4种教槽料对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻和皮毛的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
试验选取160头体重7.02.4±0.505kg的健康断奶仔猪,随机分4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复10头猪。分别饲喂粉料^组、扮料B组、颗粒料C组和粉料D组。结果表明:断奶后10d试验期内,扮料A组仔猪采食量和日增重均显著高于粉料B组和颗柱料C组(P〈0.05),与粉料D组差异不显著(P〉0.05);粉料B组和颗粒料C组采食量.日增重均差异显著(P〈0.05)。粉料A组仔猪料肉比与扮料B组和颗粒料C组差异均显著(P〈0.0,5),与粉料D组相比,粉料A组料肉比降低4.76%。腹泻率和腹泻指数粉料A组和粉料D组间差异不显著(P〉0.05),但与粉料B组和颗拉料C组间差异显著(P〈0.05)。除颗粒料C组皮毛指数与各组存在显著差异外(P〈0.05),各组间均差异不显著(P〉0.05)。以上结果表明,粉料A和粉料D提高断奶仔猪生产性能、降低仔猪腹泻率、生产效果最佳。  相似文献

通过皮下注射和饲料添加不同剂量二丁酰环腺苷酸(dbcAMP)进行饲养试验,研究其对猪生长和糖代谢调控的效果。结果表明:皮下注射1.0mg/kg和饲料添加20mg/kg为最佳调控剂量,在生长猪阶段,日增重分别提高13.61%和15.41%(P<0.05);料重比分别降低18.81%和19.10%(P<0.01);在肥育猪阶段日增重和料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。肥育猪肝糖原含量分别降低27.32%和27.18%(P<0.05);肌糖原含量分别降低28.79%和31.79%(P<0.05)。血糖含量在生长猪和肥育猪阶段都明显提高(P<0.05)。证明dbcAMP对猪的生长性能和糖代谢有明显调控作用。  相似文献

通过A、B、C、D4种方法对仔猪黄、白痢进行预防,结果表明:B、C、D3组比A组发病率分别减少51.73、61.33和64.81个百分点,死亡率分别降低8.91、14.13和18.26个百分点,差异极显著(P〈0.01);B组仔猪平均断奶重高于A组10.69%,差异显著(P〈0.05);C、D两组仔猪平均断奶重分别高于A组20.68%、21.24%,差异极显著(P〈0.01);C、D两组的发病率均极显著地低于B组(P〈0.01),C组死亡率比B组减少5.22个百分点,差异显著(P〈0.05),D组死亡率比B组减少9.35个百分点,差异极显著(P〈0.01);C、D两组仔猪平均断奶重高于B组9.02%、9.53%,差异均显著(P〈0.05);D组的发病率、死亡率均显著低于C组(P〈0.05),D组仔猪平均断奶重高于C组0.47%,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);另外预防和治疗费用B、C、D3组分别比A组低1.04、0.71、0.64元/头,其中以B组费用最低,仅为0.09元/头。  相似文献

在蛋鸡日粮中添加1%蜂花粉与未添加的对照组,其产蛋率分别为87.7%和80.2%,2组差异显著(P<0.05);平均蛋重分别为62.55±1.22g和62.54±1.31g,差异不显著(P>0.05),料蛋比分别为2.35:1和2.51∶1,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组比对照组提高经济效益15.7%。  相似文献

试验选取胎次相近(2~3胎)和分娩日龄相差7d左右的长×大二元母猪24头.随机分为4个处理组.各处理组哺乳仔猪从5日龄开始补料,分别饲喂A、B、C和D4种教槽料。结果表明:母猪从分娩到断奶期间总采食量个体间没有显著差异(P〉0.05)。1~4d和4~21d.仔猪日增重和采食量无显著差异(P〉0.05);4~28d和全程(1+28d)仔猪日增重差异不显著(P〉0.05)。21~28d生长阶段,B组仔猪采食量和日增重均显著高于A、C和D组(P〈0.05):B组公猪日增重显著高于A组(P〈0.05);B组母猪日增重显著高于A、C和D组(P〈0.05);负增重比例,B组较其他3组最低。仔猪在各阶段腹泻率差异均不显著(P〉0.05):断奶后7d.B和C组腹泻仔猪与D和A组差异显著(P〈0.05)。B和C组的仔猪皮毛光滑程度高于A和D组。以上结果表明B组教槽料对仔猪生产性能和减少腹泻情况的效果最好.  相似文献

