为了探明茶叶挥发物在鞍形花蟹蛛(Xysticus ephippiatus Simon)搜寻猎物——茶尺蠖(Ectropis obliqua Prout)过程中的作用,采用固相微萃取气相色谱质谱联用技术研究了茶尺蠖取食对茶树叶片挥发物释放的影响,并通过蜘蛛行为观测平台研究了蟹蛛在不同味源侧(觅食斑块)的活动行为。结果表明:对照叶片没有释放出挥发物,经茶尺蠖幼虫取食后的叶片能释放31种挥发物,其中有12种绿叶挥发物、9种萜类及其衍生物、4种芳香族挥发物和6种未知化合物。行为观测表明,雌、雄蟹蛛进入处理味源侧(茶尺蠖取食后的茶树叶片)和对照味源侧(未损伤茶树叶片)的初次选择均不存在差别(P>0.05),雌蛛进入处理味源侧和对照味源侧的频次分别为3.37±0.18和3.43±0.15,二者无明显区别(P>0.05);雄蛛进入两侧的频次分别为3.86±0.21和3.66±0.20,也无明显区别(P>0.05);雌蛛在处理味源侧和对照味源侧的停留时间分别为(922.57±19.59)s和(818.89±29.63)s,有极显著差异(P<0.01),雄蛛在两侧的停留时间分别为(937.97±18.05)s和(814.83±18.97)s,也有极显著差异(P<0.01),表明雌蛛、雄蛛在处理侧的停留时间明显延长。这说明,猎物取食诱导改变了茶树叶片挥发物的释放,而鞍形花蟹蛛能感知挥发物的变化并由此调整在不同觅食斑块中的停留时间。另外,本文还讨论了挥发物在蟹蛛搜寻猎物过程中的生态学意义。  相似文献

Differences in the compositions of volatiles from dried omija fruits (Schisandra chinensis Baillon) cultivated in different areas (Mungyeong, Jangsu, Jechon, and Hoengseong) in South Korea were determined by applying principal component analysis to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry data sets. Quantitative assessments revealed that terpene hydrocarbons, such as germacrene D, β-selinene, α-ylangene, β-elemene, α-selinene, and (E)-β-farnesene, were the main volatiles in all omija fruit samples. On the other hand, (E)-β-ocimene, calarene, (E)-β-farnesene, β-selinene, nonanal, 2-methylbutanoic acid, benzoic acid, 2,3-butanediol, and phenethyl alcohol were the major volatile components that contributed to the discrimination between omija fruit samples from the four cultivation areas. In addition, aroma-active compounds in four dried omija fruits were investigated and compared by gas chromatography-olfactometry using aroma extract dilution analysis. (E)-β-Ocimene (floral and herbaceous), α-pinene (pine-like and woody), hexanal (cut grass-like), 5-methylfurfural (burnt sugar-like and sweet), and α-terpinene (minty, green, and fresh) were important aroma-active compounds in all omija samples. Interestingly, the flavor dilution factors of most aroma-active compounds were lower for omija sample cultivated in Hoengseong than for those cultivated in Mungyeong, Jangsu, and Jechon.  相似文献

A crude glycosidic fraction was prepared from fresh tea leaves and treated with the crude tea enzyme, fractions of cis-3-hexenol, linalool oxide I (cis-furanoid), linalool oxide II (trans-furanoid), linalool, methyl salicylate, geraniol, benzyl alcohol, and 2-phenylethanol were monitored to be the major aglycone moieties by analyzing the released volatiles. The amount of the released aglycone moieties is 5.8 times higher than those in free form. For investigation of the functions of the glycosidically bound form aroma constituents in tea leaves, their antifungal activities were determined by antifungal assay. Geraniol, linalool, methyl salicylate, benzyl alcohol, and 2-phenylethanol exhibited significant antifungal activities toward Colletorichum camelliae Massea, although cis-3-hexenol and linalool oxides showed weaker activities by comparison. Among them, geraniol was shown to be the most potential antifungal substance with a MIC value of 440 microg/mL. The crude glycosidic fraction prepared from tea leaves also exhibited significant antifungal activities in a wide range of concentrations from 2 to 25 mg/mL in a PDA medium. It was deduced that the glycosidically bound volatiles are formed and stored in the intact tissue of tea leaf and hydrolyzed by the actions of both the endogenous and the exogenous glycosidases to release volatiles as antifungal substances when exposed to Colletorichum camelliae Massea. The results suggested that the higher content of the bound form geraniol in tea leaves of var. sinensis might be responsible for their stronger antipathogen properties toward tea leaf blight, as opposed to those of var. assamica.  相似文献

