选取年龄、胎次、品种基本一致的哺乳母猪20头,随机分成对照组和试验组,试验分两批进行,每批10头.在相同的环境条件下,母猪自由饮水,饲喂同一哺乳母猪料.母猪分娩后4 d内,采用原场饲养制度,逐步增加哺乳母猪采食量,第5天开始,对照组采用不限量饲喂,试验组采用限量和添加哺乳母猪补充料的饲喂方式,仔猪21日龄断奶.结果显示两组仔猪21日龄的断奶窝重、母猪断奶后再发情时间和母猪哺乳失重等差异均不显著(P>0.05).  相似文献

研究应用营养、价格差异化的两种教槽料和两种代母奶组成哺乳期仔猪饲喂方案,探讨其对哺乳仔猪生长性能和断奶重影响。试验选取分娩日期相近的哺乳母猪(长×大)12头,将其所生12窝哺乳仔猪随机分成2个处理组,每组6个重复。对照组只用一种干教槽料饲喂,不补充代母奶。试验组分阶段用教槽料和代母奶组合方案饲喂。试验从仔猪初生开始到28日龄断奶结束。试验结果表明:试验组仔猪0~21日龄日增重比对照组高14.35%(P=0.048),在21日龄时均重达到7.33 kg,比对照组高0.71 kg(P=0.06),0~28日龄日增重比对照组高12.01%(P>0.05),在28日龄时断奶均重达到9.49 kg,比对照组高0.87 kg(P=0.088)。由此可见,本研究所制定的饲喂方案可以提高哺乳仔猪生长性能和断奶重。  相似文献

试验将甘草、菊花、罗汉果等中草药和红茶菌制备成中草药红茶菌制剂,通过对母猪进行饲喂及口鼻喷雾,研究该制剂对母猪及哺乳仔猪生产性能的影响。将68头妊娠母猪随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮(326母猪料),试验组[326母猪料+5 kg/t中草药红茶菌制剂饲喂+100 mL/(头·次)中草药红茶菌制剂稀释液口鼻喷雾]。结果表明:在平均温度为29.5℃、平均相对湿度为64.9%的条件下,试验组母猪采食量及母猪断奶后7 d内的发情率均高于对照组(P0.05);母猪哺乳失重显著少于对照组(P0.05);试验组仔猪21日龄断奶窝均重与平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P0.05),分别提高7.34%和9.23%;21日龄成活率达100%,而对照组则为96.3%;试验组母猪没有发生便秘情况,而对照组母猪便秘率为8.83%;试验组哺乳仔猪腹泻率比对照组降低4.41个百分点,试验期间母猪死淘率均为零。说明该制剂可提高母猪及哺乳仔猪的生产性能,同时对母猪便秘、仔猪腹泻等均有一定改善作用。  相似文献

45头母猪于分娩当天随机分成三组,分别为母猪饲喂双丰哺乳母猪料的试验1组、母猪饲喂双丰哺乳母猪料和仔猪饲喂双丰乳猪料的试验2组以及母猪和仔猪饲喂市售商品饲料的对照组。与对照组仔猪相比,试验1组和试验2组仔猪的平均断奶体重分别增加4.23%和6.70%,2月龄平均体重分别增加7.86%和9.94%;在断奶和2月龄窝重上,试验1组比对照组分别提高6.38%和10.80%,试验2组比对照组分别提高12.38%和15.15%;对照组仔猪哺乳期成活率为96.7%,两个试验组仔猪均为100%。  相似文献

