This retrospective study in 61 cats with malignant lymphomas examined the efficacy of a well-established chemotherapy protocol (cyclophosphamide, vincristine, and prednisolone [COP]) in the Netherlands, a country with a low prevalence of feline leukemia virus (FeLV). Twenty-two cats (36.1%) had mediastinal lymphoma, 11 (18.0%) had alimentary lymphoma, 7 (11.5%) had peripheral lymphoma, 8 (13.1%) had nasal lymphoma, and 13 (21.3%) had miscellaneous lymphoma (including renal lymphoma in 2 [3.3%]). Of the 54 cats that were tested, only 4 (7.4%) were FeLV positive. Complete remission (CR) was achieved in 46 of the 61 cats (75.4%). The estimated 1- and 2-year disease-free periods (DFPs) in the 46 cats with CR were 51.4 and 37.8%, respectively, whereas the median duration of remission was 251 days. The overall estimated 1-year survival rate in all cats was 48.7%, and the 2-year survival rate was 39.9%, with a median survival of 266 days. The median survival time and the 1-year survival rate for mediastinal lymphoma were 262 days and 49.4%. respectively. Siamese cats had a more favorable prognosis for survival and remission than other breeds. Response to therapy in this study was shown to be a significant prognostic indicator. CR is necessary for long-term survival. Cats that did not achieve CR had little chance of survival for longer than I year. Young Siamese cats in this study had a greater tendency to develop mediastinal malignant lymphoma at a young age, and all were FeLV negative. In comparison with results reported in other studies with different combination chemotherapy protocols, these are among the highest percentages of remission and the longest survival rates for cats with malignant lymphoma.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: In general, treatment of relapsed lymphoma is associated with a lower probability of response and shorter duration of remission. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of the combination chemotherapy protocol DMAC (dexamethasone, melphalan, actinomycin D, and cytosine arabinoside) for reinduction of remission in dogs with relapsed lymphoma. HYPOTHESIS: That DMAC would be an effective reinduction protocol for dogs with relapsed lymphoma. ANIMALS: Fifty-four dogs. RESULTS: Seventy-two percent of the dogs achieved remission (44% complete remission [CR] and 28% partial remission [PR]), 11% had stable disease (SD), and 17% had progressive disease (PD). The median remission duration was 61 days (range, 2-467+ days). The median remission durations for dogs with CR, PR, and SD were 112, 44, and 27 days, respectively. Factors that affected the response rate were previous treatment with doxorubicin and an inability to achieve remission with the previous protocol. Thrombocytopenia occurred in 56% of the dogs (grade 1 in 3 dogs, grade 2 in 6 dogs, grade 3 in 7 dogs, and grade 4 in 7 dogs) and neutropenia in 17% of the dogs (grade 2 in 1 dog, grade 3 in 2 dogs, and grade 4 in 4 dogs). Gastrointestinal toxicosis occurred in 22% of the dogs (grades 1 in 5 dogs, grade 2 in 3 dogs, and grade 3 in 1 dog). CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL IMPORTANCE: The DMAC protocol is an effective rescue protocol for dogs with relapsed multicentric lymphoma. Although thrombocytopenia is a common manifestation of toxicity, in general, the protocol is well tolerated.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine response rates and survival times for cats with lymphoma treated with the University of Wisconsin-Madison chemotherapy protocol. DESIGN: Retrospective study. ANIMALS: 38 cats with lymphoma. PROCEDURE: Medical records were reviewed, and information on age, sex, breed, FeLV and FIV infection status, anatomic form, clinical stage, and survival time was obtained. Immunophenotyping was not performed. RESULTS: Mean +/- SD age of the cats was 10.9 +/- 4.4 years. Overall median survival time was 210 days (interquartile range, 90 to 657 days), and overall duration of first remission was 156 days (interquartile range, 87 to 316 days). Age, sex, anatomic form, and clinical stage were not significantly associated with duration of first remission or survival time. Eighteen of the 38 (47%) cats had complete remission, 14 (37%) had partial remission, and 6 (16%) had no response. Duration of first remission was significantly longer for cats with complete remission (654 days) than for cats with partial remission (114 days). Median survival time for cats with complete remission (654 days) was significantly longer than median survival time for cats with partial remission (122 days) and for cats with no response (11 days). CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Results suggested that a high percentage of cats with lymphoma will respond to treatment with the University of Wisconsin-Madison chemotherapy protocol. Age, sex, anatomic form, and clinical stage were not significantly associated with duration of first response or survival time, but initial response to treatment was.  相似文献

