为了解不同木薯种质资源矿物质元素含量,优选含量丰富的品种,为木薯的综合利用提供数据支撑,本文采用马弗炉法、原子吸收和原子荧光法分别对113份木薯种质资源灰分与矿物质元素含量进行测定,结果表明:矿物质元素Cr、Cu、Se含量均低于1 mg/kg(干重),Ca、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、Zn含量分别为66.39~1609.81 mg/kg、4.35~ 38.93 mg/kg、1954.56~8762.78 mg/kg、149.04~1143.73 mg/kg、4.48~37.40 mg/kg、36.80~530.40 mg/kg、6.35~24.83 mg/kg。利用概率分级法将113份木薯种质资源灰分及矿物质元素含量分为5级,即极高、高、中、低和极低,并推荐极高品系作为基础亲本材料。在相关性分析中,灰分与Fe、Mg、Na、Zn含量具有较为显著的相关性,Ca含量与K、Mn含量呈极显著正相关,Ca含量与Mg、Na含量呈极显著负相关,Fe含量与Mg、Na、Zn含量成极显著正相关,K含量与Mn含量呈极显著正相关,与Na含量呈极显著负相关,Mg含量与Na、Zn含量呈极显著正相关,Zn含量与Mn、Na含量呈极显著正相关。Zn与各矿物质元素的吸收有较强的相互促进作用,Fe含量与Mg、Na含量有较强的相互促进作用,Ca含量与K、Mn的吸收有较强的促进作用,而Ca、K、Mn与Fe、Mg、Na的吸收可能存在一定的拮抗作用。结合主成分分析、聚类分析对不同木薯种质资源矿物质元素含量进行综合评价,得到特征值大于1的主成分2个,累计方差贡献率达61.707%。聚类分析可将113个木薯种质资源分为3类,根据矿物质元素含量差异可将不同木薯品种分为Na、Mg、Zn、Fe含量较高和Mn、Ca、K、Zn含量较高两大类,主成分综合评价中‘274'‘50'‘571'‘521'‘417'等木薯种质资源得分较高。  相似文献

In the present study, a total of 380 samples of 5 rice varieties were investigated for the presence of aflatoxins (AFs) and tocopherols (Vitamin E) using HPLC, equipped with a fluorescence detector. The data revealed that super basmati rice has the highest mean level of total AFs (12.45 μg/kg) followed by KS-282 (11.2 μg/kg), basmati PK-385 (9.8 μg/kg), Irri-6 (9.7 μg/kg) and the lowest mean level was found in Irri-9 (8.9 μg/kg). Furthermore, the results have shown that the variety with lowest level of AFs has the highest level of tocopherol content; i.e. Irri-9 (53.2 mg/100 g), basmati PK-385 (45.9 mg/100 g), Irri-6 (45.3 mg/100 g), KS-282 (40.4 mg/100 g) and super basmati rice (40.2 mg/100 g). The data has shown correlation (r = −0.62, p < 0.05) between vitamin E content and AFs concentration in different rice varieties. The results are interesting and need further study to investigate the mechanistic background of vitamin E content and its effect on aflatoxins contamination.  相似文献

本研究探讨不同蓝莓品种的品质特性,为蓝莓生产育种、采后贮运和综合加工利用提供科学依据。以河源蓝莓种植基地的灿烂、夏普兰、南高丛、杰兔、芭尔德温、粉蓝和圆蓝 7 个蓝莓品种的新鲜果实为材料,测定其理化指标和感官品质,运用聚类分析方法对不同品种蓝莓的综合品质进行分析评价,筛选出较优的蓝莓品种。结果表明:不同品种间的品质特性差异较大,芭尔德温的粒径(1.58 cm)、单果重(2.05 g)、pH(3.29)、硬度(770.79 g)、维生素 C 含量(14.23 mg/100 g)最大,圆蓝的可溶性固形物(12.58%)、可溶性糖(12.32%)、花青素(1.89 mg/g)、总酚(28.58 mg/g)含量最高;灿烂的出汁率(73.51%)最高。聚类分析将 7 个蓝莓品种分为3 类,灿烂、夏普兰、芭尔德温、粉蓝和南高丛为第 1 类;杰兔为第 2 类;圆蓝为第 3 类。通过分析蓝莓的营养成分、感官品质和聚类分析,发现第 3 类蓝莓品种圆蓝的综合品质最好。  相似文献