近年来,国家对生猪养殖的大力扶持使得规模化的大型养猪场不断出现,养殖效益也在不断增加。然而,在猪场的经营管理中,母猪的繁殖性能尤为重要,也关系着猪场的经济效益。本试验旨在研究两种饲喂模式对母猪生产性能的影响。试验分为对照组和试验组2个处理,每个处理40个重复,每个重复1头猪:对照组饲喂模式,怀孕85~94日龄饲喂3.5 kg妊娠母猪饲料;怀孕95~115日龄饲喂3.8 kg哺乳母猪饲料;分娩当天饲喂1.5 kg哺乳母猪饲料;试验组,配种~怀孕94日龄饲喂2.2 kg妊娠母猪前中期饲料;怀孕95~108日龄饲喂3.8 kg妊娠母猪后期饲料;怀孕109~112日龄饲喂3.2 kg围产母猪饲料;怀孕113日龄饲喂2.5 kg围产母猪饲料;怀孕114日龄饲喂2.0 kg围产母猪饲料;怀孕115日龄饲喂1.5 kg围产母猪饲料;分娩当天饲喂1.0 kg围产母猪饲料。结果表明:(1)对照组与试验组(不同饲喂模式)饲喂的母猪,仔猪初生窝重、初生活仔数、20 d窝重、20 d窝头数均为差异显著。试验组仔猪初生窝重显著提高27.32%,初生活仔数显著提高20.45%,20 d窝重显著提高72.42%,20 d窝头数显著提高49.92%。(2)试验组仔猪28 d断奶窝重显著提高57.85%,仔猪28d断奶头数显著提高47.23%,断奶后10 d窝重显著提高51.81%,断奶后10 d头数显著提高45.57%。(3)试验组断奶后7 d发情母猪日均采食量显著提高7.53%,断奶后母猪发情天数显著降低23.62%。试验组饲喂模式,在动物生产性能方面具有明显优势。同时,在母猪配种初期做到了合理限饲,规范减料、加料,同时有效解决了母猪便秘的问题。  相似文献

试验研究了采用膨胀工艺处理哺乳母猪日粮对母猪生产性能的影响,为膨胀处理工艺在哺乳母猪日粮加工应用方面提高参考。选取3~5胎次并且预产期接近的健康PIC母猪32头,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组16个重复,每个重复1头。对照组饲喂正常加工处理的哺乳母猪日粮,试验猪饲喂经过膨胀工艺处理后的试验日粮。膨胀工艺温度120~140℃,压力4~6 Pa,水分含量为16%~18%。试验结果表明对照组和试验组间仔猪断奶活仔数、仔猪断奶存活率、仔猪平均初生重、仔猪平均断奶重、仔猪出生平均窝重之间差异不显著(P0.05),而仔猪断奶平均窝重对照组和试验组之间表现为差异显著(P0.05)。母猪平均日母乳量试验组要高于对照组,表现为差异显著(P0.05),说明哺乳母猪日粮经过膨胀处理,淀粉、蛋白等营养物质得到熟化,更有利于母猪的消化吸收。母猪对营养物质消化利用率的提高,促进了母猪平均泌乳量的提高,从而仔猪获得更多的奶水。使得每头母猪哺乳的整窝仔猪窝重得到增加。  相似文献

为了探讨倍乳素对哺乳母猪的影响,本文对30头健康待产母猪进行了试验,把母猪随机分为试验组(15头母猪,共产下139头仔猪)和对照组(15头母猪,共产下135头仔猪).试验组饲喂添加倍乳素的试验料后,与对照组比较仔猪断奶窝重、断奶均重和头均增重.结果表明:倍乳素能提高仔猪断奶窝重9.13%,断奶均重提高4.49%,头均重提高27.22%,效果明显.  相似文献

本试验通过对20头经产母猪分组饲喂发酵饲料与抗生素饲料,研究发酵饲料对母猪生产性能的影响。结果表明:饲喂发酵饲料的母猪(试验组)的产仔数比饲喂抗生素组的母猪(对照组)产仔数多6.48%,饲喂发酵饲料组仔猪的初生重比饲喂抗生素组的仔猪高重7.64%,试验组的哺乳成活率(97.39%)高于对照组(89.91%)。饲喂发酵饲料的28日龄断奶仔猪平均重显著高于饲喂抗生素组的断奶仔猪,平均每头小猪断奶重比对照组重330 g(P0.05)。50日龄育成平均重试验组极显著高于对照组(P0.01),平均每头仔猪增重1860 g。试验组哺乳期仔猪死亡率2.61%显著低于对照组的仔猪死亡率10.19%,仔猪发病率(2.61%)极显著低于对照组(10.19%),差异极显著(P0.01)。本试验说明发酵饲料饲喂怀孕母猪可以提高母猪的仔猪的初生重、断奶重。  相似文献