In this retrospective study, the efficacy and safety were examined for an intraperitoneal chemotherapy protocol‐cyclophosphamide, vincristine and prednisolone (IP‐COP) in 26 cats with malignant lymphoma. Certainly in cats fiercely resisting IV administration the IP route is a more practical method, safer for the administrator and less stressful for the cat. Complete remission (CR) rate was 76.9% (n = 20). Median duration of first remission was 421 days. Estimated 1‐ and 2‐year disease free period were 67.1 and 48.0%, respectively. Median duration of survival was 388 days and estimated overall 1‐ and 2‐year survival periods were 54.7 and 46.9% respectively. Young cats had a more favourable prognosis. Reaching CR was essential for long‐term survival. No specific IP‐related adverse events (AE) were seen. AE were generally scored as mild and were not excessively abundant. These results indicate that the IP route is a safe and effective alternative for the administration of COP protocol chemotherapeutics.  相似文献

Limited information is available on prognostic factors for cats with lymphoma. The quantity of argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR) proteins can be used as a measurement of cellular proliferative activity. To determine if AgNORs were of prognostic value for feline intestinal lymphoma, the silver staining technique was performed on paraffin-embedded sections of 31 cases. Mean number of AgNORs per nucleus ranged from 1.02 to 4.32. Twenty-four (78%) cats had small AgNORs and 7 (22%) had large AgNORs. All cats were treated identically with a combination chemotherapy protocol. Response to chemotherapy was 87%. Median remission duration and survival times were 120 days and 201 days, respectively. No significant correlation was found between mean number of AgNORs per nucleus or AgNOR size and remission rate, remission duration, or survival time. This study indicates that AgNOR staining is not a useful prognostic factor for cats with intestinal lymphoma.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Treatment of lymphoma in dogs by long-term chemotherapy has favorable results. However, the efficacy of short-term, maintenance-free treatment protocols on remission and survival times in dogs has not been determined. HYPOTHESIS: That treatment using a 12-week chemotherapy protocol would be associated with satisfactory treatment outcome in dogs with lymphoma. ANIMALS: 77 dogs with histologically or cytologically confirmed diagnosis of lymphoma. METHODS: Prospective clinical trial in which dogs were treated with a 12-week chemotherapy protocol consisting of L-asparaginase, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisolone. RESULTS: Complete remission rate was 76.3%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that clinical substage (P = .006) and immunophenotype (P = .003) had a significant influence on the likelihood of a dog achieving complete remission. Median duration of first complete remission was 243 days (range 19-1,191 days). The 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year remission rates were 68%, 28%, and 16%, respectively. In the multivariate analysis of patient variables, immunophenotype (P = .022) revealed a significant influence on first remission duration. Toxicosis was mild with the exception of 1 treatment-associated death. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL IMPORTANCE: In this group of dogs the 12-week maintenance-free chemotherapy protocol was well tolerated and had satisfactory results.  相似文献

Paraffin-embedded, formalin-fixed tissue samples from 145 cats with lymphoma were analyzed for cluster of differentiation 3 (CD3, a surface antigen) immunoreactivity, argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR) frequency, and proliferating cell nuclear antigen labeling index (PCNA-LI). This information along with signalment, anatomic site, and feline leukemia virus (FeLV) antigen status was used to determine the potential of these indicators to predict response to therapy, remission, and survival times, and to characterize cats with lymphoma in the era of general availability of FeLV testing and vaccination. Alimentary lymphoma, primarily occurring in older, FeLV-negative cats, was the most common site of involvement. Although the majority of tumors from FeLV-positive cats were CD3-immunoreactive, only one half of CD3-immunoreactive tumors occurred in FeLV-positive cats. Median remission duration and survival times were 126 days and 143 days, respectively, for all cats. Measures of tumor cell proliferation (AgNOR frequency and PCNA-LI) and CD3-immunoreactivity were not predictive of outcome. When all prognostic factors were accounted for by multivariate analysis, response to therapy, FeLV status, and clinical substage were predictive of outcome. FeLV-negative cats that achieved a complete response following induction therapy were likely to have durable (ie, > 6-month) responses, particularly when doxorubicin was included in the chemotherapy protocol. However, FeLV-positive cats had significantly shorter remission and survival times with available chemotherapeutic protocols.  相似文献

