随着经济的发展和消费者需求的增加,养殖业从传统的养殖模式逐步过渡到现代的规模养殖。养殖业技术不断进步,养殖规模不断壮大,这给养殖业的投资者带来了发展的机遇,但是同样也带来了一定的风险,怎么使得养殖企业的风险最小是当今研究的一个重点。文章首先对养殖业的风险类型以及产生的原因进行研究,然后提出规模养殖的贝叶斯决策模型,阐述模型的建立和运用过程,利用贝叶斯理论对于规模养殖存在的风险进行定性和定量的分析,进而运用一个决策案例来阐述贝叶斯模型决策的过程。案例的结果表明贝叶斯决策模型可以很好地解决决策风险问题,对于是否需要获取补充信息也做出了明确的判断,同时对于预测情形下的各种方案也做出了风险计算,从而直观地反映决策方案是否符合风险最小,收益最大原则。文中案例是规模养殖业决策风险中的一个问题,类似风险决策问题可以根据决策模型来解决。文章最后对各种风险问题提出决策建议,以期为养殖业的风险决策提供一个有效的方法。 相似文献

本文通过估算1985年–2005年期间福建省畜禽养殖业粪便排放量变化,并通过耕地负荷、流失量等参数评价了福建省畜禽养殖业废弃物污染风险。评估结果表明：1985年福建省的畜禽粪便产生量为2180万吨,而到了2005年达到了4249万吨,翻了一番。1985年时福建省畜禽粪便耕地负荷、纯氮耕地负荷和纯磷耕地负荷分别为15.2 t?hm-2、96 kg?hm-2和45 kg?hm-2;而到了2005年已分别达到了29.6 t?hm-2、181 kg?hm-2和96 kg?hm-2。同时,福建省畜禽粪便中氮、磷、钾流失量分别从1985年的3.26万t、0.70万t和4.47万t增长到6.05万t、1.85万t和10.53万t。2005年福建省畜禽养殖业的氮排放量分别是同期工业废水和生活污水氮排放量的7.4倍和1.9倍,已成为福建省流域水体富营养化的主要原因,其贡献已大大超过工业废水和生活污水。 相似文献

本研究选取中国规模化生猪养殖的成本收益数据与丹麦、加拿大和巴西3个国家进行对比分析。通过比较2005—2010年生猪养殖成本的变化趋势以及成本构成情况,分析总结出中国规模化生猪养殖业在成本控制方面所存在的优势和不足。并且进一步从饲料成本、人工成本以及现代化管理投入3个方面进行了分析。结果表明,相对其他国家而言,中国生猪养殖成本构成中饲料成本所占比例最高,存在着从业人员技术水平有限并且现代化管理投入较少的问题。结合各国生猪养殖业发展经验,从而提出大力培养专业人才,加大科技投入以及促进生猪养殖业规模化和一体化的政策建议。 相似文献

The high-speed development demands new real estate investment theory. Using the experiences of the Western developed countries for reference in property investment and modern portfolio investment theory, the paper introduces the conception of systematic and unsystematic risk with the centre of risk and profit. Consequently, the model of real estate base on least risk and anticipated profit is studied in the discussion of its concerned hypothesis and determining the concerned parameters. With the theory of stochastic differential equation, the authors discuss a problem of a class of risk investment portfolio with stochastic character. With the selection of appropriate utility function and combines the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation, under the assumption that an optimal portfolio exists, and by using the Homologous Lagrangian function, some quantitative results of this risk optimal investment portfolio are given. Year in and year out, flooding causes greater dollar losses than any other natural hazard. To cope with that problem, more than 17,000 communities across the US have adopted riverine floodplain management programs to reduce the amount of urban development at risk from flooding and flood-related damage. This article examines the extent to which floodplain management programs influence the investment and predevelopment decisions of owners of vacant floodplain land in ten selected cities. Such public programs are found to alleviate investment and development pressure in flood hazard areas. Community-wide factors such as the availability of non-floodplain buildable land, however, can magnify or depress this effect of public policy on investment activity. Further, landowner perceptions of the flood hazard itself have an important influence on anticipated property appreciation and investment activity. 相似文献
