输电钢管塔空间KK型管板连接节点极限承载力   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
空间KK型管板连接节点作为输电钢管塔中最主要的节点型式,其安全性是整个塔架结构安全的重要保证。相比较于平面K型节点,在考虑实际结构中节点空间效应后的KK型节点的受力性能更为复杂。在平面K型管板节点的试验研究基础上,对两类空间KK型管板节点展开参数化分析,重点讨论了节点几何尺寸参数和主管轴压应力比等因素对节点极限承载力的影响变化规律。结合大量有限元参数分析所得计算结果,并综合考虑各种因素对节点极限承载力的影响,提出了空间KK型管板连接节点在主管管壁局部屈曲破坏模式下的极限承载力建议计算方法。  相似文献

为了研究南方湿热条件下全风化花岗岩填筑路基的科学方法,以提高路基在运营期的耐久性与稳定性,对全风化花岗岩进行了湿法重型击实与加州承载比试验。结果表明:承载力最大状态下全风化花岗岩的含水率比最佳含水率更接近天然含水率。为进一步了解其湿胀特性,通过改变初始含水率进行了膨胀率试验,得到了全风化花岗岩在不同初始含水率下的干密度衰变规律;通过改进的固结试验对比分析了全风化花岗岩在最大承载力和最大干密度状态时的变形特性。结果显示:与常规的以最大干密度控制方法相比,全风化花岗岩在最大承载力状态下抗变形能力和稳定性更好。按最大承载力状态铺筑了全风化花岗岩路基试验段并进行了现场回弹模量和压实度检测,结果表明:最大承载力状态下全风化花岗岩路基完全能满足下路床94区的压实要求,为了满足路面对路基回弹模量的要求,基于变形等效原理提出刚度补偿设计方法,以确保全风化花岗岩路基整体刚度与耐久性。  相似文献

采用重剪比以及配筋率两个试验变量对4个板柱中节点的破坏过程进行了对比试验,并在试验过程中采用特制应变测杆对试件内部斜裂缝的形成和发展予以监测。试验结果表明:试件最终破坏形态受重剪比和配筋率两因素共同影响;重剪比相同的试件,配筋率的提高也可有效提高中柱节点对不平衡弯矩的承载力;板内斜裂缝在节点发生冲切破坏之前已产生,并从靠近柱头的受压区向板底受拉区开展。基于试验结果和历史试验数据,将中国规范GB 50010—2010所采用的基于偏心剪应力模型的计算方法和欧洲规范Eurocode2-04进行对比,分析了偏心剪应力模型不足的原因。  相似文献

根据现有关于钢筋混凝土无腹筋细长梁剪切破坏机理问题的研究成果,介绍了基于修正压力场理论的抗剪模型、临界剪切裂缝理论、塑性理论、压力路径理论、劈裂破坏理论和基于截面应变分析的抗剪模型的基本假设、核心观点及受剪承载力计算方法,并给出总结、归纳及评析;另一方面,利用相关试验数据和ACI-DAfStb无腹筋细长梁剪切破坏数据库,分别对不同理论模型的受剪承载力计算公式进行了设计参数的影响评估和统计评估;并展望了无腹筋细长梁剪切破坏机理研究的发展方向。研究结果表明:不同理论模型的部分假设缺少直接的试验依据支持,梁腹混凝土的受拉(劈裂)或受剪(骨料咬合)以及受压区混凝土对抵抗剪力的贡献成为抗剪机制的主要分歧;不同受剪承载力计算公式对不同影响因素的考虑方式的合理性和计算结果的准确度均有待进一步提高。后续深入研究应综合考虑剪切破坏问题的随机性和物理属性,利用先进测试技术、应力演化分析方法,进一步揭示剪切破坏机理。  相似文献

为了研究高强冷弯薄壁槽钢受弯构件的力学性能和设计方法,对3种板件加劲形式的G550高强冷弯薄壁型钢槽形截面受弯构件进行了试验研究和有限元参数分析。结果表明,板件加劲形式对高强冷弯薄壁槽钢受弯构件屈曲模式和受弯承载力有显著影响,翼缘V形加劲比腹板V形加劲能够更有效地提高构件抗弯承载力,构件抗弯承载力的变化规律与屈曲模式有关。根据有限元参数分析结果,在已有直接强度法基础上回归出适用于高强冷弯薄壁槽钢受弯构件的直接强度法修正公式。  相似文献

