Efficiency of business process has a direct impact on the performance of the enterprise, and accordingly it is also influenced by the multiple factors within the enterprise. The article, with a structured method, analyzed various kinds of problems in the operations of business processes, and illustrated the influences between and among strategy, organization structure, management pattern, human resource and technology, etc. As to the approach of influences of relevant factors on process, the article discussed a basic thought to implement business process improvement, and put for ward an integrated solution involving enterprise strategy planning, business process, and organizational facilities. Meanwhile, a concise analysis was made on relationship between process analysis and informatization. It was given that business improvement was a fundamental and important part of the informatization of the enterprise.  相似文献

本文利用熵值法评价农村居民点集约利用程度,计算出各项指标权重,采用综合加权法得出农村居民点利用的集约度。以重庆市黔江区30个乡镇及全区作为评价对象,根据科学性、系统性、代表性、可操作性原则选取指标后进行实证研究。结果表明:农村居民点土地利用投入对农村居民点土地利用集约度影响最为明显,其次为农村居民点土地利用结构、农村居民点土地利用强度和农村居民点土地利用效益;黔江区农村居民点集约利用水平有待提高,全区总体水平仅为0.0304;黔江区农村居民点集约利用水平区域差异明显。结论:应提高对农村居民点规划、管理、整理的投入;熵值法能够更加客观准确的评价目标;为以后的相关研究提供指标选取参考;仍需进一步应探讨如何提高农村居民点集约利用水平。  相似文献

Aiming at the urgent requirements of project management from roadway design enterprises, key technologies and application of networked roadway design project management are studied. First, requirements analysis and a general technology scheme are proposed for networked roadway design project management. Next, key technologies are studied systematically, including workflow analysis and improvement, networked and dynamic project monitoring and coordinating, and integrated project information management. Based on the key technologies, an application system of networked roadway design project management is developed and applied in some real projects of roadway engineering design. A case study is presented to illustrate the management process based on the networked project management system. The engineering applications show that the system can effectively improve the management efficiency, reasonably configure and optimize design resource, monitor and coordinate project plan and schedule, and accurately evaluate the performance of design team members.  相似文献

In order to realize the predictive function of BIM technology, the reliability theory and theoretical probability method are utilized to judge the uncertainty which exists in the process of construction. Meanwhile, the complicated relationship between construction schedule and prediction model is analyze, the random prediction model for construction schedule is established as well. Particularly, the influencing condition about a single factor in the process of construction is taken into consideration. Determinate model and random model for construction time as well as reliability analysis method for the construction time prediction which is based on a single influencing factor are studied .At the same time, The integrated management method of reliability prediction about construction schedule which is on basis of BIM management platform is discussed. The case study shows that the proposed method has delivered dramatic results to the control of construction schedule.  相似文献

近年来,反转录实时定量PCR作为一项新的核酸序列定量分析技术以其定量准确、高灵敏度和高通量等特点,已被广泛的应用于分子诊断、病理分析以及食品安全检测等方面。然而其在植物基因表达水平研究上的报道较为少见。本研究在前人研究基础上,总结了反转录实时定量PCR在植物基因综合表达分析、基因家族表达分析、基因差异表达分析、转基因表达分析等方面的应用;分析了反转录、看家基因选择等影响检测基因表达的因素;指出该技术在重复性、灵敏度、标准化上所存在的问题。随着分子生物技术的发展,反转录实时定量PCR将会在植物遗传育种、植物病理检疫以及分子进化等方面发挥更为广泛的作用。  相似文献

Based on an existing magnesium alloy database, a query system is optimized by considering the design characteristics, and an integrated query system for this magnesium alloy database is developed to meet the demands of more users. The result shows that the new system improves the query efficiency of the magnesium alloy database, especially for queries concerning phase diagrams and the structure of magnesium alloys. 农田土壤作为陆地生态系统的重要组成部分,是受人为活动干扰严重但又可在较短时间内调节的碳库,在全球碳循环中占据着非常重要的地位。深入探讨分析农田土壤有机碳库及其影响因素对全球生态系统碳平衡以及农田土壤利用的可持续性都具有十分重要的意义。笔者以农田土壤有机碳库基本问题为核心,对国内外有关农田土壤有机碳库的分类与组成、有机碳固定潜力以及有机碳固定影响因素的研究进展进行了总结。最后指出今后的重点研究方向包括全球不同地区农田土壤有机碳的固定周转机制、有机碳固定潜力,农田土壤有机碳库受各种因素的影响程度,农田土壤碳循环过程与地球表层过程的耦合机制以及如何设计合理有效的农田管理措施以达到最大的固碳潜力等几个方面。  相似文献

