Lolium multiflorum Lam. (annual ryegrass) is used extensively as a forage crop and seed is produced in several areas worldwide. Seed production has been shown to be commercially possible in Atlantic Canada but improved weed control is needed. Studies were conducted in two provinces (Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick) to determine the effects of the herbicides bentazon, bromoxynil/MCPA, dicamba/MCPA, thifensulfuron/tribenuron, 2,4-D and MCPA on weed control, L. multiflorum growth, seed yields and seed germination in 1998 and 1999. The herbicides MCPA, dicamba/MCPA and bromoxynil/MCPA as evaluated in these experiments provided acceptable control of the broad-leaved weeds present and had no effect on seed yield or seed germination. Although the thifensulfuron/tribenuron caused early foliar injury, the plants recovered and it provided excellent weed control. None of the herbicides affected seed germination. MCPA, dicamba/MCPA and bromoxynil/MCPA could be used to provide control of broad-leaved weeds and thifensulfuron/tribenuron could be used if growers were willing to accept some early injury and possible yield loss to obtain the improved weed control.  相似文献

Crude extracts of various Agapanthus africanus plant parts were screened in vitro against eight economically important plant pathogenic fungi. Radial mycelial growth was inhibited significantly (P<0.05) in five test organisms, while Pythium ultimum, and to a lesser extent Fusarium oxysporum and Alternaria alternata, showed a degree of tolerance. Subsequently, these crude extracts were tested in vivo in the greenhouse against Mycosphaerella pinodes, the cause of black spot or Ascochyta blight in peas. Fourth internode leaves were removed from 4-week-old pea plants, placed on moist filter paper in Petri dishes and inoculated with a M. pinodes spore suspension 30 min before and after treatment with the extracts. The control of Ascochyta blight by different concentrations of the crude extracts was measured in terms of lesion size over a 6-d period at 20 °C in a growth cabinet. All crude extracts significantly reduced lesion development caused by M. pinodes when leaves were inoculated with spores both before and after treatment with the extracts. Neither of the extracts showed any phytotoxic reaction on the leaves, even at the highest concentration applied. A combined aerial part crude extract of A. africanus was additionally evaluated against sorghum covered (Sporisorium sorghi) and loose (Sporisorium cruentum) kernel smuts under field conditions over two seasons. The extract and a standard fungicide, Thiram that served as a positive control, were applied as seed treatments 1 h after artificially inoculating separate sets of sorghum seed with smut spores. Inoculated, but untreated seeds served as a negative control. The extract reduced the incidence of both loose and covered kernel smuts significantly (P<0.05) and compared favourably with the prescribed fungicide, Thiram. Both treatments resulted in significant yield increases compared to the untreated control. From these results it was concluded that the aerial part crude extract of A. africanus possesses sufficient in vivo antifungal activity to warrant a further investigation.  相似文献

由核盘菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)引起的菌核病是油菜等十字花科作物的重要病害,对油菜的产量品质造成严重影响。本研究基于转录组数据筛选到一个核盘菌基因Ss160 (Sscle04g035160),发现Ss160在接种油菜的核盘菌中高度表达。生物信息分析表明该基因具有信号肽,且序列在真菌界高度保守。亚细胞定位显示Ss160无特异性的定位,烟草叶片瞬时表达Ss160在核盘菌离体叶接种实验中病斑扩展显著小于表达空载体的和野生型烟草叶片,暗示异源表达Ss160能够提高植物的菌核病抗性。基于酵母系统的体外实验证明Ss160具有转录激活能力。该研究结果为后续Ss160在核盘菌-植物互作中功能机制的研究提供基础,也为油菜菌核病的研究提供借鉴和参考。  相似文献

Comparative evaluation of sunflower aqueous extracts and commercially available synthetic herbicides was carried out in field trials. Crude aqueous extract was tested in 80 and 100% concentrations in plots where wheat was grown with Rumex dentatus in a 1:1 mix. In comparison with the synthetic herbicides (Buctril-Super® and Chwastox®) the aqueous extract failed to kill 100% of selected weeds, but the highest tested extract concentration completely overcame weed crop competition by reducing the weed biomass and increasing wheat yield significantly. The trial confirmed the herbicidal potential of sunflower allelochemicals against broad leaf weeds.  相似文献

