Efforts to improve the efficiency and efficacy of tree structure and crown architecture measurement are necessary to reduce error associated with indirect estimation of volume, which affects biophysical and ecosystem modelling, as well as resource assessment. In this short communication, we test the potential for a commercial SfM-MVS (Structure from Motion coupled with Multiple-View Stereophotogrammetry) software package, Photoscan-Professional, to accurately determine tree height, stem diameter, and eventually volume. SfM is a technique in computer vision, which calculates the 3D position of objects in a scene from a series of photographs. It uses a technique assuming that an object in a 3D scene is located on a vector between the image of the object in the camera and the object itself. The technique allows the construction of a 3D pointcloud, such as the one produced by laser technologies – terrestrial or airborne LiDAR. SfM requires no camera calibration or control points to construct an initial model. Moreover, it is a low-cost alternative to laser technologies. The second part of our method – MVS – is a visualization technique that reconstructs a 3D textured mesh of the scene from the SfM-derived pointcloud and RGB photographs. As a proof of concept, our methods were limited to two scenarios: (1) a single potted tree in a lab environment, where exact measurements could be made, and (2) two trees of different species and size in natural environments to test feasibility outside the laboratory. Precise measurements of tree height and stem diameter were compared with estimates obtained from the 3D model created using SfM-MVS. The results indicate that the SfM method is a promising – and inexpensive – alternative to terrestrial LiDAR and 3D scanners. Tree height estimates had error of 2.59%, while stem diameter estimates had error of 3.7%. The MVS algorithm used in this study was developed for plan surfaces such as topography or ‘compact’ objects and does not provide a representative 3D mesh for slender trees, although it works well for large stems. The authors link this disparity to the complex branching structure of trees.Future work requires (1) the development of effective automated volume reconstruction software specific to trees, and (2) the validation of the wide-scale applicability of the technology, which must include trees of various size, species, and growth forms. Moreover, future testing must include more complex environments, such as heterogeneous urban sites or closed-canopy forest sites where the proximity of other features may limit the utility of the new technology.  相似文献

A trial at the Grove Research Station, southern Tasmania in 1989-90 examined the thinning of mature ‘Golden Delicious’ apple trees. High-volume sprays were applied at 6,0001 ha-1 as air blast or vertical boom using NAA at 10mg l-1 4d after full bloom (AFB) and 18 d AFB. Carbaryl at 1,000 mg l-1 and thiram at 1200 mg l-1 were also applied as combined sprays, 30 and 38 d AFB. These high-volume sprays were compared with unsprayed controls and Micron and Micronair low volume sprayers at 200 and 1,1000 l ha-1. The dosages of the low volume applications were equilibrated to apply the same rates of chemical per hectare as the high-volume sprays, and the timing was the same. All spray treatments reduced crop load to acceptable levels when compared with the overcropped controls. There were no consistent differences between treatments for number of fruit per cm2 limb area except that the lowest volume Micron spray thinned significantly less than most other treatments. Considering the number of fruit per 100 blossom clusters the airblast spray was the only treatment to be significantly better than the Micron at 2001 ha-1. These numbers were reflected in mean fruit weight with the control fruit being significantly lighter than any sprayed fruit. The air blast treatment produced significantly heavier fruit than all other treatments, apart from the other high volume treatment. Fruit size distribution (FSD) showed significant differences between the control and all the spray treatments. The airblast treatment produced significantly more fruit in the 80 mm or larger category than all treatments, apart from the vertical boom application. These preliminary results suggest that although low-volume sprays can thin apple trees, the use of ultra low volumes (ULV) should be explored using machines capable of controlled droplet application (CDA). This may ultimately lead to less chemical being applied per hectare.  相似文献

