本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同形式的亚麻油对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能及血液脂代谢相关生化指标的影响。选取体重相近的健康杜泊羊(♂)×小尾寒羊(♀)杂交F2代公羔24只,采用单因子完全随机试验设计,随机分为4组,每组6只。CON组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;LO、L、LOM组为试验组,分别添加含油量4%的亚麻油、亚麻籽炒粒、亚麻油微胶囊脂末。试验期50 d。结果显示:①日粮添加亚麻籽、亚麻油微胶囊脂末能够提高羔羊的生长性能和屠宰性能,L、LOM组平均日增重(ADG)均显著高于LO组(P < 0.05);②LOM组背膘厚显著高于CON组及L组(P < 0.05),但各组间其他屠宰性能指标差异均不显著(P > 0.05);③不同形式的亚麻油均能够显著提高血清中总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量(P < 0.05),显著降低LO及L组(INS)浓度(P < 0.05),血清中葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)及瘦素(LEP)含量虽有上升趋势,但各组间差异不显著(P > 0.05);④不同形式的亚麻油对瘤胃pH影响不显著(P > 0.05),但LOM组可显著提高瘤胃氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度和微生物蛋白(MCP)含量(P < 0.05)。综上所述,亚麻油不同添加形式对血液脂代谢没有产生不良影响,可提高血清TC、LDL-C及HDL-C含量,降低INS的浓度;直接添加亚麻油将对肉羊生长有一定的负面影响,可降低ADG及MCP浓度;添加亚麻籽炒粒和亚麻油微胶囊脂末均可提高肉羊生产性能和瘤胃发酵功能,但添加微胶囊脂末效果更好。  相似文献

用1日龄公母混合肉鸡432只,随机分成4组,每组设3个重复。分别在基础日粮中添加0、200、250、300mg/kg的植物源脂肪乳化剂,进行饲养试验,42 d屠宰。结果显示,乳化剂显著提高了肉鸡42 d日增重(P0.05)及降低料重比(P0.05),以300 mg/kg剂量组最优。300 mg/kg组肉鸡的腿胸肌率和腹脂率显著提高(P0.05)。乳化剂显著提高了血清游离脂肪酸浓度(P0.01),血清与肝脏中胆固醇浓度(P0.05),腹脂与胸肌中脂蛋白脂酶的比值(P0.05);降低肝脏中苹果酸脱氢酶活性(P0.05),腹脂、胸肌中脂蛋白脂酶活性(P0.05)。研究表明,植物源乳化剂能提高日粮脂肪的消化率,促进肉鸡生长。  相似文献

共轭亚油酸对黄羽肉鸡脂肪沉积及部分免疫指标的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
选用90只1日龄黄羽肉鸡,探讨添加不同水平(0%、1%、3%)共轭亚油酸(CLA)对不同部位脂肪沉积及部分免疫指标的影响。结果显示:日粮中添加CLA对黄羽肉鸡体增重无影响,但显著降低其腹脂沉积(P〈0.05),使腹部脂肪细胞直径减小(P〈0.05)。日粮中添加3%CLA显著提高胸肌和腿肌中的脂肪含量(P〈0.05)。日粮添加CLA显著降低血清中甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P〈0.05),升高游离脂肪酸(P〈0.05),而对血清总胆固醇、血清中瘦素和脂联素水平无显著影响。此外,日粮添加CLA还显著提高胸腺指数和法式囊指数(P〈0.05),而对血清中抗新城疫病毒抗体和脾脏指数无影响。结果提示,CLA对肉鸡腹脂和肌内脂肪的沉积有不同的作用,可改善肉鸡的胴体品质,并影响其免疫功能。  相似文献

试验旨在研究高脂饲粮中添加紫苏醇对黄羽肉仔鸡生长性能、腹脂沉积、肝脏脂质代谢及屠宰性能的影响。选取1日龄肉仔鸡45只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只鸡。3组分别饲喂基础饲粮、高脂饲粮以及添加1 g/kg紫苏醇的高脂饲粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期15 d。结果显示,与高脂饲粮组相比,添加紫苏醇对肉仔鸡末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比及肠道长度无显著影响(P>0.05);紫苏醇显著降低了肉仔鸡的腹脂率(P<0.05),使脂肪细胞变小;紫苏醇显著降低了肝脏中甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(TC)含量(P<0.05),提高了血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量(P<0.05),降低了血清TG、TC和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量(P<0.05);紫苏醇提高了肝脏脂质代谢相关基因过氧化物酶增殖激活受体α (Pparα)、肉碱棕榈酰转移酶1 (Cpt1)和载脂蛋白A1 (Apoa1)的相对表达量,降低了载脂蛋白B (Apob)基因的相对表达量(P<0.05);紫苏醇显著提高了肉仔鸡的屠宰率、胸肌率和瘦肉率,降低了皮下脂肪厚度和肌间脂肪宽度(P...  相似文献