为探索彩色马蹄莲(Zantedeschia spp.)接种胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌(Pectobacterium carotovora subsp. Carotovora, Pcc)的适宜方法,鉴定彩色马蹄莲组内品种对软腐病菌Pcc的抗性情况,本研究先以10个彩色马蹄莲品种为试验材料,进行以完整叶片、叶片圆片(叶盘)为接种材料的室内离体接种,以及以主脉、侧脉为接种部位的温室活体植株接种,接种后分别于12、24、36 h 3个时间点,以发病率、病情指数为指标,统计马蹄莲软腐病发病情况;在明确适宜的接种方法和发病时间后,选取包括第1步试验品种在内的34个彩色马蹄莲品种进行Pcc抗性鉴定。结果表明:离体接种的最佳材料为完整叶片,最佳发病观察时间是24 h;活体接种的最佳接种部位为叶片主脉,最佳发病观察时间是36 h;离体鉴定的中抗品种为5个,感病品种为11个,高感品种为18个;而活体鉴定的中抗、感病和高感品种分别为2、17、15个。离体方法鉴定的中抗品种多于活体鉴定,离体方法鉴定的抗性情况更接近田间大规模生产,其原因可能是离体方法鉴定时接种材料的均一性、环境条件的一致性好,更能反应品种本身的抗性情况。  相似文献

为了筛选抗甘蔗梢腐病的优异种质材料,采用室内离体接种方法对70份甘蔗种质材料进行梢腐病抗性鉴定。根据发病程度划分的抗性等级和聚类分析的方法综合评价种质材料的抗性。结果表明,甘蔗分蘖期对梢腐病菌的免疫力较伸长期差。参试的70个种质材料中,高抗材料6个,占8.57%;抗病材料15个,占21.43%;中抗材料13个,占18.57%;中感材料12个,占17.14%;感病材料13个,占18.57%;高感材料11个,占15.71%。在2次不同生育期接种过程中‘HoCP02-263’均未发病,很可能是对Fusarium sacchari免疫的材料。系统聚类分析的结果与材料的抗性表现基本一致。甘蔗梢腐病的抗性评价较佳时期为分蘖期。  相似文献

Three field experiments were conducted at the research fields of Plant Protection Research Institute, Iran, at different locations in 2004–2005 to study the efficacy of different broadleaved herbicides to control weeds in wheat. Treatments were the full-season hand weeded and weed-infested controls, and post-emergence applications of florasulam plus flumetsulam at 8.75, 10.50, and 12.25 g a.i./ha, 2,4-D plus carfentrazone-ethyl at 210, 245, 280, and 490 g a.i./ha, bromoxynil plus MCPA at 75, 100, and 150 g a.i./ha, 2,4-D at 560, 720, and 1120 g a.i./ha, tribenuron methyl, and 2,4-D plus MCPA. Herbicides were applied at wheat tillering stage. Naturally occurring broadleaved weed populations were used in experiments. Results indicated that bromoxynil plus MCPA at 150 g a.i./ha, 2,4-D plus MCPA, and 2,4-D plus carfentrazone-ethyl at 490 g a.i./ha were the best options to control weeds. Bromoxynil plus MCPA at 150 g a.i./ha and 2,4-D plus MCPA also resulted in the highest wheat yield. Overall, it could be concluded that rotational application of bromoxynil plus MCPA at 150 g a.i./ha, 2,4-D plus MCPA, and 2,4-D plus carfentrazone-ethyl at 490 g a.i./ha would be the best option to achieve satisfactory weed control, high grain yield and prevention of evolution of herbicide-resistant weeds.  相似文献