试验主要研究了多菌种培养物(五谷精华)对哺乳母猪和哺乳仔猪生产性能、经济效益的影响。选取哺乳母猪108头,分为试验组和对照组,每组54头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在对照组日粮的基础上添加2%五谷精华并替代2%玉米,试验期为产房哺乳阶段。试验结果表明:试验组较对照组母猪产完一周日均采食量提高8.50%,仔猪断奶重提高8.75%;经济效益方面,试验组较对照组边际效益:母猪多199.87元/头、仔猪多16.58元/头;仔猪断奶存活率相差不明显。因此,哺乳母猪饲料中添加五谷精华可有效促进母猪产后食欲恢复和提高哺乳仔猪生产性能,并能显著提高生产效益。  相似文献

The experimental material consisted of 42 sows divided into 3 feeding groups, each containing 14 sows fed complete compound feed varying in protein content. Protein and amino acid content of the feed fed to the control group was in compliance with Polish standards. Protein content in the experimental groups was reduced by 10% and 20%, respectively. At the same time, lysine, methionine, threonine and tryptophane content was supplemented to the level of the control group. All pregnant and lactating sows were fed individually. The condition of the sows was determined by measuring the thickness of backfat at the P2 position on days 30 and 105 of pregnancy and on day 25 of lactation. The data analyzed in the study included: the total number of piglets born, their body weight gain, milk composition, weaning-to-estrus interval and the farrowing rate. Protein content of the compound feed did not have a significant impact on the increment in backfat during pregnancy and losses during lactation. The sows fed compound feed with reduced protein content gave birth to 0.7 and 0.6 less piglets per litter than the control animals. However, due to lower losses, they bred 0.3 and 0.4 more piglets than the control sows. Average body weight of a piglet on day 21 was 0.5 kg lower in the experimental than in the control group. Dry matter, protein, fat and lactose content of the sow's milk did not depend on protein content of the feed. The weaning-to-estrus interval in the experimental groups was one day longer than in the control group. The reproductive rate accounted for 86% and was comparable in all the groups.  相似文献

Previous studies showed that supplementation of sows' diets with L-carnitine increases body weights of their piglets at birth. This study was performed to investigate whether piglets of sows treated with L-carnitine differ in their growth potential from that of piglets of untreated control sows after weaning. It was also investigated whether supplementation of piglets' diets with L-carnitine improves their growth after weaning. In two trials, piglets of the first litters of primiparous sows (trial 1) and the second litters of the same sows (trial 2) were divided into four groups: group 1, piglets of control sows, fed a control diet; group 2, piglets of control sows fed a diet supplemented with 30 mg L-carnitine/kg; group 3, piglets of L-carnitine-treated sows, fed a control diet; group 4, piglets of L-carnitine-treated sows fed a diet supplemented with 30 mg L-carnitine/kg. Mean initial body weights of the piglets of the four groups were identical. They were 8.5 kg in trial 1 and 12.5 kg in trial 2. Diets were fed ad libitum over a period of 35 days. Piglets from sows treated with L-carnitine did not differ in body weight gains, feed intake and gain : feed ratio from those of control sows. In trial 1, piglets supplemented with L-carnitine had higher body weight gains (p < 0.005) and showed a tendency towards a higher gain : feed ratio (p = 0.09) than piglets fed the control diets. In trial 2, no significant difference in these parameters emerged between piglets fed the diet supplemented with L-carnitine and those fed the control diet. In conclusion, this study shows that dietary L-carnitine treatment of sows does not improve the growth potential of their piglets after weaning under the conditions of equal initial body weights. The study also shows that L-carnitine supplementation of their diets improves the growth performance in light piglets of primiparous sows.  相似文献

