4SY-2.2型油菜割晒机设计与试验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对现有油菜割晒机铺放质量差,导致后熟时间不可控、后续捡拾损失大的问题,设计4SY-2.2型油菜割晒机,可实现油菜的分禾、切割、输送和铺放作业。对油菜茎秆在铺放台上和离开铺放台的运动过程进行分析,给出油菜茎秆能顺利被推送、抛出铺放台的条件。对油菜茎秆离开铺放台后的运动分析可知,油菜的铺放角与油菜本身的生物学特征、割晒机的结构参数和割晒机的运动参数有关。田间试验表明,割晒机作业后形成的油菜铺条整齐性和一致性较好,测得铺放角平均值48.4°,铺放厚度平均值511.6 mm,铺放宽度平均值797.8 mm,割茬高度平均值365.5 mm,铺放质量满足后熟条件和后续捡拾的作业要求。  相似文献

为了解决收割冬油菜与栽插早稻的季节矛盾,提前腾地抢插早稻,设计了一种油菜打捆装置,将该装置配置在4SY-2.2型卧式油菜割晒机割台的左侧,组成油菜割捆机。该打捆装置主要由机架、集禾压缩机构、送绳机构、打结器、捆结离合器、推出机构等组成,通过对送绳机构、集禾机构、放捆机构进行设计计算,确定了打捆装置的主要参数。虚拟样机运动仿真分析表明送线机构、打结器、放捆机构动作配合协调,8.95s完成一个工作循环。利用打捆装置样机进行打捆试验,结果表明装置成捆率为95%,油菜捆平均直径为382mm,油菜秆含水率67.5%时每捆平均重量为5.08kg。本研究为油菜的分段收获提供一种新的方案和配套机具。  相似文献

不同收获时期对油菜机械收获损失率及籽粒品质的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
以华油杂62为材料,测定70%油菜角果变黄至角果明显炸裂时期机械收获的产量损失、植株不同部位水分含量、粒重和籽粒含油量等指标,研究不同收c获时期对产量损失率和籽粒品质的影响。试验表明,机械收获的产量总损失率在7.00%~15.80%之间,随着收获时期逐渐推迟,总损失率先降低后增加。产量损失分为自然脱粒损失、割台损失和清选脱粒损失。割台损失率随收获时期推迟逐渐增加,占总损失率的比例为7.80%~31.01%;清选和脱粒损失率随收获时期推迟逐渐降低,是机械收获中最大的损失部分,占总损失率的56.87%~92.20%。总损失率与籽粒、角果皮、主花序和分枝水分含量均呈极显著正相关。籽粒水分含量为16.23%时千粒重和含油率最高,而后,随籽粒水分含量的下降,千粒重、含油率、全碳含量和C/N值均略有降低。油菜机械化收获以籽粒和角果皮水分含量在11%~13%之间时为宜,此期的千粒重、油分含量、机械收获产量和产油量均较高。  相似文献

不同氮肥和密度对油菜机械收获损失率的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以华油杂62为材料,采用机械直播的方式,设置不同氮肥和密度处理,在油菜籽粒含水量10.86%~13.17%时研究油菜机械收获各部分损失率及损失组成的差异。结果表明,机械收获总损失率在不同处理间存在差异,变幅在6.13%~7.82%之间。不同部分的损失占总损失比例差异较大,其中,自然脱落损失比例最小,各处理占总损失的比例在2.41%~3.90%之间;其次是割台损失,各处理占总损失的比例为17.99%~21.99%;清选和脱粒损失比例最大,占总损失的74.15%~79.52%,其中主要是夹带损失,占总损失的65.51%~69.05%,而未脱粒角果比例损失较小,占8.64%~10.47%。随着氮肥用量和密度的增加,产量增加;总损失率与产量、氮肥用量及密度的相关系数分别为0.970**、0.918**和0.358。本研究表明,在油菜机械化生产过程中首先要确定适宜的施氮量和种植密度以获得高产,在高产的基础上再降低收获损失率。  相似文献