To evaluate the allelopathic effects of major crops and weeds, studies were conducted during 2011–12 and 2012–13 by utilizing water extracts of allelopathic plants namely rice (Oryza sativa L.), Parthenium hysterophorus L., Phragmites australis Cav., and Datura alba L. with reduced rates of fenoxaprop-p-ethyl and bromoxynil plus MCPA to control weeds. Application of Phragmites australis and Parthenium hysterophorus along with lower rates of fenoxaprop-p-ethyl and bromoxynil plus MCPA showed promising results by controlling weeds and improving yield. Parthenium hysterophorus extract with half of the recommended dose of fenoxaprop-p-ethyl and bromoxynil plus MCPA reduced weed density by 51 and 50% during year 1 and year 2, respectively, compared with the control. Phragmites australis extract with half of the recommended dose of fenoxaprop-p-ethyl produced grain yield (5.7 and 6.1 t ha−1 during year 1 and 2, respectively) in wheat. However, these results were also at par with Parthenium hysterophorus and Datura alba extracts in combinations with half the recommended doses of the above mentioned herbicides. The study of microbial activity showed higher amount of mineralizable carbon in D. alba with half the recommended dose of fenoxaprop-p-ethyl treated plots (0.073 g during both the years). The lowest amount of mineralizable carbon (0.035 and 0.030 g during year 1 and 2, respectively) was observed in the control plots. The presence of allelopathic plants in field crops and subsequent mixing in soil by tillage may create problems in crop production. Therefore, further studies are suggested to fully explore all the possible interactions among allelochemicals and herbicides.  相似文献

本文研究了白背天葵多酚的超临界CO2提取工艺及其体内外抗氧化活性,为白背天葵的开发利用提供依据。以萃取压力、萃取时间、萃取温度、CO2流量和夹带剂浓度为单因素,以多酚提取得率为指标,采用响应面法对提取工艺条件进行优化。采用体外抗氧化活性试验分析提取物对DPPH及ABTS自由基的清除能力。体内抗氧化活性试验以D-半乳糖致衰小鼠为模型,白背天葵多酚提取物150、300、600 mg/kg连续灌胃30 d,测定其血清及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,白背天葵多酚的超临界CO2最优提取工艺为萃取压力35 MPa、萃取时间2 h、萃取温度40 ℃、CO2流量20 L/h,多酚提取得率为5.32%。体外抗氧化试验表明,多酚对DPPH及ABTS自由基的清除率随其浓度的提高而提高。与空白组比较,衰老模型组血清及肝组织中的SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性显著性降低,MDA含量显著性升高,白背天葵多酚提取物能显著提高衰老模型组血清及肝组织中的SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性,并降低MDA含量。  相似文献

The effectiveness against eyespot of nine fungicide treatments, applied at GS 31, was evaluated in early-drilled winter wheat crops. Visual assessments of stem-base diseases were made before fungicide application and at GS 39/55 and 69/70 of cultivars Consort, Savannah and Claire. Competitive PCR was used to quantify Oculimacula acuformis, O. yallundae, Microdochium nivale, Fusarium spp. and Rhizoctonia cerealis. PCR results indicated that O. acuformis was the predominant pathogen causing eyespot in all three crops. Treatments containing cyprodinil were most successful in reducing disease index and DNA of O. acuformis across cultivars. Treatments containing prochloraz were less consistent in eyespot control, significantly reducing the DNA of O. acuformis only in one instance at GS 70 of cultivar Claire. None of the fungicide treatments had any significant effect on brown foot rot or sharp eyespot, or DNA of M. nivale or R. cerealis. The potential for O. acuformis to cause yield loss was indicated by significant negative relationships between yield and eyespot incidence or DNA of O. acuformis at GS 69/70 for each wheat crop. Relationships between DNA of O. acuformis and eyespot incidence or severity at each growth stage were weak but generally improved at the later growth stages of the crops when disease symptoms were easily distinguished. Both molecular methods and visual assessment failed to predict eyespot incidence or pathogen DNA late in season using incidence or DNA of O. acuformis at GS 31. PCR assays, however, accurately identified the stem base pathogens at early growth stages of the crops when the symptoms of their respective diseases were not readily diagnosed.  相似文献