为了筛选适应贵州地区种植的朝天椒品种,以资源圃收集的48份朝天椒种质资源为研究对象,对其粗脂肪、蛋白质、维生素C、辣椒素、粗纤维、干物质等6项品质指标和产量进行测定,并利用隶属函数值法和聚类分析法对所得数据进行综合评价分析。结果表明:48份朝天椒种质资源的品质和产量存在较大差异。其中,粗脂肪含量范围在0.12~0.71 g/100 g之间,平均含量为0.47 g/100 g,品种‘黔辣10号’含量最高;蛋白质含量范围在2.36~3.67 g/100 g之间,平均含量为2.90 g/100 g,品种‘DZ-33’含量最高;维生素C含量范围在48.51~74.64 mg/100 g之间,平均含量为59.07 mg/100 g,品种‘子弹头’含量最高;辣椒素含量范围在6.63~72.54 mg/100 g之间,平均含量为31.49 mg/100 g,品种‘香脆白米椒’含量最高;粗纤维含量范围在2.32%~10.45%之间,平均含量为7.59%,品种‘黔辣18号’含量最高;干物质含量范围在11.12%~20.98%之间,平均含量为15.66%,品种‘单生理想’含量最高;干椒产量范围在189.66~442.81 kg/667 m2之间,平均产量为304.62 kg/667 m2,品种‘2018-70’平均干椒产量最高。6项品质指标的平均隶属度值在0.29~0.75之间,相差0.46,种质资源间差异较大。聚类分析可将48份朝天椒种质资源分为3大类群,第Ⅰ类群包括26份种质资源,占总资源数的54.17%,6项品质指标的平均含量和平均干椒产量都处于居中水平;第Ⅱ类群包括16份种质资源,占总资源数的33.33%,6项品质指标的平均含量都处于最低水平,但平均干椒产量处于最高水平;第Ⅲ类群包括6份种质资源,占总资源数的12.50%,6项品质指标的平均含量都处于最高水平,综合品质表现最好,但平均干椒产量最低。开展朝天椒种质资源品质和产量的综合评价分析,可为朝天椒种质资源的创新利用以及新品种选育奠定基础。  相似文献

[目的]研究不同水稻品种和施用时期对水稻富硒能力的影响。[方法]以华安501、Y两优7号、新两优6号为试材,采用双因素裂区设计,分别在孕穗期、抽穗期、齐穗期喷施100 mg/kg亚硒酸钠,研究不同品种和施用时期对水稻富硒能力的影响。[结果]两系杂交水稻对外源硒的吸收存在品种间差异;齐穗期喷施外源硒增产显著,一般增产0.5%~12.0%;抽穗期喷施外源硒结实率降低0.1%~2.9%,抽穗期和齐穗期喷施外源硒较孕穗期喷施千粒重增加0.2~0.8 g;水稻抽穗期和齐穗期喷施外源硒稻米硒含量最高。[结论]水稻抽穗期叶面喷硒效果最好。  相似文献

The proximate composition of three varieties ofPiper guineense (Odusa — Ibibio/Efik) viz. Uyat Odusa (cultivated and peppery), Eting-keni Ikot (wild forest variety) and Eting-keni mben inyang (wild, riverine variety), were determined using available standard methods. Also determined were mineral, antinutrient and ascorbate levels. The cultivated pepperic variety had the highest content of crude protein and moisture (18.9% and 97% respectively) while the wild, riverine variety had the highest content of ether extract, carbohydrate and calories (7.79%, 63.38% and 398 cals respectively). The cultivated variety had appreciable amounts of phosphorus (1.12 mg/100 g), potassium (1.2 mg/100 g), sodium (0.24 mg/100 g), zinc (0.18 mg/100 g), and copper (0.18 mg/100 g) while the forest variety contained more of calcium (12.38 mg/100 g), magnesium (1.21 mg/100 g) and iron (0.85 mg/100 g). The wild riverine variety appeared to have the least mineral content but had the highest ascorbate level of 173.4 mg/100 g. Of four antinutrients assayed, the cultivated pepperic one had the least quantities while the forest variety was highest in hydrocyanic acid (85.8 mg/100 g) and glucosinolates (0.20 mg/100 g). The wild riverine variety had the highest level of total oxalate (165.0 mg/100 g). These quantities are however far below documented toxic levels.  相似文献

