The consumption of oxygen is the most significant biological response in wastewater biological treatment,and the OUR(Oxygen Uptake Rate) of microorganism can be obtained by respirometry.So the respirometry becomes a valuable means for the theoretical research and process operation administration of wastewater biological treatment.The(progress) of respirometry is reviewed and the advantage and disadvantage of each are evaluated.The basic principle and difficulty in implementation of "ultimate" hybrid respirometer are emphasized and also the drawbacks of simpler hybrid respirometer being used presently are discussed.Finally the implementary approach for the development of hybrid respirometer with higher precision by designing novel systems of reactors and temperature control is put forward and the initial result is shown.  相似文献

为探讨HA、金属Cu2+以及活性污泥三者间的相互作用关系,研究了在HA存在下,不同吸附时间、pH值、Cu2+质量浓度以及温度对活性污泥吸附Cu2+的影响,并从热力学、吸附前后活性污泥性状以及红外光谱等角度分析了活性污泥吸附Cu2+机理。结果表明,当活性污泥为2 g/L、HA质量浓度为50 mg/L、pH=6,Cu2+质量浓度为50 mg/L时,经过90 min达到吸附平衡,Cu2+吸附量为45.98 mg/L,吸附率达到91.96%。研究发现,HA可以削弱Cu2+对活性污泥的毒性,活性污泥吸附Cu2+主要依靠氢键力和偶极间力,而多糖类、脂类C-O及苯环C-H等官能团在吸附过程中发挥着主要作用。  相似文献

Based on the batch settling tests,the discipline of zone and compression settling activated sludge are studied.The parameters of Vesilind form used for estimation of stirred zone settling are determined by the experimental measurement and experiential formula,and the significant differences between them are found.According to the regression relation between height of the sludge blanket(SBH) and time,a mathematical model describing compression settling is(advanced) and the methods for its parameters estimation are structured.Furthermore,the validation of the model is(approved) by the experiments. From the model,the authors deduce a theoretical equation for determining the change-over point where the compression settling commences,and a new experiential velocity function of compression settling related to the settling time,initial sludge concentration and SBH.  相似文献

Substantially, the process of biological treatment for wastewater is the process of bacterial energy metabolism. In this paper, from the viewpoint of energy and based on the conservation of mass and energy, an energy metabolism equation is constructed. Through the experimentation, the parameters in equation are measured. Through this equation the reason for SRT choice of activated sludge system is explained from the viewpoint of microcosmic. This equation is adaptable to optimizing the SRT of activated sludge system in the condition of low-organic load thereby to optimizing the energy distribution of activated sludge system for energy saving  相似文献

In this study the influence of the low-intensity ultrasound treatment on excess sludge has been observed.The oxygen uptake rate(OUR),soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD),soluble total nitrogen(TN) and soluble total phosphorus(TP) were examined for three power levels of 0.03 W/mL, 0.05 W/mL and 0.1 W/mL as well as two time series of 0~5 min and 0~30 min.It showed that there were two stages of ultrasonic treatment: the first stage took place within the flocs in four minutes,in which SCOD,TN,TP were dissolved from flocs.In the second stage,the microbial activities have been strengthened,as well as OUR,TN,TP have increased greatly.  相似文献

In this paper,the concept,types and mechanism of activated sludge bulking were introduced.The factors affecting the sludge bulking were discussed from the aspects of wastewater quality,such as wastewater with high content of carbon hydrate,decayed wastewater,wastewater with toxic substance,wastewater with unbalanced content of N and P and wastewater with low pH value;the environment conditions such as flowing state of the flow,operation manner,variation of water quality and other factors(pH,temperature,nutrition) etc.And also,the emergency controlling,environment controlling and process operating controlling methods are put forward for controlling activated sludge bulking.  相似文献

The municipal wastewater biology treatment process includes both pollutants transferring and energy utilization. The wastewater and sludge samples of several WWTP (wastewater treatment plant) in Chongqing are investigated. The heat value, volatile component and element content of those samples are determined. The effect of volatile component on heat value is analyzed. The results show that it has a good correlation between volatile component and heat value. The heat value has a negative correlation with volatile component when volatile component is below 30%, while it has a positive correlation with volatile component when volatile component is above 37%. The heat value is also calculated by the Dulong formula. The conclusions are pretty close: heat value has a negative correlation with volatile component when volatile component is below 28.26%, while has a positive correlation with it when volatile component is above 28.26%. It indicates that the analysis method for heat value of wastewater and sludge in this paper is effective, and it can be used in wastewater measurement.  相似文献