体重相近的杜洛克生长母猪54头,随机分成3组(每组3个重复),研究脆茎全株水稻(3个水平0、10%和20%)用于生长肥育猪日粮,对猪的生长性能、养分消化、胴体品质和肉质的影响。结果表明,生长猪阶段(29~52kg)对照组、10%组和20%组的采食量、平均日增重和料重比均无显著差异(P〉0.05)。肥育猪阶段(54~85kg)采食量和平均日增重,20%组显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),10%组与对照组之间无显著差异(P〉0.05);各组料重比均无显著差异(P〉0.05)。生长猪阶段10%组和20%组各种养分的消化率都低于对照组;而肥育猪阶段,两组NDF消化率显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),其它养分消化率与对照组无显著差异。与对照组相比,10%组和20%组屠宰率有所下降,而瘦肉率提高,眼肌面积增大,背膘厚降低,但差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。10%组和20%组的背最长肌蛋白含量增加,脂肪含量降低,其中20%组与对照组差异显著(P〈0.05);滴水损失和大理石纹及肉色评分各组之间均无显著差异(P〉0.05),20%组宰后24h的pH,显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。  相似文献

将河南斗鸡和艾维茵肉鸡杂交一代80只随机分为两组,在不同的营养水平下饲养12周,其结果表明,试验组和对照组0-2周体增重差异不显著(P>0.05);3—12周二者差异极显著(P<0.01);试验组比对照组提前两周达到最大体增重;饲料转化率二者差异显著(P>0.05);母鸡的屠宰率,半净膛率和全净膛率试验组均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);而公鸡只有全净膛率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胸肌率和腹脂率两组无显著差异(P>0.05),同营养不同性别的胸肌率有显著差异(P<0.01),营养和性别对腿重量影响均显著(P<0.01);对照组的肌胃重显著高于试验组(P<0.01).  相似文献

研究了以糙米与玉米分别为主要能量饲料时,2种饲粮对生长育肥猪生产性能、消化代谢、胴体性状及肉品质的影响。结果表明,糙米与玉米型饲粮组生长育肥全期(29kg~90kg)平均日增重分别为715g、703g(P>0.05);料重比分别为3.17:1,3.19:1;糙米型饲粮的干物质、有机物质、无氮浸出物、总能的消化率比玉米型饲粮高,其差异达显著水平(P<0.05),粗蛋白质、粗脂肪消化率极显著高于玉米型饲粮组(P<0.01)。糙米型饲粮氮沉积率较玉米型饲粮高22.7%、(P<0.05),能量代谢率显著高于玉米饲粮组(P<0.05)。糙米型饲粮喂猪达上市体重时,其胴体性状及肉品质指标与玉米型饲粮差异不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

试验旨在研究饲料中添加中草药健肽风味速肥散对育肥猪的生产性能、胴体肉质及营养指标的影响。选用(60.25+037)kg的“杜×长×大”三元杂交肉猪60头,采用单因子随机分组设计:对照组(基础日粮组)和试验组(基础日粮+06%中草药健肽风味速肥散),每个处理组5个重复栏,每栏(3m×3m)6头,饲养周期为55d。研究结果显示,添加0.6%健肽风味速肥散试验组的三元猪平均日增重显著高于对照组,料重比显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。健肽风味速肥散的添加对育肥猪的胴体参数和肉质也有显著的影响(P〈0.05).与对照组相比,屠宰率无明显差异(P〉0.05),但试验组的瘦肉率和肌内脂肪含量分别提高了4.81%和4.5%(P〈0.05).脂肪率、板油重和背膘厚分别降低了3.09百分点、0.28kg和0.45cm(P〈0.05);添加0。6%健肽风味速肥散组的肉质嫩度、风味、多汁性和大理石纹也有明显改善(P〈0.05),失水率显著降低(P〈0.05),背肌蛋白含量和肌间脂肪含量也显著增加,总氨基酸含量和总氨基酸/蛋白质比例也显著提高(P〈0.05),有效地改善了育肥猪肉质。  相似文献

