Porcine edema disease (ED) is a toxemia caused by enteric infection with Shiga toxin 2e (Stx2e)‐producing Escherichia coli (STEC). ED occurs most frequently during the weaning period and is manifested as emaciation associated with high mortality. In our experimental infection with a specific STEC strain, we failed to cause the suppression of weight gain in piglets, which is a typical symptom of ED, in two consecutive experiments. Therefore, we examined the effects of deprivation of colostrum on the sensitivity of newborn piglets to STEC infection. Neonatal pigs were categorized into two groups: one fed artificial milk instead of colostrum in the first 24 h after birth and then returned to the care of their mother, the other breastfed by a surrogate mother until weaning. The oral challenge with 1011 colony‐forming units of virulent STEC strain on days 25, 26 and 27 caused suppression of weight gain and other ED symptoms in both groups, suggesting that colostrum deprivation from piglets was effective in enhancing susceptibility to STEC. Two successive STEC infection experiments using colostrum‐deprived piglets reproduced this result, leading us to conclude that this improved ED piglet model is more sensitive to STEC infection than the previously established models.  相似文献

Porcine edema disease (ED) is caused by Shiga toxin 2e-producing Escherichia coli (STEC). ED has become frequent in pig farms, and the use of antimicrobials has resulted in the development of antimicrobial-resistant STEC. Accordingly, the use of materials other than antimicrobials is requested for the prevention of ED. Oral administration of a heat-killed and dried cell preparation of Enterococcus faecalis strain EC-12 (EC-12) to weaning pigs was previously demonstrated to decrease animal mortality in a STEC-contaminated farm at 0.05% (w/w) dose level. In this study, pigs experimentally infected with STEC were used as a model for ED to evaluate the low dose level of EC-12 to prevent ED. Fifteen 21-day-old pigs were divided into 5 groups: STEC challenge with the basal diet, STEC challenge with EC-12 supplemented at 0.005, 0.01, or 0.05% (w/w) to the basal diet, and no STEC challenge with the basal diet. The challenge was carried out when the animals were 25, 26, and 27 days old using STEC contained in capsules resistant against gastric digestion. All pigs were euthanized at 32 days of age. The daily weight gain, feed conversion ratio, and palpebral edema were improved by supplementation with 0.05% EC-12, but not by the low dose levels. Accordingly, 0.05% level of supplementation was needed for EC-12 to improve clinical symptoms in weaning piglets infected by STEC.  相似文献

Since ED occurs most frequently during the weaning period, preweaning vaccination of newborn piglets is required. We developed stx2eB‐transgenic lettuce as an oral vaccine candidate against ED and examined its protective efficacy using a piglet STEC infection model. Two serially developed Stx2eB‐lettuce strains, 2BN containing ingredient Stx2eB constituting a concentration level of 0.53 mg Stx2eB/g of powdered lettuce dry weight (DW) and 2BH containing ingredient Stx2eB constituting a concentration level of 2.3 mg of Stx2eB/g of powdered lettuce DW, were evaluated in three sequential experiments. Taken the results together, oral administration of Stx2eB‐lettuce vaccine was suggested to relieve the pathogenic symptoms of ED in piglets challenged with virulent STEC strain. Our data suggested that Stx2eB‐lettuce is a promising first oral vaccine candidate against ED.  相似文献

