由于稳定同位素在特定污染源中具有特定的组成,在污染物质迁移转化过程中作为示踪剂而广泛应用。针对目前农业面源污染较为严重的现状,该文利用碳氮稳定同位素研究了灌区内外源物输入对稻田沟渠-湿地系统的贡献。结果表明,水中颗粒性有机物(particulate organic matter,POM)由于受到光照、营养物质不同导致POM在各采样点组成不同,δ13C变化范围较大,均值为-27.8‰,与大型水生植物和浮游植物接近,此类植物可能是POM的主要来源。水中δ13CDIC(dissolved inorganic carbon,DIC)与浮游植物呈线性相关,浮游动物δ13C与浮游植物存在一定相关性,而浮游植物与POM之间不存在显著性差异,说明研究区内浮游动物对內源有机碳的利用主要是取食浮游植物低持斜聿愠粱?δ13C值变化范围在-27.2‰~-21.8‰之间,明显高于水体POM含量,说明表层沉积物存在比颗粒有机物更富集碳的藻类与陆源碎屑等物质。各采样点颗粒有机物δ15N值的范围3.1‰~4.2‰,平均值为3.6‰,其中湿地δ15N高于其他采样点。沉积物δ15N平均值为-0.6‰,与大气中N2较为接近。  相似文献

为了解畜牧业发展对若尔盖湿地水生生物类群的影响,本试验设置了A(对照组),B(影响组I),C(影响组II)3个样点,应用稳定同位素技术并结合多维尺度(MDS)等方法研究了若尔盖湿地影响组与对照组之间不同水生生物类群δ~(13)C、δ~(15)N值。结果表明,初级生产者POM(颗粒有机物)样品(主要成分为藻类)δ~(13)C、δ~(15)N值分别为-26.39‰~-21.17‰,3.68‰~6.61‰;浮游动物(枝角类)δ~(13)C、δ~(15)N值分别为-25.69‰~-23.43‰、3.19‰~9.53‰;软体动物泉膀胱螺δ~(13)C、δ~(15)N值分别-28.00‰~-22.30‰、5.19‰~9.27‰,钩虾为-28.57‰~-26.87‰、7.36‰~8.06‰;鱼类样品中高原鳅δ~(13)C、δ~(15)N值分别-30.83‰~-27.01‰、6.41‰~10.02‰,黄河裸裂尻为-26.89‰~-25.95‰、10.24‰~10.89‰。其中不同组间POM样品和浮游动物δ~(13)C值变化不明显,而其δ~(15)N值变化极显著。因此,若尔盖湿地食物网中,氮稳定性同位素信号能较灵敏地反映放牧干扰信息,与软体动物、鱼类相比,POM、浮游动物更适合作为该区域环境评价的指示物种。放牧干扰已经对若尔盖湿地POM、浮游动物等产生了一定的影响,因此,控制若尔盖湿地放牧规模和减少动物粪便的流入量,对于保护若尔盖湿地生态系统的稳定性具有重要意义。  相似文献

为探究浙江省有机茶稳定同位素特征差异,本研究收集了来自浙江省52个有机茶企业生产的72份具有代表性的样品,采用元素分析-稳定同位素比率质谱仪测定有机茶中稳定同位素比值(δ15N、δ13C、δ2H、δ18O值),研究不同茶类间的稳定同位素差异,并从3个地理尺度对浙江省有机茶稳定同位素特征进行分析。结果表明,浙江省有机绿茶和有机红茶的稳定同位素比值无显著差异。浙江省有机茶δ15N值范围为-2.4‰~6.7‰,平均值为2.0‰,在地市尺度上无显著差异;在区域尺度上,浙南地区有机茶δ15N显著高于浙北地区;在全国尺度上,浙江省有机茶δ15N显著高于全国其他产区。浙江省有机茶δ13C、δ2H、δ18O平均值分别为-27.2‰、-47.9‰、26.3‰,部分地市间存在地域差异,浙南地区和浙北地区有机茶的3种稳定同位素比值均无显著差异。本研究为浙江省有机茶稳定同位素数据库建立及特征识...  相似文献