Background: Lymphoma is the most common malignancy affecting cats. A protocol employing vincristine, l -asparaginase, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (VELCAP-S) is effective and well tolerated in dogs with lymphoma. A 24-week variation of this protocol (VELCAP-C) was developed for treatment of cats.
Hypothesis: That VELCAP-C will result in survival times for cats with lymphoma that are similar to those obtained when cats are treated with a protocol that includes fewer chemotherapy agents.
Animals: Sixty-one cats with lymphoma.
Methods: Retrospective study. Outcomes evaluated were response to VELCAP-C therapy, toxicosis, and survival time. The effect of signalment, staging, CBC, and serum chemistry profile and dosage on these outcomes was examined.
Results: Six cats (10%) completed the protocol with a median survival of 1189 days. Forty-three percent (23 of 61) of the cats achieved complete response (CR) with a median survival time of 62 days. Cats that required a dose reduction of any drug during induction were more likely to achieve CR. Weight loss and hepatomegaly at diagnosis were negatively associated with response to treatment. Increased lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) serum activity at the time of initial treatment correlated with decreased survival times.
Conclusions and Clinical Importance: This multi agent protocol did not provide improved survival over historical data using protocols with fewer agents. Serum LDH activity levels might provide useful prognostic information for cats with lymphoma.  相似文献

This study examined the efficacy of doxorubicin-based chemotherapy used for rescue therapy in refractory feline lymphoma. Records of 23 cats with lymphoma treated with chemotherapy who received doxorubicin for the first time in a rescue setting were reviewed. Seventeen (74%) of the 23 cats had only one treatment of doxorubicin. Five (22%) of the 23 cats had a positive response to doxorubicin and were given additional doses. The response to therapy in 4/5 of these responders could be assessed objectively, of which, two cats (9%) achieved partial remission (PR) and two cats (9%) achieved complete remission (CR). The two cats that achieved CR had differing response durations (6 weeks and greater than 47 months). Three of these five (60%) responders had also received concurrent other chemotherapy in addition to doxorubicin. Cell type and the use of concurrent chemotherapy were significant predictors of response. Cats with small-medium cell lymphomas (P=0.001) and cats that received concurrent chemotherapy with doxorubicin rescue (P=0.007) were more likely to respond favorably. This study suggests that doxorubicin-based chemotherapy is not an effective rescue protocol for feline lymphoma.  相似文献

O bjective : To determine response to treatment, survival and prognostic factors for feline extranodal lymphoma in the UK.
M ethods : Records of cats diagnosed with lymphoma of extranodal sites at seven referral centres were reviewed and information on signalment, tumour location, prior treatment and chemotherapy protocol recorded. Factors influencing response to treatment and survival were assessed.
R esults : One hundred and forty-nine cases met inclusion criteria. Sixty-nine cats had nasal lymphoma, 35 renal, 15 central nervous system, 11 laryngeal and 19 miscellaneous locations. Sixty-six cats received cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisolone, 25 Wisconsin-Madison doxorubicin-containing multi-agent protocol, 10 prednisolone alone and nine other combinations. The response rate for the 110 treated cats was 85·5 per cent. Of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisolone treated cats 72·7 per cent achieved complete remission, median survival 239 days. Sixty-four per cent of Wisconsin-Madison treated cats achieved complete remission, median survival 563 days. Cats with nasal lymphoma achieving complete remission had the longest survival (749 days) and cats with central nervous system lymphoma the shortest (70 days). If complete remission was achieved, prior treatment with corticosteroids significantly reduced survival time.
C linical S ignificance : Cats with extranodal lymphoma respond to chemotherapy and achieve survival times comparable to other locations. Corticosteroid pretreatment reduced survival time in cats achieving complete remission.  相似文献