This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of dietary supplementation of lipid‐encapsulated (coated) zinc oxide ZnO on post‐weaning diarrhea (colibacillosis) in weaned piglets challenged with enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC). Thirty‐two 35‐day‐old weaned piglets were orally challenged with 3 × 1010 colony forming units of ETEC K88 while eight piglets received no challenge (control). Each eight challenged piglets received a diet containing 100 ppm ZnO (low ZnO), 2500 ppm ZnO (high ZnO) or 100 ppm of lipid (10%)‐coated ZnO (coated ZnO) for 7 days; control pigs received the low ZnO diet. Daily gain, goblet cell density in the villi of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum, and villus height in the jejunum and ileum, which decreased due to the challenge, were equally greater in the coated ZnO and high ZnO groups versus low ZnO group. Fecal consistency score, serum interleukin‐8 concentration, subjective score of fecal E. coli shedding, and digesta pH in the stomach, jejunum and ileum, which increased due to the challenge, were equally low in the coated ZnO and high ZnO groups versus low ZnO. Results suggest that a low level of coated ZnO might well substitute for a pharmacological level of native ZnO in dietary supplementation to alleviate colibacillosis of weaned piglets.  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of composite antimicrobial peptide (CAP) on growth performance and health status in weaned piglets. Over 28 days, 36 weaned piglets (body weight, 10.58 ± 0.99 kg) underwent three treatments: negative control (NC, basal diet), positive control (PC, basal diet + 20 mg/kg colistin sulphate + 50 mg/kg kitasamycin), and CAP treatment (CAP, basal diet with 400 mg/kg CAP). Average daily gain of piglets fed the CAP diet was greater (< 0.05) than that of piglets fed the PC or NC diet during days 1–7, 8–14 and 15–21. Diarrhea rates of piglets fed the CAP or PC diet were lower (< 0.05) than those of NC‐fed piglets during days 1–7. Apparent total tract digestibility for dry matter and crude ash in CAP‐fed piglets was greater (< 0.05) than that of NC‐fed piglets. In the CAP group, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium counts were greater (< 0.05) and Escherichia coli counts were lower (< 0.05) than numbers for the NC group. Our results indicate that dietary CAP had beneficial effects on growth performance and health status in weaned piglets.  相似文献

Porcine edema disease (ED) is a life-threatening toxemia caused by enteric infection with Shiga toxin 2e (Stx2e)-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) in weaned piglets. We previously reported that the stx2eB-transgenic lettuce 2BH strain shows potential for use as an oral vaccine candidate against ED. However, the 2BH strain expressed a hemagglutinin (HA)-tag together with Stx2eB and contained non-canonical N-glycosylation. Therefore, we developed two Stx2eB-lettuce strains, the 3 (G+) strain in which the HA-tag was removed from 2BH, and the 3 (G-) lettuce strain, in which the 73rd Asn was replaced with Ser to prevent non-canonical N-glycosylation of Stx2eB from the 3 (G+) strain. We examined the protective effect of these newly developed two strains compared with the previous 2BH strain against ED using a colostrum-deprived piglet STEC infection model. We found that the N-glycosylated 2BH and 3 (G+) strains relieved the pathogenic symptoms of ED in STEC-challenged piglets, whereas the non-glycosylated 3 (G-) strain did not. N-Glycosylation of the Stx2eB product in lettuce may be involved in the immune response in piglets.  相似文献

Early weaning induces villous atrophy in the small intestine (SI) of piglets. Oral administration of live lactic acid bacteria (LAB) can improve villous shortening. In this study, we evaluated the oral administration of a heat‐killed and dried cell preparation of Enterococcus faecalis (a LAB) strain EC‐12 against villous atrophy in early‐weaned mice (Experiment 1) and pigs (Experiments 2 and 3). Twelve 16‐days‐old mice were divided into two groups in Experiment 1: gavage of EC‐12 (10 mg/kg body weight (BW)/day), or control. On day 21, SI was collected. Eighteen 21‐day‐old pigs were divided into two groups in Experiment 2: gavage of EC‐12 (10 mg/kg BW/day), or control. After 10 days, the villous height of jejunum was measured. Six 21‐day‐old pigs were divided into two groups in Experiment 3: the basal diet supplemented with EC‐12 at 0.05%‐fed group, or the basal diet‐fed group. After 10 days, the villous height of jejunum was measured. The villous heights in SI were significantly higher by EC‐12 administration in all experiments. EC‐12 successfully improved the villous atrophy in the early‐weaned mice and pigs when EC‐12 was administered orally.  相似文献

Edema disease (ED) has become frequent in Japan, but no effective method for experimental infection has been developed. We report here the use of a capsule that resistant against gastric digestion to induce the ED in piglets. Four 21-day-old piglets were used. Shiga toxin 2e-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) cell pellet was encapsulated and administered orally. Two pigs received 1.0x10(10) CFU for two days, and the others received 3.9x10(8) CFU for three days. The high-dose group caused the typical clinical ED signs (palpebral edema or neurologic impairment). Eosinophil infiltration, swollen lymphoid follicles, and edema were observed in the ileum. The kidney had the thrombus in the glomerulus.  相似文献