The volatiles of fresh leaves, buds, flowers, and fruits from bay (Laurus nolilis L.) were isolated by solvent extraction and analyzed by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Their odor quality was characterized by gas chomatography-olfactometry-mass spectrometry (HRGC-O-MS) and aroma extract dilution analysis (AEDA). In fresh bay leaves 1,8-cineole was the major component, together with alpha-terpinyl acetate, sabinene, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, beta-elemene, alpha-terpineol, linalool, and eugenol. Besides 1,8-cineole and the pinenes, the main components in flowers were alpha-eudesmol, beta-elemene, and beta-caryophyllene, in fruits (E)-beta-ocimene and biclyclogermacrene, and in buds (E)-beta-ocimene and germacrene D. The aliphatic ocimenes and farnesenes were absent in leaves. By using HRGC-O-MS 21 odor compounds were identified in fresh leaves. Application of AEDA revealed (Z)-3-hexenal (fresh green), 1,8-cineole (eucalyptus), linalool (flowery), eugenol (clove), (E)-isoeugenol (flowery), and an unidentified compound (black pepper) with the highest flavor dilution factors. Headspace analyses of pollen, whole flowerheads, ligulate and tubular florets, flower buds, involucral bracts, and leaves have been performed on the food plant Chrysanthemum coronarium L. (Asteraceae). The analyses permitted differences in the pattern of volatiles emitted by the different floral parts to be observed and the site and phenological stage of emission of these chemicals to be verified. Camphor and cis-chrysanthenyl acetate were emitted mainly by ligulate and tubular florets; the production of myrcene and (Z)-ocimene was higher in the flower buds, whereas beta-caryophyllene, (E,E)-alpha-farnesene, and (E)-beta-farnesene seemed attributable mainly to the involucral bracts. The leaves showed a quite different volatile profile, with (Z)-ocimene as the main constituent. Pollen showed a completely different composition of its volatiles, with perilla aldehyde, cis-chrysanthenyl acetate, and camphor among the principal compounds; many carbonylic compounds and linear hydrocarbons have been detected exclusively in pollen. Furthermore, the essential oils obtained from flowerheads and leaves have been studied. These samples showed mainly quantitative differences. Camphor (22.1%) and cis-chrysanthenyl acetate (19.9%) were the main constituents of the oil from flowers, whereas the oil from the leaves contained mainly (Z)-ocimene (45.4%) and myrcene (28.2%).  相似文献

The volatile compositions in dried white ginseng according to species ( Panax ginseng , Panax notoginseng , and Panax quinquefolius ) were analyzed and compared by applying multivariate statistical techniques to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry data sets. Main volatile compounds of ginseng species in the present study were sesquiterpenes, such as bicyclogermacrene, (E)-β-farnesene, β-panasinsene, calarene, α-humulene, β-elemene, etc. In particular, α-selinene, α-terpinolene, β-bisabolene, β-phellandrene, β-sesquiphellandrene, zingiberene, germacrene D, limonene, α-gurjunene, (E)-caryophyllene, δ-cadinene, (E)-β-farnesene, α-humulene, bicyclogermacrene, longiborn-8-ene, β-neoclovene, and (+)-spathulenol were mainly associated with the difference between P. ginseng and P. notoginseng versus P. quinquefolius species. On the other hand, the discrimination between P. ginseng and P. notoginseng could be constructed by hexanal, 2-pyrrolidinone, (E)-2-heptenal, (E)-2-octenal, heptanal, isospathulenol, (E,E)-2,4-decadienal, 3-octen-2-one, benzaldehyde, 2-pentylfuran, and (E)-2-nonenal.  相似文献

