研究浸种对杂交籼稻种子吸水的影响,为杂交籼稻生产浸种催芽提供参考。采用3个杂交籼稻组合的干种子、超干种子,设置10,20和30 3℃个浸种水温及6,12,18和24 h 4个浸种时间进行处理,然后测定计算浸种后的种子水分、吸水率、吸水速率。结果表明,浸种水温和时间与浸种后的种子水分、吸水率、吸水速率密切相关,其中吸水速率与浸种时间呈极显著负相关,水分、吸水率与浸种水温和时间之间呈显著或极显著正相关。3个杂交籼稻组合都是浸种前期即浸种6 h前吸水快,浸种6 h后相同杂交组合的超干种子、干种子的种子水分差异不显著。3个杂交籼稻组合的干种子、超干种子都在水温10℃浸种18~24 h、水温20℃浸种12~18 h、水温30℃浸种6~12 h后种子水分达到25.2%~32.7%,可满足种子发芽对水分的需要。  相似文献

1选择优良品种良种的增产效果十分显著,一般情况下,优良品种比一般品种每公顷增产子棉750kg左右。选择棉花品种有几个原则:轻病地块选择丰产性突出的品种,重病地块选择抗病性突出的品种,水肥条件不好的瘠薄地块选择生长势强的品种,高水肥地块、粘土地选择长势稳健的品种。2解除种子休眠部分棉花种子因生长期间积温不足而休眠期长,播种时不能正常发芽出苗。实践经验证明把棉花种子放在温暖的地方保管,可解除休眠。3浸种种子含水量为风干种子重量的60%时,最适合发芽,含水量过大或过小都不利于发芽。毛棉子浸种时间应在6小时左右,不应超过10个…  相似文献

以2个早籼稻品种的超干种子、干种子、鲜种子、湿种子、露白种子为材料,研究了高温处理对不同状态水稻种子发芽率的影响。结果表明,水稻不同种子状态耐受高温能力存在极显著差异,从强到弱依次为超干种子干种子鲜种子湿种子露白种子;水温对种子发芽率的影响比气温更显著;处理温度超过一定范围,发芽率随着温度升高和时间延长极显著下降;不同品种高温处理后的种子发芽率表现相同规律趋势,但也存在极显著个体差异;种子水分制约种子耐受高温能力,种子水分含量越高,耐受高温能力越弱。  相似文献

马铃薯实生种子小,能量低,发芽期间能量转化慢;种子需经8~12小时达吸胀饱和,其饱和吸水量占绝对干物重的86%~105%;种子发芽在13~17℃变温和25℃恒温发芽最好,对光暗反应不敏感;贮藏2~3年的种子发芽力最高,室温下贮藏7年丧失种用价值;种子经卅烷醇浸种(50ppm浸4小时)、CO_2激光辐射10秒钟、50~60℃温汤浸种均能显著提高发芽力。α-萘乙酸浸种(10ppm15分钟)对发芽没有显著影响,但可促进幼苗根系发育。  相似文献

以菘蓝种子为试验材料,采用不同浓度的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,研究了三种处理方法即ABT浸种﹑CaCl2浸种﹑吸湿回干以及对照对菘蓝种子抗旱性的影响。结果表明:对照组中,在5%PEG6000胁迫条件下,菘蓝种子发芽势发芽指数达到最大为30.67%、21.01,说明菘蓝种子本身具有一定抗旱性,适当水分胁迫对菘蓝种子发芽势发芽率发芽指数及胚根下胚轴生长有促进作用,高胁迫对上述指标有抑制作用;电解质外渗率随水分胁迫强度的增加而降低。三种处理方法中,CaCl2浸种处理提高菘蓝种子抗旱性的作用最好。  相似文献

为了解丹东杂草稻种子冬季在野外能存活的原因,将丹东杂草稻和对照品种越光的干种子在水中浸不同时间,后在-20℃下处理7 d,在25℃下发芽。对照品种越光在浸种1 h后冷冻处理,其种子的发芽率从98%降为4%,浸种时间延长到1.5 h已不能成苗,而丹东杂草稻种子在1 h浸种处理后,其发芽基本不受影响,甚至在3 h浸种处理后成苗率仍达2.3%。在不同低温下发芽试验中发现丹东杂草稻在11℃能发芽,杂草稻的发芽临界温度要比对照越光低。讨论了杂草稻种子抗冻的潜在价值。   相似文献