The present study focuses on small urban public parks, specifically on how they should be designed to promote a potential for psychological restoration and on what activities people could imagine doing in such parks. Students from Oslo University College were presented with visual stimuli depicting 74 small urban parks. They were asked to assess how likely it was that they could rest and recover in the parks presented in the photos. In addition, the participants were asked to write down what park components contributed to high versus low ratings on restoration likelihood, and what types of activities they could imagine doing in the parks presented in the photos. The components and activities the participants mentioned were grouped into categories describing similar properties. The categories mentioned most frequently and giving high ratings on restoration likelihood represented natural categories such as: ‘a lot of grass’, ‘a lot of flowers/plants’ and ‘water features’. In contrast, the categories contributing to low ratings on restoration likelihood represented lack of vegetation or disturbance from the surroundings such as: ‘a lot of hard surfaces’, ‘a lot of traffic’ and ‘poorly shielded from the surroundings’. The activities mentioned as being typically performed in the types of parks presented in the photos were ‘relax and philosophize’, ‘read’ and ‘eat/drink’. Conclusions drawn from the study: Small urban parks should be designed with natural components, shielded from disturbing surroundings and furnished with some seating to promote opportunities for restorative experiences and to function as social meeting places.  相似文献

The spatial distribution of non-native, invasive plants on the landscape is strongly influenced by human action. People introduce non-native species to new landscapes and regions (propagule pressure) as well as increase ecosystem invasibility through disturbance of native ecosystems. However, the relative importance of different landscape drivers of invasion may vary with landscape context (i.e., the types and amounts of surrounding land cover and land use). If so, data collected in one context may not be appropriate for predicting invasion risk across a broader landscape. To test whether independent occurrence datasets suggest similar landscape drivers of invasion, we compared landscape models based on data compiled by the Invasive Plant Atlas of New England (IPANE), which are contributed opportunistically by trained citizen scientists, to models based on Forest Stewardship plans (FSPs), which are located in privately owned and relatively undisturbed forests. We evaluated 16 landscape variables related to propagule pressure and/or disturbance for significant predictors of invasive plant presence based on presence/absence and count regression models. Presence and richness of invasive plants within FSPs was most influenced by proportion of open land and proximity to residential areas, which are both sources of propagules in forest interiors. In contrast, IPANE invasive plant presence and richness for the same area was influenced by distance to roads and streams. These results suggest that landscape drivers of invasion vary considerably depending on landscape context, and the choice of occurrence dataset will strongly influence model results.  相似文献

Ecosystem services (ES) concepts and approaches have become more appealing to practice, such as municipal/urban planning, environmental policies and governance to address sustainable development. Inclusion of this concept in the planning or policy discourses is the first step for further implementation on the ground. Using China’s capital, Beijing, as the case study, this article analyzes how ES (or similar concepts) have permeated China’s urban development history since 1949 when the New China was established and how this has to be with China’s urban green space development. The results show: (1) There were no explicit references to “ecosystem services” per se, but overlapping concepts such as “functions”, “values” and “benefits” can be found in planning documents and, importantly, the lack of the concept per se has not affected the detailed services that emerged in all plans. (2) Among the three ES sections, only cultural services run from the beginning to end although the included services kept changing. Other sections show considerable variation and less continuity – the focal services of each stage changed over time. (3) Through the ES lens, some general patterns regarding China’s urban development can be found such as regulation services gradually become valued for their own sake. The patterns found in Chinese planning documents are then compared with some western regions. This study reveals limitations of the past and opportunities for the future to inform urban development decision-making. Adaptation of old and incorporating new ES concepts can improve the quality of plans and foster cities’ ability to learn from past patterns for future sustainability.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the mechanism of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) activation in mesenteric arteries of angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)-induced hypertensive rats. METHODS: Adult male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were subjected to AngⅡinfusion (500 ng·kg-1·min-1) using osmotic minipump up to 14 d to established the hypertension model. The rats (n=40) were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group (n=10), AngⅡgroup (n=10), candesartan (CAN; AngⅡtype 1 receptor blocker)+AngⅡgroup (n=10) and CAN group (n=10). The rats in CAN+AngⅡgroup and CAN group were administered with candesartan ester at the dose of 10 mg·kg-1·d-1 by gavage on the first day after implantation of osmotic minipump. The rats were sacrificed on the 15th day after minipump implantation. Serum and mesenteric arteries were collected. Systolic blood pressure was measured by tail-cuff method. The serum levels of AngⅡ were measured by ELISA. The protein levels of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), phosphorylated eNOS (Ser1177), PP2A catalytic subunit (PP2Ac), phosphorylated PP2Ac (Tyr307) and PP2A inhibitor 2 (I2PP2A) in the mesenteric arteries were determined by Western blot. The activity of PP2A in the arteries was detected using PP2A activity assay kit. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the systolic blood pressure in AngⅡgroup was significantly increased(P<0.05), while those in CAN+AngⅡgroup and CAN group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The serum levels of AngⅡ in AngⅡ group and CAN+AngⅡ group were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the phosphorylation levels of eNOS Ser1177 were decreased in AngⅡgroup (P<0.05), but the activity of PP2A was significantly increased (P<0.05), and Pearson correlation analyses showed a negative correlation between PP2A activity and eNOS S1177 phosphorylation (r=-0.842, P<0.05). Compared with AngⅡgroup, the phosphorylation levels of eNOS Ser1177 in CAN+AngⅡgroup were significantly increased (P<0.05), but the activity of PP2A was reduced (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the protein levels of phosphorylated PP2Ac (Tyr307) and I2PP2A in the mesenteric arteries were decreased in AngⅡgroup (P<0.05), but increased in CAN+AngⅡgroup (P<0.05). No significant difference in all above-mentioned measures between control group and CAN group, nor in the levels of total eNOS and PP2Ac protein expression among all the groups was observed. CONCLUSION: AngⅡmay reduce the protein levels of phosphorylated PP2Ac (Tyr307) and I2PP2A in the mesenteric arteries of AngⅡ-induced hypertensive rats through AngⅡ/AngⅡ type 1 receptor-mediated signaling pathway, resulting in the activation of PP2A, then leading to down-regulation of eNOS S1177 phosphorylation, which ultimately mediates the occurrence of vascular endothelial dysfunction.  相似文献