运用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-μECD)分析了福建茶园茶叶中六六六(HCHs)和滴滴涕(DDTs)等有机氯农药(OCPs)的分布、组成和来源。结果表明,∑OCPs浓度为0.764~10.561ng.g-1,永泰最高,福鼎最低,一般而言,老叶中∑OCPs浓度高于嫩叶;∑HCHs浓度为0.373~7.427ng.g-1,永泰最高,政和最低,老叶中HCHs浓度显著高于嫩叶;茶叶中HCHs同系物以γ-HCH为主,占总量的51.3%~94.1%;α-/γ-HCH表明所有茶园均存在林丹的使用或输入,β-(/α+γ)-HCH表明所有茶园均非HCHs历史污染,可能存在HCHs其他新的来源。∑DDTs浓度为0.123~5.168ng.g-1,政和最高,福鼎最低,老叶和嫩叶中无显著差异;与土壤类似,茶叶中DDTs同系物以p,p′-DDT和o,p′-DDT为主,两者之和占总量的67.3%~96.0%;p,p′-DDE/p,p′-DDT表明,除福鼎、永泰和安溪外,其他茶园均存在工业DDTs的使用或输入;o,p′-DDT/p,p′-DDT表明,除政和外,其他茶园均存在大量的三氯杀螨醇的使用或输入,以安溪较为严重。  相似文献

Theanine, caffeine, and catechins in fresh tea leaves and oolong tea were determined by using capillary electrophoresis (CE). CE separated these tea polyphenols from three other tea ingredients, namely, caffeine, theophylline, and theanine, within 8 min. The young leaves (apical bud and the two youngest leaves) were found to be richer in caffeine, (-)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCg), and (-)-epicatechin gallate (ECg) than old leaves (from 5th to 7th leaves). On the other hand, the old leaves (from 8th to 10th leaves) contained higher levels of theanine, (-)-epigallocatechin (EGC), and (-)-epicatechin (EC). Results from a comparison of fresh young tea and oolong tea compositions indicated oolong tea contained more theanine and catechins than fresh young tea. Furthermore, it was found that the levels of theanine, EGC, and EGCg in young leaves rose markedly with the withering process. Caffeine did not markedly change. However, fully or partially fermented teas (oolong tea or pauchong tea) have a common initial step in the withering process. Fresh tea leaves or oolong tea extract (0.1%, w/v) markedly inhibited neurosphere adhesion, cell migration, and neurite outgrowth in rat neurospheres. Theanine (348 micrograms/mL) and caffeine at high concentration (50 micrograms/mL) did not inhibit neurosphere adhesion or migration activities, but EGCg at 20 micrograms/mL effectively inhibited neurosphere adhesion for 24 h. These results indicated that EGCg might affect neural stem cell survival or differentiation.  相似文献

The phenolic ester 3-0-trans-p-coumaroyltormentic acid and the volatile compounds (E,E)-α-farnesene and methyl salicylate have been identified previously in pear tree cultivars ‘Bartlett,’ ‘NY10355,’ and ‘Conference.’ Here, using the same dried extract of leaf samples, the contents of total protein, chlorophyll, and the minerals calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), sodium (Na), carbon (C), and nitrogen (N) were determined. Differences between pear cultivars were found with regard to their absolute content in Ca, K, chlorophyll, and total protein, and to carbon/nitrogen values in uninfested leaves compared with leaves infested by Cacopsylla pyricola (Foester) and C. pyri L. (Homoptera, Psyllidae) on partially and completely infested trees. The ratio of nutrients and minerals to the constitutive and Cacopsylla-induced phenolic and two volatiles reflects a diminution of the leaf quality as food for Cacopsylla nymphs in infested leaves of all cultivars. In uninfested leaves, the magnitude of this ratio in partially infested trees of cv. ‘Conference’ with local response, together with Ca ion content and chlorophyll loss, point to classification of this cultivar as tolerant to herbivory.  相似文献