Dihydrochelerythrine(DHCHE) is an isoquinoline compound, which has distinct antifungal activity and can induce apoptosis. The antifungal activity of DHCHE against five rice pathogenic fungi was studied in vitro. At the concentration of 7.5 mg/L, DHCHE exhibited the highest efficacy among tested compounds in inhibiting mycelium growth, with an inhibition rate of 68.8% in Ustilaginoidea virens, which was approximately 2.4 times of that of validamycin(28.7%). Broad-spectrum weed control by use of imazamethabenz (AC 222 293) in herbicide combinations was investigated in the greenhouse. Imazamethabenz at rates ranging from 0·1 to 0·4 kg a.i./ha effectively controlled wild oats (Avena fatua L.). Additional control of redroot pigweed (Amaranthus retroflexus L.) was achieved when imazamethabenz, plus octoxynol surfactant, was applied in combination with MCPA (amine or ester) or commercial MCPA mixtures (bromoxynil/MCPA and cyanazine/MCPA). Only inclusion of propanil/MCPA in the combination reduced wild-oat control by imazamethabenz at the lower rate (0·1 kg/ha). Control of green foxtail (Setaria viridis (L.) Beauv.) was also obtained by use of fenoxaprop-ethyl in combination with imazamethabenz (plus octoxynol). Three-way mixtures of imazamethabenz (or plus octoxynol), MCPA alone or mixture, and fenoxaprop-ethyl may provide practical control of grass and broad-leaved weeds in the field.  相似文献

The inhibition of mycelial growth of Rhizoctonia solani in vitro was strongest with pencycuron, followed by tolclofos-methyl, carboxin and thiabendazole. Against cowpea seedling rot in soil infested with R. solani, tolclofos-methyl was most effective, followed by pencycuron, thiabendazole and carboxin. Of nine insecticides tested, only parathion-methyl and quinalphos suppressed mycelial growth of R. solani in vitro, although their activity was much lower than that of the four tested fungicides. The inhibition of mycelial growth by fungicide-insecticide mixtures was antagonistic in only two out of 36 combinations; it was additive in most cases or synergistic, e.g. for most mixtures of pencycuron and insecticides. Quinalphos, applied to the soil, was the only insecticide which reduced cowpea seedling rot in soil infested with R. solani. Soil application of parathion-methyl, phorate, aldicarb or carbofuran and seed treatment with phosphamidon, monocrotophos, endosulfan or dimethoate had little or no effect on seedling rot. Carboxin gave better disease control when applied to the seed already coated with phosphamidon, monocrotophos, endosulfan or dimethoate and when carboxin-treated seeds were sown in soil treated with quinalphos, parathion-methyl, aldicarb or carbofuran. Efficacy of thiabendazole seed treatment was slightly higher in the presence of insecticides, particularly dimethoate. Pencycuron and tolclofos-methyl as seed treatment gave nearly 100% disease control both in the presence and absence of insecticides. The synergistic interactions detected between fungicides and insecticides represent interesting opportunities for the control of R. solani.  相似文献

The herbicides metobromuron, diphenamid and dinitramine were tested either singly or in combination with dalapon for the control of weed species in transplanted tomato crops in Saudi Arabia, during 1979 and 1980. All herbicides were effective in controlling Chenopodium murale L., the primary broad-leaved weed in the area. However, they were less effective against other broad-leaved weed species and, even in combination with dalapon, failed to reduce populations of grass weeds. Tomato seedlings showed various degrees of injury: dinitramine was the most phytotoxic herbicide, followed by metobromuron and diphenamid. No toxicity was observed for dalapon. Diphenamid was the most promising herbicide for controlling weeds and producing significantly higher yields of tomatoes.  相似文献

目的 明确氯虫苯甲酰胺处理下二化螟中肠细菌类微生物多样性的变化。方法 综合运用宏基因组测序以及传统微生物分离纯化的方法分析不同浓度氯虫苯甲酰胺处理的二化螟种群中肠微生物的多样性。结果 不同浓度(100、200、400µg/mL)氯虫苯甲酰胺处理后二化螟中肠细菌类微生物丰度及多样性降低,处理种群中肠细菌类微生物的OTU数值、特有的OTU数值均低于对照;摩根氏菌属(Morganella)、普罗威登斯菌属(Providencia)以及变形菌属(Proteus)在处理种群中的比例明显升高;同时培养结果显示氯虫苯甲酰胺处理种群获得的菌株除肠杆菌属(Enterobacter)外,还存在超压莱略特氏菌(Lelliottianimipressuralis)、非脱羧勒菌(Leclerciaadecarboxylata)、成团泛菌(Pantoeaagglomerans)等其他菌属。COG数据库对比与KEGG分析显示,对照与处理二化螟种群的各功能分类基因数量及相对丰度无明显差异。结论 解析了氯虫苯甲酰胺胁迫下二化螟中肠细菌类微生物的多样性。这些结果为进一步研究中肠细菌在二化螟对氯虫苯甲酰胺的抗药性奠定基础。  相似文献