本试验旨在研究阿魏酸对ob/ob小鼠脂肪沉积和腹脂脂肪酸组成的影响。选取5周龄的雄性ob/ob小鼠30只,随机分为3组(n=10),分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、0.25%和0.50%阿魏酸的试验饲粮,试验期9周。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.25%和0.50%的阿魏酸显著降低了ob/ob小鼠的总增重、腹脂率(P0.05),显著降低了血清甘油三酯及肝脏甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平(P0.05),减少了肝脏脂滴积累,显著降低了腹脂中棕榈油酸和油酸的含量(P0.05),显著降低了腹脂中棕榈油酸/棕榈酸和油酸/硬脂酸(P0.05)。由此得出,阿魏酸可以抑制ob/ob小鼠的脂肪沉积,改善其腹脂脂肪酸组成,减重降脂效果明显。  相似文献

将体重相近的41日龄健康朗德鹅180只随机分成3个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,进行试验,探讨在等能等氮条件下日粮不同粗纤维水平(4%、8%、12%)对朗德鹅血清生化指标与体脂沉积相关性的影响。试验结果表明:除3个试验组的胸肌含脂率与总蛋白显著正相关(P<0.05)外,3个试验组的腹脂率、皮脂率、胸肌含脂率、腿肌含脂率以及肝脏含脂率与总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等血清生化指标的相关性及显著性并不一致。  相似文献

本研究旨在评估日粮补充以枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌和酵母菌组成的复合益生菌对育肥猪生长性能、小肠绒毛形态及肝脏脂代谢相关指标的影响。试验将208头体重接近的18周龄三元育肥猪随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复26头。对照组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮,处理组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮+1.5 g/kg由乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和酵母菌组成的复合益生菌,饲养试验时间为8周。结果:处理组试验28 d育肥猪体重、1~28 d和1~56 d平均日增重较对照组显著提高2.28%、10.33%和4.56%(P<0.05),但1~28 d和1~56 d料重比显著降低11.15%和5.72%(P<0.05)。处理组空肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值较对照组分别显著提高5.45%和17.52%(P<0.05),而隐窝深度显著降低10.27%(P<0.05),对照组与处理组育肥猪血清低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白浓度及肝脏胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白浓度无显著差异(P>0.05),但处理组育肥猪血清甘油三酯和胆固醇浓度及肝脏甘油三酯浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究条件下,日粮添加1.5 g/kg以枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌和酵母菌组成的复合益生菌可通过改善空肠绒毛形态,提高育肥猪生长前期和全期的平均日增重和饲料效率,降低肝脏和血清胆固醇浓度。 [关键词]益生菌|育肥猪|生长性能|绒毛形态|脂代谢  相似文献

选用120只健康的1日龄淮南王鸡,随机分成A、B 2组,每组设3个重复.A组为空白组.饲喂基础日粮.B组在基础日粮中添加350 mg/kg姜黄素,研究其对淮南王鸡脂肪沉积的影响.结果表明,在28日龄与对照组相比,淮南王鸡腹脂率、皮下脂肪厚度和肌间脂肪宽度分别降低3.91%、4.13%和52.01%,血清中胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯分别降低19.31%、13.68%、12.90%,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和游离脂肪酸分别升高20.29%和12.28%;在42日龄与对照组相比,淮南王鸡腹脂率、皮下脂肪厚度、肌间脂肪宽度分别降低34.48%、23.65%、27.35%,血清中胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯含量分别显著下降23.22%、10.08%、12.09%,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、游离脂肪酸分别升高了43.45%、13.58%;在56日龄与对照组相比,淮南王鸡腹脂率、皮下脂肪厚度、肌间脂肪宽度分别降低63.67%、15.13%、42.33%,血清中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量分别显著下降27.03%、37.33%,低密度脂蛋白下降不显著.高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、游离脂肪酸分别升高了68.31%、24.71%.上述结果显示姜黄素可以降低肉鸡脂肪沉积.  相似文献