AIM:To prepare the second-generation Alzheimer disease vaccine of quadrivalent tandem Aβ1-15 and to explore its immunogenicity.METHODS: The 4×Aβ15 gene was amplified by PCR with the recombinant plasmid pcDNA-4×Aβ15 as a template, which was prepared by our research group before. The 4×Aβ15 gene was then cloned to the pGEX-4T-2 plasmid. The fused GST-4×Aβ15 protein was expressed when the bacteria containing the recombinant plasmid was induced. The purified 4×Aβ15 protein was then obtained after the GST-4×Aβ15 protein was digested by thrombin. Meanwhile, BALB/c mice were used to confirm whether they could generate Aβ specific humoral immunity when immunized with the 4×Aβ15 protein.RESULTS: After identification and DNA sequence analysis, the recombinant plasmid pGEX-4×Aβ15 was constructed. Expression of recombinant 35 kD GST-4×Aβ15 was verified by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. The 9 kD 4×Aβ15 protein was produced after thrombin digestion of GST-4×Aβ15. Immunizing mice with the 4×Aβ15 protein have induced high titre anti-Aβ antibodies.CONCLUSION:The recombinant prokaryotic vector pGEX-4×Aβ15 was constructed successfully, and the purified 4×Aβ15 protein was obtained after prokaryotic expression. It is demonstrated that the 4×Aβ15 protein is a strong immunogen, confirmed by immunization of BALB/c mice.  相似文献

Trees in urban areas are pruned for several reasons. Each pruning cut causes a wound, which leads at least in the exposed wood at the wound surface to discoloration and decay. The extension of the resulting defect depends on wound diameter, tree species, time of wounding, wound treatment, and last but not least the attachment of the branch to the stem. The effects of different pruning cuts on urban trees has been investigated in Hamburg, Germany, since 1985. The study of 750 different pruning wounds on typical urban tree species lead to the Hamburg Tree Pruning System (Hamburger Schnittmethode). The system is described in this paper and answers the following questions: How should branches with and without a branch collar be removed? How should dead branches be removed? How should branches with included bark or codominant stems be removed? What are the differences between tree species in wound response? Summary