为了阐明维生素B12对牛细管冷冻精液活力的影响,在常规稀释液中分别添加0.00%,0.25%,0.50%,0.75%,1.00%的VB12进行试验,比较结果:(1)平衡活力,0.50%组平衡活力高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),0.75%组略高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05),0.25%组与对照组相似,差异不显著(P>0.05),1.00%组低于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05),(2)对解冻后的精子活力观察表明:添加0.50%VB12组的精子活力高于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.01),0.75%组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),1.00%组低于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05),0.25%组的精子活力与对照组相似,差异不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

为探索群体规模和玩具对生长猪生产性能及应激水平的影响,本试验选用日龄、体质量相近(26.32±0.98)kg的648头二元杂交生长母猪(大白♂×长白♀),采用二因子设计,随机分为小圈(18头.圈-1)、小圈+玩具、大圈(54头.圈-1)、大圈+玩具4个处理,每个处理设6或4个重复(圈),所有试猪获得的资源(料槽宽度、饮水器数量)和地面空间占有量(0.96 m2.头-1)相同,试验期为35 d。试验发现,群体规模和玩具对生长猪的生产性能影响不大(P0.05);大圈饲养能明显降低圈栏的污染面积(P0.01),而玩具对圈栏的污染面积影响不大(P0.05);试验初期,有玩具的猪只唾液皮质醇含量明显低于无玩具组(P0.01);大圈与小圈、提供玩具与不提供玩具均能显著降低血液中嗜中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值(N/LP0.01,P0.05)。结果表明,群体规模和玩具因素在不降低猪生产性能的同时,降低猪只的应激水平,一定程度上提高了猪的福利水平;大圈饲养还能有效地减少圈栏的污染面积,提高猪舍的卫生状况。  相似文献

选择96头三元杂交仔猪分为两组,试验组饲喂以新技术配制的日粮,对照组喂常规日粮。结果表明,断奶前两组生产性能没有显著差异,断奶后一周,试验组日增重提高97g(P<0.05),每千克增重少耗料0. 22kg(P>0. 05),腹泻率降低 11. 24%。对照组的断奶应激对以后的生产性能产生一定影响。  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to determine the effect of aerosolized 5 alpha-androst-16-en-3-one (androstenone) on pig aggressive and submissive behaviors and on pig performance. In Exp. 1, twenty-four 5-wk-old pigs were randomly regrouped in a two-pig bioassay. A solution of either isopropyl alcohol or .5 mg androstenone in isopropyl alcohol per pig was aerosolized on both pigs in the observation pens. Summarization of video records from the 90-min bioassay showed that pens of pigs aerosolized with androstenone spent 58% less time engaged in aggressive behavior (P less than .05) and 96% less time engaged in submissive behavior (P less than .01). In Exp. 2, a performance trial was conducted with finishing pigs from 57 to 91 kg body weight. Factorially arranged treatments included aerosolized androstenone (.5 mg/pig) or the vehicle isopropyl alcohol and regrouping into uniform body weight blocks or no regrouping. Regrouping depressed average daily feed consumption (P less than .05) and average daily gain (P less than .05) for the first 7 d of the trial. Pigs reveiving the androstenone aerosol had improved average daily gain (P = .01) and gain:feed ratio (P less than .01) for the first 28 d of the trial. Performance of all treated pigs was similar for the entire finishing period. This olfactory stimulant reduced pig agonistic behavior and transiently improved performance of regrouped and non-regrouped finishing pigs.  相似文献