把棉铃虫看作自然灾害与风险的一种进行剖析 ,提出依据不同灾变过程中所表现出来的警源、警兆、警情等不同风险程度的各因素统计指标 ,精选组成灾变监测预警指标体系并组建多维预警逻辑模型。通过对各灾变预警指标的定性分级或定量分级 ,在综合灾变预警的主要生物和非生物因素对灾变影响的权重分析并计算灾变风险预警综合指标值的基础上 ,确定棉铃虫灾变预警等级。 1 999~ 2 0 0 0年预警综合准确率为 89.7%。据此可使灾变预警更加符合实际 ,指导减灾防治更有科学依据  相似文献

【目的】旨在探讨山东省各市农业抗旱能力的强弱、空间分布特征以及主要影响因素。【方法】在分析农业抗旱能力影响因素的基础上,构建农业抗旱能力综合评价指标体系,分别用层次分析法(AHP)、熵值法(EM)和主成分分析法(PCA)对山东省农业抗旱能力进行综合评价,为了避免评价结果的非一致性,建立循环组合优化模型对三种单一评价方法进行组合评价。【结果】将山东省17个市的农业抗旱能力进行了强弱排序,并根据聚类分析结果把17个市分为四类,得出了各类地区农业抗旱能力的主要影响因素。【结论】循环组合优化评价方法提高了评价结果的准确性和一致性,针对不同类型的区域提出了相应措施以增强农业抗旱能力,进而为山东抗旱规划和旱灾风险管理提供科学参考。  相似文献

农地规模化经营对于提高粮食产量、保护耕地、提高农民收入具有重要意义。已有研究主要从政策制度或社会经济角度对该问题展开论述,尚未将农地利用的自然属性特征考虑在内,而该特征对农地规模化经营尺度的确定有着最直接的作用和影响。本研究以黑龙江省3个乡镇为研究区,以2015年遥感影像为数据源,在RS和GIS技术平台下,建立农地规模化经营管理数据库,运用计量地理模型获取农地规模化经营的自然影响因素,采取调查问卷形式,获取农地规模化经营的环境影响因素,运用logistics模型找出影响研究区农地规模化经营的主要因素,并对各因素的影响程度进行排序,进而分析各影响因素对农地规模化经营的作用机理。研究成果对于保障我国粮食安全及促进我国农业现代化进程具有重要意义。  相似文献

Social network analysis has generated a great number of research findings in the organizational and management literature, in which the so‐called territorial clusters have often been represented through the network metaphor. However, while scholars primarily examine the network structure and the internal heterogeneity, we have specifically analyzed the diverse types or roles of informational brokers which firms can perform. We also posit that innovation generated by these firms is moderated by their own capabilities and, more particularly, we analyze how innovation is affected by brokerage roles and the moderating effect of R&D in the Spanish ceramic tile cluster. Our results show that different brokerage roles played by clustered firms have different implications in terms of innovation. Another relevant and related result refers to the interactive effect of brokerage roles and absorptive capacity, which becomes more or less significant depending on the role being played in each case.  相似文献

上海市农业科学院庄行综合试验站(以下简称“院综合试验站”)信息管理平台的开发源于院信息化建设的需要,也是为了整合试验站的资源,进一步有效提高试验站生产资料的利用率。基于院综合试验站的信息管理建设要求,本研究体现了以MVC模式为核心搭建院信息管理平台的理念。平台基于B/S结构,以.NET和XML为开发底层,充分发挥MVC模式优越性、SQL SERVER数据库高效、安全与容灾特性,合理设计平台框架,实现了各种信息的综合管理功能。本平台可以静态发布所有的相关栏目,平台充分考虑安全性问题,运用用户角色定制和功能模块定制赋予的实现,使平台内的用户始终在可掌控的范围内进行相关管理与操作。  相似文献

基于NLPCA-RBF神经网络的番茄蒸散量预测   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
蒸散量(ET)是水文循环中的重要组成部分。精确的ET预测在水资源管理和灌溉系统设计等方面的研究是十分必要的。利用非线性主成分分析法(NLPCA)和径向基(RBF)神经网络组成的模型(NLPCA-RBF)对番茄蒸散量进行估算。在既保证ET影响因素信息完整,又可消除影响因素之间相关性的前提下,利用NLPCA将影响ET的7个气象因素简化为3个综合成分,并以此为网络训练的输入数据,根据实测的蒸散量作为网络输出建立了RBF神经网络,并且经非训练样本点数据检验。结果表明,与传统RBF网络模型较,NLPCA-RBF网络预测模型能够更好的反应影响因子与蒸散量之间的关系,取得更为精确的结果。  相似文献

