The aqueous extract of Phellodendron amurense Rupr.(Amur Cork Tree) provides a rich source of antioxidants and chemical compounds, and can be used for food and wood preservative materials.In this study, we characterized the chemical composition of this extract by GC and GC/MS.The antioxidant capacity was evaluated using a variety of antioxidant assays(superoxide radical,hydroxyl radical, nitric oxide radical, and DPPH radical scavenging activity).Additionally, total polyphenolic content was determined.Phenolic acids and acetone derivatives were major compounds of the extract capable of scavenging the DPPH free radical and reducing ferric ions.DPPH and ferric ion reduction results were strongly correlated with total phenolic content of the extract which also exhibited strong nitric oxide, hydroxyl radical scavenging and superoxide anion radical scavenging activities.  相似文献

对紫甘薯花色苷的化学成分和抗氧化活性进行了研究.研究采用大孔树脂AB-8纯化紫甘薯花色苷,高效液相色谱-2极管阵列法(HPLC-DAD)分析表明,纯化后的提取物中共含有11种花色苷,其中主要成分为酰化的矢车菊素和芍药素.并测定了紫甘薯总花色苷在DPPH自由基清除体系、超氧阴离子体系、还原力和亚油酸体系的抗氧化活性.在质量浓度均为0.5g/L时,花色苷、L-AA和 BHT的还原力分别为0.572、0.460 和0.121,花色苷的清除DPPH自由基的半数抑制浓度(IC50)和清除超氧阴离子IC50分别为6.94和3.68mg/L,表明花色苷还原能力强,并能有效地清除DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子.此外,紫甘薯花色苷能较好地抑制脂质过氧化.  相似文献

The influence of various solvents on the yield of polyphenols from defatted marigold residue, the antioxidant activity of the extracts and the composition of antioxidant compounds in the extracts were investigated. The content of total phenolics and flavonoids in the extracts was significantly varied with different solvents (P<0.05) and the extract by ethyl alcohol (EtOH)/water (7:3, v/v) has the highest content of total phenolics and flavonoids, 62.33 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE)/g and 97.00 mg rutin equivalent (RE)/g, respectively. The antioxidant activity of the extracts was evaluated by radical (2,2'-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS), 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)) scavenging and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assays. The results of the correlation analysis showed that the antioxidant activity was well correlated with the content of total phenolics and flavonoids (R2>0.900). Antioxidant components in the extracts were identified by combined on-line HPLC-ABTS·+ post-column assay and HPLC-DAD-MS method. Gallic acid, gallicin, quercetagetin, 6-hydroxykaempferol-O-hexoside, patuletin-O-hexoside and quercetin were the dominant antioxidant compounds in the extracts, and quercetagetin was identified as the strongest antioxidant capacity.  相似文献

Hot water extract (HWE) from Pinus radiata bark was fractionated into monomeric polyphenol (MPP), oligomeric proanthocyanidin (OPA), and polymeric proanthocyanidin (PPA) fractions by monitoring the UV-visible spectrum of the eluted fractions. Nine polyphenols were identified in MPP: three phenolic acids and six flavonoids. The major compounds of MPP were taxifolin (456 μg/mg), catechins (240 μg/mg), and protocatechuic acid (46.2 μg/mg). The OPA components ranged from dimers to hexamers. PPA comprised procyanidin (PC, 94%), a small amount of prodelphinidin (PD, 6%), and also the higher trans configuration, rather than the cis configuration, of C2-C3. The average molecular weight (Mw, Mn), polydispersity (Mw/Mn), and DP of PPA were 3,800 (Mw), 1,200 (Mn), 3.2 and 13, respectively. The potential antioxidant activities of HWE and the three fractions were estimated using proton- or electron-donating assays containing 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical, 2,2′-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate) (ABTS) radical cation, superoxide anion (O2•−), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), reducing power and lipid peroxidation. All the bark fractions exhibited potent quenching abilities against both commercially available radicals (DPPH•, ABTS•+) and chemically induced radicals (H2O2, O2•−), as well as strong reducing power and inhibitory activity of lipid peroxidation. Particularly, OPA showed a hydrogen peroxide scavenging activity significantly higher (p < 0.05) than that of the other fractions. From 2-thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and ferric thiocyanate assays, PPA was suspected to act by essentially delaying the formation of hydroperoxide by quenching free oxygen radicals that operates in oil-in-water emulsion.  相似文献

采用Fenton法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、还原力的测定以及盐酸萘乙二胺比色法等几种实验方法研究了白灵菇菌丝体胞内与胞外多糖体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:白灵菇菌丝体胞内与胞外多糖提取物均具有较强的体外抗氧化性能,且随着多糖浓度的增大其抗氧化活性逐渐增强。对羟基自由基(·OH)的清除能力,胞内多糖优于胞外多糖;对超氧阴离子自由基(O2^-)的清除能力,当多糖浓度低于55μg/ml时,胞内多糖优于胞外多糖,当多糖浓度高于55μg/ml时,胞外多糖优于胞内多糖;在还原力抑制方面,胞内多糖优于胞外多糖;在对NO2^-清除方面,胞外多糖表现为最强。  相似文献