对产后母猪和断奶仔猪饲喂有效微生物菌群(EM),研究其对仔猪生产性能的影响。从产前7d开始给母猪基础饲料中添加5mL/kg的EM菌液,选产仔数不少于8头的3头母猪及其仔猪连续饲喂EM菌28d,仔猪进行断奶,统计母猪的增重、仔猪初生重、断奶重,仔猪成活率等,分析添加EM菌后对母猪生产性能的影响。在这24头断奶仔猪饲料中添加EM菌的饲料,饲喂至60日龄,统计仔猪的增重、采食量、料重比、发病数等,分析EM菌断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。另外选取3头同品种、同批次生产、产仔数相同的母猪及其仔猪饲料中不添加EM菌作为对照。结果表明,母猪产后日均采食量较对照组提高12.07%,仔猪的初生重较对照组提高15.90%,产活仔数提高了12.09%,断奶重增加9.09%,断奶头数增多20.99%,断奶成活率提高8.81%。断奶后仔猪试验组的平均采食量较对照组提高10.26%,料重比降低了7.14%,发病率下降了50.03%。说明EM菌对母猪和仔猪的生产性能均有提高作用,研究结果为EM菌在生猪养殖中的应用提供了基础资料。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究香甜鲜复合诱食剂和香甜复合物诱食剂配合使用对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、养分表观消化率及粪便微生物数量的影响。选取8窝7日龄的大白仔猪,随机分为2个组,每个组4个重复,2个组分别用基础教槽料(对照组)和添加2 kg/t香甜鲜复合诱食剂的试验教槽料进行教槽训练。21日龄断奶时饲喂3 d粥状料过度(采食量无统计)。然后,分别在2个组中选取28头体重相近、体况良好的24日龄仔猪,每个组4个重复,继续饲喂相应教槽料。仔猪37日龄时更换保育料,对照组仍为基础保育料,试验组在基础保育料基础上添加0.8 kg/t香甜复合诱食剂,直至试验结束。试验期59 d。结果表明:1)经过前期教槽训练,与对照组相比,教槽料中添加香甜鲜复合诱食剂能显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日采食量(P0.10),显著降低血清中胰高血糖素样肽-1的含量(P0.10)。2)在保育阶段,与对照组相比,保育料中添加香甜复合诱食剂能显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P0.10)。综合分析,2种复合诱食剂在仔猪教槽料和保育料中配合应用可以提高仔猪的生长性能,对粪便微生物菌群和养分表观消化率没有影响。  相似文献

The objective of the study were to investigate the effects of low protein diets supplemented with amino acids on the reproductive performance,change of backfat thickness and milk composition of the lactating sows.35 crossbred sows with similar parity,body weight and body conditions were selected and randomly divided into 3 treatments and each treatment had 13,11 and 11 sows,respectively.A single-factor experimental design was used.Pigs in control group were fed conventional commercial diet with CP level of 17.7%,and the pigs in experimental groupⅠand Ⅱ were fed the diets supplemented with amino acids,and their CP level were 15.7% and 13.7%.The amino acid concentrations were the same in all three diets.The lactation length was 21 days.The results showed that:①Compared with control group,the total litter weight at 21 days,feed intake of lactating sows,survival rate and feed intake of piglets in the experimental groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).With the decrease of protein level,sows' body weight loss increased,but the differences were not significant among the treatments(P>0.05).②With the decrease of protein level,the ratio of sows' reduced fat thickness declined,but the differences among the treatments were not significant(P>0.05).③The milk composition of sows in experimental group Ⅱ was better than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The results indicated that using the diets with reduced CP level(from 17.7% to 15.7% or 13.7%)and supplemented with amino acids did not affect the performance of sows and piglets,and it would be an effective measure saving protein resource.  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to study the effect of supplementary feeding milk replacer on growth performance,nutrient digestibility,serum biochemistry indexes in piglets during lactation,and explore the feasibility of shorten the weaning age of piglets by feeding milk replacer. One hundred and twenty (twelve litters) 5 days old piglets with average body weight of (3.12±0.63)kg were assigned into two groups with sixty piglets per group (six litters)and one litter of piglets per replicate. The piglets in control group received supplementary creep feed and were weaned on 28 days old,whereas the piglets in experimental group received supplementary creep feed and milk replacer (creep feed:milk replacer=1:1) and were weaned on 21 days old. The piglets in experimental group were continued feeding with creep feed and milk replacer until 28 days old. All piglets were fed with same diets from 28 to 70 days old. The results showed as follows:① Comparing with control group,the body weight of piglets in experimental group were not significantly changed at 5,21,28 and 70 days old (P>0.05),ADFI and F/G were extremely significantly or significantly increased during 5 to 21 days old,22 to 28 days old and 5 to 28 days old (P < 0.01;P < 0.05),while ADG was extremely significantly decreased during 22 to 28 days old compared with control group (P<0.01).② The digestibility of GE,DM,OM and EE of experimental group were significant higher than control group (P<0.05).③ All serum biochemistry indexes between the two groups had no significant differences (P>0.05). In conclusion,supplementary milk replacer feeding could increase the feed intake and dietary digestibility of weaned piglets. The age of wean could be forward to 21 days old according to the final body weight of weaned piglets when fed milk replacer supplementation.  相似文献

