为寻找卤虫卵的合适代用饵料,降低河蟹育苗成本,在1997年春季各期河蟹育苗中,进行投喂“高成”牌开口微囊配合饵料试验。结果;试验池幼体胃肠饱满度好,蜕壳时间短,变态整齐,成活率与对照组判别不五,而成本仅为对照池的45%,经济效益显著,且不会对以后幼体发育造成不良影响。  相似文献

河蟹蚤状幼体前期以单胞藻、轮虫为主,后期以鱼糜为主,大眼幼体后以枝角类为主的饵料系列,作为河蟹人工育苗幼体饵料,成功育出了大眼幼体。1992年育苗613万只,平均出苗量9.73万只/米^3,平均成活率44.8%。以鱼糜代替丰年虫的饵料成本仅为7%。  相似文献

在水温14.8~21.2℃,比重1.008~1.013条件下,采用轮虫、微颗粒配合饲料、卤虫无节幼体及桡足类,以不同配比组成3组不同的饵料系列投喂香鱼仔、稚鱼。结果表明:采用轮虫 配合饲料-桡足类 配合饲料饵料系列的,其仔稚幼鱼生长速度和成活率均优于单纯使用生物饵料组成的饵料系列,并可降低育苗成本。  相似文献

我们在1984年进行了对虾幼体粉状微颗粒饵料的研制和小水体育苗试验,发现在对虾糠虾期和仔虾期投喂粉状微颗粒饵料都能顺利变态,并且每立方米水体出仔虾3~4万尾。1985年将这种粉状微颗粒饵料直接用于生产性育苗试验,对虾从糠虾Ⅰ期至仔虾出池,使用该饵料培育,能顺利发育变态,每立方米水体出仔虾7.5万~9.3万尾。现将试验结果报道如下。  相似文献

本文介绍了用不同饲料作为香鱼开口饵料的试验情况。其结果:鸡蛋黄、对虾无节幼体饵料(BP)、丰年虫片进取有替代或部分替代轮虫作为香鱼开口饵料,其中(BP)效果较好,另外在育苗后期,用不同饲料对香鱼稚渔的生长和成活情况作了初步的比较。效果好坏依次是:桉角类+桡足类〉卤虫幼体〉半年虫虾片〉鸡蛋羹+蛏子肉。  相似文献

SUMMARY: The aim of this study was to investigate the cause of green liver in red sea bream fed substitute protein diets. Red sea bream Pagrus major was given either of the following diets for 28 weeks: (1) control diet (50% fish meal), (2) low level fish meal diet (15% fish meal), and (3) non-fish meal diet (0% fish meal). The green liver was observed in all groups tested, but the incidence was much higher in the experimental diet groups. The feeding of substitute protein diets reduced plasma triglyceride and cholesterol levels. However, there was no significant difference in plasma hepatic enzyme activities and plasma bile salts concentration among the treatments. Fish fed the substitute protein diets showed low hepatic taurine levels with an appearance of a biliverdin in the liver. Moreover, the proportion of ditaurobilirubin to total biliary bile pigments was significantly lower in fish fed the substitute protein diets. These data indicate that feeding of substitute protein diets did not induce any cholestatic hepatobiliary obstructions and that the low hepatic taurine level was one of the probable factors responsible for the occurrence of green liver in red sea bream fed substitute protein diets.  相似文献

A 5‐week feeding trial was conducted to assess the effect of gamma ray irradiation treatment on soybean meal as a fish meal substitute in diets for golden pompano (Trachinotus ovatus). A diet containing 32% fish meal served as a reference (C), and 75% of the fish meal was replaced by soybean meal that either received no gamma ray irradiation (R0) or was irradiated with gamma ray at a dose of 5 (R5), 10 (R10), 15 (R15), 30 (R30) or 60 (R60) kGy respectively. All the diets were formulated to contain 46% crude protein and 6.5% crude lipid. The weight gain was higher in fish fed diets R5, R10, R15 and R30 than in fish fed diet R0. The feed intake was higher in fish fed diets R15, R30 and R60 than in fish fed diets R0, R5 and R10. No significant differences were found in feed conversion ratio, nitrogen retention efficiency, condition factor, hepatosomatic index, body composition, waste outputs of nitrogen and phosphorus between fish fed the diets with non‐irradiated soybean meal or irradiated soybean meal as the fish meal substitute. Proteins with heavy molecular weight in soybean meal were degraded, whereas the contents of proteins with light molecular weight or peptides increased with the increase in the irradiation dose. This study reveals that gamma ray irradiation at a dose of 5 to 15 kGy can significantly improve the level of soybean meal inclusion as a fish meal substitute in diets for golden pompano.  相似文献

Oyster seed production in hatchery and nursery systems has relied on the production of microalgae, which is cost effective, but often unpredictable. The development of a satisfactory substitute diet would greatly reduce production costs of hatchery operations. Single cell detritus (SCD) production from seaweed (Porphyra haitanensis) may have great potential as a partial substitute for microalgae. In this experiment, a technique for producing SCD was developed and the product was used as a partial substitute for microalgae for the nursery culture of juvenile tropical oysters (Crassostrea belcheri) in a hatchery setting. A reverse osmosis technique was used on ground seaweed (particle size <200 μm) immersed in freshwater and placed on a shaker at 100 rpm for 2 h before being returned to seawater. This technique was shown to be highly effective for SCD production with a density of 33.7 ± 7.0 × 104 cell mL?1 and the percentage of SCD particle diameter <20 μm was 89.2%. A partial replacement of microalgae with SCD was found to be unsuitable for nursing oyster larvae. For juvenile oysters (shell width 1.85 ± 0.03 mm and shell length 1.78 ± 0.06 mm) substituting 75% of microalgae with SCD showed lower absolute shell growth, and lower daily yields and survival rates when compared to rates substituting 50% or lower substitution with SCD, or 100% microalgae (P < 0.05). It was found that substituting 50% of the traditional microalgae with SCD produced from seaweed (P. haitanensis) can be used as a partial microalgae substitute for the nursery culture of the juvenile tropical oyster.  相似文献