本研究将同一批山麻鸭种鸭提供的1日龄山麻鸭雏1 260羽分为1个对照组和2个试验组,每组6个重复,每重复70羽。对照组采用传统的水面圈养,试验一组采用笼养,试验二组采用旱地圈养结合间歇喷淋,整个饲养期其他饲养条件相同。结果表明,3个组的开产日龄(达 50%产蛋率日龄),旱地平养组为109.7 d,笼养组为111.3 d,对照组为111.2 d,各组之间无显著差异(p>0.05);500日龄入舍母鸭平均产蛋教试验组蛋鸭为306.90枚,与对照组的312.07枚差异不显著(p>0.05),却极显著高于笼养组的283.27枚(p<0.01),笼养组比对照组低9.2%,差异极显著(p<0.01);每羽入舍母鸭500日龄总产蛋重笼养组18.86 kg,比对照组的20.67 kg低8.76%,差异极显著(p<0.01).而旱地平养组为 20.31 kg,与对照组差异不显著(p>0.05)。各项蛋品质,两试验组与传统水面饲养的差异不显著(p>0.05);产蛋期死亡淘汰率时照组为7.4%。旱地平养组为4.23%,笼养组为4.76%,分别比对照组低42.8%和35.7%,差异极显著(p<0.01),旱地平养组与笼养组无显著差异(p>0.05); 产蛋期全期科蛋比旱地平养组每羽为2.72:1,比对照组低0.18,节约饲料3.66 kg,差异极显著(p<0.01),笼养组为3.05:1,比对照组高0.15,差异极显著(p<0.01),比旱养组高0.33,差异也极显著(p<0.01)。筛选出一种既不影响产蛋性能又符合生物安全原则的蛋鸭旱地无水面圈养饲养模式。解决了蛋鸭在水域放牧造成的水源污染、病原扩散、疾病传播等长期困扰社会的公共卫生安全问题。  相似文献

Abstract

The effects of two housing systems (deep litter and straw-flow), with and without access to pasture during the summer period, were studied in an organic growing-finishing pig herd. Performance, health, skin lesions and daytime pig activity were studied in 29 pens of 16 pigs (total of 464 pigs, in 4 batches). Data from 21 pens were used for comparisons of deep litter and straw-flow and data from 16 pens for comparisons of access/no access to pasture. Pigs in the deep litter system had a lower carcass meat percentage (56.6% vs. 57.3%) and more locomotion problems (4.4% vs. 0%) than pigs in the straw-flow system. No difference in daytime pig activity was detected between the two housing systems. Under moderate temperatures, pigs with access to pasture and fed a commercial organic feed inside the building were not more active during daytime behaviour studies (7.30?h–16.30?h) than pigs without access to pasture. However, at 17 weeks of age the pigs with pasture access spent 21% of their time on pasture, less time inside the pig house (20% vs. 33%) and less time on the outside concrete area (4% vs. 12%) than the pigs without pasture. No difference in performance was detected between pigs with and pigs without access to pasture.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the possible interaction of nursery space allocations and grow-finish space allocations in swine. In Exp. 1, crowding was achieved by varying the number of pigs per pen. During the nursery phase, decreasing the space allocation (0.16 m2/pig vs 0.25 m2/pig; 8 and 12 pens per treatment, respectively) by increasing the number of pigs per pen (18 vs 12) resulted in a decrease in daily feed intake (0.609 vs 0.683 kg/d; P < 0.001) and daily gain (0.364 vs 0.408 kg/d; P < 0.001). Pigs were mixed within nursery treatment groups and reassigned to grow-finish pens (6 pens per treatment) at the end of the 35-d nursery period providing either 0.56 m2/pig (14 pigs/pen) or 0.78 m2/pig (10 pigs/pen). Crowding during the grow-finish phase decreased daily feed intake (P < 0.003) and daily gain (P < 0.001). In Exp. 2, space allocations of 0.16 m2/pig vs 0.23 m2/pig during the nursery phase (24 pens per treatment) resulted in a decrease in daily feed intake (0.612 vs 0.654 kg/d; P < 0.005) and daily gain (0.403 vs 0.430 kg/d; P < 0.001). Pigs remained in the same (social) groups when moved to the grow-finish phase. Unlike Exp. 1, there was no effect of crowding during the grow-finish phase (0.60 m2/pig vs 0. 74 m2/pig) on daily feed intake or daily gain. The difference in results between experiments suggests that the response to crowding during the grow-finish phase may depend in part on whether pigs are mixed and sorted following movement from the nursery.  相似文献