为了更好地确定不同处理方法对样品稳定同位素分析的影响,以斑头雁(Anser indicus)为研究对象,对比了不同酸化条件、干燥方法和粉碎形式对组织材料稳定同位素碳、氮比值的影响。结果表明,不同温度和盐酸浓度对卵壳δ1 3C值有影响,80℃较40℃、60℃条件下得到的卵壳δ1 3C值富集,3 mol·L-1HCl较1、5 mol·L-1HCl浓度条件下得到的卵壳δ1 3C值贫化;冷冻干燥和烘干2种干燥方法对肌肉稳定同位素δ1 3C、δ15N的影响均未达到显著水平,液氮研磨和直接剪碎2种粉碎形式下测得的羽毛δ1 3C、δ15N值差异不显著。本研究为使用稳定同位素技术开展鸟类学相关研究提供了参考依据。  相似文献

府河-白洋淀硝酸盐来源判定及迁移转化规律   总被引:7,自引:3,他引:4  
近年来白洋淀流域内经济高速发展、人口增加,生活污水排放量增大,严重威胁府河和白洋淀水质,其中硝酸盐浓度过高引发的水体富营养化是河流系统面临的重要难题。以白洋淀和唯一一条常年有水的入淀河流——府河为研究对象,结合水化学、水中氢氧同位素(δ~2H、δ~(18)O)和硝酸盐氮同位素(δ~(15)N)的方法 ,分析2008—2016年水化学特征和水化学类型变化,明确府河-白洋淀淀区硝酸盐污染来源以及沿程迁移转化规律,为其水质富营养化管理提供参考。研究结果表明:府河2008年硝酸盐δ~(15)N值10‰,2014年硝酸盐δ~(15)N值的变化范围是2.07‰~18.49‰,府河硝酸盐主要来自于保定市和沿府河村落的生活污水;但2009年硝酸盐δ~(15)N值的变化范围是-3.7‰~4‰,府河硝酸盐主要来源于工业废水。白洋淀淀区2008年和2014年硝酸盐δ~(15)N值的变化范围分别是5.8‰~11.7‰和3.31‰~12.53‰,2009年δ~(15)N值的变化范围是-3.8‰~0.7‰,说明府河的生活污水和工业废水是白洋淀淀区硝酸盐的主要来源。2008—2014年Cl~-和SO_4~(2-)浓度比例逐渐减小,工业废水和生活污水的排入受到控制;2009年因工业废水的排放NO3-浓度超过50 mg·L~(-1),2014年和2016年NO_3~-浓度未超标;控制硝酸盐浓度变化的主要因素是降水稀释、外源输入及反硝化脱氮作用,当溶解氧(DO)小于2 mg·L~(-1)时,硝酸盐的减少主要受反硝化作用影响。  相似文献

亚热带农业小流域水体氮素及其稳定同位素分布特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为控制流域氮素养分流失、改善流域水体环境,以亚热带典型农业小流域脱甲河为研究对象,对表层水体铵态氮(NH_4~+-N)、硝态氮(NO_3--N)浓度和水体硝态氮δ~(15)N(δ~(15)N-NO_3-)、沉积物有机质δ~(15)N(δ~(15)N-Org)浓度进行了连续试验观测,分析氮素浓度及其稳定同位素值的时空特征,探讨影响氮素分布的环境因子及水体NO_3-和沉积物有机质氮素的可能来源。结果表明:水体NO_3--N浓度明显高于NH_4~+-N,均值分别为1.62 mg·L~(-1)和0.90mg·L~(-1),并且分别在6月、8月及冬季较高;城镇区和农田区水体NH_4~+-N浓度与其他类型区差异显著(P0.05),并且显著高于其他水体;NO_3--N浓度在城镇区、农田区及山间林地区较高,水库区较低。支流NH_4~+-N浓度高于干流,均表现为冬季春季夏季秋季;干流、支流NO_3--N浓度分别表现为冬季夏季秋季春季、秋季冬季夏季春季。源头和出口处水体均表现为NO_3--N浓度高于NH_4~+-N,源头处氮素浓度低于出口处。水体δ~(15)N-NO_3-及底泥δ~(15)N-Org值分布范围分别为-19.87‰~8.11‰和-0.69‰~6.51‰,水体δ~(15)N-NO_3-最高值在Ⅲ级河段,最低值出现于Ⅳ级河段,各级河段间水体δ~(15)N-NO_3-11月差异较小,而1、2月差异明显;河流底泥δ~(15)N-Org最高值也位于Ⅲ级河段,而最低值则在Ⅰ级河段,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级河段δ~(15)N-Org值随时间变化趋势较为一致,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级河段δ~(15)N-Org最小值出现于1月。总之,脱甲河水体存在氮素污染现象且以外源输入为主,水体氮素来源主要为土壤有机质、人工合成肥料及陆源有机质,开展流域氮素分布及来源研究对认识流域尺度氮污染物的源解析具有一定科学意义。  相似文献