为了降低油菜分段收获作业中捡拾损失率,将弹齿滚筒式捡拾装置安装于室内土槽台车上,模拟田间作业环境设计制作了弹齿滚筒式油菜捡拾试验台,进行了台架试验和响应面分析。得到捡拾辊转速、机具前进速度和弹齿伸入留茬深度三因素对捡拾损失率影响的回归方程的数学模型;确定了三因素中按影响捡拾损失的因素显著性顺序从大到小为:捡拾装置转速、机具前进速度、弹齿伸入留茬深度。当捡拾辊转速为90 r/min,机具前进速度为0.7 m/s,弹齿伸入留茬深度为250 mm时,捡拾性能指标达到最优。  相似文献

以甪直保圣寺天王殿斗拱为参考对象,进行无缩尺松木斗拱模型的地震台试验研究。通过对斗拱的加速度与动力放大系数变化趋势、斗拱在振动过程中位移响应变化特征、斗拱变形最大时刻和各构件变形最大时刻的滑移位移和回转位移数值对比分析,得出以下结论:地震加速度用于衡量地震烈度,并不能直接反映斗拱试件的最大变形;振动频率的变化对斗拱回转变形的变化起重要作用,振幅是决定各构件水平滑移的主要因素;各构件变形最大值与斗拱整体变形最大值具有很强相关性,其中栌斗和华拱的回转变形对斗拱的整体变形而言,处于支配地位;斗拱的华拱连下昂部分主要起装饰作用,其榫卯连接节点位置在振动过程中较为薄弱,在对实际文物维护修缮过程中应引起重视并采取相关加固措施。  相似文献

不同收获方式对油菜子粒损失、含油量及种植效益的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以川油36、华海油1号为供试材料,以全人工收获为对照,分析脱粒机分段收获、机械联合收获对油菜收获损失率、菜子含油量及种植效益的影响。结果表明,两个品种不同收获方式的总损失率均表现为机械联合收获>脱粒机分段收获>全人工收获;两个品种全人工收获均以田间晾晒损失率最大,占总损失量的95%以上,脱拉机分段收获均以脱粒损失率最大,占总损失量的70%以上;机械联合收获均以自然脱拉损失率最小,但川油36以割台总损失率最大,占总损失的66.80%,华海油1号以清选、脱粒总损失率最大,占总损失的56.79%。机械联合收获降低了两个品种油菜子含油量,但种植效益均表现为机械联合收获>脱粒机分段收获>全人工收获。因此,在成都平原等适合大型机具操作的区域及田块,收获方式应首先考虑机械联合收获;在丘陵山区及部分不适合大型机具田间操作的小田块,可考虑选取小型油菜脱粒机进行分段收获。  相似文献

为明确不同油菜品种机收损失率及其与主要产量性状的关系,对14个油菜品种分2次重复进行了机收损失率的测定,考察了各品种主要农艺性状及收获时籽粒含水量并进行分析。结果表明,不同油菜品种间机收损失率存在显著差异,品种机收产量与机收损失率呈极显著负相关(r=-0.6367**),机收损失率越高实收籽粒产量越低;机收损失率与株高和单株角果数均呈显著负相关,植株较高、角果数较多的品种机收损失率较低;机收损失率与收获时籽粒含水量呈显著正相关(r=0.6012*),籽粒含水量越高损失率越大。建议生产上选用植株较高、单株角果数较多的丰产油菜品种,在油菜完熟期适时进行机械化收获,可降低机收损失率,达到油菜丰产丰收的目标。  相似文献

通过观察离心所产生沉淀的松紧度、原生质体复苏的再生率、离心后液体的OD值来研究甘蔗梢腐病病原菌--串珠镰刀菌的原生质体制备技术。文中对液体高度、离心力、离心管大小、离心机升速与减速的快慢、不同洗涤剂等因素对原生质体活性、沉淀松紧度及壁效应的影响进行研究。对不同酶浓度及不同酶系组成对原生质体产率也进行了影响。此外,还介绍了一种离心管平衡的方法。研究结果认为:10 mL 0.1g/mL溶壁酶对0.5 g串珠镰刀菌菌丝进行裂解可以得到大量原生质体;进行裂解时使用溶壁酶与崩溃酶混合则可以获得更多的原生质体。以1 mol/L山梨醇或1.2 mol/L KCl洗涤沉淀并再离心, 使用底部较小的离心管和较少量的液体,并缓慢减速停止离心,有利于原生质体沉淀且能避免沉淀松散。  相似文献