A chemotherapy protocol using a consolidation phase of alkylating agents was used for treating 94 dogs with lymphoma. Fifty‐seven percent of dogs were in stage V, 63% were ill and 38% had T‐cell lymphoma. The complete remission (CR) rate was 70% and is comparable to results achieved with previously published chemotherapy protocols. Anorexia predicted the remission; of the 40 dogs without anorexia, 35 (88%) achieved CR whereas of 52 dogs with anorexia, 30 (58%) achieved CR. Median first CR duration was 168 days and 1‐ and 2‐year CR rates were 17.4 and 15.5%, respectively. Platelet count affected length of first CR, with a 53.2% reduced chance of coming out of remission with each log increase in platelet count. Median survival time was 302 days. One and 2‐year survival rates were 44 and 13%, respectively. Anorexia and no dose reduction of any drug were independent negative variables. Of 93 dogs with toxicity data, 65 dogs (70%) required a dose reduction. Cyclophosphamide was most commonly reduced with reductions in 31 (38%) of 82 dogs. A dose reduction was significantly more likely in dogs with B‐cell lymphoma than in those with T‐cell lymphoma.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The optimal treatment after inducing complete remission (CR) in dogs with lymphoma has not been established. HYPOTHESIS: After inducing CR with L-asparaginase, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, prednisone (L-CHOP); consolidation with either half-body radiation therapy (HBRT); or lomustine (CCNU) and mechlorethamine, vincristine, procarbazine, prednisone (MOPP) would improve first remission duration compared with continuing a CHOP-based protocol for an additional 4 months. ANIMALS: Dogs with stage III-V lymphoma. METHODS: Prospective clinical trial in which dogs initially were treated with an 8-week induction protocol that consisted of L-CHOP. Dogs in CR after induction were then allocated to 1 of 2 consolidation arms. A chemotherapy consolidation arm consisted of 2 treatments with CCNU and 1 cycle of MOPP. A HBRT arm consisted of 2 sequential 8.0-Gy fractions to the cranial and caudal half-body separated by 30 days. Vincristine was given between fractions. Results of the consolidation arms also were compared with a historical group treated with the same 8-week induction protocol followed by CHOP therapy until week 24. RESULTS: Overall, 67% of the dogs were in CR after 8 weeks of induction chemotherapy and were compared. Fifty-two dogs were in the historical arm, 23 in the CCNU/MOPP arm, and 27 in the HBRT arm. No difference in first remission duration was found among groups. Median first remission duration for the historical, CCNU/MOPP, and HBRT arms were 307, 274, and 209 days, respectively (P = .28). Overall second CR rate was 82% and was not different among groups (all P > or = .58). Overall remission duration (P = .28) and survival time (P = .48) were not different among groups. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL IMPORTANCE: Consolidation with either CCNU/MOPP or HBRT showed no advantage over a standard CHOP-based protocol.  相似文献

A chemotherapeutic protocol using cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone, doxorubicin, and L-asparaginase (ACOPA II) was evaluated in dogs with lymphoma. The response rate for 68 dogs treated with ACOPA II (complete remission [CR] 65%, partial remission [PR] 10%) was lower than that for 41 dogs treated with a related protocol previously evaluated (ACOPA I; CR 76%, PR 12%). Initial treatment with doxorubicin and prednisone did not decrease the prevalence or severity of toxicity during induction. The mortality during induction was 22%. The median duration of CR for dogs treated with ACOPA II was 9 months, with 40% still in remission at 1 year and 21% at 2 years. The rate of CR was lower for dogs with signs of illness at presentation (substage b ) and for dogs weighing less than 15 kg. Age was negatively correlated with survival time and duration of remission. Dogs with immunoblastic lymphoma had a more favorable prognosis than did those with lymphoblastic lymphoma. Survival times were also longer for dogs in substage a at presentation. Seven dogs in which treatment was discontinued while in remission had comparable remission duration to that achieved by dogs receiving long-term maintenance chemotherapy.  相似文献