Six non-conventional leafy vegetables consumed largely by the rural populace of Nigeria were analyzed for mineral composition. Mineral contents appeared to be dependent on the type of vegetables. Amaranthus spinosus and Adansonia digitata leaves contained the highest level of iron (38.4 mg/100 g and 30.6 mg/100 g dw, respectively). These values are low compared to those for common Nigerian vegetables but higher than those for other food sources. All the vegetables contained high levels of calcium compared to common vegetables, thus they could be a rich source of this mineral. Microelement content of the leaves varied appreciably. Zinc content was highest in Moringa oleifera, Adansonia digitata and Cassia tora leaves (25.5 mg/100 g, 22.4 mg/100 g and 20.9 mg/100 g dw, respectively) while the manganese content was comparatively higher in Colocasia esculenta. The concentrations of the mineral elements in the vegetables per serving portion are presented and these values indicate that the local vegetables could be valuable and important contributors in the diets of the rural and urban people of Nigeria. The mean daily intake of P, Mg, Ca, Fe, Cu and Zn were lower than their recommended dietary allowances (RDAs). However, the manganese daily intake was found not to differ significantly ( p = 0.05) from the RDA value.  相似文献

为了探究不同播种期对吉林小粒大豆生育进程、产量及品质的影响,以3种不同生育期的小粒大豆品种为试验材料,设置5个播种期处理,研究不同播种期对小粒大豆生育进程、产量及品质的变化规律。结果表明:随着播种期的推迟,小粒大豆生育进程延后,生育期表现缩短趋势,且各处理间差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01);小粒大豆单株荚数、单株粒数、百粒重及产量均呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,不同播期的单株荚数和单株粒数差异均达到显著水平(P<0.05),A1~A3播期间百粒重差异不显著,各品种产量均在A2(5月4日)播种期最高,东农690为2 448.6 kg·hm^-2,吉林小粒豆6号为2 606.9 kg·hm^-2,九芽豆1号为3 101.2 kg·hm^-2,播期间产量差异极显著(P<0.01);回归分析结果表明,播期与产量间具有很大的相关性。早播或迟播病粒率增加,完全粒率降低,蛋白质含量和蛋脂总含量降低,推迟播期籽粒粗脂肪含量持续下降;小粒大豆播期与蛋白质含量呈显著或极显著负相关关系,与脂肪含量、总蛋脂含量呈极显著负相关关系。吉林地区小粒大豆适宜播期是5月4日左右,此期间播种有利于获得高产优质的小粒大豆。  相似文献

As important supplementary to major edible oils, comparative chemical advantages of minor edible oils decide their development and usage. In this study, chemical composition of 13 kinds of specific edible vegetable oils were investigated. The comparative advantages of chemical compositions of these edible oils were obtained as follows: (1) camellia, tiger nut and almond oil were rich in oleic acid, the contents of which accounted for 79.43%, 69.16% and 66.26%, respectively; (2) safflower oil contained the highest content of linoleic acid (76.69%), followed by grape seed (66.85%) and walnut oil (57.30%); (3) perilla seed, siritch, peony seed and herbaceous peony seed oil were rich in α-linolenic acid (59.61%, 43.74%, 40.83% and 30.84%, respectively); (4) the total phytosterol contents of these oils ranged from 91.46 mg/100 ​g (camellia oil) to 506.46 mg/100 ​g (siritch oil); and (5) The best source of tocopherols was sacha inchi oil (122.74 mg/100 ​g), followed by perilla seed oil (55.89 mg/100 ​g), peony seed oil (53.73 mg/100 ​g) and herbaceous peony seed oil (47.17 mg/100 ​g). The comparative advantages of these specific edible oils indicated that they possess the high potential nutritional values and health care functions.  相似文献