为探讨不同植物油对肉猪脂类代谢及相关基因表达的影响,试验选取48头胎次相近、平均体质量为(37.57±3.38)kg 80日龄的肉猪随机分成3组,每组2个重复,每个重复8头猪,在基础饲粮中分别添加相同比例的大豆油、菜籽油和米糠油,试验期70 d。结果表明:不同植物油对肉猪血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量均无显著影响;菜籽油组和米糠油组的肉猪血清脂蛋白脂酶、肝脂酶和总脂酶活性极显著高于大豆油组,菜籽油组和米糠油组的肉猪猪肝脏脂肪酸合成酶FAS和载脂蛋白apo B的m RNA表达量极显著低于大豆油,菜籽油组和米糠油组之间差异不显著。结果提示,与大豆油相比,菜籽油和米糠油在肉猪体内更易于消化吸收。  相似文献

以肉鸡为动物模型,探讨了日粮中添加不同配比油脂后对其脂肪代谢的影响。648只1日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡,试验期为42 d。CON组为对照组(饲喂基础日粮),SO组为正对照组(日粮中添加豆油),LO组为负对照组(日粮中添加猪油),COP、COC、COV组分别在日粮中添加以棕榈油为主的配比油脂、以椰子油为主的配比油脂、多种植物油配比的油脂。结果表明:42 d,各组腹脂重、皮下脂肪厚度与肌间脂肪厚度、胸肌含脂率、腿肌含脂率均无显著性差异(P>0.05);SO、COP组总甘油三酯含量低于COV组(P<0.05);COP组血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量低于LO组(P<0.01)与CON组(P<0.05);COP组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的比值高于LO、COC、COV组(P<0.01),SO组显著提高(P<0.05);SO组肉鸡血清中总脂酶活性高于CON组(P<0.05),肝脏中COP、COC、COV组脂蛋白脂酶、肝脂酶与总脂酶活性都显著提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:配比油脂组与豆油组在不影响脂肪沉积的情况下,改善了肉仔鸡的体脂分布,且对脂质代谢具有很好的调节作用,其中豆油组与以棕榈油为主的配比油脂组效果较好。  相似文献

本试验旨在探究油脂类型对肉鸡不同组织甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶(GAPDH)基因相对表达量的影响。试验选用240只1日龄的科宝肉鸡母雏,随机分为8个组(4个单一油脂组,分别在饲粮中添加5.00%亚麻油、玉米油、芝麻油和猪油;4个混合油脂组,分别在饲粮中添加2.50%猪油+2.50%玉米油、2.50%猪油+2.50%芝麻油、2.50%亚麻油+2.50%玉米油和2.50%亚麻油+2.50%芝麻油),每组6个重复,每个重复5只鸡。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)组织及油脂类型与组织的交互作用对42日龄肉鸡组织GAPDH基因的相对表达量影响显著(P0.05),油脂类型对42日龄肉鸡组织GAPDH基因的相对表达量的影响不显著(P0.05)。42日龄肉鸡胸肌GAPDH基因的相对表达量显著高于肝脏和腹脂(P0.05),是肝脏的37.50~89.50倍,是腹脂的129.54~190.64倍,而42日龄肉鸡的GAPDH基因的相对表达量在肝脏与腹脂之间差异不显著(P0.05);玉米油组胸肌中GAPDH基因的相对表达量显著高于猪油组(P0.05)。2)21日龄肉鸡肝脏GAPDH基因的相对表达量显著或极显著高于42日龄(P0.05或P0.01)。3)油脂组合及油脂组合与日龄的交互作用对肉鸡肝脏GAPDH基因相对表达量的影响均不显著(P0.05),但日龄对肉鸡肝脏GAPDH基因相对表达量的影响显著(P0.05)。由此可见,油脂类型对肉鸡GAPDH基因的相对表达量的影响呈现组织间的差异,玉米油可提高胸肌GAPDH基因的相对表达量。42日龄肉鸡胸肌GAPDH基因的相对表达量显著高于肝脏和腹脂,21日龄肉鸡肝脏GAPDH基因的相对表达量显著高于42日龄  相似文献