Grafting is a suitable method to control soil-borne diseases in melon (Cucumis melo L.) crops. To date, several Cucurbita species and their inter-specific hybrids have been tested as rootstocks. However, graft-scion incompatibility and lower fruit quality have prevented their commercial use. The wild accession ‘Pat 81’ ssp. agrestis of C. melo is highly resistant to Monosporascus cannonballus Pollack et Uecker root rot, and develops a root system that is more suitable to withstand infested soils than that of cultivated melon. The potential of ‘Pat 81’ as a rootstock for melons (e.g., ‘Piel de Sapo’ type, C. melo ssp. melo) compared with the popular rootstock ‘RS 841’ (Cucurbita maxima Cucurbita moschata) has been evaluated here. The response of grafted plants to Monosporascus root rot disease, and rootstock effects on plant performance and fruit quality have been investigated using both classical methods and modern technologies (e.g., root image analysis and real-time PCR). The results indicate that, during infection, the root system of ‘Pat 81’ adapts to the needs of the aerial part of the ‘Piel de Sapo’ scion, displays a high level of resistance to M. cannonballus (similar to ‘RS 841’), and provides the plant with more healthy roots, with a higher root/vine biomass ratio compared with non-grafted ‘Piel de Sapo’. In addition, ‘Pat 81’ rootstock retains its favourable root structure (i.e., larger total length and root area) to withstand soil stress. In healthy soils, ‘Pat 81’ rootstocks had less effect on fruit quality than ‘RS 841’, leading to a lower percentage of non-marketable products. The high resistance of ‘Pat 81’, and its reduced effect on fruit quality, point to it as a good rootstock for the grafting of melons to resist M. Cannonballus infested soils.  相似文献

Summary

Centrifugal training, based on the extinction procedure, is an innovative type of apple tree training recently used in French apple orchards. A thinning cut of fruiting spurs along the trunk and on the proximal and underside parts of the fruiting branches modifies the within-tree leaf density and light environment, which is likely to affect the development of some apple pests and pathogens. In this study, development of the most serious foliar pests (aphids, mites) and disease (apple scab) was assessed over 3 years in an organic apple orchard with two training systems: the centrifugal training (CT) system, and the Original Solaxe (OS) system, using a bent axis with no removal of fruiting spurs, as a control. Infestation levels were significantly lower in 2002 and 2004 in the CT system than in the OS system for the most prevalent pest, the rosy apple aphid, Dysaphis plantaginea and, in 2003, for the red spider mite, Panonychus ulmi. Infestation by the green apple aphid, Aphis pomi, was higher in June 2002 and 2004 and lower in June 2003 in the CT system, compared to the OS control. The incidence of apple leaf scab was lower in the CT system than in the OS control in Spring 2002 and Spring 2004; but, later in the Summer, it increased more in CT trees, resulting in no difference between training systems in the levels of fruit infection at harvest. Hypotheses considered were based mainly on: (i) the removal of pests or inoculum due to the thinning cut of fruiting spurs for CT trees; (ii) effects on within-tree microclimate, providing a more aerated canopy in the CT system; (iii) shoot density and distribution, allowing greater distances between growing shoots in CT trees; and/or (iv) the shoot growth dynamics, allowing the presence of attractive or susceptible leaves in late June. Since the most serious apple pests and diseases were less prevalent in the CT system over the 3 years of the experiment, CT may prove to be a complementary, sustainable means to contribute to crop protection, especially in organic or integrated pest management orchards.  相似文献

City edges have been associated with waste and wastelands for centuries. Refuse dumps have frequently been located at the outskirts of the city, and the metaphor of ‘wasteland’ has been used to depict landscapes at the urban fringe. In this paper, the relationship between actual waste dumps and metaphorical wastelands is brought forward to facilitate an analysis of landscape transformations at the city edge and to reveal the neglect of transient landscapes within spatial planning. In the first part of the paper the interactions between dumps and ‘wastelands’ at the city edge are discussed. In the second part, a case study at the edge of Malmö (in southern Sweden) is presented as an illustration of the transformative city edge and in particular the invisibility of this landscape in local planning. Major landscape transformations during the 20th century are examined along with representations of the area within spatial planning. The primary sources of information have been the archives of the local and regional waste management divisions, local planning documents and field studies. The case study illustrates how the present fringe landscape is constantly camouflaged by a green future; it is always about to be transformed, and therefore ignored. Consequently, an everyday landscape, with hazardous waste as well as places of great potential for recreation, has been disregarded for decades. The paper concludes with a discussion emphasising the importance to unveil such utopian representations, and the need to highlight the present day situation at the city edge.  相似文献