不同氮肥处理对土壤和番茄中稳定性氮同位素丰度的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用盆栽番茄的方式,根据氮肥类型和施用量,设置8种肥料处理(以纯氮计):C1(有机肥,9.5g)、CU1(有机肥、化肥均为4.75g)、U1(化肥,9.5g)、C2(有机肥,19g)、CU2(有机肥、化肥均为9.5g)、U2(化肥,19g)、C3(有机肥,29g)、CK(不施肥料),分析各处理的土壤、番茄叶片和果实δ15N的变化,比较不同部位δ15N的差异.结果表明,(1)施用有机肥能显著提高土壤、叶片和果实的δ15N(P <0.05),而施用化肥则显著降低其δ15N(P<0.05).纯有机肥(C1、C2、C3)处理番茄叶片和果实δ15N分别为6.02‰ ~ 12.75‰和4.69‰~8.24‰,纯化肥(U1、U2)处理为2.83‰~5.53‰和2.66‰ ~4.50‰,纯有机肥处理δ15N显著高于纯化肥处理.(2)番茄植株不同部位δ15N的比较结果为老叶>新叶>新茎>果实>老茎>侧根>主根,表明氮素由根部吸收经过茎的运输到达叶片和果实的过程中,15N逐步富集.(3)建议将利用氮稳定同位素技术鉴别番茄果实纯有机肥和纯化肥处理的δ15N的阈值设定为5‰,有机种植检测可以借鉴此法设定相应的临界值,以鉴别有机种植和非有机种植.研究结果表明通过氮稳定同位素技术可以区分植物中氮素的来源,从而得知作物生长过程中的施肥情况,为有机食品检测提供有效方法.  相似文献

黄土高原泾河小流域泥沙碳、氮同位素与生态环境示踪   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以泾河(陕西彬县境内)4条支流表层沉积物为研究对象,对其有机质的稳定碳、氮同位素组成进行测定和研究.结果表明,4条河流表层沉积物有机质的碳同位素(δ13C)值变化范围为(-29.1‰)~(-20.4‰),平均值为-25.4‰.其δ13C值从上游到下游都有逐渐偏正的趋势,表明从上游到下游植被覆盖类型的变化影响了沿河表层沉积物有机质的δ13C值.4条河流表层沉积物有机质的氮同位素(δ15N)值和碳氮比(C/N)的变化范围分别为0~4.6‰和1.4~17.2,平均值分别为2.8‰和7.3.从上游到下游其δ15N值逐渐偏正,表明沿岸进入河中的泥沙比例越来越大,人类活动等对自然环境的影响增强.徐家河和拜家河下游采样点表层沉积物有机质的δ15N值有偏负趋势,可能与下游煤炭开采,煤等有机质进入河流表层沉积物有关.因此,对河流表层沉积物中有机质的碳、氮同位素组成特征和变化研究可以揭示流域土壤侵蚀状态和生态环境的变化.  相似文献