The aims of this study were to investigate the influence of the short‐term addition of sunflower and linseed oil and castration on fatty acid composition and desaturation indexes in chicken broilers. Forty‐eight male Ross 308 chicken broilers were supplemented with 5% of sunflower or linseed oil. The four experimental groups were linseed oil supplementation and castration (LC), linseed oil without castration (LN), sunflower oil and castration (SC) and sunflower oil without castration (SN). There was no significant influence of castration or oil supplement on live weights, weight gain, feed intake or feed conversion. Castration resulted in an increase in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), total n3, n6, measured desaturation indexes and a decrease in the saturated fatty acid (SFA) and monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) content of abdominal fat. In breast muscle, castration increased PUFA and 18:3n3 values, while in the liver tissue, castration did not influence the parameters measured. Linseed oil supplementation significantly increased 18:3n3, n3 long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LC PUFA), total n3 and decreased total n6, n6/n3 ratio, and 20:4n6 content. Values for 20:4n6 were the highest in SC and the lowest in the LC group. Linseed oil also significantly decreased ?5 and ?4 desaturation indexes in the thighs and ?5 and ?5, 6 in abdominal fat and the liver. These results suggest that short‐term supplementation of basal diet with 5% of linseed oil could significantly increase n3 LC PUFA and decrease n6/n3 ratio content in the edible tissues of chicken broilers, without adverse effects on growth performance. Meanwhile, castration only improved fatty acid profile in abdominal fat, which is not nutritionally important. The interactions observed between basal diet, supplemented oil, sex hormones and other non‐nutritional factors must be elucidated in future trials in order to correctly predict the nutritional value of linseed‐fed poultry.  相似文献

The effects of dietary fat supplementation on performance, fatty acid (FA) composition of tissues and antioxidant defence system of broilers were studied. Male broilers were placed in 20 floor pens (60 broilers per pen). The broilers were fed by diets with added different energy sources: lard (L); sunflower oil (SFO); soybean oil (SBO); and linseed oil (LSO). The treatments did not modify significantly growth performance and feed intake of the broilers. There was no effect of dietary FA pattern on reduced glutathione level and glutathione peroxidase activity of plasma, erythrocyte and liver samples. However, higher PUFA content of the diet resulted in a significant increase in malondialdehyde level of erythrocytes and liver. The broilers fed LSO diet more effectively maintained their antioxidant status with enhanced plasma radical scavenger capacity. FA composition in tissues reflected the FA pattern of the diets, although proportion of FAs with four or more double bonds was metabolic specific. LSO diet increased the level of C18:3, C20:5 and C22:6 in tissue lipids in relation to L, SFO and SBO diets. Significantly increased plasma radical scavenging capacity in concert with the enhanced C20:5 and C22:6 proportion in liver and muscle during LSO feeding indicate metabolic changes to counteract the oxidative injury. This may be related to the compounds produced after different biochemical pathways of n-6 and n-3 FAs.  相似文献

  1. The objective of the present study was to determine effect of pomegranate seed oil (PSO) and linseed oil (LO) on haematological parameters, serum lipid profile and liver enzymes as well as fatty acids profile of adipose tissue in broilers.

  2. Broilers (n = 400) were fed on diets containing graded PSO levels (0.0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%) with or without 2% LO. After 6 weeks of feeding, 6 male broilers from each group were slaughtered and abdominal fat, liver and blood samples were collected.

  3. Mixtures of pomegranate seed oil (0.5%, 1%) with linseed oil increased white blood cell level in broilers. Total cholesterol was elevated after LO supplementation whereas administration of PSO (1.5%) significantly decreased this parameter. PSO administration caused c9,t11 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) concentration-dependent deposition in adipose tissue. By LO addition α-linolenic acid (ALA) content was enhanced, decreasing the n-6/n-3 ratio. PSO and ALA also affected oleic acid proportion in adipose tissue. Neither pomegranate seed oil nor linseed oil had any effect on liver parameters.

  4. Pomegranate seed oil had no negative effects on broiler health status and can be considered as a functional poultry meat component.

