[目的]为了解决奶牛的繁殖障碍,特别是高产奶牛产后不发情或屡配不孕的问题。[方法]介绍以牛欢氟孕酮阴道海绵栓为核心组合的“二次发情配种法”,综述氟孕酮在提高奶牛受孕率上的研究与应用进展。[结果]结果表明:奶牛第一情期受胎率达到65%左右,其余牛经1个情期后自然发情配种,2次总发情率95%,受胎率90%,效果明显。[结论]该技术值得推广,解决了奶牛的繁殖障碍问题,促进了奶牛业的发展。  相似文献

在繁殖季节到来之前,利用羊用孕激素阴道栓(含氟孕酮45mg),对文登奶山羊进行同期发情处理,10~13d取栓并注射孕马血清促性素(PMSG)100IU、200IU、250IU、300IU。参试的110只母羊,同期发情的106只,同期发情率96.4%;输精母羊100只,不返情75只,不返情率75%;产羔母羊71只,受胎率71%;共产羔羊133只,产羔率187%。  相似文献

奶牛乏情是造成奶牛不孕、繁殖效率降低的主要原因之一,给奶牛业造成巨大的经济损失,乏情一般分为初情期、产后和配种后乏情。其中以产后乏情最多见,约占繁殖奶牛的30%~50%。其主要原因是饲养管理不当、产奶量过高或挤奶过度、其他继发疾病以及持久黄体等。对直肠检查发现的发情而卵巢上无卵泡发育或长期不发情的母牛,采用口服催情散与肌注前列腺素f2a进行治疗。结果表明:口服催情散120~240 h后,有96.3%母牛发情,发情母牛中有92.3%母牛排卵,第一情期受胎率为89.6%;肌注前列腺素f2a后60~100 h有80%母牛发情,发情母牛中有81.3%母牛排卵,第一情期受胎率为53.8%。两种药物作用结果差异极显著(p0.01)。  相似文献

旨在通过检测乏情期和发情期的发情绵羊外周血液中4种重要生殖激素孕酮(P4)、雌激素(E2)、促卵泡素(LH)和促黄体素(FSH)浓度,解析绵羊乏情期和发情期哈萨克绵羊发情时生殖激素的变化规律,以期阐明哈萨克绵羊发情时生殖激素变化规律,为调控绵羊的季节性发情提高激素方面的理论。采用ELISA方法测定4种生殖激素浓度,结果表明:哈萨克绵羊P4和E2在发情周期内呈现波动式变化,LH和FSH在发情周期内呈现脉冲式变化,且乏情期和发情期4种激素浓度变化显著(P0.05)。  相似文献

283只雌性塔里木马鹿(Cervus elaphus yarkandensis)随机分为3组。第1组(102只)和第2组(106只)接受同期发情处理;第3组(75只)不接受任何处理,作为对照。同期发情处理:含孕酮药物的马鹿用硅胶板阴道栓放置试验鹿阴道内12d。取出阴道栓时肌肉注射500IUPMSG。第1组在取出阴道栓后24~72h,用试情公鹿试情,揭发发情鹿。随后对发情母鹿连续试情,直到其不接受试情公鹿爬跨时进行人工输精。第2组试验鹿不试情,在取出阴道栓后50h左右进行直肠把握子宫颈法输精。第3组从第1组埋植阴道栓的当日开始一直到取出阴道栓后48h进行试情配种。结果表明:第1组试验鹿的同期发情率平均为91.1%,极显著高于对照组(16.0%,P〈0.01);第1、2组人工输精母鹿的产胎数分别占接受同期发情处理母鹿的57.8%和39.6%,差异显著(P〈0.02)。而第l组和第3组产胎率分别为63.5%和66.7%,差并不显著(P〉0.05)。  相似文献

以波尔山羊为胚胎供体、当地淮山羊为受体,以孕酮阴道栓作同期发情处理。采用促卵泡激素和促黄体激光对供体母羊作超数排卵处理。供体母羊与波尔种公羊首次交配后的3.5d和5.5d分别于输卵管和子宫角回收胚胎。从3头供体母羊共获65枚胚胎,经鉴定分级,其中53枚为可移植胚胎,分别移植至相应同期发情的27头受体母羊的输卵管或子宫内,每头受体移1~2枚胚胎。经过3个情期以上,其中20头受体母羊未出现返情,受体妊  相似文献

为获得更多安徽白山羊受精卵,以开展转基因育种工作,研究了不同孕酮阴道栓来源、季节以及供体妊娠状态对安徽白山羊超数排卵效果的影响。结果表明:使用国产孕酮阴道栓(CIDR)对供体母羊进行同步发情处理,头均排卵数和回收受精卵数分别为15.0±7.62和14.6±7.88枚,受精率为97.3%,而应用进口孕酮阴道栓对供体山羊进行同步发情处理,头均排卵数和回收受精卵数分别为11.0±5.38和10.8±5.16枚,受精率为98.2%,两组间差异不显著(P0.05);安徽白山羊在春、秋、冬3个季节超数排卵,头均回收卵子数分别为13.71±6.28、16.54±7.43和13.95±6.15枚,季节间差异不显著(P0.05);妊娠母羊和未妊母羊头均排卵数分别为14和15.2枚,两者差异不显著(P0.05),但妊娠组回收卵子的受精率显著低于空怀组(P0.05)。  相似文献