Total least squares (TLS) is proposed to complete harmonic state estimation when parameter and measurement errors are both taken into consideration. The buses are partitioned into subsets of non source buses and suspicious buses, thereby reducing the number of unknown state variables. The validity and practicability of this approach is validated using the IEEE 14bus harmonic testing system. The estimation precision is analyzed by random sampling 10 000 times in Matlab when measurement errors and parameter errors followed a Gaussian distribution. The results show that an accurate estimate can be obtained using TLS if parameter and measurement errors are considered.  相似文献

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is a new technology in wastewater treatment, using membrane to enhance biological-chemical reaction. It has many advantages such as high efficiency and low sludge production rate. By analyzing the factor influencing MBR, a new submerged hybrid dynamic membrane bioreactor(HDMBR) is suggested and the characteristics of the new HDMBR from different viewpoints are expounded. 生物可降解塑料的开发已经成为目前的研究热点之一,而活性污泥法是常用的评价高分子材料的生物可降解性的方法。以活性污泥的干燥固体总质量(TS)和活性污泥的挥发性固体含量(VS)为考察指标,分析活性污泥对于聚丙烯(PP)、纸制、植物纤维(稻壳)餐具的降解能力。实验结果表明,在降解期间(21 d),纸制餐具降解速度最快,且降解程度最大,植物纤维餐具降解程度低于纸制,而聚丙烯餐具基本不降解。增加降解物的表面积和提高活性污泥与降解物的比值,有利于降解物的降解。  相似文献

污泥膨胀不仅影响出水水质,增大污泥的处理费用,而且极易引起大量污泥流失,严重时可导致整个处理工艺失败。污泥膨胀分为丝状菌性污泥膨胀和非丝状菌性污泥膨胀,主要影响因素有污水水质、溶解氧、污泥负荷、冲击负荷以及运行方式和处理工艺等。通过临时控制措施、工艺设计控制措施、工艺运行控制措施可有效解决污泥膨胀问题。尽管当前有一些理论解释污泥膨胀问题,如表面积/容积比(A/V)假说,动力学理论,饥饿假说理论、NO假设,但缺乏充分的实验证明模型适用与否。需进一步完善污泥膨胀理论,为控制污泥膨胀提供严谨的理论依据。  相似文献

为了了解苎麻骨纤维餐具的降解规律,为其规模化生产提供依据,采用活性污泥法对其生物降解性能进行了研究。以生物降解率为考察指标,分析活性污泥对于聚丙烯(PP)、滤纸、苎麻骨纤维餐具、纸浆模塑餐具和塑料淀粉餐具的降解能力。结果表明,在降解期间(28天),滤纸降解速度最快,纸浆模塑餐具次之,苎麻骨纤维餐具降解程度低于纸制,生物降解率达到60.59%。而聚丙烯餐具和塑料淀粉餐具基本不降解。增加降解物的表面积和提高活性污泥与降解物的比值,有利于苎麻骨纤维餐具的降解。  相似文献

In this paper, the landfill gas generation process was investigated by a landfill lysimeter of municipal solid waste (MSW) co-disposed with wastewater sludge. The experimental results show that the wastewater sludge played a role of inoculation in MSW degradation process and accelerated organic waste decomposition. Compared with the MSW landfill alone, the landfill gas generation rate of MSW co-disposed with sludge was higher by about 30%. The average CH 4 content in landfill gas reached 64%, which was much higher than in case of MSW landfill alone and useful for landfill gas utilization. It is also proved that co-disposal of sludge with MSW is a good choice for beneficial use of sludge.  相似文献

The nitrilon wastewater was pretreated with aerobic activated sludge, suspended carrier expanded bed and anaerobic biological reactor. The results showed that the aerobic activated sludge was unfit for treating nitrilon wastewater due to its CN - toxicity and high concentration of difficult degraded organic matter. With the increase of operational time, the activity of sludge lost gradually and a lot of microbe died. The effect of suspended carrier expanded bed treating nitrilon wastewater was worse and the removal efficiency of contaminated matter was under 15%. The anaerobic biological reactor was good at treating nitrilon wastewater and the removal efficiency of contaminated matter was up to 35%. Meanwhile the wastewater quality was improved and the biochemical performance of nitrilon wastewater was enhanced, which were beneficial for advanced treatment to nitrilon wastewater by sequential biological treating processes.  相似文献