文章旨在探讨日粮添加不同油脂原料对肉牛生长性能、养分消化及瘤胃发酵性能的影响。试验选择平均初始体重(296±32.33)kg、带有瘤胃瘘管的肉牛48头,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复3头。对照组肉牛饲喂不含油脂的日粮,处理组肉牛分别饲喂含有5%棕榈油、亚麻油和包被脂肪的日粮。在为期10周的饲养试验后测定相关指标。结果:对照组与包被脂肪组干物质、有机物和氮摄入量及干物质、有机物表观消化率显著高于棕榈油和亚麻油组(P<0.05),而包被脂肪组与亚麻油组粗脂肪摄入量显著高于对照组和棕榈油组(P<0.05)。对照组粗脂肪表观消化率较其他组分别显著降低31.94%、32.17%和33.56%(P<0.05),而亚麻油组中性洗涤纤维表观消化率较其他组分别显著降低18.61%、17.10%和19.68%(P<0.05)。包被脂肪组瘤胃不饱和脂肪酸流量较对照组和棕榈油组分别显著提高152.26%和240%(P<0.05)。对照组与包被脂肪组瘤胃氨氮浓度显著高于棕榈油组和亚麻油组(P<0.05)。结论:包被脂肪降低了脂肪对瘤胃发酵的影响,其对瘤胃饱和脂肪酸流量的影响与亚麻油相似,但棕榈油降低了瘤胃氨氮浓度,不能有效向瘤胃提供不饱和脂肪酸。 [关键词]油脂原料|肉牛|生长性能|养分消化|瘤胃发酵  相似文献

选择艾维因肉鸡360羽,随机分为5个处理,每处理设3个重复,每重复24只鸡,分别饲喂添加0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%和2.0%共轭亚油的(CLA)的试验日粮,旨在探讨CLA添加水平对肉鸡脂质代谢和胸、腿肌及腹脂中脂肪酸组成的影响,试验期为49d。结果表明:在肉鸡生长各个阶段,尽管CLA添加对血清中TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量和HDL-C/LDL-C影响不明显,但TC、TG含量都有降低趋势,而HDL-C/LDL-C有增加趋势。脂肪酸组成分析显示,CLA添加增加胸肌和腹脂中肉豆蔻酸(C14:0)、棕榈酸(C16:0)、硬脂酸(C18:0)和TSFA的含量,降低棕榈油酸(C16:1)、油酸(C18:1)和TMUFA含量;胸肌中TP-UFA含量不受CLA添加的影响,但腹脂和腿肌中TPUFA含量随CLA添加而显著增加(0P<0.05)。胸肌和腹脂中CLA含量处理组明显比对照组高,且随日粮中CLA含量的增加而逐渐增加,腿肌中CLA的含量很低,也未表现出相应的剂量效应,且仅在2%添加组检测到CLA的存在。  相似文献

1. This study was conducted to determine the effects of different dietary fat sources on growth performance, tibia fatty acids and biomarkers of bone metabolism in broilers.

2. One-d-old commercial Arbor Acres broilers were fed with a maize–soya bean basal diet for 42 d, supplemented with oils according to the following 5 treatments: lard (lard group); linseed oil (linseed oil group); palm oil (palm oil group); linseed oil + palm oil (60:40 or 40:60 w/w, LP-1 group and LP-2 group, respectively).

3. No significant differences in weight gain, feed intake and gain/feed ratio were observed between the lard and linseed oil groups. Birds fed on palm oil had significantly greater weight gain and feed intake than those fed on lard or linseed oil. Growth performance in LP-1 and LP-2 was significantly greater than that of single-oil groups.

4. Tibia growth and bone characteristics were not influenced by supplementation with lard, linseed oil, or palm oil alone, but broilers fed on a mixture of fats had significantly greater tibia weight and length compared to broilers fed on linseed oil. Bone mineral density in tibia was significantly increased in LP-1 and LP-2 groups.

5. Supplementation of linseed oil alone or in combination with palm oil enhanced apparent digestibility of calcium, reduced serum calcium and increased tibia calcium concentrations. Moreover, supplementation with linseed oil alone or in combination with palm oil had a positive effect on biomarkers of bone growth.