正现在舍饲母羊与以前散养放牧羊相比乏情是一种最常见的繁殖障碍疾病,表现为断奶后推迟发情或长期不发情。据观察,以断奶20天作为判断乏情的标准,比例为20%~30%,严重影响母羊的正常繁殖,造成优良种母羊的过早淘汰。近年从事养羊生产,在养羊生产中对于断奶后乏情的母羊采用了多种方法进行处理,根据养羊技术培训班上的讲解用阴道拴配合氯前列烯醇(PGF)和孕马血清(PMSG)处理母羊发现取得了良好的效果。本次统计分析用棉拴配合氯前列烯醇  相似文献

不同方法对受体母牛诱导同期发情效果的比较   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为胚胎移植寻找高效、低耗的同期发情方法,用99头同年引进的南阳牛作为胚胎移植受体牛进行试验,采用一次前列腺素注射法随机注射、海绵栓 PMSG PG法、口服孕酮法三种方法处理对比,结果表明:一次前列腺素法受体牛同期发情率达到25.0%,48h同期率达到14.3%,受胎率达到35.7%;海绵栓 PMSG PG法受体牛同期发情率达到75.0%,48h同期率达到62.5%,受胎率达到44.4%;口服孕酮法受体牛同期发情率达到50.0%,48h同期率达到33.3%,受胎率达到44.4%。比较而言,海绵栓 PMSG PG法有较高的同期发情率和受胎率,并且处理成本低(85.8元),是三种方法中最优方法。  相似文献

选择宁夏地区858头奶牛进行日粮添加硒、碘、铜试验,其中对照组267头,其余分别添加硒、碘,硒、铜,或硒、碘、铜。于添加前后4次采样,测定血液和肝脏的硒、碘、铜含量。结果表明:添加硒和碘的奶牛血硒、肝脏和血清蛋白结合碘极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01),白肌病发病率由17.9%至0;死胎、弱犊发生率由22.97%降至6.79%;硒、碘、铜组奶牛妊娠率,平均情期受胎率和一次情期受胎率分别上升10.4  相似文献

为了提高奶牛良种化程度,对奶牛冷冻胚胎的规模化移植效果进行了研究。结果表明:PG二次肌注法的发情率显著高于(P<0.05)PG一次肌注法,两种方法的发情同期率均超过85%,受体牛发情时间多集中在肌注PG后48~72h;胚胎解冻后的复苏率达到82.58%,且早期囊胚与囊胚的复苏率要高于桑椹胚(P>0.05);共移植受体牛218头,受胎97头,受胎率为44.5%,且春、秋季的移植效果差异不显著(P>0.05)。为奶牛冻胚的规模化移植研究提供了参考依据。  相似文献

 本文应用自行设计安装的MFR-1型母牛发情鉴定及早期妊娠诊断仪,将特制探测电极插入母牛阴道穹窿部,测定了94头母牛宫颈-阴道粘液的电导率(CVMEC)。结果表明,母牛在发情周期和妊娠早期CVMEC呈规律性变化。发情周期正常的母牛,CVMEC在间情期处于较低水平(5.64mS/cm),前情期开始上升(8.93mS/cm),发情期达峰值(13.40mS/cm),后情期开始下降(9.84mS/cm),最后降至间情期水平。输精后,未妊与妊娠母牛CVMEC的变化规律不同。在发情周期的各时期,未妊母牛高于妊娠母牛;未妊母牛在输精后21天左右返情,CVMEC再度出现峰值;妊娠早期母牛则保持与间情期相近的较低水平(5.08mS/cm)。笔者认为,母牛CVMEC的规律性变化的生理学基础是体内激素水平和宫颈-阴道粘液的周期性变化,据此进行发情鉴定和早期妊娠诊断是可行的。与目前使用的方法相比,CVMEC法更具有实用价值。  相似文献

通过对肃南鹿场的实地观察与统计分析,甘肃马鹿的发情季节主要在 10~11 月份,有明显发情特征,发情持续期多为 18h 左右,发情周期平均为(18.22±2.26)d,情期受胎率 65.52 %,总受胎率 63.83 %;分娩盛期在 6月下旬至 7 月上旬,妊娠天数 237~267 d,产仔率 59.57 %,繁殖成活率 51.77 %。  相似文献