通过调查广西南宁、崇左、玉林、钦州、北海等香蕉主产区主要蕉园土壤养分状况,评估其土壤肥力状况,为广西香蕉植区土壤养分管理提供科学依据.结果显示,86.7%蕉园土壤pH低于5.5; 53.4%蕉园土壤有机质含量低于20 mg/kg;66.7%蕉园土壤碱解氮低于100 mg/kg; 53.3%土样有效磷含量低于5.0 mg/kg; 73.7%蕉园土壤速效钾低于100 mg/kg; 80.0%蕉园土壤交换性钙高于250mg/kg; 46.7%蕉园土壤处于镁素缺乏状态(小于50 mg/kg); 53.3%蕉园土壤有效硼在0.50~1.00 mg/kg,但仍有46.7%土壤有效硼含量低于临界值(0.5mg/kg);所有调查土壤有效铁含量均高于土壤临界值(4.5mg/kg),且46.7%处于极丰富状态;53.4%蕉园土壤有效锰低于临界值(10mg/kg);6.67%蕉园土壤有效铜低于临界值(0.2 mg/kg),80.0%蕉园土壤有效铜含量处于丰富或极丰富水平;所有调查区蕉国土壤有效锌含量均高于1.0 mg/kg,73.3%以上蕉园土壤有效锌达到极高水平.土壤酸性强、有机质含量低、土壤氮磷钾镁硼锰含量低是当前广西蕉园的主要土壤养分问题.  相似文献

分析了我国不同产区不同品种亚麻籽的组成及体外抗氧化特性。结果表明,除基本组成成分外,不同品种亚麻籽主要活性组分含量和体外抗氧化活性具有显著差异。α-亚麻酸、木酚素、总酚酸、黄酮、生育酚、植物甾醇含量范围分别为33.42%~59.74%,120~918 mg/100g,209~491 mg/100g,33.04~75.63 mg/100g,8.68~20.75 mg/100g,340~596 mg/100g。亚麻籽提取物DPPH值和FRAP值分别为4 357~8 146 μmol Trolox/100g, 8 289~15058 μmol Trolox/100g。此外,不同品种亚麻籽抗营养因子生氰糖苷含量差异较为显著(5.57~11.34 mg HCN/100g)。相关性分析结果表明,亚麻籽提取物体外抗氧化活性与木酚素、总酚酸和黄酮含量具有显著相关性(p<0.05)。主成分分析和聚类分析结果表明,亚麻籽主要酚类化合物及其抗氧化活性主要依赖于亚麻籽品种特性,而非种植区域。  相似文献

Natural oleoresins rich in lycopene were obtained from two varieties of tomato (Zedona and Gironda) and their nutraceutical potential (antioxidant and antimutagenic capacity) was evaluated. Both oleoresins had a high content of lycopene, 58.33 ± 1.67 mg/g (Zedona) and 63.97 ± 0.80 mg/g (Gironda). The antioxidant activity (AA) of the oleoresins by β-carotene method were 56.4–74.5% (Zedona) and 51–72.8% (Gironda), while when using the free radical stable 2,2-diphenyl-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) method, the antiradical activity (ARA) was determined to be 18.2–32.7% (Zedona) and 16.6–26.7% (Gironda) for the concentrations tested that of 200–400 μM equivalents of lycopene. The antimutagenic activity of the oleoresins was tested against aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) using the microsuspension assay, both varieties had a very high antimutagenic potential against AFB1 (60–66%).These results suggest the NCRT can be taken advantage to obtaining rich oleoresin in lycopene with a nutraceutical value.  相似文献

Significant differences in tuber glycoalkaloid (TGA) content were found among five commercial varieties and B5141-6 grown at 39 different locations in 28 states. Line B5141-6 had the highest average TGA content, 29.3 mg/100 g in 1970 and 28.1 mg/100 g in 1971. Average TGA contents in 1970 of Kennebec, Russet Burbank, Katahdin, Irish Cobbler, and Red Pontiac were 9.7, 7.9, 7.9, 6.2, and 4.3 mg/100g, respectively. There were also significant location effects. Possible causes of high TGA levels are discussed.  相似文献

