A comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy matter element analysis is proposed to solve problems of multiple performance and quality evaluation for computer numerical control (CNC) equipment. The fuzzy matter element theory is utilized to analyze multi-scale quality characteristics and attributes. Then, the comprehensive quality evaluation model for CNC equipment is founded by using fuzzy matter element analysis method. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and information entropy are applied to obtain the objective index weights. Furthermore, the combinational weight is calculated with the optimal mathematics model based on the least square method. Finally, the fuzzy matter element method is used to determine the assessment result. The case study indicates that the method has a certain rationality and feasibility.  相似文献

为了提高可食胶粘剂的综合性能,采用模糊综合评价法确定可食胶粘剂性能指标的隶属度,采用主成分分析法确定性能指标的权重,并建立综合评价可食胶粘剂性能的数学模型,然后以可食胶粘剂性能指标总分为响应值,运用响应面分析法对可食胶粘剂制备工艺进行优化,研究糯米粉质量分数、魔芋粉质量分数和干酪素质量分数对可食胶粘剂性能的影响以及它们之间的交互作用。结果显示,可食胶粘剂最优的工艺条件为:糯米粉质量分数9%,魔芋粉质量分数10%,干酪素质量分数6%。此条件下,制得的可食胶粘剂性能总分为0.984 5,与预测值仅相差1.55%,说明优化的工艺可用于指导实践。  相似文献

This paper is focused on early warning of corporation financial crisis for the China's household electric appliance manufacturers in stock market. Firstly, using company's open-disclosed annual statements as data resource, the financial indexes system is constructed. Secondary, adopting the multivariable statistical analysis method, such as cluster, discriminate and principle component analysis, the multivariate models for the empirical study on early warning of financial crisis by making use of SPSS statistical software are set up. The corporation might discover the financial affairs crisis that shall probably arise beforehand by using the financial affairs crisis early warning system. 预警是排警的基础,传统的预警是建立在预测的基础上,针对大豆预警提出了一种新的方法-决策树预警。从中国大豆生产的实际出发,运用预警的相关理论,首先针对近18 年的中国大豆市场,建立了预警指标体系;然后利用决策树的方法从各警兆指标对警情指标的影响中提取了若干规则集,建立了中国大豆进口依存度预警体系,结果表明:2002年至今,中国大豆进口依存度一直处于重警的状态。  相似文献

在全球气候变化背景下,研究昆明小麦的气候风险度,可为科学地规避气候风险提供参考和依据,运用模糊数学理论,综合小麦气候适宜度,构建风险度模型,对昆明小麦的气候风险度进行评估。结果表明,近几十年来,昆明小麦气候风险度和日照风险度变化不大,趋势较为平稳;降水风险度偏高,变化幅度大而且有增加的趋势。随着近几十年的气候变暖,温度风险度有较为明显的下降趋势,小麦全生育期降水风险度最高,温度风险度次之,日照风险度维持在较低水平,且基本无变化。运用模糊数学理论建立的作物气候风险度模型能客观反映气候条件对小麦生长发育的风险程度。昆明小麦降水风险度高,因此在生产中可通过合理安排种植制度、水分调控等方面的措施规避气候风险。  相似文献

]随着城镇化和工业化的高速发展,经济发展和生态环境保护之间的矛盾日益加剧。客观评价区域生态安全状况、变化规律、影响因素,并适时准确进行生态安全预警,对促进区域经济社会和生态环境协调发展具有重要意义。[方法]本研究运用PSR模型构建安徽省生态安全评价指标体系,综合熵权法和层次分析法确定指标综合权重,对2008-2013年安徽省区域生态安全状况进行评价和预警。[结果]结果发现安徽省生态安全综合指数总体呈上升趋势,大部分区域处于轻警-无警区。生态安全指数空间上呈南高北低趋势,皖南山区生态安全状况最好,江淮地区次之,皖北地区较差。从驱动因子上看,皖北地区生态安全受压力指标影响较大,江淮地区生态安全受状态指标影响较大,皖南地区生态安全受响应指标影响较大。[结论]本研究进一步丰富了省域生态安全评价实证案例和相关理论体系,为政府制定相关决策提供了技术支撑和理论依据。  相似文献

There are many risks that influence freeway project financing and the influence of these risks differ by project stage. However, it is impossible to analyze the total risk of project financing objectively and accurately merely using the fuzzy or grey evaluation methods. These methods cannot reflect the dynamic characteristics of financing risks during freeway project construction. A dynamically grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was established and used to evaluate the financing risks of a freeway project. The results indicate that this method can not only make full use of the rich experience of the experts, but also reduce the influence of subjective factors. In addition, this method can reflect the dynamic characteristics of the financing risks during freeway project construction. Investors therefore can pertinently prevent and control financing risks based on the results of the evaluation of financing risks in every stage of the project. A demonstration shows that the method is suitable for comprehensive evaluation of financing risks of infrastructure projects such as freeways.  相似文献