为探究不同发育期及授粉方式对设施甜瓜稳定同位素比值变化的影响,本研究基于元素分析——稳定同位素比率质谱(EA-IRMS),测定在不同发育期和授粉方式中设施甜瓜的4种稳定同位素比值(δ13C、δ15N、δ18O和δ2H),采用单因素方差分析法解析激素授粉和中华蜜蜂授粉对甜瓜稳定同位素比值的差异性。结果表明,在相同的种植和环境条件下,自然分馏效应导致设施甜瓜在不同发育时期的同位素差异。在甜瓜发育期间,不同授粉方式设施甜瓜的δ13C、δ15N和δ18O值较稳定,无显著差异(P>0.05),而在发育30 d时激素授粉与蜜蜂授粉甜瓜的δ2H值分别为-43.63‰和-53.50‰,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。本研究初步揭示了稳定同位素在甜瓜发育过程中以及不同授粉方式下的分馏情况,其中δ2H值可作为甜瓜授粉方式的一项标识性指标,对丰富设施甜瓜溯源体系具有重要意义。  相似文献

化学转化法测定水体中硝酸盐的氮氧同位素比值   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用化学转化法可同时测定各种水体样品中硝酸盐的氮、氧同位素比值。在弱碱性环境中,镀铜镉粒将硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐,然后在弱酸性缓冲体系中叠氮酸根将亚硝酸盐转化为氧化亚氮。通过带有预浓缩装置的同位素比值质谱计测定氧化亚氮的氮、氧同位素比值,并用公式将其换算为硝酸盐的氮、氧同位素比值。通过国际标准样品和实验室标准样品的多次检测证实化学转化法具有适用范围广、灵敏度高、操作简便、准确的特点,其转化过程仅需两步,且需样量仅为4.5μg NO3--N。δ15N和δ18O的测量精度分别为0.31‰和0.55‰,测定值与参考值的差异均小于1σ,测量的精确度和准确度均可满足样品分析的需求。  相似文献

Isotope parameters (δ(13)C(honey), δ(13)C(protein), δ(15)N) were determined for 271 honey samples of 7 types (black locust, multifloral, lime, chestnut, forest, spruce, and fir honeys) from 4 natural geographical regions of Slovenia. Carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios were measured to elucidate the applicability of this method in the identification of the botanical and geographical origin of honey and in honey adulteration. Only 2.2% of the samples were adulterated according to the internal standard carbon isotope ratio analysis method. Botanical origin did not have any major influence on the honey isotope profiles; only black locust honey showed higher δ(13)C values. Some differences were seen across different production years, indicating that the influence of season should be further tested. Statistical and multivariate analyses demonstrated differences among honeys of various geographical origins. Those from the Alpine region had low δ(13)C (-26.0‰) and δ(15)N values (1.1‰); those from the Mediterranean region, high δ(13)C (-24.6‰) and medium δ(15)N values (2.2‰); those from the Pannonian region, medium δ(13)C (-25.6‰) and high δ(15)N value (3.0‰); and those from the Dinaric region, medium δ(13)C (-25.7‰) and low δ(15)N values (1.4‰).  相似文献

Soils and sediments contain only small amounts of organic matter, and large concentrations of paramagnetic metals can give poor solid‐state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra of organic matter. Pretreatment of samples with hydrofluoric acid (HF) dissolves significant proportions of the mineral matrix and extracts paramagnetic elements. We investigated the effects of 10% HF treatment on the stable isotope content of carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) of organic matter from soils, composts and shales. Additionally we inferred molecular and isotopic characteristics of lost materials from calculations of isotope mass balances. Treatment with HF enriched C and N in mineral samples substantially (factors 2.5–42.4), except for Podzol B horizons (1.1–1.7) and organic material (1.0–1.3). After treatment most of the C (59.7–91.7%) and N (53.7–86.6%) was recovered, although changing C/N ratios often indicated a preferential loss of N‐rich material. Isotope ratios of C and N in the remaining material became more negative when net alterations exceeded 0.3‰. The isotope ratios of the lost material contained more 13C (1–2‰) and 15N (1–4‰) than the initial organic matter. Acid hydrolysis typically removes proteins, amino acids and polysaccharides, all of which are enriched in 13C, and in the case of proteins and amino acids, enriched in 15N as well. We conclude that HF treatment released fresh, soluble, probably microbial, biomass in addition to carbohydrates. Net changes of the bulk chemical composition of organic matter were small for most soils, size fractions and plant material, but not for samples containing little organic matter, or those rich in easily soluble organic matter associated with iron oxides, such as Podzol B horizons.  相似文献