Mass property parameters (mass, center of mass, moment of inertia) are important technology parameters of aircraft. The traditional mass and center of mass measurement uses centroid units, and the moment of inertia measurement torsion units, which can only get results in installing direction. Because of the structural reasons, there is a need to get all high accurate physical parameters in clamping once. To solve this problem, this study merges centroid units and torsion units into one composite unit, installs a table which can tilt and rotation to measure the moment of inertia in different conditions. The moment of inertia and product of inertia relative to three axis are calculated by the method of coordinate transformation. Measurement theory of mass, center of mass and mass moment of inertia are described, the main reason of causing measurement errors is discussed, and the measurement accuracy affected by tilt error is analyzed.  相似文献

The traditional Automobile-inertia -brake-testing-system adopts the Mechanical Inertia pan to imitate automobile the Moving Inertia. This kind of system volume is bigger than new one, more difficult in inertia adjusting, and lower in automation degree. Aiming at the problems, this paper puts forward the innovative design of Automobile-inertia-brake-testing-system based on electrical inertia. The mathematic model of the Mechanical Inertia is analyzed. To use the algorithm to control motor, the authors make the output inertia generated by the controlled motor can imitate the Mechanical Inertia, then apply electrical inertia to replace Mechanical Inertia .The simulation result shows that the design idea is correct and feasible, stronger in system rubustness, lower in cost, more accurate in control quality, and higher in automation level.  相似文献

A novel oscillating parameter strategy (OPS) is proposed for the particle swarm optimization algorithm to improve its performance after a predefined number of generations.To efficiently control the local search and convergence to the global optimum solution, the OPS method alternates exploration and exploitation many times during the whole optimization course.For implementing the alternative of exploration and exploitation, the inertia weight and acceleration coefficients are oscillated during the search process.The oscillating inertia weight and acceleration coefficients can enhance the global search in the early part and not fall into premature status.This also encourages the particle to converge toward the global optima at the end of the search.Empirical simulations showed that the OPS method outperformed all the methods considered in this investigation for most of the functions.  相似文献

Generic factors like proximity to company affiliates and market access are discussed, along with industry specific dynamics for air delivery and online information services. 为了优化高粱壳中抗氧化组分黄酮色素提取工艺,提高天然色素产量。以红色高粱壳为原料,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法(response surface methodology,RSM)研究提取时间、液料比、提取温度对高粱壳提取液中黄酮色素质量浓度及其对Fe3+总还原力的影响,并对高粱壳粗提物抗氧化活性进行测定。结果表明,提取高粱壳中黄酮色素的最佳工艺参数为液料比(mL/g)84.2:1、提取温度73.5℃、提取时间104.4 min。在此条件下提取液中黄酮色素质量浓度为5.7889 g/100 g,总还原力最大为1.0863;高粱黄酮色素质量浓度和总还原力之间存在极显著的线性关系(P<0.01)。同时高粱壳黄酮色素粗提物表现出较强的体外抗氧化作用。  相似文献

Thermal performance of the green roof is an important basis for energy-efficient design and evaluation. However, the current studies on the thermal performance of the green roof seldom involve thermal inertia of the green roof. Based on a long-term experiment of an extensive green roof in natural ventilation state and a five-month ongoing measured data in summer, thermal inertia of the extensive green roof was studied by statistical analysis method. The results show that thermal decay to outdoor climate effect through green roof was increased by more than 100% and delay time of thermal response to outdoor climate on internal surface of the green roof was reduced in comparison with that of the bare roof.  相似文献

Summary Drought is a constraint to rice yields in much of Asia's rainfed rice crop. Although genotypic variation for root system characteristics is well documented in this semiaquatic species, little improvement of rice for drought resistance has been attempted. No simple method to evaluate root systems exists. In this paper we report the development and testing of a simple device to measure the pulling force required to uproot rice seedlings. The force required to pull rice seedlings from the paddy soil was correlated with root weight, root branching and thick root number. The capability to separate rice cultivars by this technique and relationship of the root pulling force to other drought screening methods are illustrated.  相似文献