Background: Sequential half-body irradiation (HBI) combined with chemotherapy is feasible in treating canine lymphoma, but prolonged interradiation intervals may affect efficacy. A 2-week interradiation interval is possible in most dogs receiving low-dose rate irradiation (LDRI) protocols at 6 Gy dose levels.
Hypothesis: LDRI incorporated into a cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincritine, and prednisone (CHOP)-based chemotherapy protocol is effective for the treatment of lymphoma in dogs.
Animals: Thirty-eight client-owned animals diagnosed with multicentric lymphoma.
Methods: Retrospective study evaluating the efficacy and prognostic factors for the treatment of canine lymphoma with sequential HBI and chemotherapy.
Results: The median 1st remission was 410 days (95% confidence interval [CI] 241–803 days). The 1-, 2-, and 3-year 1st remission rates were 54, 42, and 31%. The median overall survival was 684 days (95% CI 334–1,223 days). The 1-, 2-, and 3-year survival rates were 66, 47, and 44%.
Conclusions and Clinical Relevance: Results of this study suggest that treatment intensification by a 2-week interradiation treatment interval coupled with interradiation chemotherapy is an effective treatment for dogs with lymphoma.  相似文献

Combination chemotherapy is standard care for feline lymphoma, although clinically relevant improvements in remission duration are unlikely to result from manipulations of chemotherapy agents alone. Lymphopoietic tissues generally are sensitive to radiation, and support for chemoradiotherapy as a treatment for lymphoma is found in both humans and dogs. The goal of this prospective pilot study was to determine the normal tissue tolerance to 15 Gy total abdomen fractionated radiation therapy following induction chemotherapy in cats with lymphoblastic lymphoma. Eight cats with lymphoblastic gastrointestinal or multicentric lymphoma confined to the abdominal cavity were treated with a 6‐week combination chemotherapy protocol followed 2 weeks later by whole‐abdomen radiation therapy consisting of 10 daily fractions of 1.5 Gy. Treatment was well tolerated; renal insufficiency documented in one cat at the start of radiation therapy progressed to stable chronic renal failure. One cat not in complete remission at the time of radiation therapy relapsed 2 weeks later, one cat with multicentric lymphoma relapsed with hepatic large granular lymphoma, and one cat was euthanatized 3 weeks following completion of radiation therapy for other reasons; no evidence of lymphoma or radiation toxicoses was identified on post mortem evaluation. The remaining five cats remain in remission at least 266 days after starting therapy; median remission duration has not been reached (range, >266 to >1332 days). Results of this study suggest that 15 Gy total abdomen fractionated radiation therapy after induction chemotherapy is tolerated satisfactorily. This protocol is suitable for further testing to quantify efficacy.  相似文献

Medical records of 21 cats with confirmed lymphoma treated with single-agent doxorubicin were reviewed. Nineteen cats met the inclusion criteria for this retrospective study. Doxorubicin was given at a dosage of 25 mg/m2 (n = 8) or 1 mg/kg (n = 11) IV, every 3 weeks for a total of 5 treatments. Four of 16 tested cats were positive for feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and all 16 cats tested negative for feline immunodeficiency virus. Eight of the 19 cats (42%) responded to doxorubicin for a median duration of 64 days (range, 35-575 days). Five cats (26%) achieved a complete response (CR) to doxorubicin for a median duration of 92 days (range, 54-575 days). Partial response was observed in 3 cats. Institution was the only significant prognostic indicator for response, with cats treated at Colorado State University being more likely to achieve CR than cats treated at Tufts University. Cats that achieved CR to doxorubicin and FeLV-negative cats had significantly longer survival times. Loss of appetite was the most common toxicity, observed in 9 cats (47%), and was severe in 5 cats (26%). Other toxicoses were less frequent and included vomiting, diarrhea, and myelosuppression. Doxorubicin was not very effective at inducing and maintaining remission in the cats in this study. Therefore, if doxorubicin is used for the treatment of feline lymphoma, it should be combined with other effective chemotherapeutic drugs in a combination protocol.  相似文献