A method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on standard indexes is presented. This method regards all sorts of standard indexes of evaluation objects as basic evaluation standards. Its main setps are: (1 )obtain evaluation parameters(all kinds of parameters which decide main performances of evaluation objects)and set up evaluation parameter matrix; (2) determine satisfaction degrees of various parameters and set up satisfaction degree matrix; (3) determine the weight of various prarmeters and set up the weight set; (4) make comprehensive evaluation and obtain evaluation result. 为了客观有效地评价生态气候资源对蓝莓生长发育的适宜状况,基于科学性、系统性、实用性及动态性的原则,从蓝莓的种植区域生态环境、生育期气候条件、田间管理水平3个方面选取了12项指标,构建了蓝莓生态气候适宜度评价指标体系。运用模糊数学理论,分别建立了土壤、气温等评价因子对蓝莓生态气候适宜度的隶属函数,并结合专家打分法对各因子的权重进行了分配,构建一个二级层次结构的评价模型。通过评价模型可定量化计算出确定品种的蓝莓在具体种植地和时间段的生态气候适宜程度。本研究填补了国内蓝莓生态气候适宜性模糊评价的空白,为蓝莓引种、建园、产量及品质预测、气象灾害损失评估等提供科学依据。  相似文献

Regional manufacturing information engineering industries are extremely large and complex systems. Based on the implemental integer effect and an evaluation requirement of regional manufacturing information engineering, we analyzed the objectives and characteristics of regional manufacturing information engineering, proposed a multiple evaluation index method of regional manufacturing information engineering. Based on a multiple integration evaluation method, we built a model to evaluate regional manufacturing information engineering. We proposed a measurement model for regional manufacturing information engineering based on multi level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Our quantitative research regarding the implementation effectiveness of regional manufacturing information engineering was based on fuzzy quantitative indicators. The model was grounded on collecting indexes of regional manufacturing industry information engineering, and used a fuzzy matrix to normalize the assessment results to a single fuzzy comprehensive evaluation level. Measurement was carried out step by step. Multi level comprehensive evaluation results for a regional manufacturing information engineering industry were obtained. The validity of the model was shown through application practice.  相似文献

To determine the risks, a fuzzy comprehensive judge method is put forward with AHP method. 大风灾害是影响内蒙古设施农业生产的主要气象灾害之一,为给内蒙古设施农业规划布局提供科学依据,结合实地设施农业大风灾害调查数据,以地面大风观测资料和温室风载荷指标为基础,计算日光温室大风致灾指标,进行大风灾害预警等级划分,并通过构建设施农业风灾评估模型,研究内蒙古不同地区日光温室的抗风能力。从日光温室大风灾害综合风险指数来看,中、高风险地区主要集中在中西部地区,沿山地区风灾风险总体较高,尤其是阴山北麓地区,春、秋季灾害风险较高。原因是该地区主要成产季大风天气较多,危险性指数较高,同时阴山北麓地区海拔较高、人口密度较大,敏感性和暴露度较高,成为影响设施农业生产的主要风灾因子,因此,阴山北麓区在发展日光温室时要尽量避免大风天气的影响,东南部燕山丘陵地区风灾风险较低,考虑风灾的影响,该地区最适宜日光温室发展。本研究可为内蒙古设施农业风灾风险预警服务及风灾防御措施的制定提供技术支撑。  相似文献

本研究旨在寻找大叶种茶品质与气候条件的关系,为开展大叶种茶气候品质评价提供技术支撑。应用普洱茶主产区19个样本茶园平行观测小气候因子和普洱茶内含物数据,采用相关分析、模糊数学等方法,确定了大叶种茶气候品质评价因子、指标,建立单因子适宜度模型和气候品质指数。结果表明,大叶种茶树生长季内平均气温与咖啡碱含量呈显著的负相关,相对湿度与氨基酸含量也呈显著的负相关;结合大叶种茶树的生理学特性,确定了评价指标,并建立了单个气象要素和综合的气候品质评价模型;通过在研究茶区对评价方法进行验证,评价准确率为84%。  相似文献

The authors determine the index system and the index weight of capability of real estate by applying Delphi method and AHP method, and found the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of capability of real estate. They creates the model of capability Vs. price based on value engineering theory. The authors analysis detailedly deciding method of capability Vs. price of real estate combined with a practice example and application. The method adapts to a house as well as the type of the house. In practice, the investors often choose a construction project only by simple estimation rather by deep financial evaluation and risk analysis. In this article, modal analysis technology about dynamic analysis was studied. Free interface model comprehensive method was used to dynamic analysis and design of automobile structure based on theory background of model analysis, test technology conditions, data reliability and precision. In order to test the efficient and possibility of the method, main vibration features about space double layer has been calculated based on this method, comparing this with the precise solution of finite element method, the result shows that this method is suitable not only for simple interfaces between components but also for high reductive interfaces. In addition, the method also has high comprehensive precision. Furthermore it creates conditions to dynamic analysis in automobile structures.  相似文献

Political risk is one of the common risks in international construction projects, the political risk is analyzed in this paper and an evaluation model of political risk in international construction projects is presented based on BP algorithm, The model is a self- study and self- adaptive one in risk evaluation. Through the simulation study with practice data, with this model the cost improvement of international construction projects can be predicted in political risks exactly, it is useful in evaluating the comprehensive political risk.  相似文献