焊接加固热作用对工形截面压弯钢构件承载性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为研究焊接加固热作用及不同初始负载对工字形压弯钢柱承载性能的影响,基于考虑热影响的热结构耦合分析方法进行了热源模型热输入改进,并考虑初始几何缺陷、初始残余应力及摩擦等,完成了不同负载下焊接加固的3个工字形压弯钢柱的模拟分析。研究了焊接位移时程、腹板应力应变重分布及荷载位移关系,通过有限元分析与相应试验结果对比验证,进而获得了试验无法获得的焊接温度场、翼缘与加固板间的焊接应力应变重分布以及翼缘边缘屈服承载力等结果,并将承载力结果与规范计算结果对比,考察了现有设计方法。结果表明,焊接顺序决定焊接变形的发展过程,焊接热输入和初始负载共同决定持载焊接的位移变化范围和焊接残余变形的大小;初始负载越大,应力应变重分布往偏心受力方向发展更多,承载力越低,而初始残余应力不影响极限承载力;采用考虑热影响的有限元方法具有一定可行性和总体安全性,规范设计方法仍有可提升空间。  相似文献

腐蚀蚀坑是索承式桥梁吊索力学性能退化的主要原因。基于断裂力学和蚀坑等效,考虑腐蚀蚀坑影响,以吊索在荷载作用下的安全系数小于2.5作为吊索失效判据,建立腐蚀吊索承载力安全性能评估方法,并以袁州大桥钢丝腐蚀速率数据为基础,进行参数敏感性分析和算例计算,研究了各工况下吊索失效时的断丝数量和安全系数小于2.5的时间。结果表明,该方法相比较均匀腐蚀理论模型,考虑了钢丝腐蚀蚀坑对吊索承载力的影响,能够预测钢丝断裂数量和安全系数小于2.5的时间。  相似文献

对于新提出的方形高强钢管混凝土叠合柱的极限承载力,基于统一强度理论,考虑中间主应力和材料拉压比的影响,引入有效约束系数和非有效约束系数并考虑箍筋对钢管外混凝土约束作用的不同,把钢管外箍筋约束混凝土划分为有效约束区和非有效约束区,将方形截面等效为圆形截面以考虑钢管核心混凝土受到的钢管和外围钢筋混凝土的双重约束效应,提出了方形高强钢管混凝土叠合柱的一种新的轴压极限承载力计算方法。将所得理论计算结果与文献试验结果进行对比,吻合良好,证明了公式的正确性。对各参数的影响规律分析表明,方形高强钢管混凝土叠合柱的承载力随着侧压系数、中间主应力影响系数、材料拉压比和纵向配筋率的增大而增大,随着钢管径厚比的增大而减小。  相似文献

为研究T形板肋对预制带肋底板混凝土叠合板弯曲疲劳性能的影响,对3块T形肋底板叠合板和1块整浇板进行弯曲疲劳性能对比试验,主要考察T形板肋与疲劳荷载幅值对试件疲劳破坏形态及疲劳损伤程度的影响,得到了在不同疲劳循环加载次数下的跨中动位移、混凝土应变、预应力筋应变、残余变形等,分析了在不同疲劳循环加载次数下的刚度退化情况、荷载-应变分布规律、裂缝分布规律及剩余承载力等。研究结果表明,经历200万次疲劳循环加载后,T形肋底板叠合板无明显的刚度和强度退化,增设T形板肋的叠合板能达到与整浇板相同的弯曲疲劳性能;T形肋底板叠合板正截面弯曲疲劳强度计算可采用普通预应力混凝土受弯构件正截面疲劳应力验算的4个假定,最终以此建立了其正截面弯曲疲劳强度验算方法。  相似文献

基于等效原则、相似理论,考虑三维地震动作用下振动台试验中原型结构隔震层的简化,并对模型结构隔震层进行系统研究。针对不同高宽比隔震结构,提出完全等效简化方法和部分等效简化方法,包括隔震垫等效、模型支座参数及坐标确定、相似关系确定等。利用不同高宽比隔震结构振动台试验,结合有限元数值模拟,进行方法验证。理论推导与数值模拟证明简化方法具有良好的准确性,且在误差允许范围内,简化后的隔震层所获得的加速度、速度、位移等动力特性与简化前相同,可以用于振动台试验模型设计。  相似文献