山东棕壤茶园幼龄茶树叶片黄化病因诊断与防治研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在山东pH偏高(>6.5)的棕壤幼龄茶园中,茶树容易发生失绿黄化病症,严重影响了新建茶园的成园速度。为了探明该病害的发生原因,分析了茶园土壤pH、有机质、养分状况和不同病害程度叶片中与叶色有关的6种无机元素含量,并对患病植株进行了叶面喷施N、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn肥的防治效果研究。结果表明,土壤中有效N含量低是导致茶树下部成叶黄化的原因,喷施尿素能使下部成叶快速转绿,但并不能使上部新梢转绿。新梢黄化叶中Mn、Cu元素含量显著低于茶树叶片正常范围的低限值,是导致其叶片黄化的原因;叶面喷施含Mn、Cu元素的肥料能有效防治幼龄茶树新梢的黄化。导致茶树Mn、Cu缺乏的机理还有待进一步研究。  相似文献

Volatile compounds were collected from apple branches (Malus domestica) at different developmental stages, and the antennal response of codling moth females (Cydia pomonella) to these compounds was recorded by electroantennography coupled to gas chromatography. Presence of a range of terpenoid compounds, many of which had antennal activity, was characteristic for volatile collections from branches with leaves, and from small green apples. Nine compounds from branches with leaves and green fruit consistently elicited an antennal response: methyl salicylate, (E)-beta-farnesene, beta-caryophyllene, 4,8-dimethyl-1,3(E),7-nonatriene, (Z)3-hexenol, (Z,E)-alpha-farnesene, linalool, germacrene D, and (E,E)-alpha-farnesene. The bouquet emitted from flowering branches contained in addition several benzenoid compounds which were not found after bloom. Small green apples, which are the main target of codling moth oviposition during the first seasonal flight period, released very few esters. In comparison, fully grown apples released a large number of esters, but fewer terpenoids. The study of apple volatiles eliciting an antennal response, together with a survey of the seasonal change in the release of these compounds, is the first step toward the identification of volatiles mediating host-finding and oviposition in codling moth females.  相似文献

Environmental contaminants such as dioxins enter the body mainly through diet and cause various toxicities through transformation of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR). We previously reported that certain natural flavonoids at the dietary level suppress the AhR transformation induced by 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD). In this study, we identified lutein and chlorophyll a and b from green tea leaves as the novel antagonists for AhR. These active compounds suppressed AhR transformation dose-dependently with the 50% inhibitory concentration (IC(50)) values against 0.1 nM TCDD-induced AhR transformation at 3.2, 5.0, and 5.9 microM, respectively. (-)-Epigallocatechin gallate, which is the most abundant flavonoid in green tea leaves, also showed stronger suppressive effects than did other major tea components, with the IC(50) value of 1.7 microM. Thus, these pigments of green tea leaves have the potential to protect from dioxin toxicity through the suppression of AhR transformation.  相似文献

Glycosidically bound volatile compounds in different parts (leaves and buds) of Laurus nobilis L. were investigated. After isolation of extracts obtained by Amberlite XAD-2 adsorption and methanol elution, glycosides were analyzed after enzymatic hydrolysis by GC-MS or directly after trifluoroacetyl (TFA) derivatization by GC-MS in EI and NCI mode. In the leaves most of the glycosidically bound volatiles occur as beta-D-glucopyranosides. Among the disaccharides, primeverosides are predominant; smaller amounts of alpha-L-arabinofuranosyl-beta-D-glucopyranosides, rutinosides, and vicianocides could also be identified. Major aglycons comprised benzyl alcohol, some linalool-diols, 2-hydroxy-1,8-cineole and its derivatives such as 2,3-dehydro-1,8-cineole, sobrerols, and menthadien-8-ols. Among the identified nor-carotenoids, 3-oxo-alpha-ionol, the corresponding 7,8-dihydro derivative, and vomifoliol are predominant in leaves. 3-Hydroxy-beta-damascone and 3-hydroxy-7,8-didehydro-beta-ionol, precursors of the sensorially active damascenone, were identified only in the buds.  相似文献