文章旨在评估日粮添加中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化和免疫指标的影响。试验选择21d断奶、平均体重为(5.90±0.03)kg的仔猪450头,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复30头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,抗菌肽组饲喂基础日粮+45mg/kg抗菌肽,中草药组饲喂基础日粮+200mg/kg中草药添加剂,试验共进行42d。结果:对照组断奶仔猪在1~21d日增重较其他两组分别显著降低3.57%和5.86%(P<0.05),而中草药组仔猪在22~42d的日增重较对照组和抗菌肽组分别显著提高3.64%和3.37%(P<0.05),同时该组1~42d日增重较对照组显著提高4.54%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,中草药组仔猪在1~21d和1~42d的料重比分别显著降低5.52%和3.47%(P<0.05)。对照组仔猪死亡率较其他两组分别显著提高137.75%和126.21%(P<0.05)。中草药组仔猪血清胆固醇含量较对照组和抗菌肽组分别显著降低35.78%和33.43%(P<0.05),但该组血清甘油三酯浓度分别显著提高19.09%和11.96%(P<0.05)。中草药组仔猪血清IgG浓度较对照组显著提高12.74%(P<0.05),而对照组和中草药组血清IL-6浓度较抗菌肽组分别显著提高34.04%和23.89%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加200mg/kg中草药添加剂可以改善断奶仔猪生长性能、血清性状及免疫反应。  相似文献

本试验以表达猪乳铁蛋白肽的重组屎肠球菌(pNZ8112-PLFcin/Ef)饲喂断奶仔猪,研究其对仔猪生长性能的影响和抗产肠毒素大肠杆菌(enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli,ETEC)感染的效果。选取28日龄体重相近的健康断奶仔猪36头,随机分为3组(重组屎肠球菌组、空载体组和培养基组),每组3个重复,每个重复4头仔猪。重组屎肠球菌组和空载体组分别饲喂添加pNZ8112-PLFcin/Ef (6×1012 CFU/kg)和pNZ8112/Ef (6×1012 CFU/kg)的基础日粮,而培养基组饲喂含有相同体积的GM17液体培养基的基础日粮。试验期26 d。结果显示,与培养基组相比,重组屎肠球菌组断奶仔猪的平均日增重极显著提高(P<0.01);料重比显著降低(P<0.05);腹泻率明显降低,肠道菌群的均匀度和多样性指数均下降。为进一步探究表达猪乳铁蛋白肽的重组屎肠球菌对断奶仔猪抵抗ETEC感染的保护作用,在连续饲喂21 d后,每个重复中随机挑选1头体况相近的断奶仔猪灌服ETEC。结果发现,与培养基组相比,攻菌后重组屎肠球菌组断奶仔猪血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量、肠黏液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A (sIgA)水平均显著升高(P<0.05);脾脏指数显著提高(P<0.05),但胸腺指数、肠段长度及重量则均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,表达猪乳铁蛋白肽的重组屎肠球菌能够起到促进断奶仔猪生长及抗ETEC感染的保护作用。  相似文献

Shiga-toxigenic E. coli (STEC) strains that produce Shiga toxin Stx2e cause oedema disease in weaned piglets. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of Stx2e released in mesenteric lymph nodes on disease pathogenesis. Colistin and ampicillin were intramuscularly administered to piglets of the experimental group simultaneously challenged with STEC strain, type O139:F18ab, Stx2e+. Piglets of the control group were challenged with STEC only. The strain was naturally resistant to ampicillin and susceptible to colistin. After the challenge, colonisation of the intestines was observed in both antibiotic-treated piglets and control piglets without antibiotic treatment. Histochemistry and scanning electron microscopy revealed sporadic colonisation of the small intestine in the piglets. STEC was detected in the mesenteric lymph nodes of untreated piglets. The clinical manifestations of oedema disease were observed in both groups. In the antibiotic-treated group (11 piglets), oedema disease developed in 10 piglets, eight of which died or were euthanized ante finem. In the untreated group (11 piglets), oedema disease developed in five piglets, four of which died or were euthanized ante finem. We therefore propose that the STEC lysed by colistin suddenly released the toxin from bacterial cells immediately after their passage through the intestinal wall. That could explain a more severe course of oedema disease in the treated piglets. Even though high amounts of STEC were present in the lymph nodes of untreated piglets, the toxin was not released abruptly because the bacterial cells were not damaged.  相似文献

