2003年4月21日至7月3日进行了黄颡鱼较大规模的人工繁殖试验,人工催产黄颡鱼6批,其中催产雌性黄颡鱼1017尾,计82.7kg,雄性黄颡鱼1080尾,计130kg,获黄颡鱼苗40万尾左右.本文对黄颡鱼的繁殖季节,雌雄比例,注射方法,几种催产激素对黄颡鱼的催产效果,流水孵化与静水孵化的效果,人工鱼巢的设置,苗种培育等进行了分析和比较.  相似文献

We investigated the origin of dissolved free amino acids (DFAA) in stream water focusing on biofilms in the river bed by means of incubation experiments in the laboratory. Stones were placed in the Toyohira River, Hokkaido, Japan, for 3 months, allowing formation of biofilms, and then incubated for 24 h in the laboratory at stream water temperature. After incubation, the composition and concentrations of DFAA in the incubation solution and total hydrolyzed amino acids (THAA) in biofilms were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography. The amount of chlorophyll a (Chl. a) and the number of bacteria were also measured. The DFAA concentration increased greatly in the biofilm incubation solution, but the DFAA composition (mol %) did not change relative to the inception of incubation, where it was similar to stream water. There was no correlation between the increase in DFAA concentration and the THAA concentration, Chl. a amount, or the number of bacteria in biofilms. These results suggest that biofilms are one of the major sources of DFAA in stream water.  相似文献

Survival of Aeromonas salmonicida was monitored during prolonged incubation in either distilled water or lake water. Culturability was determined from colony forming units enumerated on tryptone soy agar, whilst flow cytometry was used for direct analysis of viable cells after staining with fluorescent dyes which differentially stained bacteria in relation to defined cellular properties. Over time, populations of culturable cells steadily declined and were not detected after 10 days incubation in distilled water or 33 days in lake water. Flow cytometric analysis revealed that cellular properties related to viability were lost shortly after culturable cells became undetectable in distilled water. In contrast, those incubated in lake water showed little change in these properties over a 57-day experimental period. The implications of these differences are discussed, and it is concluded that A. salmonicida is capable of remaining intact and active upon prolonged incubation in lake water, although this does not conclusively prove viability.  相似文献

Attempts at artificial propagation and rearing of juvenile galaxiids (‘whitebait’) have been hindered by low fecundities and survival. To circumvent these issues, we subjected wild and captivity‐acclimated giant kokopu (Galaxias argenteus), a hitherto unexplored galaxiid, to captive breeding protocols and evaluated the effects of salinity and temperature on egg fertilisation, incubation duration and hatching. Eggs sourced over several spawning seasons were subjected to different salinity (0, 9, 15, 20 and 30–35 PSU) and temperature (4, 10, 15 and 17°C) combinations. Average fertilisation rates were highest (95%) when gametes were activated in fresh water (0 PSU) and declined as salinity increased. Average hatch rates were highest (71–68%) when eggs were incubated in fresh water (0 PSU) at 10°C and decreased as salinity and temperature increased. Sequential stages of embryonic development were documented and several year classes of offspring were produced to form a captive breeding colony. We conclude that the giant kokopu has notable reproduction‐related qualities that may be useful for future aquaculture exploitation of this species.  相似文献

对人工干法授精、微量充气孵化条件下星突江鲽的胚胎发育进行了研究。星突江鲽受精卵为分离的球形浮性卵,无油球、卵膜薄、光滑且透明,具弹性。吸水前卵径为0.66~0.70mm,吸水后为0.91~1.06mm。根据胚胎发育的外部形态及典型特征将星突江鲽胚胎发育过程划分为卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、神经胚期、胚孔关闭、眼泡和肌节形成、尾芽形成、晶体出现、听囊出现、出膜前期和出膜期11个连续的典型时期。在11±0.5℃水温下,受精卵经过101h仔鱼脱膜孵出。初孵仔鱼全长2.3~2.5mm,卵黄囊长径1.075~1.25mm,短径0.60~0.675mm。  相似文献