Background: Tumor cell burden in dogs with lymphoma cannot be assessed accurately by diagnostic evaluation during clinical complete remission (CR). Recent advances in polymerase chain reaction (PCR)‐based methods enabled us to quantify minimal residual disease (MRD) in canine lymphoma. Hypothesis/Objectives: To quantify MRD in dogs with lymphoma treated with multidrug chemotherapy and to correlate it with remission duration after chemotherapy. Animals: Seventeen dogs with lymphoma that achieved CR by multidrug chemotherapy. Methods: Rearranged immunoglobulin heavy chain or T‐cell receptor γ chain gene fragments from lymphoma cells were PCR amplified and sequenced to prepare clone‐specific primers and probes for real‐time PCR to quantify MRD. MRD in the peripheral blood was monitored during and at the end of a 25‐week multidrug chemotherapy protocol. Correlation between MRD at the end of chemotherapy and remission duration after chemotherapy was analyzed. Results: MRD gradually decreased after initiation of multidrug chemotherapy, reached a nadir as low as <0.019–1.0 cells/μL at weeks 4–17, and remained low or slightly increased until week 25. MRD at the end of chemotherapy was negatively correlated with remission duration from the end of chemotherapy to relapse. Conclusion and Clinical Importance: MRD could be an objective marker to indicate tumor cell burden in dogs with lymphoma even in clinical CR. MRD at the end of chemotherapy could be a prognostic factor to predict remission duration after chemotherapy.  相似文献

An L-CHOP protocol with interposed treatments of CCNU and MOPP (L-CHOP-CCNU-MOPP) was evaluated in 66 dogs with stages III-V lymphoma. Results were compared with a historical group of 71 dogs treated with an L-CHOP protocol. Complete remission (CR) rates (85 and 80%, respectively) did not differ significantly between protocols (P = 0.48). First CR duration for dogs treated with L-CHOP-CCNU-MOPP was significantly longer: median, 317 days; 2-year CR rate, 35% versus median, 298 days; 2-year CR rate, 13%, P = 0.05). For the L-CHOP-CCNU-MOPP protocol, dogs in substage-b had a 4.3 times greater hazard of having a relapse than dogs in substage-a (P = 0.002). Frequency of adverse chemotherapy-associated gastrointestinal effects did not differ between protocols (P = 0.77). Neutropenia (primarily after CCNU) occurred more frequently in dogs treated with L-CHOP-CCNU-MOPP (P < 0.001). In summary, the L-CHOP-CCNU-MOPP protocol showed an improved duration of first CR as compared with an L-CHOP protocol, but the relevance of this finding might be subject to clinical judgement.  相似文献

Thirty-eight cats with lymphoma were treated with vincristine, cyclophosphamide, and prednisone (COP). They were randomized at entry to receive maintenance chemotherapy consisting of either single-agent doxorubicin or continued COP therapy, starting on week 4 of treatment and continuing for 6 months or until relapse. Eighteen cats achieved complete clinical remission after COP induction chemotherapy. The median remission duration for 11 cats continuing to receive COP was 83 days, which was significantly shorter than for 7 cats that received doxorubicin (281 days). Thus, doxorubicin should be considered a well-tolerated and efficacious agent for the maintenance of remission in cats with lymphoma.  相似文献

Background: Chemotherapy for multicentric canine lymphoma has favorable results. The gastrointestinal (GI) tract is the most common extranodal site of canine lymphoma, but there have been no prospective studies to determine outcome when dogs with GI lymphoma are treated with chemotherapy.
Hypothesis: Treatment with a multiagent chemotherapy protocol is associated with a poor outcome in dogs with GI lymphoma.
Animals: Eighteen dogs with histologically confirmed GI lymphoma.
Methods: Prospective clinical trial in which dogs with GI lymphoma were treated with a 20-week combination chemotherapy protocol consisting of induction and consolidation phases.
Results: Thirteen dogs had primary GI lymphoma and 5 had multicentric lymphoma with GI involvement. The majority of the lymphomas (63%) were of T-cell origin. Overall remission rate was 56%; 9 dogs achieved a complete remission for a median of 86 days (range, 22–420 days) and 1 dog achieved a partial remission for 26 days. Overall median survival time was 77 days (range, 6–700 days). Dogs that failed to achieve a remission (10 versus 117 days; P = .002) or had diarrhea at initial presentation (70 versus 700 days; P < .001) had shorter survival times.
Conclusion and Clinical Importance: The response and survival of dogs with GI lymphoma treated with multiagent chemotherapy is poor but long-term survival is possible.  相似文献