This work aims to identify the sources of nitrogencontamination in nitrate vulnerable zones (NVZs) of Spain by means of the nitrogen isotope method. Three categories of nitrogen sources (synthetic fertilisers, animal wastes, and sludges and effluents from waste-water treatment plants) from three NVZs were analysed for their nitrogen isotopic composition (δ15N) in order to assess the applicability of the method to the identification of these N sources. The mean δ15N values were: +1.48‰ for synthetic fertilisers, +15.98‰ for animal wastes and +11.52‰ for sludges and effluents. The synthetic fertiliser sources were significantly different from the organic sources and so, the method can be used for their identification. The highest variability was found within the animal waste category. The range of values found for the different kinds of animal wastes (+5.86 to +36.74) was very wide and overlappedthe range found for sludges and effluents from waste-water treatmentplants (+4.57 to +20.18). Accordingly, these two nitrogen sources areisotopically indistinguishable.  相似文献

C and N content, C/N (atomic) ratio, and C and N isotopic composition (δ13C and δ15N) were determined on suspended particulate matter and sediment samples obtained from riverine, estuarine and marine environments in two cruises (September 1995 and March 1996) in the Po estuary (Italy). Isotopic tracers of C and N, reported for the first time for this environment, gave information on sources of organic matter and their distributions. An end-member mixing model based on δ13C values was applied to estimate the relative importance of riverine and marine sources of organic matter in suspended particulate matter and sediments.  相似文献

The relationship between mercury (Hg) concentrations in freshwater biota and trophic position, as defined by stable nitrogen isotope ratios (δ15N), was examined in 6 lakes in northwestern Ontario. The heavier isotope of nitrogen (15N) increases an average of 3 parts per thousand (‰) from prey to predator and is used as a measure of an organism's trophic position. Dorsal muscle from lake trout, burbot, walleye, northern pike, white sucker, lake cisco, lake whitefish, and yellow perch was analyzed for Hg and δ15N using flameless atomic absorption and mass spectrometry respectively. Within each lake, log Hg was significantly related to δ15N (r 2 ranged from 0.47 to 0.91,P<0.01). For four species, yellow perch, northern pike, lake cisco, and lake trout, log Hg was positively related to δ15N (r 2 ranged from 0.37 to 0.47,P≤0.09) across all lakes. We also used δ15N measurements (assuming a 3‰ shift between an organism and its diet) and the developed within-lake regression equations to calculate a prey Hg for each individual fish. These food Hg values were then used to predict predator Hg using Norstromet al's bioenergetics model. Predicted results were strongly correlated to measured Hg concentrations (r=0.91,P<0.001), indicating that δ15N has potential to be used in modeling.  相似文献

研究不同肥料配施对土壤、黄瓜及其叶片中稳定性氮同位素丰度(1δ5N‰)及硝酸盐和硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着配施有机肥比例的降低,黄瓜中1δ5N呈现先低后高再低的趋势;各处理单施化肥初期时黄瓜中1δ5N与有机肥60%和40%配施处理间差异显著(P0.05),中期时与有机肥60%、40%配施处理及对照间的差异显著(P0.05),末期时与有机肥60%配施处理间有差异(P0.05),与其他不同配施时差异不显著(P0.05);相同处理的不同采摘时期黄瓜中1δ5N差异不显著(P0.05)。不同处理时叶片与黄瓜间的1δ5N呈正相关(r=0.9836),其1δ5N主要受不同肥料配施处理的影响。随着有机肥比例的降低,黄瓜中硝酸盐含量逐渐降低,与黄瓜中1δ5N间的线性相关性差(r=0.6568);而叶片中硝酸还原酶活性逐渐提高,其中对照处理、100%、80%和60%有机肥处理时与叶片中δ15N丰度呈正相关(r=0.9187);60%、40%、20%有机肥和100%化肥处理时与叶片中1δ5N呈负相关(r=-0.9773)。总体来看,可以初步利用1δ5N作为标记来区分有机肥和化肥种植的黄瓜,但需要进一步研究1δ5N在作物中的分馏和分布规律。  相似文献

