以奶油生菜为试材,在LED灯光照条件下水培生菜,研究了不同营养液浓度(日本山崎生菜配方的EC值0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4、1.6、1.8mS/cm)对生菜生长的影响。结果表明:1.0mS/cm和1.2mS/cm营养液浓度处理下奶油生菜地上部鲜重和干重、根鲜重和干重、叶片长度及叶片数最大,而1.8mS/cm处理上述指标最小。生菜体内的硝酸盐积累量随着营养液浓度的提高而增加。综合分析,EC值在1.0~1.2mS/cm水培生菜效果最佳。  相似文献

以奶油生菜(‘荷兰富兰德里’)为试验材料,通过在植物工厂水培营养液中添加相同硒含量(0.5 mg·L-1)的硒酸钠、亚硒酸钠、硒代甲硫氨酸和农用硒肥4种硒肥,研究施用不同硒肥对生菜营养生长、品质以及硒含量的影响。结果表明,施用农用硒肥可促进生菜的营养生长,提高生菜品质及硒含量。施用硒代甲硫氨酸作为硒肥能够显著提高生菜的可溶性蛋白(增加1.1倍)、氨基酸(增加44.12%)、纤维素(增加18.95%)和硒含量(增加441.5倍),并且有效降低生菜的硝酸盐含量(减少23.23%),但是不利于水培生菜的生长,并且降低了生菜的产量(减少51.67%)。施用硒酸钠、亚硒酸钠和农用硒肥均能显著提高水培生菜的维生素C(分别增加57.58%、36.58%、30.67%)和硒含量(分别增加8.13倍、36.02倍、43.02倍),降低生菜的硝酸盐含量(分别减少34.09%、29.32%、20.87%),并有利于生菜的生长和提高生菜的产量(分别增加17.5%、21.67%、40%)。相比之下,农用硒肥的效果要更好,且农用硒肥与其他3种硒肥相比价格最便宜。植物工厂生产富硒生菜营养液农用硒肥适宜质量分数为0.5 mg·L-1。  相似文献

以9个不同品种的生菜为试材,在夏季高温环境条件下的生长和品质进行了比较,以筛选适宜在海南夏季栽培的散叶生菜品种。结果表明:从植株的形态指标和商品性综合来看,以"辛普森精英"、"意大利耐抽薹生菜"和"奶油生菜"3个品种表现较好;从品质指标来看,以"奶油生菜"最好,且极显著优于"辛普森精英"和"意大利耐抽薹生菜"。因此,从综合指标来看,"奶油生菜"是适宜在海南地区夏季栽培的生菜品种。  相似文献

大蒜对硒具有强的生物富集作用,并能将吸收的无机硒的78.24%转化为有机硒。经SephadexG-150柱层析,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,首次从富硒大蒜中分离到一种分子量为30000D的含硒蛋白,进一步研究其抗氧化作用,发现该蛋白能提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性,降低过氧化物酶活性。EPR表明,Na2SeO3处理组大蒜体内活性氧相对含量比对照低31.91%。  相似文献

  以土壤施硒(0. 1 g·m-2) 研究大蒜对硒的吸收、转化及硒对大蒜产量的影响。结果表明, 4 个大蒜品种吸收硒的能力为: 应县大蒜> 忻州大蒜> 榆次大蒜和太谷大蒜。以土壤施硒(0. 01、0. 1、1、10 g·m-2) 、叶面施硒(10、100、1 000 mg·kg-1) 和硒浸种10、100 mg·kg-1) 3 种方式处理应县大蒜, 结果随着硒处理浓度的提高, 大蒜的产量先升后降,大蒜含硒量随着硒处理浓度的提高而提高, 但无机硒转化成有机硒的比率下降。  相似文献