The effect of carrot psyllid (Trioza apicalis F?rster) feeding and limonene and methyl jasmonate (MeJA) treatments on the essential oil composition and headspace volatiles of carrot (Daucus carota ssp. sativus), cvs. Parano and Splendid, leaves was studied. Carrot psyllid feeding significantly increased the concentrations of sabinene, beta-pinene, and limonene, whereas limonene treatment increased the concentration of (Z)-beta-ocimene in the leaves of both cultivars. The limonene treatment significantly increased the concentration of total phenolics in the leaves of both cultivars, and MeJA treatment increased phenolic concentration in the leaves of Parano. Exogenous limonene spray did not decrease the number of carrot psyllid eggs laid either 2 or 24 h after treatment. The results suggest that carrot psyllid feeding induces changes in the endogenous monoterpene pool in the carrot leaves. Limonene and MeJA treatments affect some induced defenses of the carrot, but the exogenous limonene spray is not an effective oviposition deterrent against carrot psyllid.  相似文献

The dependence of global green tea metabolome on plucking positions was investigated through (1)H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis coupled with multivariate statistical data set. Pattern recognition methods, such as principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal projection on latent structure-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA), were employed for a finding metabolic discrimination among fresh green tea leaves plucked at different positions from young to old leaves. In addition to clear metabolic discrimination among green tea leaves, elevations in theanine, caffeine, and gallic acid levels but reductions in catechins, such as epicatechin (EC), epigallocatechin (EGC), epicatechin-3-gallate (ECG), and epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), glucose, and sucrose levels were observed, as the green tea plant grows up. On the other hand, the younger the green tea leaf is, the more theanine, caffeine, and gallic acid but the lesser catechins accumlated in the green tea leaf, revealing a reverse assocation between theanine and catechins levels due to incorporaton of theanine into catechins with growing up green tea plant. Moreover, as compared to the tea leaf, the observation of marked high levels of theanine and low levels of catechins in green tea stems exhibited a distinct tea plant metabolism between the tea leaf and the stem. This metabolomic approach highlights taking insight to global metabolic dependence of green tea leaf on plucking position, thereby providing distinct information on green tea production with specific tea quality.  相似文献

Factors affecting the levels of tea polyphenols and caffeine in tea leaves   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
An isocratic HPLC procedure was developed for the simultaneous determination of caffeine and six catechins in tea samples. When 31 commercial teas extracted by boiling water or 75% ethanol were analyzed by HPLC, the levels of (-)-epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG), and total catechins in teas were in the order green tea (old leaves) > green tea (young leaves) and oolong tea > black tea and pu-erh tea. Tea samples extracted by 75% ethanol could yield higher levels of EGCG and total catechins. The contents of caffeine and catechins also have been measured in fresh tea leaves from the Tea Experiment Station in Wen-Shan or Taitung; the old tea leaves contain less caffeine but more EGCG and total catechins than young ones. To compare caffeine and catechins in the same tea but manufactured by different fermentation processes, the level of caffeine in different manufactured teas was in the order black tea > oolong tea > green tea > fresh tea leaf, but the levels of EGCG and total catechins were in the order green tea > oolong tea > fresh tea leaf > black tea. In addition, six commercial tea extracts were used to test the biological functions including hydroxyl radical scavenging, nitric oxide suppressing, and apoptotic effects. The pu-erh tea extracts protected the plasmid DNA from damage by the Fenton reaction as well as the control at a concentration of 100 microg/mL. The nitric oxide suppressing effect of tea extracts was in the order pu-erh tea >/= black tea > green tea > oolong tea. The induction of apoptosis by tea extract has been demonstrated by DNA fragmentation ladder and flow cytometry. It appeared that the ability of tea extracts to induce HL-60 cells apoptosis was in the order green tea > oolong > black tea > pu-erh tea. All tea extracts extracted by 75% ethanol have stronger biological functions than those extracted by boiling water.  相似文献

