以夏季采自河南省洛阳市、郑州市的实蝇幼虫、成虫为研究材料,采用DNA条形码技术,通过测定、比对线粒体DNA细胞色素氧化酶I(COI)基因片段序列,对其进行种类鉴定。结果表明,检测的实蝇样品种类为橘小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis)、具条实蝇(Zeugodacus scutellatus)和三点棍腹实蝇(Dacus trimacula),与相关种已知序列的相似度均在99.39%以上,其系统发育树明显与我国其他常见实蝇近缘种区分开。 相似文献

8种农药对草地贪夜蛾的田间防治效果 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
利用前期室内筛选得到的对草地贪夜蛾有较高防效的5种化学农药和3种生物农药在云南省普洱市江城县开展了对玉米上草地贪夜蛾田间药效试验研究。结果表明,化学农药60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC、5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐ME、200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺SC、5%氯虫苯甲酰胺UL和75%乙酰甲胺磷SP施药7 d后对草地贪夜蛾的防效达到81.42%~92.59%,施药15 d后对玉米叶片的保护率达到82%~95%。3%氟虫腈ME施药7 d后的防效为46.90%,施药15 d后对玉米叶片的保护率仅为18.75%。生物农药10%多杀霉素WG、8 000 IU/μL苏云金杆菌SC和80亿孢子/g球孢白僵菌OD施药7 d后的防效分别为73.62%、60.78%~64.01%和29.12%,施药15 d后对叶片保护率分别为57.50%、25.63%~36.25%和26.25%。本研究结果表明,乙基多杀菌素、甲维盐、氯虫苯甲酰胺、乙酰甲胺磷及抗生素类农药多杀霉素等新型高效低毒农药是草地贪夜蛾应急防控的首选农药,而苏云金芽孢杆菌和球孢白僵菌对该虫防治效果相对较低,适用于低密度种群的预防性控制用药。 相似文献

本文分别构建了cry8E基因上游的启动子(Porf18E)和其上游缺失orf1基因的启动子(PΔorf18E)融合lacZ基因的表达载体,通过β-半乳糖苷酶活性的分析,发现PΔorf18E的转录活性高于Porf18E。分别用PΔorf18E和Porf18E指导cry1Ac基因的表达,通过光学显微镜观察,发现两个启动子指导表达的Cry1Ac蛋白均可形成双锥形晶体;通过总蛋白定量分析发现,缺失orf1基因的启动子(PΔorf18E)指导的Cry1Ac蛋白表达量高于Porf18E启动子指导的Cry1Ac蛋白表达量;生物活性测定表明:PΔorf18E指导的Cry1Ac晶体蛋白对小菜蛾Plutella xylostella具有杀虫活性,高于Porf18E指导的Cry1Ac晶体蛋白对小菜蛾的杀虫活性。本文获得的强活性的启动子PΔorf18E是目前已报道的转录活性最高的cry基因启动子,该启动子为Cry蛋白的表达和遗传工程菌株构建提供了重要元件。 相似文献