Combining the Mindlin elastic displacement solution with the elementary theory of finite element, in this paper, the shear stress distribution of pressure-dispersive anchor is calculated. Its work performances were compared with those of tensile anchor. According to the in-situ pull-out test of pressure-dispersive anchors in weak rock stratums, it is proven that the bearing capacity of pressure-dispersive anchor increases rather evidently than that of tensile anchor under the same condition and the effect of spacing between load-supporting bodies on the bearing capacity of pressure-dispersive anchor is analyzed. The analysis results of this paper can offer some references to the engineering application of this new type of anchor in the future.  相似文献

通过现场拉拔破坏性试验,测得不同直径的GFRP抗浮锚杆在基础底板内的极限承载力和滑移量,并与实际工程中不同形式的钢筋抗浮锚杆作比较,分析其承载性能和粘结特性。研究表明,在相同的混凝土强度与养护条件下,相同直径的GFRP抗浮锚杆的极限承载力、平均粘结强度与钢筋抗浮锚杆相比较高,且GFRP抗浮锚杆的变形能够满足实际工程需求,充分验证了GFRP材料用作抗浮锚杆的先进性与合理性。基于试验结果与理论分析,给出了GFRP抗浮锚杆与基础底板的最佳锚固面积,并提出了计算公式。  相似文献

The mechanism and lateral bearing capacity of reinforcement concrete (RC) frame with dry stack in filled panel (DSIP) were investigated using quasi static experiments and finite element models. According to the parallel model and equivalent strut model, the lateral bearing capacity of RC frame and DSIP were researched separately. Results show that: 1) The plain stress element and interface element are applicable in finite element (FE) model analysis. According to the FE model, the failure of RC frame with DSIP is caused by the damage of frame; 2) Lateral bearing capacity of DSIP is mainly from the friction between bricks in the panel, which can be divided into 3 stages: constant stage, increasing stage and ultimate stage; 3) Equations for lateral bearing capacity of DSIP were proposed and verified by FE model results.  相似文献

Considering the relationships of coupling movement and compatible displacement among bonding layer, piezoelectric layer, damping layer, and base structure, a finite element dynamic model of coupled systems for vibration reduction plates is established. The model combined with piezoelectric theory, finite element theory and ADF model of viscoelastic damping material can be suitable for vibration model of complex SCLD structure. The dynamics parameters for clamped-clamped steel plate with partially treated smart constrained layer damping are obtained by theoretical calculation, ANSYS modal analysis and modal experiment. The results show that theoretical values are closer to the test results and ANSYS analysis, and the methods proposed is more accurate and effective.  相似文献

In order to make fire resistance design of high strength steel columns in building structures, the numerical calculation method on load bearing capacity of high strength steel columns at elevated temperature was investigated. By taking the mechanical property of high strength steel at elevated temperature into consideration, extension was made on the inverse calculation segment length method and the program to compute the load bearing capacity of high strength steel columns at elevated temperature was performed. The program was adopted to compute the load bearing capacity. The results obtained by the program and the finite element analysis were compared and good agreement had been found. The influence of magnitude, distribution mode of residual stress and initial geometry imperfection on ultimate load bearing capacity was analyzed by employing the program. It is shown that the extended method can be is shown used to calculate the load bearing capacity of high strength steel columns at elevated temperature; the magnitude and distribution mode of residual stress had little influence but the geometry imperfection have significant influence on ultimate load bearing capacity.  相似文献

In order to analyze the seismic behavior of widened beam flange joints, 16 specimens were derived from finite element models base on experiments. The effects of some parameters, such as the increased width and length, on ultimate load and ductility performance of joints were further discussed with ANSYS finite element method. According to specimen failure phenomenon of both experiment and finite element method, the weak link of the joints was found and the cracking possibility was evaluated. A theoretical analysis of the fracture mechanism of widened beam flange connection was conducted. In addition, design method of widened beam flange parameters was introduced, which will offer valuable information and reference for seismic design in steel frame joints.  相似文献

The effectiveness of equivalent strip model calculating the horizontal ultimate bearing capacity of multi-story steel plate shear walls(SPSW)by using the software SAP2000 to make Pushover analysis was demonstrated by comparing the simulated values with results from experimental studies performed by different researchers.The effect of different slenderness ratios on the ultimate bearing capacity of four-story single-span SPSW and four-story three-span dual steel shear walls system subjected to the inverse triangular load was obtained by the verified analytical model,which was compared with the performance of corresponding bare frames.The slenderness ratio of 250~300 is suggested for the design of SPSW.  相似文献