选择从澳大利亚购进的2岁左右发情周期为21 d育成母牛10头,用放射免疫测定法(R IA)测定了发情周期血清中促卵泡素、促黄体素、孕酮、雌二醇17β的浓度,并用B-型超声波诊断仪检测发情周期卵巢卵泡发育变化.结果显示:优势卵泡发育体积和FSH、LH与E2浓度在奶牛发情周期中主要表现出两个波峰,对比分析显示奶牛在发情周期第12天(优势卵泡峰时)不发情与不排卵主要原因可能是体内前列腺素等激素量不足所致.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility of stimulating ovarian follicle development in order to improve fertility in water buffalo cows by immunization against inhibin. The experiment was carried out in early summer(May) and included 24 multi-parity crossbred Murrah-Swamp buffaloes that were divided into immunized(n=11) and control(n=13) groups. Each immunized cow was administered with a 2-m L immunogen of mineral oil adjuvant containing 2 mg of recombinant inhibin α-subunit fusion protein. The controls were treated with the adjuvant only. All animals received Ovsynch protocol treatment, starting on the day of the antigen administration, and they were artificially inseminated upon behavioral estrus. As a result, all of the immunized buffaloes generated antibodies against inhibin during the experimental period and had higher plasma concentrations of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), activin, and estradiol(E2) related to estrous expression. A higher proportion of immunized animals expressed estrus behavior than did the controls(72% vs. 30%, P0.05). On average, inhibin-immunized buffaloes had significantly more large follicles(≥9 mm in diameter) than the controls(mean±SEM; 1.2±0.1 vs. 0.84±0.1, respectively; P0.05) and a slightly higher mean total number of follicles(≥2 mm; 11.4±0.7 vs. 9.0±1.1, respectively; P=0.09) and small(2–4 mm) follicles(8.81±0.6 vs. 6.84±1.0, respectively; P=0.12). A higher percentage of cows ovulated in the immunized group than in the control group(91%(10/11) vs. 54%(7/13), respectively; P0.05). Moreover, inhibin-immunized cows had slightly larger corpus luteum(CL) than the controls 9 days after ovulation and significantly higher(P0.01) post-ovulation peak plasma progesterone(P4) concentrations. Immunization against inhibin also marginally increased the conception rate 42 days after insemination(45.8% vs. 15.4%; P0.05). These results demonstrate that immunization against inhibin, coupled with the treatment with the Ovsynch protocol, can constitute a new technique to increase fertility in water buffalo cows.  相似文献

In this experiment, the bovine follicular oocytes were aspirated from the ovaries of Chinese Holsteins with laparoscope made in China. The results were as following: for identifying the suitable negative aspiration pressure, six different pressures (50, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300mmHg)were tested. The aspiration pressure of 100mmHg was the best. Its oocyte recovery rate was 37. 2%, and G I , G Ⅱ oocyte rate was 89. 5%. The heifers were picked up by laparoscope once or twice a week. Each heifer was collected with 2. 4 oocytes once a week or 4. 4 oocytes twice a week.Its oocyte recovery rate was 48. 0% and the G Ⅰ ,G Ⅱ oocyte rate was 93. 5%. In addition, 1.9 oocytes were collected from each cow once a week or 5.4 oocytes from each cow twice a week. Its oocyte recovery rate was 51.7% and the G Ⅰ , G Ⅱ oocyte rate was 85. 1%. It showed that it was possible to pick up bovine oocyte twice a week. Two cows were picked up twice a week for several weeks(53 times). 268 follicles were aspirated(5.1 follicles per cow per time), and 141 oocytes were recovered(2.7 oocytes per cow per time). The oocyte recovery rate was 52.5%, and the G Ⅰ , G Ⅱ oocyte rate was 85. 1%. It was advisable to pick up oocytes twice a week continuously. Some cows in estrous cycles were superovulated with PMSG(500IU). Each of them could be recovered 2.3 follicles and 1.1 oocytes, the others were superovulated with FSH(0. 7mg) , each of them could be aspirated with 4.4 follicles and 2.3 oocytes. It was obvious that the effect of OPU(oocyte pick up) by superovulation with FSH was much better than that with PMSG. The best time for OPU with laparoscope was at the beginning of cow's estrous cycles. At the first day of their estrus, each of them could be averagely aspirated with 8 follicles and 5.7 oocytes.  相似文献

毒瘟清对人工感染鸡传染性喉气管炎的疗效试验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用中药毒瘟清对人工感染鸡进行传染性喉气管炎防治试验,结果发现,以饲料中加入2.5g/kg(中剂量组),连用5d效果最好,相对增重率比药物对照组高出56.1个百分点,比感染不治疗对照组高出94.1个百分点;有效率比药物对照组高出28个百分点,差异均呈极显著(P<0.01)。攻毒前5d,以饲料中加入1g/kg的添加量给药至试验结束的毒瘟清预防组相对增重率、有效率分别为91.8%,96%,均高于其他各组,经生物统计学分析,与各对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明,毒瘟清对鸡喉气管炎的治疗效果明显优于对照组药物高力米先,对鸡传染性喉气管炎的预防作用更佳。  相似文献