同一栽培条件下,对上引枸杞、漳农引枸杞、甘枸杞1号、甘枸杞2号4个菜用枸杞品种的扦插成活率、生长特性、产量及营养成分进行观察和测定分析。结果表明:上引枸杞扦插成活率最高。产量方面,上引枸杞甘枸杞1号甘枸杞2号漳农引枸杞,其中上引枸杞比其它3个品种高出28.00%~162.48%。营养成分方面,上引枸杞钙含量最高,为112.18 mg/100 g;铁含量以甘枸杞2号最高,为20.69 mg/100 g,比其它3个品种高出141.99%~291.86%;维生素C、锌含量以甘枸杞2号最高,其中锌含量达11 mg/kg,比其它3个品种高出57.14%~83.33%;蛋白质含量漳农引枸杞最高,为7.88 mg/100 g;4种菜用枸杞氨基酸总量皆处于较高水平。  相似文献

探讨低温胁迫下不同品种油棕幼苗ABA合成酶基因NCED3表达特性及不同浓度ABA对其幼苗生长和生理的影响,为提高不同品种油棕幼苗抗寒能力提供理论依据。以油棕新品种Ni、C×N、B×E、D×N为材料,对其进行低温胁迫处理(15、10、5 ℃,5 d),利用实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)检测4种油棕幼苗的NCED3基因表达特性;然后,10 ℃低温胁迫下对4种油棕幼苗外施不同浓度ABA(50~300 μmol/L ABA),测定其可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理指标。结果表明,低温胁迫可触发4种油棕幼苗ABA合成酶基因NCED3的过量表达,外施50~300 μmol/L ABA均降低幼苗质膜透性和SOD酶活性,抑制MDA和H2O2含量上升,缓解低温胁迫引起的膜脂过氧化,提高可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量和POD活性,进而提高油棕幼苗抗寒性。4个品种中,B×E材料的耐寒能力较强。  相似文献

Nixtamalization process is the first step to obtain maize based products, like tortillas; however, in both the traditional and commercial processes, white grain is generally preferred. Creole maize races, mainly pigmented varieties, have increasingly attention since these are rich in anthocyanins and carotenoids. The aim of this investigation was to evaluate the antioxidant and antimutagenic activity of rich anthocyanins and carotenoids extracts from creole maize races before (grain) and after (masa and tortilla) the nixtamalization process. Most anthocyanins and carotenoids were lost during nixtamalization. Before nixtamalization, blue and red genotypes contained either higher antioxidant capacity and anthocyanin contents (963?±?10.0 and 212.36?±?0.36 mg of cyanidin-3-glucoside eq/100 g, respectively) than the white and yellow genotypes. However, the highest carotenoid levels were displayed by red grains (1.01?±?0.07 to 1.14?±?0.08 μg of β-carotene eq/g extract). Anthocyanins losses were observed when the blue grains were processed into masa (83 %) and tortillas (64 %). Anthocyanins content correlated with antiradical activity (r?=?0.57) and with 2-aminoanthracene -induced mutagenicity inhibition on TA98 and TA100 (r?=??0.62 and r?=??0.44, respectively). For white grains, nixtamalization also reduced carotenoids (53 to 56 %), but not antioxidant activity and 2-Aa-induced mutagenicity. Throughout the nixtamalization process steps, all the extracts showed antimutagenic activity against 2-aminoanthracene—induced mutagenicity (23 to 90 %), displaying higher potential to inhibit base changes mutations than frameshift mutations in the genome of the tasted microorganism (TA100 and TA98, respectively). The results suggest that even though there were pigment losses, creole maize pigments show antioxidant and antimutagenic activities after nixtamalization process.  相似文献

经测定,番木瓜、橄榄蜂花粉的蛋白质含量分别为21.831%和19.194%;总糖含量分别为22.66%及22.08%冰解氨基酸的总含量分别为21.707%和23.307%,游离氨基酸的总含量分别是394.257mg/100g和562.941mg/100g,两者均具8种人体必需氨基酸,总含量分别为9.118%和8.851%,比值与FAO/WHO(1973)提出的理想蛋白质中人体必需氨基酸的比率模式接近,氨基酸分分别为77.7和92.6,番木瓜的限制性氨基酸为亮氨酸和缬氨酸,橄榄的限制性氨基酸为完氨酸。不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总含量的68.79%和67.79%,多烯不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸的比值分别为1.69及1.43。番木瓜、橄榄蜂花粉含10种维生素,其中维生素C含量最高,分别达到50.32mg/100g和35.41mg/100g;番木瓜、橄榄蜂花粉除磷、钙、锌的含量普遍较高外,多数矿质元素的含量与其他果树蜂花粉相近。  相似文献