研究旨在探讨低蛋白质补充氨基酸日粮对哺乳母猪繁殖性能、背膘厚和乳成分的影响。选择35头胎次、体重和体况相近的哺乳母猪,采用单因子试验设计,随机分为3个处理,每处理分别为13、11、11头母猪。对照组使用常规日粮,粗蛋白质水平为17.7%,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别使用低蛋白质补充氨基酸日粮,粗蛋白质水平为15.7%、13.7%,其氨基酸水平与对照组相近,哺乳期21 d。结果表明:①与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组21日龄断奶全窝重、哺乳期母猪采食量、仔猪窝采食量及成活率均无显著差异(P>0.05),随着日粮蛋白质水平的降低母猪的失重有所增加,但各处理间差异不显著(P>0.05);②随着日粮蛋白质水平的降低,母猪背膘损失比例减少,但各处理间差异不显著(P>0.05);③与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组的乳品质较好,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上结果说明,通过补充氨基酸降低哺乳母猪日粮粗蛋白质水平(由17.7%降至15.7%、13.7%),不会影响母猪及仔猪的生产性能,是节约蛋白质资源的有效措施。  相似文献

试验旨在研究哺乳期补饲代乳品对仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化率及血清生化指标的影响,并探讨代乳品对缩短仔猪断奶日龄的可行性。选用120头(12窝)5日龄、平均体重(3.12±0.63)kg的仔猪,随机分为两组,每组60头(6窝,每窝为1个重复)。对照组补饲教槽料至28日龄断奶;试验组补饲代乳品和教槽料(代乳品:教槽料=1:1)至21日龄断奶,断奶后继续饲喂代乳品和教槽料至28日龄;28日龄后试验组和对照组饲喂相同日粮至70日龄。结果显示:①整个试验期,两组仔猪在5、21、28和70日龄时体重差异均不显著(P>0.05);在5~21、22~28和5~28日龄阶段,试验组仔猪平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)均极显著或显著高于对照组(P < 0.01;P < 0.05);而在22~28日龄阶段,试验组平均日增重(ADG)极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。②试验组仔猪保育期的日粮总能(GE)、干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)和粗脂肪(EE)的消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。③在70日龄时,两组仔猪各项血清生化指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,补饲代乳品可显著增加哺乳期仔猪的采食量,同时促进保育期仔猪对日粮中营养物质的消化吸收。从保育期末体重来看,哺乳期补饲代乳品的仔猪提前至21日龄断奶是可行的。  相似文献

The current study was carried out to determine the effects of alpha‐lipoic acid (LA) supplementation during late‐gestation and lactation on antioxidative ability and performance of sows and their nursing piglets. A total of 160 multiparous sows were randomly allocated to four treatments with 40 replicates per treatment according to parity number and backfat (BF) thickness. Sows were fed 1 of 4 diets from day 85 of gestation to day 21 of lactation. Diets were control without LA; 400 ppm LA supplementation; 600 ppm LA supplementation; and 800 ppm LA supplementation. BF thickness of sows was determined on day 85 and 110 of gestation and days 1 and 21 of lactation. Piglet bodyweight was measured at birth, days 7, 14 and 21. Blood samples were obtained from the sows, and average daily feed intake (ADFI) of the sows during lactation was recorded. There were no differences in BF thickness or ADFI among treatment groups. Dietary LA supplementation resulted in a decrease in blood urea nitrogen (p < 0.01) concentration at days 110 of gestation. Dietary 800 ppm LA increased serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px) activity (p < 0.05) and reduced maleic dialdehyde levels (p < 0.01) of sows compared with the control diet at days 21 of lactation. Alpha‐lipoic acid supplementation increased the birthweight and weaning weight of piglets (p < 0.01) compared with the control group. Weight gains of piglets from sows fed the 800 ppm LA diets were greater (p < 0.01) between days 7 and 14 compared with piglets from control sows. Weight gains of piglets from sows fed the LA‐supplemented diets were greater between days 14 and 21 (p < 0.05) and between days 1 and 21 (p < 0.01) compared with piglets from control‐fed sows. In conclusion, the results indicate that antioxidant LA was effective in enhancing antioxidant enzymes activity and improving the performance of sows and their nursing piglets.  相似文献
