This paper puts forward that capital structure is affected by cost of capital?risk?the agin ability? and the ability of capital value preserved and added, several factors, of and at the same time the authors analyzes them by approaching the limitation of regarding the weighted average cost of capital as the optimal standard of capital structure in the traditional capital structure decision-making method. Abstract This paper analyzes the productivity growth of the Spanish regions between 1965 and 1995, decomposing productivity gains into technological progress and efficiency change by means of Malmquist indices. Once estimates of efficiency are obtained, the aim of this paper is to analyze the effects of human and public capital on growth in terms of their impact on Total Factor Productivity (TFP). Public capital is believed to increase the productivity of the private factors of production whereas human capital is thought to contribute to the production process as an additional input and to have a dynamic influence on growth through its impact on technological innovation (shifts in the production frontier) and technological diffusion (movements toward the frontier), which are the components of this TFP measure. Considering inefficiencies will then allow the effects of these variables on TFP growth to be estimated via technological progress and efficiency gains. 相似文献

运用SPSS 13.0统计软件对福建省141份农业企业投保农业保险问卷调查的数据进Logistic回归处理,对影响福建农业企业投保农业保险意愿的影响因素进行实证分析,结果显示：养殖效益、能繁母猪保险投保便利程度、对保险公司的看法这3个因素对农业企业投保农业保险的意愿有显著影响,存栏数、养殖投入程度、是否受周边企业影响、是否更易得到信贷支持等4个变量对农业企业投保农业保险的意愿影响不大。并提出增加农业企业经营效益、发展有特色的农业保险产品、加强保险服务等措施,以促进农业保险的进一步发展。 相似文献

为了全面把握海南霸王岭国家级自然保护区的总体状况,评判自然保护区的保护成效,预警自然保护区生态质量的变化以及为自然保护区管理部门提供决策依据,运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的方法,从生态质量、管理体系、社会经济3个方面,建立了霸王岭自然保护区多层次综合评价模型,并应用此模型对霸王岭自然保护区进行了综合评价。结果显示,霸王岭自然保护区的综合评价值为89.1分,总体上达到了较好的水平,整体功能较强。在生态质量方面,该自然保护区生物多样性丰富,保护价值高,但生态系统脆弱,仍然受到人类活动的威胁;在管理体系方面,保护管理机构基本健全,但该自然保护区法规建设滞后、自养能力差、经费不足以及科技力量薄弱;在社会经济方面,该自然保护区的文化科研价值高,休闲娱乐价值开发潜力大,应积极发展生态旅游业,以增强该自然保护区的可持续发展能力。 相似文献

下载免费PDF全文 Public sector activities are often neglected in the economic approaches used to analyze the driving forces behind urban growth. The institutional status of a regional capital is a crucial aspect of public sector activities. This paper reports on a quasi‐natural experiment on county towns in East Germany. Since 1990, East German cities have demonstrated remarkable differences in population development. During this same period, many towns have lost their status as a county seat due to several administrative reforms. Using a difference‐in‐differences approach, we compare the annual population development of former county capitals to population change in towns that have successfully held on to their capital status throughout the observed period. The estimations show that losing county capital status has a statistically significant negative effect on annual changes in population. This effect continues to increase over time after the respective reforms have been implemented. 相似文献

资本结构与公司绩效关系问题是理论界与实务界研究的热门问题,也是一个财务问题。本文以单位经济增加值来研究资本结构与绩效的关系。选取11家农业上市公司为样本,计算出资产负债率,推出单位经济增加值,对样本公司的截面数据进行线性回归和二次函数回归,并进行相关检验,最终结果说明农业上市公司资本结构存在着最优区间。 相似文献

为提高北京农村和农业的决策分析能力,进一步整合与开发郊区信息资源,建设了北京郊区自然资源与社会经济信息管理平台。首先,从结构体系、数据组织、功能模块、监测范围和监测内容方面详细阐述了系统平台结构与内容;其次,开展了数据标准化处理、多源异构数据融合、空间一体化存储与管理、数据快速采集与更新等平台技术体系研究;最后,指出了平台运行与日常维护工作并讨论了平台建设存在的问题。结果表明：系统平台经过5年建设与运行实现了郊区信息资源的定性分析、定量计算和直观展示相结合的空间一体化管理模式,对北京社会主义新农村建设和基层三农发展具有重要的现实意义。 相似文献

This paper analyzes the role played by the cognitive dimension of social capital on knowledge acquisition in clustered firms. We have applied a structural model to an empirical survey of the Spanish footwear industry. Findings detect a significant indirect effect of the district membership on knowledge acquisition through cognitive social capital development. In contrast with the assumption of direct and free access to common knowledge in territorial agglomerations, findings suggested that knowledge access depends on the capacity of the firms to share visions, goals, values, and culture with other actors in the local neighborhood. The social capital perspective provides a solid base to explain heterogeneity among firm members in the industrial district in order to access common knowledge and capacities. Findings suggested that institutions involved in a district must favour efforts to boost the collective representation as well as common goals and vision. 相似文献

To study on how to choose the optimal capital structure for financial distressed listed firms,the difference of the factors influencing the capital structure and the adjusting procedure between non-distressed firms and distressed firms is analyzed.It shows that the high debt ratio of the distressed firms is significantly related with the proportion of the largest shareholder and the concentration of the share structure.However,the proportion of largest shareholder has little effect on the adjustment of capital structure.Therefore,to solve the problem of distressed firms,it will depend not only on the improvement of corporate governance,but also on the optimization of financial channels. 相似文献

This paper analyzes the efficiency of fund utilization of districts of Chongqing by positive approach. It macroscopically compares the rate of capital productivity, labor productivity and integrated productivity of each districts of Chongqing, and does a time serial analyzsis on the base of the sectional analysis with data of year 1998 to 2001. Moreover, it compares the absolute value of production flexibility of each district and finds out the differences of funds utilization efficiency between these districts and gives an explanation. It shows that Chongqing should focus on improving the rate of capital productivity of its districts to develop its economy, because integrated productivity depends on the rate of capital productivity.