为考察天蚕素抗菌肽对断奶仔猪生产性能和血清生化指标的影响,选用28日龄、体重相近、健康的北京原种黑猪断奶仔猪192头,采用单因子设计,按体重相近、遗传基础相似的原则,完全随机分为4个处理组:对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上分别添加不同剂量的天蚕素抗菌肽(试验Ⅰ组:180 g/t,试验Ⅱ组:250 g/t,试验Ⅲ组:320 g/t)。每个处理组设三个重复,每个重复16头猪,试验期为32 d。试验结果表明:饲料中添加适量的天蚕素抗菌肽能够提高断奶仔猪平均日增重,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);显著降低料重比(P<0.05);提高血液中的免疫球蛋白含量。因此,在断奶仔猪基础日粮中添加适量天蚕素抗菌肽能提高断奶仔猪的生产性能和机体免疫性能,且本次试验中,天蚕素抗菌肽的最适添加量为320 g/t。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加卵黄抗体对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、肠道形态及肠道微生物菌群的影响。试验选取160头(25±1)日龄"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪,分为4个组,每个组4个重复,每个重复10头猪。各组分别饲喂以下4种饲粮:基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+0.4 kg/t硫酸黏杆菌素(抗生素组)、基础饲粮+1.0 kg/t卵黄抗体(卵黄抗体组)、基础饲粮+0.2 kg/t硫酸黏杆菌素+0.5 kg/t卵黄抗体(联用组)。试验期共计28 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,卵黄抗体组显著提高了断奶仔猪平均日增重(P0.05),显著降低了断奶仔猪料重比和腹泻率(P0.05),断奶仔猪平均日采食量无显著差异(P0.05)。与抗生素组相比,卵黄抗体组断奶仔猪生长性能无显著差异(P0.05),两者表现出相近的使用效果。2)与对照组相比,卵黄抗体组显著提高了断奶仔猪血清中总蛋白、白蛋白的含量(P0.05)。3)与对照组相比,卵黄抗体组显著增加了断奶仔猪回肠绒毛高度和绒隐比(P0.05),断奶仔猪十二指肠和空肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度和绒隐比无显著差异(P0.05)。4)与对照组相比,卵黄抗体组显著降低了断奶仔猪回肠、盲肠中大肠杆菌数量(P0.05),显著增加了断奶仔猪回肠、盲肠中的乳酸杆菌数量(P0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加卵黄抗体能显著改善断奶仔猪生长性能,增强仔猪免疫力,提高肠道健康水平,促进有益菌生长,与抗生素有相近的使用效果,是很有发展潜力的抗生素替代品之一。  相似文献

Three experiments were conducted to assess the response of weaned pigs to organic acid SF3, which contains 34% calcium formate, 16% calcium lactate, 7% citric acid and 13% medium chain fatty acids. Dietary treatments had no effect on growth performance of piglets (21‐day weaning) fed the commercial prestart diet for 1 week before receiving the experimental diets supplemented with SF3 at 0, 3 or 5 g/kg diet (Exp. 1), whereas diarrhea frequency averaged across a week was decreased by SF3 supplementation (5 g/kg diet) in piglets fed the experimental diets immediately after weaning (Exp. 2). In Exp. 3, piglets (28‐day weaning) were fed the control (containing pure colistin sulfate and enramycin, respectively, at 20 mg/kg diet) for 1 week and then were fed the control or SF3‐supplemented (5 g/kg diet) diet for 2 weeks. The SF3‐fed piglets had greater apparent ileal digestibility of calcium and dry matter, while also demonstrating greater overall gross energy, up‐regulated jejunal expression of sodium‐glucose cotransporter‐1 and transforming growth factor‐β, down‐regulated jejunal expression of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)‐α, higher ileal Lactobacillus, with lower total bacteria content, lower plasma TNF‐α but higher IgG levels than the control‐fed piglets. Collectively, SF3 consumption improved diarrhea resistance of weaned pigs by improving nutrient digestibility, piglet immunity and intestinal bacteria profile. © 2016 Japanese Society of Animal Science  相似文献