This study was designed to evaluate growth performance, carcass cutting yield, and processing characteristics of boneless hams and bellies from finishing pigs fed diets containing 0, 5, 10, or 20 ppm of the phenethanolamine ractopamine hydrochloride (RAC). Sixty pigs were blocked by starting weight and randomly assigned to pens (four pigs/pen) within each of three blocks. Treatments were then randomly assigned to the pens to total six pens of the 0-ppm level and three pens each at the 5-, 10-, and 20-ppm RAC levels. Weight gain and feed consumption were monitored and animals were slaughtered by weight block after approximately 48 d on trial. Slaughter weight, ADG, and feed/gain were improved (P less than .05) for RAC treatments. Dressing percentage was higher and increased linearly (P less than .05) for RAC treatments. Carcass weight, length, leaf fat weight, backfat thickness, loin eye area, and color, marbling, and firmness of the longissimus were evaluated. The RAC-treated carcasses were heavier (P less than .05) and loin eye area increased linearly (P less than .05). One side of each carcass was fabricated using National Association of Meat Purveyors specifications. Trimmed hams and loins from the RAC treatments were heavier (P less than .05) than those from control animals. No differences (P greater than .05) in carcass cutting yield (percentage of trimmed primal cuts) were observed between treatments. However, trimmed hams and loins from the 20-ppm RAC treatment represented a greater (P less than .05) percentage of carcass weight than did those from control animals. 将妊娠母鼠随机分为高剂量(1/10LD50)、中剂量(1/50 LD50)、低剂量(1/250LD50)和溶剂对照组。高、中、低剂量染毒组和对照组母鼠分别于妊娠的9,11,13,15 d和17 d腹腔注射1.2,0.24,0.048 g/L的醋酸铅[Pb(CH3COO)2·3H20]溶液和灭茼蒸馏水0.01 mL/g。研究醋酸铅对妊娠小鼠雄性后代的生长发育和生殖能力的影响。试验结果表明:①高剂量染毒母鼠带仔行为受到醋酸铅的显著影响;②各试验组后代公鼠体重增长变化无统计学差异(P>0.05);③各试验组公鼠的睾丸、附睾湿重及其与体重的比值均无明显差异(P>0.05);④各染毒组后代公鼠精子相对密度显著低于对照组(P<0.01);⑤各染毒组后代公鼠精子活力与对照组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05);⑥高剂量和中剂量组后代公鼠精子畸形比率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),低剂量组则与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05);⑦备染毒组后代公鼠精子顶体形态异常率与对照组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。  相似文献

Two studies were carried out with the same group of pigs within a wean-to-finish system. In Study 1 (weaning to wk 8 postweaning), the effect of feeder-trough space in pens that were double-stocked on pig growth was evaluated. In Study 2 (end of wk 8 to 112 +/- 1.5 kg BW), the effect of variation in pig BW within a pen on growth was investigated. In Study 1, a randomized block design was used to compare two feeder-trough space treatments (Double [4 cm/pig] vs Control [2 cm/pig]). Pigs (n = 1,728) were randomly allocated at weaning (5.4 +/- 0.01 kg BW; 16 d of age) to mixed-sex pens (8 pens/treatment) of 108 pigs/pen on the basis of BW. Floor-space (0.30 m2/pig) and drinker allocation (13 pigs/drinker) were the same for both treatments. Two six-place (35 cm/place) feeders were positioned together in the center of each pen and were accessible from both sides. For the Double treatment, both feeders contained feed, whereas for the Control only one feeder contained feed. In Study 2, a randomized block design was used to compare three BW/variation in BW treatments: 1) Heavy BW/Low variation, 2) Light BW/Low variation, and 3) Mixed BW/Normal variation. The double-stocked pens of pigs from within previous feeder-trough space treatment were split into two groups of 54 pigs (equal sex ratio) having either high or low BW variation within pen. Pigs had free access to feed and water throughout the studies. In Study 1, doubling feeder-trough space did not affect (P > 0.05) pig growth from weaning to the end of wk 6. From wk 6 to 8, pigs on the Double treatment compared to the Control treatment had higher (P < 0.05) ADG and were heavier (P < 0.05), but had similar (P > 0.05) ADFI and gain:feed ratio. In Study 2, pen-BW treatment did not impact (P > 0.05) ADG or gain:feed ratio; however, Heavy/Low had greater (P < 0.01) ADFI than Light/Low with Mixed/Normal being intermediate for ADFI. At 112 kg BW, CV of BW within a pen was similar (P > 0.05) across treatments; however, days to market BW was greater (P < 0.001) for Light/Low than Heavy/ Low with Mixed/Normal being intermediate. In summary, increasing feeder-trough space from 2 to 4 cm per pig increased daily gain after wk 6 postweaning in double-stocked pens of pigs; however, sorting pigs on the basis of BW when splitting pens did not impact growth rate or variation in BW within a pen at market BW.  相似文献