为探讨凡纳滨对虾饲料中用蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉的可行性及适宜的添加比例,研究了蝇蛆粉替代饲料中部分鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)生长、成活和饵料系数的影响。饲喂试验共持续了65 d。结果显示:当蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉添加量为7%时,试验中期(32 d)和末期对虾增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)均显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。在低于7%添加范围内,随着蝇蛆粉添加水平的增加对虾WGR和SGR逐渐提高,超过7%后,对虾WGR和SGR逐渐下降。试验中期和末期,17%添加组饵料系数均显著高于其余各组(P<0.05),7%添加组饵料系数略高于对照组但差异不显著。无论是中期还是末期,蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾的成活率未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。在凡纳滨对虾饲料中添加7%的蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉可促进对虾生长,利用蝇蛆粉替代对虾饲料中的部分鱼粉是可行的。  相似文献

Anaerobically digested piggery waste was used as a substitute protein source at 10% and 20% levels on an isonitrogenous and (as far as possible) isocalorific basis, and compared to a control diet of soyabean meal and fish meal for fingerling mirror carp (Cyprinus carpio). The fish fed on the substitute diets showed significantly higher (P < 0.05) specific growth rates, but the fish on the 20% diet had significantly lower (P < 0.05) fat contents, and significantly higher (P < 0.05) ash contents compared to both the control and the 10% diet, at the end of the experiment. Raw animal wastes do not perform well when substituted for conventional protein sources in fish diets. With processing, the performance is improved. Anaerobic digestion seems to be an appropriate processing technique for the upgrading of piggery wastes. A substitution level of 20% of the processed waste for conventional materials may be obtained without adversely affecting growth performance.  相似文献

A demand system analysis was conducted to examine the substitute relationships between tuna and skipjack tuna in the Japanese market. Data from the Annual Report on Family Income and Expenditure Survey from 1965 to 2006 were used for the analysis using the almost ideal demand system (AIDS). Results suggest that skipjack tuna can be a strong substitute for tuna, while other fish groups are not a clear substitute. Our analysis of substitute relationships among fish species in a market indicates that this is a factor that should be considered for better fisheries resource management. For instance, even under a situation where one fish species is underexploited, proper attention to its fishery management is necessary if the fish is a strong substitute for another popular fish species in the market.  相似文献

The amino acid profile of Colossoma macropomum was determined. Indispensable amino acid levels were similar to those reported in other fish species. Suitability of local, Costa Rican, ingredients as protein sources for C. macropomum was evaluated based on their protein content and indispensable amino acid profile. It was calculated that, in a standard diet (40% protein. 25% fish meal), blood meal, soya meal, poultry byproducts, meat and bone meal, and meat meal can substitute more than 80% of the fish meal. More than 40% of the fish meal can be substituted by shrimp meal, pigeon pea, cotton meal, peanut oil cake, cow pea, corn gluten and water hyacinth. As differences between amino acid profiles between fish species seem to be small, promising alternative ingredients for C. macropomum might be equally interesting for formulation of feeds for other species. Soya meal is the currently used ingredient with the highest potential to substitute fish meal completely. Further research is needed to determine if the use of alternative ingredients is limited by constraints such as decreased feed digestibility, presence of anti-nutritional factors, additional production and processing costs.  相似文献

Dried Tetraselmis suecica was evaluated as a fish protein substitute when incorporated to replace (protein basis) 10% (TETRA10) and 20% (TETRA20) of the control diet. The diets were offered to nine groups of European sea bass (72 g) over 63 days. Test diets did not affect zootechnical performances nor carcass or fillet yields and proximate analysis of edible portion. Feeding TETRA20 resulted in lower apparent digestibility coefficients of protein, lipid, and organic matter, and hepatosomatic index compared to the control diet. T. suecica was able to replace up to 20% of fish protein without hampering growth performance and major quality traits of sea bass.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the use of Gracilaria cervicornis meal as a partial substitute for the industrial feeds used in shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) farming. A total of 90 L. vannamei juveniles (0.34 g) were assigned randomly into nine experimental units at a stocking density of 10 shrimp tank−1 and fed a commercial shrimp feed (CSF; 35% crude protein) as a control treatment, a feed made entirely of G. cervicornis (GCM), and a mixture of equal parts of the commercial shrimp feed and the Gracilaria meal (MIX) for 30 days. Over the first 2 weeks of the experiment, the survival was high (100%) in all dietary treatments. However, at the termination of the feeding trial survival decreased to 40% in shrimp fed GCM, significantly lower (P<0.05) than survival of shrimp fed the commercial diet control (CSF) or MIX treatments (100%). The highest growth performance was obtained in the CSF or MIX treatment groups. The absolute growth increase in these groups was significantly higher than for shrimp fed GCM. Similarly, the specific growth rates (SGRs) of shrimp given feeds containing CSF (5.11% day−1) and MIX (4.71% day−1) were significantly greater (P<0.05) than that of shrimp fed GCM pellets (0.44% day−1). The feed efficiency ratios (FERs) were 64 for CSF, 54.3 for MIX and 3.3 for GCM. The results obtained in this study indicated the effectiveness of using G. cervicornis as a partial substitute for shrimp feeds. To our knowledge, this is the first time that the concept that macroalgae can partially substitute for the industrial feeds used in shrimp (L. vannamei) farming has been demonstrated.  相似文献