以紫阳高硒土及当地栽培的4个辣椒品种为试材,研究了不同辣椒品种对硒的吸收、转化及硒对辣椒产量的影响。结果表明:4个辣椒品种硒的吸收能力为"巨无霸""新丰""洛-318""超越清",含硒量均表现为根叶茎果实;施硒对辣椒的增产幅度为29.7%~43.4%;4个辣椒品种的有机硒转化率均达到98%。  相似文献

Five greenhouse-grown cowpea [Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp] cultivars were tested in a generalized random complete-block design to determine the effect of early leaf harvest on dry weight and protein concentration of plant parts at maturity. The most recent, fully expanded leaves on each branch from one group of plants were harvested at 5 and 7 weeks after planting. On the other groups of plants, no early leaf harvest was performed. Dry weight and protein concentration (dry weight basis) were determined for leaves, stems, and seeds at maturity and for leaves harvested early. Weight and protein concentration of seeds, leaves, and stems differed significantly between cultivars; protein concentration of leaves harvested at 5 or 7 weeks did not. Dry weight of leaves harvested at 5 vs. 7 weeks did not differ significantly, but leaf protein concentration was significantly higher at 5 weeks compared to 7 weeks. Across all cultivars, early leaf harvest had no significant effect on leaf or stem weight per plant at maturity. However, there was a significant decrease in seed weight when leaves were harvested early. Results suggest that even limited leaf harvest at 5 and 7 weeks has detrimental effects on yield, but not on protein concentration, of cowpea seeds harvested at maturity.  相似文献

为评价紫叶生菜和绿叶生菜的营养价值,选取紫叶生菜和绿叶生菜品种各4个,分别测定、比较了其可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C、硝酸盐和花青素含量。试验结果表明,绿叶生菜(GT)品种可溶性糖含量整体均高于紫叶(VT)品种,平均高112.9%;整体上VT与GT的硝酸盐含量差异不大,其中VT中深紫色的VT_1硝酸盐含量显著高于其他品种,GT中深绿色的GT1硝酸盐含量高于其他品种;所有VT品种的可溶性蛋白、维生素C以及花青素含量均高于GT品种,其中VT品种的可溶性蛋白和维生素C含量分别比GT的高80.6%、33.4%。另外,只有紫叶生菜含有花青素,其中深紫色的VT1花青素含量最高,随叶色变浅而逐渐降低。以上结果说明绿叶生菜品种可溶性糖含量显著高于紫叶品种,且较紫叶生菜口感好,但紫叶生菜的可溶性蛋白、维生素C以及花青素含量高于绿叶生菜。  相似文献

通过盆栽试验对5个品种莴笋的生物学特性、生理和营养特性及产量、品质进行了比较研究.结果表明:"大白甲"株高最低,"挂丝红"叶片数最多,"润农"最大叶面积最大;"挂丝红"和"大白甲"的叶绿素含量较高,"挂丝红"叶片的养分含量较高.5个品种莴笋的产量以"挂丝红">"尖叶">"大白甲">"润农">"双尖", 硝酸盐含量以"润农">"尖叶">"双尖">"大白甲">"挂丝红", 营养品质指标(Vc、可溶性糖、氨基酸)以"挂丝红"、"双尖"较好.综合产量和品质,"挂丝红"为高产优质的最佳品种.  相似文献

为了筛选出富硒能力高的豇豆,以12份豇豆材料为试材,在高质量分数硒(10 mg·kg-1)土壤中进行盆栽试验,测定豇豆各器官生物量和硒含量。结果表明,在幼苗试验中,15282-1根系、茎秆、叶片和地上部分生物量均最高;17300的根系硒含量最高;3F回-14-4红籽的茎秆硒含量最高;Fy-1的叶片和地上部分硒含量最高。在成株试验中,15282-1根系和叶片生物量最高;15279的茎秆生物量最高;17F11Z-红-1-1-红的果荚生物量最高;FHG-3-1-1-2的根系和果荚硒含量最高;HF1013-25-2-1-1的茎秆和叶片硒含量最高。综上所述,豇豆不同器官对硒的富集能力不同,其中豇豆根系对硒的富集能力较强。15282-1的幼苗硒富集能力较强,FHG-3-1-1-2、HF1013-25-2-1-1和3F回-14-4红籽的成株硒富集能力均在较高水平。  相似文献