Differences in trail preferences for social conditions of visitors to forests in Vienna and Sapporo were investigated in 2006 using a standardised image-based stated choice approach. On-site visitors to two comparable peri-urban forests – the Lobau Forest in Vienna, Austria (n=373), and the Nopporo Forest in Sapporo, Japan (n=256) – evaluated the same sets of computer manipulated images depicting 128 trail scenarios with different levels of social stimulation. Latent class segmentations, in three sub-segments of similar sizes, differentiated by partly opposite preferences for social conditions, were derived for both samples. A positive contribution of social stimulation to preferences was found for about 17% of Nopporo and 9% of Lobau respondents, while for close to 50% of Lobau respondents and 38% of Nopporo respondents very low levels of social stimulation were preferred. The results indicate that urban forests should be managed for users with a desire for low social densities as well as a denser social setting providing some levels of social stimulation.  相似文献

【Objective】The purpose of the research was to study the occurrence and molecular diversity of Actinidia virus A (AcVA), so as to provide scientific basis for the rapid detection, scientific prevention and control of AcVA and the variety breeding of kiwifruit in China.【Methods】Total RNA was extracted from kiwifruit leaves by CTAB (Cetyl Trimethyl Ammonium Bromide). Nested- PCR was used to amplify AcVA CP gene sequence. The first round PCR amplification was performed by using primers AcVA- 1F (5’- ATGAATCGTTCGAGCA TAGGT- 3’) and AcVA- 1R (5’- TGCGAACATGGTCCCACACTTA-3’), and the pair of primers was designed according to the full length of AcVA sequence, and the amplified fragment was 888 bp that included the complete CP gene sequence. The reaction was conducted under conditions of initial 5 min denaturation at 94 ℃, 34 cycles of 94 ℃ for 60 s, 54 ℃ for 60 s, 72 ℃ for 60 s and extension for 10 min at 72 ℃. Then, 1 μL PCR product was used as template for the second round of PCR amplification with the primers AcVA- 2F (5’- ATGGCAAAGAATATCTCAAG-3’) and AcVA-2R (5’-CTATATTTCAACAGCCTGC-3’). PCR was performed using the following parameters: one cycle at 94 ℃ for 5 min, 34 cycles at 94 ℃ for 30 s, 54 ℃ for 30 s, and 72 ℃ for 40 s, and extension for 10 min at 72 ℃. The BLAST algorithm was used to search the NCBI GenBank (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/) databases for homologous sequences and ascertain the identity of target gene. DNAMAN was used to analyze the AcVA CP gene sequence, and MegAlign was used to analyze the sequence identity. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using the Neighbor-Joining (NJ) method in MEGA 6.0. The restriction enzymes Bam HⅠ and Sal Ⅰ were added to the corresponding end of the AcVA CP gene sequence, respectively. The PCR purified products and pET28a vector were digested by Bam HⅠ and Sal Ⅰ, after that they were ligated with T4 DNA ligase (TaKaRa) and transferred into E. coli (Escherichia coli) strains DH5á (TaKaRa), and finally plated onto LB (Luria-Bertani) agar containing Kana (Kanamycin). The expression strain BL21 containing the recombinant plasmid was cultured at 37 ℃ overnight, and transferred to a new medium at a 10% inoculum on the second day, until OD600 reached 0.4-0.6, IPTG (Isopropyl β-D-Thiogalactoside) was added to a final concentration of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 mM, and incubated at 16 ℃ overnight. The expressed protein was purified and then anti-AcVA-CP antibody was obtained from a rabbit. The optimal titer of the antiserum was tested by Western blot.【Results】The complete CP gene sequences of AcVA Sichuan isolates were cloned by nested-PCR and named as AcVA-DJY4, AcVA-HYZ1 and AcVA-WBS12, respectively. In the study the frequency of AcVA in Sichuan province was also counted. The full length of the CP gene sequence was 597 bp, encoding 198 amino acids. Based on the comparison of the nucleotide sequence and the deduced amino acid sequence of CP gene of the AcVA isolates, the nucleotide identity between the AcVA isolates from Sichuan province ranged from 86.9% to 88.3%, and the identity of the encoded amino acids ranged from 96.0 to 96.5%. The CP genes of three AcVA Sichuan isolates shared 87.9%-90.8% nucleotide identity and 94.9%-97.5% amino acid identity with the Actinidia virus A isolate TP7-93A (AcVA-TP7-93A) from New