The headspace analyses of pollen, whole living female and male flowers, and staminoids have been performed on Laurus nobilis L. (Lauraceae) from Italy to determine whether there are differences in the volatiles emitted in order to give a contribution to the roles of the different flower parts in the pollination ecology of dioecious plants. Also, the essential oils obtained from male and female plants have been studied to evaluate a possible correlation between the spontaneously emitted volatiles and the constituents stored in the glandular tissues. Furthermore, the headspace sampling technique has been improved, with respect to previously employed methods, by means of solid-phase microextraction (SPME).  相似文献

The release of volatile compounds from infused tea was monitored using on-line atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) mass spectrometry. Assignment of the APCI ions to particular compounds was achieved using gas chromatography of tea headspace with dual electron ionization and APCI-MS detectors. Six ions in the APCI spectrum could be assigned to individual compounds, five ions were associated with isobaric compounds (e.g., 2- and 3-methylbutanal and pentanal) or stereoisomers (e.g., heptenals or heptadienals), and a further four ions monitored were identified compounds but with some unknown impurities. Reproducibility of infusion preparation and the analytical system was good with percentage variation values generally below 5%. The analysis was used to study the effect of infusion and holding temperatures on the volatile profile of tea headspace samples, and this was found to be compound-dependent. Both the extraction of volatiles from leaf tea and the release of volatiles into the headspace play a role in creating the aroma profile that the consumer experiences.  相似文献

Anticarcinogenic activity of selenium-enriched green tea extracts in vivo   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Both selenium and green tea have been shown to have potential antitumor effects. Here we have investigated the anticarcinogenic effect of the selenium-enriched green tea extract (Se-TE) in a Kunming mice model transplanted with human hepatoma cells HepG2. Mice were assigned to 8 groups consisting of 10 mice each after tumor cell inoculation. The control group received only water, whereas the remaining groups received regular green tea extract (RT), Se-TE which was produced by fertilization with selenite on tea leaves, selenite, and RT + selenite. After the mice were fed intragastrically with these agents for 8 days, tumor growth in RT-, Se-TE-, and selenite-fed mice was significantly suppressed, compared with that in control mice (P < 0.001). Supplementation with Se-TEs and selenite was able to elevate mice blood and liver Se concentrations, but did not significantly enhance selenoprotein glutathione peroxidase and other antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase activity in mice blood and liver. These results suggest that the antitumor function of Se-TEs may be attributed to the oxidative stress induced by selenium and green tea components in a suitable selenium supplementation pathway.  相似文献

The four major commercial teas, oolong, black, pu-erh, and green teas, have been manufactured in southeast Asia. In this study, we evaluated the growth suppressive and hypolipidemic effect of these four different tea leaves by oral feeding to male Sprague-Dawley rats for 30 weeks. The results showed that the suppression of body weights of tea leaves-fed groups were in the order: oolong tea > pu-erh tea > black tea > green tea. Pu-erh tea and oolong tea could lower the levels of triglyceride more significantly than that of green tea and black tea, but pu-erh tea and green tea were more efficient than oolong tea and black tea in lowering the level of total cholesterol. In lipoprotein, 4% pu-erh tea could increase the level of HDL-C and decrease the level of LDL-C, but other teas simply decrease the levels of both. The activity of antioxidant enzyme SOD is increased in all tea-fed groups as compared to the basal diet-fed group. Finally, relative weight ratios of liver to epididylmal adipose tissue were lower in feeding oolong tea and pu-erh tea groups. On the basis of these findings, it seemed that the fully fermented pu-erh and black tea leaves and partially fermented oolong tea leaves were more effective on their growth suppressive and hypolipidemic effects as compared to the nonfermented green tea leaves.  相似文献