The efficacy of eight fungicides, placed in-furrow at sowing, to reduce rhizoctonia root rot and increase yields of wheat was examined in glasshouse and field experiments. Under glasshouse conditions three of the fungicides, coated on clay granules at a rate equivalent to 400 g a.i. ha−1, reduced root rot of wheat grown in soil inoculated with Rhizoctonia solani. None of the chemicals stimulated growth of wheat in the absence of disease, but three retarded growth. Experiments at six sites with different soil types and rhizoctonia risk in north-west Victoria, Australia, showed that the fungicide-coated granules were generally ineffective at reducing both incidence and severity of rhizoctonia root rot of wheat. However, tebuconazole was effective at two sites and at one of these flutriafol, RH-7592, cyproconazole and diniconazole also reduced disease severity. Yields were increased by 51% with tebuconazole at one site, by 40% with diniconazole at another and by between 23 and 30% with RH-7592, diniconazole, flutriafol and flutolanil, at a third site.  相似文献

以发根农杆菌(Agrobacterium rhizogenes)K599诱导胡萝卜产生毛状根,接种丛枝菌根(AM)真菌摩西斗管囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae)建立双重培养体系,研究不同消毒方法、超声波、低温预处理和培养基pH对摩西斗管囊霉孢子萌发的影响及其与胡萝卜毛状根建立双重培养体系的最佳条件。研究结果表明:消毒方法3孢子萌发率最高,孢子污染率最低,15 d孢子萌发率达48.88%,而污染率仅为9.98%;超声波处理能降低孢子污染率11.17%~14.53%;低温预处理可有效提高孢子的萌发率,4℃低温处理10 d和15 d效果较好,其萌发率分别为70%和65%;AM真菌孢子在水琼脂培养基萌发最佳pH为6.5,萌发率达到48.50%,pH< 5.5或pH>8.0均抑制孢子萌发,pH 5.5和pH 8.0的萌发率分别为15.43%和16.06%。消毒孢子先于水琼脂萌发后,再挑取萌发管多,菌丝较长的孢子并将菌丝生长方向正对毛状根方向进行转接,可以提高双重培养的成功率。MSR培养基为双重培养的最优培养基。胡萝卜毛状根与AM真菌双重培养可为菌根真菌繁殖及相关分子机理研究提供可行有效的途径。  相似文献

Uptake and translocation of the fungicide cymoxanil was studied using tomato and potato plants infected with Phytophthora infestans and grape plants infected with Plasmopara viticola. Translocation of cymoxanil was mainly translaminar and acropetal from roots and stems to leaves to an extent similar to that of the phenylamide fungicide oxadixyl. Basipetal translocation from upper to lower leaves, as well as lateral movement, was also observed but to a lesser extent. Plant parts that grew after application were protected against P. infestans and P. viticola because of systemic activity up to 7 days by cymoxanil alone and up to 14 days when cymoxanil was used as part of a three-way mixture with oxadixyl and mancozeb. Drench application of cymoxanil and a simultaneous spray application of mancozeb against P. infestans and P. viticola resulted in a significant synergistic interaction. The spray application of the three-way mixture oxadixyl/mancozeb/cymoxanil was more effective against both sensitive and phenylamide-resistant strains of P. infestans and P. viticola than the individual components alone, representing significant levels of synergistic interactions. Synergy ratios were higher for resistant than for sensitive strains of both pathogens.  相似文献

为了分离纯化白背天葵多酚,并探讨其体外抗氧化活性,本研究比较了8种大孔树脂对白背天葵多酚的静态吸附和解吸能力,优选出D101为最适宜纯化白背天葵多酚的树脂,并对其分离纯化的工艺进行了优化。采用DPPH和ABTS法评价其抗氧化活性。结果表明,D101树脂最佳纯化工艺为上样液浓度1 mg/mL、pH 3.1、上样液流速2 mL/min,解吸的乙醇体积分数70%、体积60 mL、流速2 mL/min;白背天葵多酚的含量由14.73%提高到45.21%;其清除DPPH及ABTS自由基的能力为 Vc>纯化物>粗提物。研究结果为进一步开发利用白背天葵多酚提供了数据支持。  相似文献