Incubation of northern snake-necked turtle (Chelodina rugosa) eggs and subsequent sale of hatchlings for the pet industry has the potential to provide culturally suitable employment for indigenous communities in northern Australia. Developmental arrest in response to egg inundation is unique to C. rugosa. Eggs can be stored under water for up to 10 weeks without appreciable impact on egg or embryo survival, allowing the transport and sale of eggs into niche markets without high levels of mortality, and permitting eggs to accumulate in diapause until there are sufficient numbers to incubate as batches. Eggs that are not inundated or inundated for short periods experience similar survival rates to eggs inundated for lengthy periods. Incubation temperature influences embryo survival and development period in C. rugosa. Embryonic survival is greatest at 26 °C, steadily declining as temperature increases to 32 °C. A similar increase in incubation temperature decreases incubation period by approximately 40 days, however almost half of this variation is attributed to the increase in incubation temperature from 26 to 28 °C. Hatchling growth in C. rugosa is characterized by two phases. There is an initial phase of relatively slow growth under the partial influence of initial egg size and incubation duration, followed by a second phase of relatively rapid growth under the partial influence of water temperature and mass at hatching. Post-hatching survival is negatively correlated with duration of egg inundation and water temperature. Evidence suggests that inundation of C. rugosa eggs for 6 weeks, incubation of embryos at 28 °C and raising hatchlings in 28 °C water will yield the best overall outcomes.  相似文献

This study examined the pH sensitivity of steelhead, Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum), sperm motility relative to the composition of incubation and activation media. The percentage of sperm that initiated motility following incubation in a sperm immobilizing solution (SI) titrated to different pH values and subsequent activation by dilution in buffered swimming medium (SM) at pH 8.5 or 50% ovarian fluid (OF) showed little or no pH sensitivity; sperm diluted in de‐ionized water (DI) showed no motility after incubation at any pH. In contrast, motility of sperm diluted in tap water (TAP) was highly sensitive to the pH of the incubation medium. Sperm incubated with buffered seminal plasma at high, but not low pH demonstrated high percent motility when diluted with DI. Sperm incubated in low‐pH SI demonstrated high motility only when diluted into high‐pH SM. The effects of the composition of incubation and activation media on sperm motility were generally reflected in comparable effects on fertility. Therefore, these data indicate that the pH sensitivity of sperm motility and fertility depends on the composition of commonly used incubation as well as activation media.  相似文献

Pinfish (Lagodon rhomboides Linnaeus) and pigfish (Orthopristis chrysoptera L.) are relatively new, cultured species commonly used as marine baitfish in the south‐eastern United States and currently have no defined protocols for egg incubation. Thus, experiments were conducted to determine efficient egg stocking densities during static and flow‐through incubation that yielded higher quality larvae. Eggs of each species were incubated statically at 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 eggs L?1, and after incubation, egg hatching success, larval survival to first feeding, larval morphometrics and water quality were assessed. Stocking densities above 250 eggs L?1 led to significant reductions in pinfish hatching success and water quality degradation, evident from decreased dissolved oxygen and pH levels and increased nitrogenous wastes. Increased stocking densities for pigfish also resulted in significant water quality degradation, although hatching success was unaffected up to a density of 1000 eggs L?1. A high flow‐through water exchange rate of 2000% daily resulted in significant reductions in nitrogenous wastes and greater stability in dissolved oxygen and pH levels during incubation when compared to static treatments of the same egg density. Additionally, the high exchange rate of 2000% was critical in maintaining high hatching success and larval survival to first feeding at stocking densities of 1000 eggs L?1 for pinfish and up to 4000 eggs L?1 for pigfish. No clear patterns in larval morphometrics were observed among stocking densities. Static incubation densities of 250 and 1000 eggs L?1 are recommended for pinfish and pigfish, respectively.  相似文献