The seeds of three promising advanced lines of soybeans (TGx 923-2EN, TGx 1019-2EN and TGx 1497-1D) which were part of a larger collection evaluated in agronomic field trials in Nigeria were selected for characterization of physicochemical properties, chemical composition, water absorption, cooking time and cooked texture as a function of soaking and cooking. Seed density, leached solids, swelling capacity and seed coat percentage were within a range of 1.15 to 1.26 g per ml, 1.00 to 1.26 g per 100 g, 80.25 to 84.35 g per 100 g and 6.6 to 10.1% w/w of dry beans, respectively. The total polyphenol content of the cream colored beans was similar (0.75 to 0.76 mg/g) but higher than the amount (0.60 mg/g) found in the white beans. Cooking times varied between 71 and 96 min without soaking and were reduced by about 32.0% following a presoaking treatment in water for 12 hours at room temperature (28±1°C). Small seeds absorbed higher amounts of water during soaking and required less cooking time than larger seeds. Unsoaked beans required 40 min of cooking to achieve the same degree of cooked texture as the soaked beans cooked for 20 min, suggesting that cooking times and cooked texture for all lines were improved through soaking.  相似文献

由于种子的成熟度及藏年限的不同,使不同年度采收种子的活力之间有很大差异,其发芽后的整种子及其粉碎后的提取液的发光也有很大差异,发芽4~16天的整种子发光强度与种子的发芽率及发芽指数之间的相关达到了显著或极显著的水平。其提取液发光强度的变化曲线因萌发天数的不同而有规律的变化,低发芽率或发芽天数少于4天的种子提取液的发光强度的变化趋势是平滑下降,随着发芽天数的增加,高发芽率种子提取液的发光强度出现了峰谷变化,而低活力种子的发光强度的变化趋势则仍然是平滑下降。说明发芽后的整种子或其提取液的发光与原样的代谢活性密切相关,提取液中的发光物质的浓度和发芽的天数有关。  相似文献

甲醇老化可使花生种子活力下降,30%甲醇处理量甲醇老化的临界浓度。甲醇老化降低萌发花生种子乙烯的释放量,改变乙烯的释放模式。甲醇老化使细胞透性急剧增加,渗出率比人工老化种子高,而呼吸强度则比人工老化种子低。PEG渗调对低浓度甲醇(10%)老化种子有提高活力的作用,对20%或以上的浓度则有加速种子老化的作用。表明甲醇老化与人工老化对花生种子活力的影响有明显的不同。  相似文献

Abstract

The growth characters and productivity of the soybean plants that developed from seeds stored for various periods at 5°C and 40% relative humidity, but having 80% or higher germinability were examined in comparison with those of newly harvested seeds (new seeds). The seedlings at one month after sowing from the very old seeds (stored for 10 years and 7 months) showed morphological characters significantly different from those from the new seeds, but not those from the moderately old seeds (stored for 2 years and 7 months) or the old seeds (stored for 7 years and 7 months). In the plants from the old seeds, the mean emergence date, flowering date, maturing date, length of the main stem, yield components, seed yield, and inspection-grade or protein content of seed were not significantly different from those in the plants from the new seeds. On the other hand, in the plants from the very old seeds, the mean emergence date, length of main stem, yield components and seed yield were significantly different from those in the plants from the new seeds. We concluded that the seeds of soybean stored for 2 years and 7 months, or 7 years and 7 months having a germinability of higher than 80% are practically useful, and show normal growth characters and productivity. However, it should be noted that the seed storage for over 10 years had inferior grain yield.  相似文献

Neem seeds contain many substances with insecticidal properties, the main insecticidal ingredient being azadirachtin A. In developing countries such as Mali, a neem seed water extract is prepared by soaking ground seeds in water for three or seven days. The aim of this study was to check the effectiveness of this extract in terms of azadirachtin A extraction yield and insecticidal activity. The yield of extraction was 0.19 g azadirachtin A/100 g seeds. The concentration of azadirachtin A in the seed extract was approximately 200 mg l−1, eight times higher than the recommended concentration of commercial products (25 mg l−1). A comparison of the extractive capacity of different solvents indicated that the best solvents were water and methanol. The azadirachtin A concentration declined in extracts stored for more than 3 days at a temperatures higher than 30 °C. Bioassays were performed on target insects (the leafhopper Macrosteles quadripunctulatus, the moth Spodoptera littoralis and the tobacco whitefly Bemisia tabaci) in order to compare the insecticidal activity of the neem extract with that of the commercial product Neemazal T/S and of a solution of pure azadirachtin A. The bioassays conducted on the leafhopper and the moth demonstrated that the neem extract at the recommended concentration (25 mg l−1 active ingredient) was as effective as the azadirachtin-based commercial product at the same concentration, while for the control of the whitefly B. tabaci a higher concentration of the water extract was needed.  相似文献
