In this paper the features of information asymmetry and information model under the model of management by construction agency in project invested by government are analyzed, the information asymmetry in the main bodies of construction agency in the project invested by government is studied. Especially the advantages and weaknesses in information among government consignor, consuming unit and construction agency are analyzed. A dynamic model of incomplete information among government consignor, consuming unit and construction agency has been set up,a game theory analysis on the actions about the main bodies of construction agency in the project invested by government is carried out. 相似文献

During construction process,there is a "principal-agent" relation between clients and constraints.Between the two parties,there exists moral risk under asymmetric information.This paper builds a "moral risk model" between clients and constraints during the construction process by applying "principal-agent theory" in the information economics theory.On the basis of quantitative analysis of the model,this paper draws some conclusions,which is benefitial to the enhancement of the level of project management.At last,this paper proposes some advice on reducing the moral hazard of the constraints. 相似文献

Development Management (DM) in decision phase, Project Management on behalf of the owner (OPM) in implementation phase and Facility Management (FM) in operation phase are three isolated management tools during traditional life cycle management of construction project. As a result, a lot of potential disadvantages are aroused. In recent years, many research organizations try to reform the traditional method using different integration means. This paper tries to explore into integration of DM, OPM and FM to overcome the malpractice of traditional life cycle management of construction project. The research focuses on three aspects: 1.putting forward the concept of Life Cycle Integrated Management (LCIM), based on management integration theory; 2. Raising a new idea to owner's (operator's) management organization design, which emphasizes on the balance of life cycle objectives; 3. The developments and applications of the business processes and its application systems are integrated into the same development space and application space. Basing on this, a prototype system composed of requirement modeling environment, business process modeling environment, application system modeling environment, and support engineering environment has been designed and built, which is used for supporting enterprise information engineering constructing. This article states systematically the fundamental conception of the mode of construction management general contract, the contract structure and the organization structure through the analysis of the construction characteristics of Shanghai large-scale projects, considering the situation of China and the characteristics of this line. It also summarizes the characteristics of the mode of construction management general contract through the example of the Pudong International Airport Construction. The mode of construction management general contract not only meets the needs of construction technique in bettering the design of construction project building, but also releases the pressure in middle and later management of construction project building and overcomes the deficiency of the long-term building period, hard-to-control investigation brought by the problem of design, purchase, construction divided from and restricted by each other existed in the traditional contract mode. It also helps the contractor to provide socialized, specialized, commoditized service for the contractor. Helps to overall arrangement, economized investment, management level improve ment can be given. On the base of the logic flow chart of the building construction's material request plan,the three prerequisites are given for MRP being introduced into building construction:the construction item's project schedule,the listing of the materials that will be used in the construction item and the information of the current stock in the construction unit must be gained. The prerequisites are also solved: the construction item's project schedule is made through network planning technology and database's programming; the listing of the materials is memorized according to the construction act; the up_to_date storage information can be gained by contacting to the storehouse's management department in time. 为了应对林业资源信息管理在大数据时代面临的新机遇和挑战,解决智慧林业中林业资源信息服务体系架构设计与应用问题,基于云计算理论与技术,深入剖析了林业资源信息云服务的内涵及其基本特征,参照IEEE 1471 2000提出了林业资源信息云服务架构设计元模型,进而借鉴架构模式中的层架构模式设计思想,初步设计了林业资源信息云服务体系架构的总体结构和分布式协同部署模式,在国家林业局和辽宁省开展的林业资源监管服务系统构建过程中对体系架构的理论设计结果进行了实践应用和反馈修正。结果表明,林业资源信息云服务体系架构能够满足大数据环境下林业资源监管业务需求,具有良好的实用性和推广性。 相似文献