Δ9硬脂酰-ACP脱氢酶(Δ9 stearoyl-ACP dehydrogenase,SAD)是植物中重要的脂肪酸脱氢酶,在调控不饱和脂肪酸合成中发挥着重要作用。本研究以非洲油棕和杂交油棕为材料,在油棕果实油脂积累期,分别测定花后120、140、160 d 3个时期的脂肪酸组分;从油棕中克隆SAD基因,并对其理化性质、进化关系、启动子顺式作用元件进行生物信息学分析;利用实时荧光定量PCR检测SAD在2个油棕品种果实成熟期的表达特征。结果表明:非洲油棕中总不饱和脂肪酸(棕榈酸和硬脂酸)比例(55.76%~60.27%)显著高于杂交油棕(37.2%~45.43%),杂交油棕中不饱和脂肪酸(油酸和亚油酸)比例(51.61%~56.92%)显著高于非洲油棕(35.54%~38.64%);鉴定了7个基因命名为:EgSAD1~EgSAD4OeSAD1~OeSAD3;EgSAD基因编码的肽链平均为413个氨基酸,分子量为43.41~45.92 kDa,等电点为5.99~7.13,蛋白不稳定指数为44.07~53.25,总平均亲水性为-0.496~-0.405。OeSAD基因编码的肽链平均为405个氨基酸,分子量为44.94~49.39 kDa,等电点为6.05~7.14,蛋白不稳定指数为43.44~44.61,总平均亲水性为-0.554~-0.489。多序列比对分析,油棕SAD基因氨基酸序列中存在典型SAD特征的保守组氨酸富集区:EENRHG和DEKRHE。在SAD的启动子上鉴定出植物激素响应、逆境胁迫响应、光响应和逆境响应顺式作用元件。EgSADs在油棕果实成熟过程中呈上调表达趋势,EgSAD1EgSAD2在杂交油棕中表达量显著高于非洲油棕,OeSADs在杂交油棕果实花后140 d中表达量最高,在杂交油棕的3个时期中均呈现先升高后下降的趋势,且在花后120 d的表达量显著高于花后120 d和160 d。本研究结果为进一步研究SAD调控油棕不饱和脂肪酸合成的机制奠定基础。  相似文献

A selective and sensitive HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of gamma amino butyric acid (GABA) and lysine in Pakistani rice varieties was developed. Both analytes were detected in rice varieties as Schiff base derivatives with 2-hydroxynaphthaldehyde. The derivatives were analyzed on a reverse phase C-18 column with Diode Array Detector (DAD) at 254 nm. The calibration curves were found linear over a concentration range of 3.83–34.58 μg/mL for GABA and 5.16–48.68 μg/mL for lysine with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 for both standards. GABA and lysine contents were found higher in brown rice varieties (4.1–6.58 mg/100 g for GABA and 15.1–27.6 mg/100 g for lysine) than the polished varieties (0.32–0.47 mg/100 g GABA and 13.1–19.8 mg/100 g lysine). This method could be used for separation and quantification of GABA and lysine simultaneously in food samples, especially in cereal seeds.  相似文献

The knowledge of the contents and profile of isoflavones present in soy protein ingredients, as well as the effect of industrial processing, is important for the development of functional foods rich in these compounds. The results obtained here showed that the total isoflavone content varied significantly among products. For defatted and whole soy flours the total isoflavone content ranged from 120 to 340 mg/100 g, for soy protein isolates from 88 to 164 mg/100 g, and for commercial textured soy proteins, from 66 to 183 mg/100 g (wet basis, expressed as aglycones). The highest isoflavone content was found for soy hypocotyl flours, from 542 to 851 mg/100 g. Compared to hypocotyl and whole and defatted flours, soy ingredients presented a decrease of malonylglycosides and deesterified β-glycosides with a significant increase in the percentage of aglycones, mainly for soy fibers (65–76%). While defatting was shown to cause isoflavone concentration without altering conjugation, extrusion process caused destruction of isoflavones and a significant increase in the amount of acetylglycosides, but this effect was less intense for the concentrates. From the results obtained it can be concluded that differences in isoflavone concentration and profile may be related to oscillations in the isoflavone content present in the raw material and to the type of processing.  相似文献