The methanolic extract of the root of Garcinia multiflora and its derived soluble fractions, namely those soluble in ethyl acetate (EtOAc), n-butanol, and water, were screened for their antioxidant activities. Among them, the EtOAc-soluble fraction exhibited the highest scavenging activity against the 1,1-dipheny1,2-picrylhydrazyl radical, the highest superoxide radical scavenging activity, and the strongest reducing power. In addition, according to the bioactivity-guided isolation, 26 specific phytocompounds, including 3 aromatics, 3 benzophenones, 3 flavonoids, 3 isocoumarins, 1 phloroglucinol, 6 steroids, and 7 xanthones, were isolated from the EtOAc-soluble fraction and identified. Of these, 2,4,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-6-methoxybenzophenone and 1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxyxanthone were found to be the major bioactive constituents, present in the crude extract in concentrations of 3.9 and 15.6 mg/g, respectively. These two compounds had similar antioxidant activities to (+)-catechin, a well-known antioxidant.  相似文献

为了筛选出适合河南及周边地区推广的新优李品种,选取生产中主栽的8个李品种(紫琥珀、青脆李、法国李、公主李、黑宝石、济源的黄甘李、黄桔李和平顶山的黑宝石)及5个新选育的李优良品系(7-15、4-12、1-24、3-11、4-22)作为材料,测定并比较果实主要外观指标、营养成分、功能性成分和提取液抗氧化活性。结果表明:不同地区的同一李品种(系)果形指数一致,但是果形大小、营养成分、功能性成分及抗氧化活性均存在显著差异。不同品种(系)李果实中总糖含量与还原糖含量、维生素C含量均呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.926、0.708。大果型的4-12、7-15和小果型的青脆李、公主李,表现为糖酸比高,分别为14.92、10.01、16.54、14.86;维生素C含量高,分别为0.098 9、0.063 2、0.069 2、0.078 3 mg/g。不同品种(系)李果实中类黄酮含量与总酚含量呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.979。类黄酮、总酚含量与李果实提取物清除·OH的能力呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.664、0.650。公主李和法国李具有较高的类黄酮、总酚含量和清除·OH的能力,4-12具有较高的三萜酸含量和清除DPPH·的能力,黄甘李具有较高的三萜酸含量和清除·O_2-的能力,均适合在河南及周边地区进行推广栽培。  相似文献

采用清除OH.能力、清除O2-.能力、抗脂质过氧化能力和还原能力对笃斯越橘花色苷进行体外抗氧化活性的研究和相关性分析。结果表明:笃斯越橘花色苷具有良好的抗氧化活性,是天然抗氧化剂潜在来源。笃斯越橘花色苷含量与OH.清除率、O2-.清除率、抗脂质过氧化抑制率和还原能力具有显著的相关性(相关系数r分别为:0.9929、0.9700、0.9530、0.9807),呈明显的量效关系。OH.清除能力、O2-.清除能力及抗脂质过氧化能力的IC50值分别为28.53、123.32、55.64μg/mL。  相似文献

采用气相色谱-质谱法对不同化学类型樟树叶精油组成进行分析,对比4种樟树叶精油的成分差异;采用DPPH、ABTS、FRAP法对樟树叶精油的体外抗氧化活性进行评价,并使用丁基羟基茴香(BHA)作为阳性对照。研究结果表明:4种类型樟树叶精油共检测出46种主要化学成分,其中,异樟叶精油检测出35种化学成分,主要成分异橙花叔醇为29.48%;芳樟叶精油检测出33种成分,主要成分芳樟醇为71.91%;脑樟叶精油检测出33种化学成分,主要成分樟脑为46.28%;油樟叶精油中共检测出33种化学成分,主要成分1,8-桉叶油素为30.31%。4种樟树叶精油均具有一定的抗氧化活性,且随着精油浓度增加抗氧化能力增强,但其抗氧化能力均低于BHA。其中,脑樟叶精油的DPPH自由基清除能力及Fe 3+还原能力最强,当质量浓度为8 g/L时,脑樟叶精油的DPPH自由基清除率为30.34%±1.25%,FRAP值为(1.44±0.13)mmol/L;而异樟叶精油的ABTS自由基清除能力最强,当质量浓度为8 g/L时,异樟叶精油的ABTS自由基清除率为14.93%±2.32%。  相似文献

偃松松塔经乙醇提取后,渣经热水提取、喷雾干燥、醇沉制备偃松松塔多糖(PPCP),并用苯酚硫酸法检测多糖的含量,气相色谱法测定PPCP的单糖组成。研究结果表明:PPCP是一种杂多糖,主要由阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成,具有典型的多糖红外光谱特征,4种单糖物质的量比为2.33∶1.00∶2.20∶1.94。通过测定PPCP清除DPPH·、·ABTS^+的能力以及还原能力评价PPCP抗氧化活性,然后通过体外实验评估其对RAW 264.7巨噬细胞免疫调节活性,结果表明:偃松松塔多糖有较强的自由基清除能力和Fe^3+还原能力,偃松松塔多糖以浓度依赖性方式表现出较强的抗氧化活性,在多糖质量浓度为2.0 g/L时,DPPH·的清除率(79.72%)达到最大,·ABTS^+清除率(39.63%)达到最大,其Fe^3+还原能力也达到最大值(0.78);松塔多糖能够刺激RAW 264.7巨噬细胞产生大量的NO,并没有对细胞增殖产生影响。  相似文献