Zealand and the Actinidia virus A isolate Haenam (AcVA-Haenam) from South Korea. Phylogenetic analysis based on nucleotide sequence of AcVA CP gene showed that AcVA-HYZ1 was clustered with AcVA-Haenam (Group I), and AcVA-WBS12 was clustered with AcVA-TP7-93A (Group II), but AcVA-DJY4 was an independent branch. Phylogenetic analysis based on amino acid sequence of AcVA CP gene showed that AcVA-WBS12 was a single branch, AcVA-DJY4 and AcVA-HYZ1 were clustered into one group (Group I), and the AcVA-Haenam reported in South Korea and the AcVA-TP7-93A reported in New Zealand were clustered into another group (Group II). The results of the phylogenetic analyses indicated that there were significant differences among the AcVA isolates. The prokaryotic expression plasmid pET28a-AcVA-DJY4-CP was successfully constructed. The target fusion protein (27 kDa) was highly expressed in E. coli induced by 0.6 mmol · L- 1 IPTG at 16 ℃. The expressed protein was purified and retrieved and then used to immune rabbits and the corresponding specific antiserum was prepared. Western blot analysis confirmed that the antiserum reacted strongly and specifically with the CP of AcVA-DJY4, with the optimal titer of the antiserum being up to 1:5 000.【Conclusion】Three AcVA Sichuan isolates were obtained for the first time, enriching the sequence diversity of the AcVA CP gene sequences. In the study, the optimal conditions were explored for prokaryotic expression and specific antisera was prepared for detection of AcVA-DJY4-CP. Western blot analysis showed that the antiserum could be used for the detection of AcVA in the kiwifruit producing districts. These results can also provide a technical support for the rapid detection, scientific prevention and control of virus disease in kiwifruit plant and the breeding of kiwifruit varieties. © 2019 Journal of Fruit Science  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the role of dual-specificity tyrosine phosporylation-regulated kinase 1A (Dyrk1A)-alternative splicing factor (ASF)-calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase Ⅱδ (CaMK Ⅱδ) pathway in the progression of myocardial hypertrophy in renovascular hypertensive rats. METHODS: The renovascular hypertension was induced by two-kidney one-clip (2K1C) method. The changes of blood pressure and myocardial hypertrophy were measured. The techniques of RT-PCR and Western blotting were used to detect CaMKⅡδ alternative splicing and the protein expression of Dyrk1A and ASF, respectively. RESULTS: Eight weeks after operation, systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in 2K1C rats increased (P<0.05). The increases in left ventricular weight (LVW), the ratio of LVW to body weight (BW) and the area of myocardial cells indicated that the hypertensive rats developed significant cardiac hypertrophy. The protein expression of Dyrk1A and mRNA expression of CaMKⅡδA and δB were significantly increased, while the protein expression of ASF and mRNA expression of CaMKⅡδC were decreased compared with sham-operated control rats (P<0.05). Treatment with Dryk1A inhibitor epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) or harmine effectively attenuated cardiac hypertrophy and reversed the changes in the protein expression of Dyrk1A, ASF and alternative splicing of CaMKⅡδ (all P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Dyrk1A-ASF-CaMKⅡδ pathway plays a role in the development of myocardial hypertrophy in renovascular hypertensive rats.  相似文献

In this study, it was aimed to perform an energy analysis of organic grape production in Besni district of Ad?yaman province of Turkey. In order to determine the energy input-output of organic grape production, the observations and surveys were performed in the 82 organic grape growers in Ad?yaman province. 82 farms were selected on full count method. The data obtained from study were collected from 82 different farms (398.32 hectares) by face to face questionnaires and observations. In organic grape farms, energy input-output analysis was also determinated by observation and survey methods in production season in 2015. In organic grape production, energy input was calculated as 24,875.06?MJ?ha?1 and energy output was calculated as 163,430?MJ?ha?1. Energy use efficiency, energy productivity, specific energy and net energy in organic grape production were calculated as 6.57; 0.56?kg?MJ?1, 1.79?MJ?kg?1 and 138,554.94?MJ?ha?1, respectively.  相似文献