熟化污泥施用对滨海盐渍土绿化植物光合生理特征的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
滨海盐渍土的高盐碱特性使得植物定植和生长均受到影响,滨海植被极易退化。在上海浦东盐渍土开展不同比例熟化污泥施用改土试验,并通过定期测定种植的常见绿化植物的光合生理,反映污泥施用效应差异及时间上的变化。结果表明:(1)熟化污泥施用盐渍土可提升绿化植物的光合效率。污泥施用综合效果不仅与施用浓度相关,且与植物生长特性有关,同时污泥施用效果持续时间与施用浓度存在正相关。(2)植物种植早期污泥施用可能造成轻度胁迫效应,而夹竹桃、海桐等适应性较强植物早期施用较低浓度(质量比5%以下)污泥即表现净光合速率提升效应;在植物进入正常生长阶段后,大部分植物中低比例(质量比2.5%和5.0%)污泥施用的提升效应更显著;在施用污泥500天左右中低浓度施用比例效应显著下降,此时高浓度(7.5%)施用组仍存在提升效应。建议污泥施用应以低浓度多次施用方法进行。(3)而施用污泥组的气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度均高于对照组,但其净光合速率仍显著低于对照组植株。5%污泥施用180天后新优植物光合效率无明显变化。(4)在较长时间尺度上植物自身适应性是决定污泥施用后净光合速率变化的主导因素,而不同污泥施用量的影响作用在短时效应上较显著。建议在污泥资源化用于滨海盐渍土改良过程中,以5%及以下熟化污泥的中等施用比例为主。  相似文献

In response to the characteristic of oxidation ditch and its limitation in removal of phosphorus and nitrogen,the research of the biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal in micro-environment and macroenvironment was reviewed.The process of enhancing phosphorus and nitrogen removal was discussed,the way to improve the phosphorus and nitrogen removal was presented:(1)the proper sequential arrangement of the locations of aerator,influent,effluent and return sludge to form the reversed A~2/O process;(2)forming more rigorously anaerobic zone by means of vertical flow circle;(3)the proper supply of oxygen,to avoid insufficiency of aerobic phosphorus uptake and nitrification with low oxygen supply;While to keep from overmuch waste of carbon source going against de-nitrification,and high oxygen concentration going against anaerobic phosphorus release due to high oxygen supply;(4)the proper hydraulic parameter and oxygen supply mode.  相似文献

Summary The paper presents the method of choosing parents for simple and multiple crossings formularizing the well-known principles i) effective performance of breeding traits in hybrid population and ii) genetic divergence between parents; an original procedure of the integral performance estimation of hybrid population taking into consideration the specific features of a breeding program; an estimation of divergence between parents by way of computing the parentage coefficients. It gives a substantiated computation of the objective heuristic function in the process of assessing various combinations of crossing on the basis of both estimations, the said function offering a quantitative evaluation of the relative perspective efficiency of the hybrid combinations before crossing.  相似文献

Moisture content influences harvest timing and the consequent drying process and drying costs, and the development of spoilage fungi during pre- and post-harvest phases. Maize kernel development in the field can be partitioned into three phases: i) lag phase, ii) grain filling and maturation drying, and iii) post-maturity dry-down. A model simulating maize kernel moisture content during maturation can help either monitoring or foreseen maize kernel humidity during the harvest period. Also, it would be useful in simulation studies via crop models to estimate the infield feasibility of harvest but also the interaction with diseases responsible for mycotoxin production, against weather scenarios.A process-based model was developed, called MIMYCS.Moisture. When the hybrids were analyzed all together, MIMYCS.Moisture showed a good general predictive capability with an average error in moisture estimation of ±3.28% moisture (considering the root mean square error – RMSE). The model efficiency (EF) was positive (0.85) and the model was able to explain the 89.7% of variation. When the two sub-models were analyzed separately, the RMSE remained approximately at the same level of the general model, while the other indicators changed revealing the different characteristics of the two models. The developmental moisture sub-model has a slight tendency to overestimate, while the dry-down sub-model tended to underestimate final moisture content.However, when the model was analyzed separately for each hybrid, both calibration and validation results suggested that more data are needed to improve the model likely with respect to kernel characteristics of hybrids. Finally, the equilibrium moisture content equation used, taken from industrial drying models, might not be adequate for simulating the field conditions where temperature is well below the one in dryers and environmental air humidity may vary considerably across sites and harvest periods.  相似文献

For high precise frequency estimation of the short sinusoid signal at low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), a weighted fusion algorithm for frequency estimation of the short signal with the same frequency and length (SFL-Signal) is proposed. The spectrum model of SFL-Signal and the phase compensation matrix with phase coherent and noise cancellation are constructed. Secondly, the SFL-signal spectrum is weight-fused with the phase compensation matrix to obtain the result almost the same as that of the spectrum of the phase-coherent sinusoid signal. Consequently, high frequency estimation precision is obtained with spectral peak searching of the weight-fusion spectrum. Algorithm analysis and simulation results show that, compared with the existing methods,the proposed algorithm works better in term of precision, calculation complexity, noise immunity, and fits for any type of SFL-Signal.  相似文献