本研究针对北京郊区汇源与正谷有机蔬菜基地,通过对不同蔬菜生产基地取样分析,研究有机和常规蔬菜生产条件下土壤养分平衡特征,分析有机生产蔬菜和土壤的15N特征。结果表明,(1)有机蔬菜生产与常规生产对比,由于施肥数量不同,汇源有机蔬菜基地土壤N、P及K盈余量(分别为356~472kg·hm-2、298kg·hm-2和200~226kg·hm-2)高于当地常规生产,而正谷有机蔬菜生产土壤N、P及K养分盈余量(分别为-164~190kg·hm-2、107.9~435.5kg·hm-2和-164.5~-136.8kg·hm-2)低于当地常规生产;(2)汇源有机蔬菜生产模式中,土壤N素养分有逐季累积的趋势,有机肥的N、P和K养分存在着不平衡性,这可能是造成0~20cm土层磷素大量累积的重要原因;(3)蔬菜类别不同,δ15N值不同,一般为叶菜类最高(10.49‰),果菜类次之(10.07‰),根菜类δ15N值最低(5.62‰);(4)植物不同部位δ15N值也有差异。针对圆椒的分析表明,圆椒叶δ15N(12.44‰)〉圆椒果实δ15N(9.35‰);(5)土壤δ15N与土壤全N之间有一定的相关性,回归方程为δ15N土壤=13.098N土壤+3.7624,R2=0.938,而植物δ15N与土壤δ15N之间、植物δ15N与土壤全氮相关性较差。长期施用有机肥,使得土壤中15N更多来自有机肥,进而表现为蔬菜δ15N升高,高量有机肥可以短期内增加叶菜类植物δ15N值。  相似文献

We investigated the expansion of NO3 ?-contaminated groundwater in the Sichuan Basin, China. Nitrogen concentrations and isotopic ratios of NH4 + and NO3 ? were analyzed in groundwater and rain collected from four areas in this basin in order to evaluate the sources of nitrogen pollution. NH4 + in rain, for which δ15N values are strongly negative to slightly positive ?13.4 to + 2.3‰, appears to originate from fertilizers and excretory waste. NO3 ? in rain (δ15N: ?10.2 to ?4.4‰) was attributed to NO x from automobile exhaust gas. In the studied area, well water sampled from farmyards was found to have the highest δ15NNO3 (average: +9.7 ± 4.7‰), indicating contamination by domestic sewage as animal excrement. The lowest δ15NNO3 (?0.2 ± 3.7‰), found in spring water, indicates that the studied groundwater samples are widely affected by air contaminants (mainly as nitrogen oxides) resulted from fuel combustions. The δ15NNO3 (+3.7 ± 2.1‰) values of well water from farmland are between these levels, suggesting that NO3 ? contamination results primarily from cultivation using nitrogen fertilizers, although the contribution from animal excrement cannot be excluded. These results demonstrate that the studied groundwater is widely polluted by locally derived nitrogen sources.  相似文献

氮氧化物(NO_x=NO+NO_2)因其对环境和人类健康的威胁,成为大气中需要严格控制的一种痕量组分。首次运用化学转化法,通过将主要人为排放源废气中的氮氧化物(NO_x)转化为氧化亚氮(N_2O),测定气体中NO_x的15N自然丰度,即氮稳定同位素比值(δ15N-NO_x)。利用酸性氧化剂将NO_x氧化为硝酸(NO_3~-),并通过三氯化钒(VCl_3)和叠氮钠(NaN_3)的共同作用将其转化为N_2O,利用带有自动预浓缩装置的稳定同位素比值质谱计(PT-IRMS)测定δ15N-NO_x。该方法的测量精度可达0.09‰,所需样品量仅为7μg(以氮计),对火力发电站、机动交通工具等人为排放源均适用,测量精度和准确度可满足NOx相关研究的需求。  相似文献
