用猪源大肠杆菌四价(K88、K99、987P、F41)灭活疫苗免疫蛋鸡,微量凝集法定期检测蛋鸡血清抗体和卵黄抗体的效价。结果表明,血清抗体比卵黄抗体出现早,免疫蛋鸡血清中和卵黄中4种抗体的消长规律基本相似,但不同抗体水平之间存在明显的差异,整个试验期间血清抗体水平均比卵黄抗体水平高。  相似文献

Two variations of the indirect fluorescent antibody technique (FAT) have been utilized in the work concerning two important virus diseases of trout, viral haemorrhagic septicaemia (VHS) and infectious pancreatic necrosis (IPN). A “two layer” indirect FAT allowed demonstration of the respective viruses in cell cultures and a “three layer” indirect FAT allowed demonstration of trout antibody to the viruses. The fluorescent antibody (FA) assay was developed for detecting the stunting syndrome agent (SSA) from intestinal tissue. Similarly, the indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA) assay was developed for detecting serum antibodies to SSA. Convalescent antiserum from turkeys orally immunized with SSA was found to be the primary antibody of choice for the FA assay. Intestinal jejunal samples from poults inoculated 3-4 days postinoculation (DPI) was found to be the best antigen source for the IFA assay. SSA was detected from the intestinal tracts of experimentally inoculated birds at 2 DPI with highest level of reactivity at 3 DPI by the FA assay. After 4 DPI the level of SSA infectivity of the intestines waned to low levels. Serum antibody was detected from experimentally inoculated birds as early as 7 DPI with all birds tested seroconverting by 12 DPI. These assays should prove useful for future studies concerning stunting syndrome.  相似文献

A study was made of different aspects of the bluetongue virus neutralizing antibody response and the reaction between the virus and antibody. Optimum neutralization was obtained in a 2mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 9,0, at a temperature of 4 degrees C. The reaction of virus and antibody could be demonstrated by electron microscopy in the formation of clumps which were shown to be serotype specific. It was found that both IgM and IgG antibodies can neutralize the virus, but that IgM reached its maximum level sooner after infection than IgG.  相似文献

In view of the disadvantages of human and equine rabies immunoglobulin still there is urgent needs for safe and cost-control anti-rabies immunoglobulins especially for person who have been severely exposed (categories III) to the virus. Our attempt to produce a less immunogenic and cheaper anti-rabies immunoglobulin affordable for those people living in developing countries, has been harnessed the ovine as a bioreactor instead the horse. The animals have been intramuscular immunized, and the plasma processed with 5% caprylic acid to yield IgG with purity of 95%. Moreover, antibody apparently indicated that the titer and neutralizing indexes were harmonized, especially at higher antibody dilution. The results showed that three immunized sheep were produced about 7000 IU of purified anti-rabies antibody. Sheep's IgG has low immunogenic effect than human and horse antibodies when injected into the mouse. Pure concentrated ovine antibody may serve as a possible alternative to currently available anti-rabies human or equine immunoglobulin.  相似文献

为了研究仔猪猪瘟病毒(CSFV)母源抗体的衰减规律,本研究随机选择36头待产母猪,产后采血,选择每头母猪对应的仔猪连续采血至8周龄,分离血清,通过ELISA方法检测CSFV抗体阻断率,所测结果利用EXCEL拟合指数曲线,计算分析母猪CSFV抗体水平与仔猪母源抗体衰减规律。结果显示,36头母猪中母猪抗体阻断率80%以上6头,母猪抗体阻断率70%~79%的11头,母猪抗体阻断率60%~69%的8头,母猪抗体阻断率50%~59%的5头,母猪抗体阻断率49%以下的6头。3周龄仔猪抗体阻断率整体与母猪抗体阻断率相近且高度相关,相关系数为99%。母猪抗体阻断率在80%以上时,母源抗体对所产仔猪8周龄时仍然具有保护力;母猪抗体阻断率在70%~79%时,母源抗体对所产仔猪7周龄时不再具有保护力;母猪抗体阻断率在60%~69%时,母源抗体对所产仔猪5周龄时不再具有保护力;母猪抗体阻断率在50%~59%时,母源抗体对所产仔猪4周龄时不再具有保护力;母猪抗体阻断率49%以下时,母源抗体对所产仔猪3周龄时不再具有保护力。以上结果表明仔猪母源CSFV抗体随着仔猪周龄的增加逐渐衰减,由试验得出仔猪猪瘟疫苗首免日龄的计算公式:y=1.19x-46.55(x为母猪CSFV抗体阻断率,y为首免日龄)。因此,母猪抗体阻断率在80%以上时,仔猪母源抗体在60日龄不再具有保护力,仔猪猪瘟疫苗首免为56日龄;母猪抗体阻断率在70%~79%时,母源抗体对仔猪的保护持续到50日龄,仔猪猪瘟疫苗首免为42日龄;母猪抗体阻断率在60%~69%时和50%~59%时,母源抗体对仔猪的保护持续至36日龄和29日龄,仔猪猪瘟疫苗首免分别为28日龄和21日龄。本研究中所得母猪CSFV抗体水平计算母源抗体衰减变化,为选择母猪首免日龄,提高仔猪猪瘟疫苗免疫效果提供了科学依据。  相似文献

恩诺沙星(Enrofloxacin,ENR)又名乙基环丙沙星,为第一个畜禽专用的氟喹诺酮类药物,1983年由德国拜耳公司首先研制成功,国内产品于1994年投放市场。该药广谱抗菌,对霉形体和革兰氏阴性菌效力强,对革兰氏阳性及厌氧菌效果稍弱;内服及肌肉注射吸收迅速,且在体内代谢为同样具有抗菌活性的环丙沙星,代谢物生成与消除缓慢、分布广泛,是养殖户治疗畜禽疾病的常用药之一。  相似文献