Three disposal technologies have their own advantages, and meanwhile disadvantages. Facing a special case, it is difficult to choose a proper one. By integrated analysis to three main technologies, a relatively integrated index system is established. Then by means of fuzzy mathematics (quantify and synthetically analyze the index system, make it unitary) ,a final general assessing model is founded. Finally, the paper takes a planning MSW(municipal solid waste) plant as an example, uses a two-level fuzzy assessment model with three groups of assessing factors,which include economical, environmeutal and the other factors, and concludes that composting is the most appropriate choice.  相似文献

The price indexes for city used house belong to the real estate price indexes. They will reflect the fluctuation of the used house price, forecast the direction of the up-and-down price, induct the citizens to make deal in reason and support the government to make policy with the price information. For complex bargaining of the used house in city, it is difficult to make the price index for city used house exactly. There will be a lot of difficulties for making the indexes. This paper expands and analyzes the difficulties in confirming the representative district, choosing the fixed time and selecting the case. Then, this paper analyzes the regional adjusting factors from the qualitative and quantitative factors in detail. It works out the influencing degree of regional factors with Delphi. Meanwhile, it calculates the correctional coefficient on the basis of qualitative facet and introduces the method of making price index for city used house on the basis of quantitative facet.  相似文献

A 3D model of a 2 DOF spatial linkage mechanism was built using ADAMS. Kinematic analysis and simulation of the model were performed. The analysis results show that this mechanism meets the design requirements, which provides the basis for further design and control of the mechanism. The main factors that have an impact on mechanism precision subsequently were analyzed and designed. The results show that the sensitivity of the two legs' lengths ranks higher than that of the other design variables. Therefore, the precision design of the bipod is the key point to achieve mechanism precision. The study provides a theoretical foundation for the design, manufacture, assembly, and control of the mechanism.  相似文献

During the past decade European wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) crops were increasingly affected by Fusarium head blight (FHB) infection and high deoxynivalenol (DON) concentration in the grain. This is discussed to be primarily caused by the application of conservation tillage practices and, simultaneously, enhanced cultivation of host crops such as maize and wheat.

This study investigated the effect of several environmental and management factors on DON formation and, particularly, interactions between factors. Moreover, a methodology was developed to quantify the relative effect of single factors, and combinations of two or more management factors on the DON concentration in order to evaluate management strategies with regard to their potential effect on DON formation.

In 2001 and 2002, FHB infection of wheat and DON concentration in the grain was determined on eight sites of a long-term on-farm tillage experiment located in southern and eastern Germany. In addition, three-factorial plot trials varying tillage, cultivar, and fungicide application were conducted at Goettingen, Lower Saxony, in 2001 and 2002.

Based on these data, the severity of the effect of year, preceding crop, tillage, wheat cultivar and fungicide application was calculated as follows: mean DON value of the treatment with the highest DON concentration obtained in the study divided by the lowest treatment mean value. For each influencing factor the calculation was done on average of the other factors included. The following ranking order was obtained: annual variation of rainfall during wheat anthesis (4.4) = Fusarium infection/susceptibility of the preceding crop (wheat versus sugar beet, 4.3) = Fusarium susceptibility of the wheat cultivar grown (4.3–5.6) > soil tillage applied to cultivate wheat (1.3–3.4) ≥ fungicide application at anthesis of wheat (2.1). The relative effect of combinations of two or more management factors on the DON concentration can be calculated by multiplying severity factors. Limitations of this method are due to strong interactions between some of the factors (e.g. cultivar × fungicide application, cultivar × tillage). Within tillage treatments shallow mixing conservation tillage increased the DON concentration only slightly compared to conventional mouldboard ploughing, if previous wheat straw soil cover was reduced to about 30%. In this case, the severity of the effect of tillage was much smaller compared to year, preceding crop, and cultivar. Data also reveal that FHB infection values counted in the field do not give a reliable prediction of the DON concentration.

It is concluded, that choosing a resistant cultivar is a powerful tool to ensure a low DON concentration in wheat grain even under highly infectious conditions. This strategy enables farmers to make use of the benefits of conservation tillage and, simultaneously, produce high quality wheat grain.  相似文献

为揭示社区花园健康效益作用机制与影响因素,促进人群健康,激发城市活力,笔者借助中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Sience(WoS)文献数据库分析2000—2021年国内外社区花园健康效益相关研究。结果表明:(1)2000—2021年国内外研究呈显著增长趋势,国外研究多以食品健康发展研究为导向,更加关注人居环境与健康的定量和实证研究;国内研究则多以实际应用为导向,开展以规划设计和园艺活动等方面为主的场所营造。(2)社区花园健康效益作用机制及影响因素是目前国内外研究的重点,作用机制侧重于缓解精神压力、增强生理效益及增进社会交往等方面,影响因素以社区花园营建特征、生物多样性、植被类型以及管理维护为主。(3)多学科交叉生态治理、绿色发展构建低碳健康人居环境是未来热点研究领域。  相似文献
