of pigs.  相似文献

In this study, we examined the variations between the difference method and the enzyme-hydrolyzed casein method for determining endogenous amino acid loss and the true amino acid digestibility in ducks fed normal protein-containing diets. These methods were compared to the nitrogen-free (N-free) diet method. The difference method was based on soybean meal as the only protein source, with the experimental diets containing crude protein levels at 15% and 20%. The enzyme-hydrolyzed casein method was based on enzyme-hydrolyzed casein meal as the protein source, with the experimental diet containing a crude protein level of 17.5%. The N-free diet was prepared with starches and paper fibers. In each method, 64 Tianfu meat drakes (7-weeks-old) with an average body weight of 2.77 ± 0.16 kg were used and divided into four groups, and fed four different diets. Each group contained four replicates of four drakes and they were force fed trial diets according to the Sirbald method for detecting their apparent amino acid digestibility, endogenous amino acid loss and true amino acid digestibility. The results demonstrated that using the difference, enzyme-hydrolyzed casein and N-free diet methods, endogenous amino acid losses were 0.9946, 1.2243 and 0.9297 mg/g dry matter intake (DMI), respectively. The true amino acid digestibility measured by the difference method was 88.93% ± 4.43%. Using the enzyme-hydrolyzed casein method with two dietary crude protein levels of 15% and 20%, the digestibility was 91.15% ± 4.33% and 91.97% ± 4.16%, respectively, and by the N-free diet methods with two dietary crude protein levels of 15% and 20%, it was 88.55% ± 4.29% and 88.82% ± 4.61%, respectively. The results suggested that when the dietary protein level was 15% to 20 %, the true amino acid digestibility and endogenous amino acid loss as determined by the difference method was more accurate than the values determined by the enzyme-hydrolyzed casein method.  相似文献

本研究旨在评定固态发酵菜籽粕(fermented rapeseed meal,FRSM)在生长育肥猪上的营养价值。将16头体重为(71.25±1.23)kg的健康"杜×长×大"去势公猪随机分到4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复1头猪,4个处理组分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮、菜籽粕(rapeseed meal,RSM)饲粮、发酵菜籽粕(fermented rapeseed meal,FRSM)饲粮(分别等氮替代基础饲粮35%的氮)以及无氮饲粮。代谢试验预试期3 d,正式期4 d,采用全收粪尿法测定养分消化率。结果表明:1)发酵菜籽粕混合物发酵后较发酵前pH下降了1.68,粗蛋白质(CP)、水溶性蛋白质(WSP)、酸溶性蛋白质(ASP)和粗脂肪(EE)的含量分别提高了1.91%、52.88%、44.40%和24.27%,17种氨基酸含量均有所提高;中性洗涤纤维(NDF)降低了5.21%;异硫氰酸酯(ITC)和噁唑烷硫酮(OZT)的降解率分别达到92.20%和100.00%,单宁和植酸含量分别降低了35.81%和24.22%。2)FRSM干物质的表观消化率为75.28%,显著高于RSM(P<0.05);FRSM的消化能、氮表观(真)消化率和氮表观(真)利用率分别为13.84 MJ·kg-1、70.89%(72.84%)和68.12%(71.12%),均极显著高于RSM(P<0.01);FRSM的钙、磷和粗灰分的表观消化率与RSM差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)FRSM氨基酸(除半胱氨酸外)的表观(真)消化率均显著或极显著高于RSM(P<0.05或P<0.01)。综上,通过双菌固态发酵菜籽粕,降低了抗营养因子的含量,提高了菜籽粕在生长育肥猪上的养分消化率和利用率,有效地改善了菜籽粕的饲用价值。  相似文献

试验选用64羽平均体重为(3.73±0.10)kg健康爱拔益加成年肉公鸡,测定了赖氨酸硫酸盐和赖氨酸盐酸盐的赖氨酸消化率。将试验鸡随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复4羽。处理1为绝食组;处理2为酪蛋白组;处理3为酪蛋白日粮添加赖氨酸硫酸盐组;处理4为酪蛋白日粮添加赖氨酸盐酸盐组。分别采用酪蛋白法和绝食法测定氨基酸的内源损失。结果表明:①利用酪蛋白法和绝食法测定的内源损失差异不显著(P>0.05);②赖氨酸硫酸盐的赖氨酸表观消化率为87.75%,利用酪蛋白法和绝食法测得的真消化率分别为99.34%和98.64%;③赖氨酸盐酸盐的赖氨酸表观消化率为87.81%,利用酪蛋白法和绝食法测得的真消化率分别为99.37%和98.67%。综上可得,采用酪蛋白法和绝食法测定的氨基酸内源损失无显著性差异;赖氨酸硫酸盐与赖氨酸盐酸盐的赖氨酸消化率差异不显著。  相似文献

本研究旨在比较饲粮不同粗蛋白质(CP)水平对育肥羔羊小肠氨基酸(AA)流量及吸收率的影响。选用体重(30.0±3.7)kg,安装有瘤胃、十二指肠近端和回肠末端瘘管的3只哈萨克羊公羔为试验动物,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,各处理饲粮CP水平分别为11.00%、12.00%和13.00%;预试期10 d,正试期10 d。采用镱锕(Yb-Ac)、锂铬乙二胺四乙酸(Li Cr-EDTA)分别作为消化道固相和液相食糜标记物测定小肠食糜流量。结果表明:提高饲粮CP水平可增加羔羊氮进食量、表观消化率和氮沉积,13.00%CP处理显著高于11.00%CP处理(P0.05),并有增加饲粮干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率的趋势(0.05≤P0.10),但不影响酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的表观消化率(P0.05)。提高饲粮CP水平虽然对小肠真食糜流量及氨基酸吸收率无显著性影响(P0.05),但十二指肠氮、总氨基酸(TAA)流量以及必需氨基酸(EAA)中精氨酸(Arg)、组氨酸(His)和赖氨酸(Lys)的吸收率在数值上有所增加。结果显示,提高饲粮CP水平有提高消化率、小肠食糜流量及氨基酸吸收率的潜在趋势。  相似文献

Four subsamples of meat and bone meal (MBM) were heated (150 degrees C) for 0, 1.5, 3 and 5 h and then incorporated into four individual diets (100 g MBM/kg diet). The diets were precision-fed to 10 caecectomised and 10 intact adult cockerels. The apparent amino acid digestibility (ApAAD) and true amino acid digestibility (TAAD) of the diets were determined by analysis of the excreta. The digestibility coefficients measured using caecectomised birds were lower than those determined with intact birds. Coefficients of digestibility were statistically examined by analysis of variance for the effects of bird type (caecectomised or intact), type of calculation (apparent or true) and diet (heat-treatment) with and without accommodation for individual bird variability. If individual bird variability was not considered in the analysis the bird type X diet interactions (P less than 0.01) included glutamic acid, tyrosine and serine. When individual bird variability was included in the analysis, significant (P less than 0.01) bird type X diet interactions occurred for aspartic acid, serine, glutamic acid, leucine, tyrosine and lysine and the precision of the data was markedly improved. Amino acid digestibility using the precision-feeding procedure is affected by the selection of either intact or caecectomised birds.  相似文献