The growth, development and mineral contents of 3 cultivars of amarant (Amaranthus cruentus L.), ‘Large Leaf’, ‘Light Red’ and ‘Local Green’, were compared in a greenhouse study. There were small differences between the cultivars for the development per plant of leaf area, number of branches, number of nodes, and dry-weight production of stems, roots, inflorescences and most especially leaves at the edible stage. The 3 cultivars produced edible shoots between 5 and 7 weeks. There were, however, significant differences in the mineral content of the cultivars, in the order ‘Local Green’ > ‘Large Leaf’ > ‘Light Red’, for the concentrations of nitrogen, calcium, magnesium, iron and manganese. It is concluded that, although the 3 cultivars matured at the same time, ‘Local Green’ was the most nutritive as to mineral contents.  相似文献

 研究结果表明: 重金属元素铅(Pb) 、镉(Cd) 、铬(Cr) 对几种叶类蔬菜生长和产量都有明显的影响, 且其影响因蔬菜种类、元素种类和浓度的不同而有很大差异, 叶用莴苣> 苋菜> 芥菜> 菜薹>蕹菜, Cr > Cd > Pb ; 不同蔬菜类型可食部位积累重金属元素的顺序为苋菜> 叶用莴苣> 菜薹> 蕹菜> 芥菜;各元素从营养液向蔬菜体内转移的迁移累积率顺序为Cd > Cr > Pb。随着各元素浓度的增大, 对蔬菜生长的影响和其可食部分的富集量随之加大。  相似文献

Effect of nickel (Ni) in the nutrient solution on yield, N metabolism, and nitrate content of leafy vegetables is poorly understood. The aim of this nutrient solution culture experiment was to investigate the effects of Ni supplementation on the nitrogen (N) metabolism and growth of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. cv. Baker) with either urea or nitrate as the N source. Nickel supplement at 0.04 μM reduced urea toxicity to the urea-fed plants. Addition of Ni to the nutrient solution significantly increased the leaves and root growth of the urea-fed lettuce plants while it increased the growth of lettuce plants fed with nitrate only at N level of 20 mM. At N level of 20 mM, the leaves fresh weight of the urea-fed plants promoted by Ni supplement was comparable with the nitrate-fed plants untreated with Ni. Nickel supplementation increased the leaf total N concentrations in the urea-fed plants, although the nitrate-fed plants accumulated greater N in their leaves compared with urea treated plants at without Ni treatment. Nickel addition decreased the concentrations of leaf urea-N in the urea-fed plants and NO3-N in the nitrate-fed plants. Nickel addition enhanced urease activity in the leaves of urea-fed plants. The results indicated Ni supplementation enhances the growth of the urea-fed lettuce plants while it has role in decreasing leaf nitrate concentration and thus, improving the health quality of the nitrate-fed plants.  相似文献

Summary

The effects of suboptimal cold temperatures were investigated in an array of vegetative, reproductive and leaf characters in 34 cultivars, both open pollinated and hybrid, of melons, Cucumis melo. The cultivars were grown in two treatments: (i) a heated greenhouse (T1) that produced temperatures similar to those used in commercial cultivation in winter; and (ii) an unheated greenhouse (T2) that produced significantly lower night-time temperatures than T1. Plants grown in T1 had significantly longer main stems and internode lengths, more nodes and more potassium in their leaves but less leaf biomass than plants grown in T2. Plants from T2 also had more green and yellow leaf colour than plants from T1. Open pollinated cultivars had significantly longer main stems, more nodes and more green and yellow leaf colour than hybrid cultivars. Significant differences were found among the cultivars in all traits.  相似文献