试验旨在探明饲粮添加不同水平叶酸(FA)对圆环病毒-2(PCV-2)攻击下断奶仔猪增重和组织病变的影响。选用45头PCV-2阴性、初重8.44kg的健康去势、28d断奶DLY仔猪,饲喂添加不同水平FA(0、0.3、15mg/kg)的饲粮7 d后,进行PCV-2攻毒,继续饲喂相应饲粮28 d。第1、7(攻毒前)、21天和第35天采集组织样品;测定体重、腹泻指数、组织病变、血清PCV-2特异抗体、猪瘟抗体和细胞因子水平。结果表明:无PCV-2攻击,断奶应激导致仔猪免疫组织损伤,饲粮添加15 mg/kg FA可明显改善淋巴组织病变;PCV-2攻击导致免疫抑制与组织损伤,仔猪体重极显著降低(P<0.01);饲粮不添加FA仔猪免疫抑制和组织病变最严重,添加0.3 mg/kg FA缓解了免疫抑制而组织病变减轻,添加15 mg/kg FA则不利于组织修复。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of dietary supplementation of palygorskite instead of zinc oxide (ZnO) on growth performance, apparent nutrient digestibility and zinc contents in serum and feces in weaned piglets. One hundred and sixty‐five piglets (28 days of age, 7.10 ± 0.86 kg) were allotted to five treatments on the basis of weight and sex. Each treatment included three replicates of 11 piglets. The piglets were fed the same basal diet supplemented with 0 mg/kg (control group), 1800 mg/kg, 2400 mg/kg, or 3000 mg/kg palygorskite or 2500 mg/kg ZnO for 28 days. There was no significant difference for incidence of diarrhea among the four treatments during the 0–14‐day feeding period. Compared with the control group, piglets offered diets supplemented with 1800 mg/kg palygorskite had higher (P < 0.05) average daily gain (ADG) and crude protein digestibility. Fecal digestibility of energy in 1800 mg/kg palygorskite and ZnO groups were higher (P < 0.05) than that in the control group. Both the zinc concentrations in serum and fecal zinc excretion in palygorskite groups and control group were all lower (P < 0.05) than that in the ZnO group. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with 1800 mg/kg palygorskite can improve growth performance and nutrient digestibility and can also decrease zinc excretion in feces in weaned piglets.  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of benzoic acid (BA) on growth performance, intestinal development and intestinal barrier function in weaned pigs. Ninety weaned pigs were randomly assigned to one of three treatments: a basal diet (CON), the basal diet supplemented with 2000 mg/kg benzoic acid (BA1) and 5000 mg/kg benzoic acid (BA2). At the end of days 14 and 42, six pigs per treatment were randomly selected to collect plasma and intestinal samples. Results showed that BA supplementation not only improved final body weight, daily growth and feed conversion ratio from days 15 to 42 and days 1 to 42, but also decreased the activity of plasma diamine oxidase (day 42) and the pH values of jejunal contents (day 14) (p < 0.05). Ileal Bacillus populations (day 14) were increased by BA, while Escherichia coli counts in the ileum and caecum (day 42) were decreased (p < 0.05). Higher Lactobacillus counts occurred in the ileum (day 14, 42) of BA1‐fed piglets as compared to CON and BA2‐fed piglets (p < 0.05). In addition, BA supplementation increased the ratio of villus height to crypt depth (day 14, 42) and decreased the crypt depth (day 14) (p < 0.05). Growth‐stimulating factors (insulin‐like growth factor‐1, day 42; insulin‐like growth factor‐1 receptor, day 14, 42) and tight junction protein (occludin, day 14, 42; zonula occludens‐1, day 42)‐related gene mRNA levels were upregulated in the jejunum of piglets fed BA diets (p < 0.05). In conclusion, this study provides the first evidence that BA has beneficial effects on intestinal development and intestinal barrier function of weaned pigs, which can partly explain why growth performance of pigs was improved by dietary BA supplementation.  相似文献