6. The combination of linseed and palm oils was beneficial for growth performance, tibia growth and biomarkers of bone metabolism.  相似文献

本试验的主要目的是研究用不同配比的亚麻籽油与大豆油混合油全部替代鱼油后对杂交鲟生长性能、肌肉脂肪酸组成及血清肝功能和抗氧化指标的影响。试验共配制4种等氮等脂等能的试验饲料,A组饲料添加8%的鱼油,B、C、D组饲料分别用75%亚麻籽油+25%大豆油的混合油(混合油中亚麻籽油与大豆油的配比为3∶1)、50%亚麻籽油+50%大豆油的混合油(混合油中亚麻籽油与大豆油的配比为1∶1)以及25%亚麻籽油+75%大豆油的混合油(混合油中亚麻籽油与大豆油的配比为1∶3)替代A组饲料中全部鱼油。每种试验饲料投喂3个养殖桶(重复),每个养殖桶放养40尾初始体重为(70.8±0.5)g的杂交鲟,共进行12周的养殖试验。结果表明:B组杂交鲟的末均重(FBW)、增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)是4组中最高的,且与A组之间存在显著差异(P0.05)。B组杂交鲟肌肉中粗脂肪含量和肝脏中粗脂肪含量均显著高于A组(P0.05),而与C、D组差异不显著(P0.05)。A、B组杂交鲟血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于C、D组(P0.05);B组杂交鲟血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量最高,并显著高于其他各组(P0.05);血清甘油三酯(TG)含量以B组最低,显著低于C组(P0.05),但与A、D组相比差异不显著(P0.05)。此外,B组杂交鲟肌肉中二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的含量分别为A组对应脂肪酸的65.7%和74.5%,肌肉中EPA和DHA的含量并没有因为混合油替代鱼油而大幅下降。由以上结果得出,以不同配比的亚麻籽油与大豆油的混合油全部替代饲料中的鱼油,当混合油中亚麻籽油与大豆油的配比为3∶1(即75%的亚麻籽油+25%的大豆油)时杂交鲟的生长效果较好。  相似文献

本试验研究了在利用含 5 %亚麻油的日粮生产富含多不饱和脂肪酸的功能蛋时 ,矮小型和普通型褐壳蛋鸡主要生产性能及屠体指标的变化。普通型蛋鸡对亚麻油日粮表现出一定的厌食 ,而矮小型鸡的采食量则略为增加。饲喂亚麻油日粮使普通型鸡的产蛋率显著降低 ,而矮小型蛋鸡的产蛋率则显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。矮小型鸡的蛋壳厚度、强度和蛋黄颜色均优于普通型蛋鸡。亚麻油日粮对蛋壳厚度和强度没有影响 ,但使蛋黄比色显著降低 ,矮小型鸡受影响的程度要小于普通型鸡。亚麻油日粮增加了肝脂的沉积。矮小型鸡肝脂的含量较低 ,从而减少了饲喂高脂日粮带来肝脏脂肪浸渗的机会  相似文献

研究0.33%鱼油与2mg/kgDM的有机硒对饲喂亚麻籽日粮的绵羊体组织脂肪酸组成及抗氧化功能的影响。初步探讨在绵羊日粮中添加亚麻籽提高体组织CLA含量的同时,再添加鱼油和硒是否能进一步提高CLA含量。选用体重相近,健康的杂交一代公羔羊16只,随机分为4组。4组日粮为对照组LD组(基础日粮+10%亚麻籽),LF组(基础日粮+0.33%鱼油+9.17%亚麻籽,其中0.33%鱼油+9.17%亚麻籽所含脂肪与10%亚麻籽脂肪含量相等),LDSe组(基础日粮+10%亚麻籽+2mg Se/kgDM);LFSe组(基础日粮+0.33%鱼油+9.17%亚麻籽+2mgSe/kg DM),硒以有机硒的形式添加。结果表明:硒的添加对绵羊血浆抗氧化功能无显著影响(P<0.05),可能是受基础日粮硒浓度的影响;亚麻籽日粮中添加0.33%鱼油提高了绵羊体组织cis-9,trans-11-CLA和trans-11-C18:1含量。亚麻籽日粮中添加2mg Se/kg DM的有机硒对绵羊体组织脂肪酸组成没有显著影响。鱼油与有机硒的添加对绵羊不同组织△9-脱氢酶活性各组间影响差异不显著。由此表明,日粮中联合添加亚麻籽+鱼油以提高组织CLA含量的效果优于单独添加亚麻籽。  相似文献