Weaning causes atrophy of intestinal mucosa and a drop of IgA protection in piglets which increases vulnerability to pathogenic infections. Probiotic lactobacilli may support recovery from such weaning stresses. Butyrate‐produce bacteria may support the growth of colonic mucosa. Megasphaera elsdenii, a lactate‐utilizing butyrate producer, may help butyrate production particularly when combined with lactobacilli. Weaned piglets (Experiment 1: 20 days old, Experiment 2: 28 days old) were orally dosed once a day with either (L) 1010 (cell/dose) L. plantarum Lq80, or (LM) 1010 (cell/dose) Lq80 with 109 (cell/dose) M. elsdenii iNP‐001. Lq80 was contained in capsules resistant to gastric digestion. M. elsdenii was contained in capsules resistant to gastric and intestinal digestion. An untreated control (C) was also prepared. After 2 weeks of administration, L. plantarum enhanced the recovery from the villous atrophy in both experiments. The rectal and colonic IgA tended to be higher in L and LM than in C in Experiment 1. Colonic butyrate was higher in LM than in the others in Experiment 1. The thickness of the colonic mucosa was greater in LM than in the others in Experiment 1. In early weaned piglets, the effects of L. plantarum and M. elsdenii were clear.  相似文献

A total of 4338 faecal samples, 135 of sows, 3368 of pre‐weaned and 835 of post‐weaned piglets from eight farms in South Bohemia, Czech Republic were collected and examined for Cryptosporidium infection. No sow, but 5.7% pre‐weaned and 24.1% post‐weaned piglets were positive for Cryptosporidium infection. No relationship was found between diarrhoea and Cryptosporidium infection in any of the different age groups (pre‐ and post‐weaned piglets). Four piglets, which were sporadically shedding cryptosporidia in faeces, were necropsied. Neither clinical signs of diarrhoea nor macroscopical changes were found. Histologically, a moderate infection of cryptosporidia was detected in the glandular epithelium along the large intestine, with predisposition to the ansa centralis of the colon. No inflammatory response in the lamina propria was observed. Cryptosporidia were also commonly found in the glandular epithelium of submucosal lymphoglandular complexes in the colon. Cryptosporidium isolates from all farms were identified as Cryptosporidium suis using molecular markers (SSU rRNA). All of the C. suis strains obtained were larger [6.2 (6.0–6.8) × 5.5 (5.3–5.7) μm] than any isolate described so far [4.6 (4.4–4.9) × 4.2 (4.0–4.3) μm] and did not appear to be infective for neonatal BALB/c mice.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加谷氨酰胺(Gln)对断奶仔猪不同阶段生长性能的影响,以及其对脂多糖(LPS)诱导肠道损伤后断奶仔猪血清生化指标和生长性能的影响。选用24头28日龄健康的"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组和LPS组饲喂基础饲粮,Gln+LPS组饲喂添加了1%的外源性Gln的基础饲粮;在试验第22、25、28、30天,LPS组和Gln+LPS组腹腔注射100μg/kg BW LPS,对照组则注射相同剂量的生理盐水。试验期30 d。结果表明:1)LPS处理前(试验第1~21天),与对照组相比,Gln+LPS组显著提高了试验第1~7天断奶仔猪的平均日采食量(ADFI)和平均日增重(ADG)(P0.05),显著提高了试验第8~14天和第1~21天断奶仔猪的ADFI(P0.05)。2)LPS处理后(试验第22~30天),对照组断奶仔猪的ADFI、ADG、第30天体重均显著高于LPS组和Gln+LPS组(P0.05),Gln+LPS组断奶仔猪的ADFI、ADG、第30天体重均高于LPS组(P0.05)。3)LPS组断奶仔猪的小肠长度显著低于对照组和Gln+LPS组(P0.05),而对照组和Gln+LPS组之间无显著差异(P0.05)。4)与对照组相比,Gln+LPS组断奶仔猪的血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)含量和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著降低(P0.05),而Gln+LPS组与LPS组之间无显著差异(P0.05);Gln+LPS组和LPS组断奶仔猪的血清免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)含量显著提高(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加1%的Gln能够显著提高仔猪断奶后第1~7天的生长性能,之后效果不明显。饲粮中添加1%的Gln能够调节应激仔猪的血清生化指标,改善其生长性能和小肠长度,从而缓解仔猪断奶应激。  相似文献