目的:研究山桃稠李果实花色苷的提取及抗氧化,以期为其进一步开发利用提供理论基础。方法:以牡丹江产山桃稠李果实为原料,采用超声波辅助提取法,以花色苷得率为指标,探讨乙醇浓度、时间、固液比等因素对得率的影响;体外抗氧化模型研究其抗氧化能力。结果:乙醇浓度60%~75%,固液比1∶15~1∶20,超声波时间35~40 min,超声功率在400 W左右,提取温度在30~40℃左右时,可以作为进一步优化的参数条件,其浓度在1 mg/mL时,超氧自由基清除率在27%左右,其花色苷平均得率为:0.8 mg/g以上。结论:超声波法能快速提取山桃稠李果实中的花色苷,其花色显示一定抗超氧化能力。  相似文献

Non-isothermal, aqueous treatments of Pinus radiata wood were carried out to reach maximal temperatures in the range 210–240°C, and the liquors from the treatments were analysed for phenolic content and antioxidant activity using several tests (,-diphenyl--picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging, hydroxyl radical scavenging, Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity, -carotene bleaching and reducing power). Increased severity resulted in increased yields in phenolics (up to 1.5 g phenolic compounds/100 g oven-dry wood) and improved antioxidant activity. The DPPH radical scavenging capacity of compounds present in autohydrolysis liquors and the -carotene bleaching ability of the compounds extracted with ethyl acetate from liquors were higher than those of synthetic antioxidants. The fractions solubilised in autohydrolysis treatments were also effective as hydroxyl and ABTS radical scavengers. The autohydrolysis liquors and their ethyl acetate soluble fraction showed reducing power in the range reported for extracts from other natural sources.  相似文献

Recently, a number of studies on health benefits associated with natural compounds have been demonstrated. Phenolics in fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices possess potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimutagenic and anticarcinogenic activities. The fringe tree (Chionanthus virginicus) is used as a raw material by pharmaceutical industries for the preparation of homeopathy tinctures. The potential antioxidant activities of two secoiridoids from root bark of fringe tree (Chionanthus virginicus L.) were investigated to evaluate their potential value as the natural products for foods or cosmetic applications. In this study, antioxidant activities were measured by 2,2-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl free radical (DPPH·) scavenging, superoxide anion (O 2 ·? ) radical scavenging, total antioxidant activity, reducing activity, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) scavenging and ferrous metal chelating activity assays. These secoiridoids, as antioxidants neutralized the activities of radicals and inhibited the peroxidation reactions of linoleic acid emulsion. Total antioxidant activity was measured according to ferric thiocyanate method. Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), α-tocopherol and trolox, a water-soluble analog of tocopherol, were used as the reference antioxidant compounds. Ligustroside (3.70 × 10?3 M) and oleuropein (3.80 × 10?3 M) showed 71.9, 82.4, 80.7 and 90.4% inhibition on lipid peroxidation of linoleic acid emulsion, at the concentrations of 10 and 20 μg/mL. On the other hand, 20 μg/mL of standard antioxidant such as α-tocopherol (4.64 × 10?3 M), trolox (7.98 × 10?3 M), BHA (10.08 × 10?3 M) and BHT (9.06 × 10?3 M) exhibited 61.5, 29.8, 74.4 and 71.2% inhibition on peroxidation of linoleic acid emulsion, respectively. In addition, ligustroside and oleuropein had effective DPPH·, ABTS·+ and superoxide anion radicals scavenging, hydrogen peroxide scavenging, total reducing power and metal chelating on ferrous ions activities. Also, those various antioxidant activities were compared to BHA and BHT, α-tocopherol and trolox that are references antioxidants.  相似文献

The liquors from steam explosion of Olea europea wood carried out at temperatures in the range of 190–240°C were analysed for phenolic content, radical scavenging capacity and reducing power. Increased ethyl acetate solubles (EAS) and phenolics [as Gallic Acid Equivalents, (GAE)] extraction yield with increasing temperature were observed. At the higher temperature tested, up to 2.3 g EAS/100 g dry wood were obtained with 0.7 g GAE/100 g dry wood. The purity of the phenolic extracts was independent of the temperature (30 g GAE/100 g EAS). The lignin derived compounds increased steadily with temperature in the studied range, whereas the sugar decomposition products showed a maximum at 230°C. The radical scavenging capacity was slightly higher for the samples produced at the lowest temperature, and comparable to those of synthetic antioxidants. At 0.5 g/L the FRAP (Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power) and Trolox Equivalent Antioxidant Activity (TEAC) values were equivalent to 1 and 2–3 mM ascorbic acid, respectively. EA extracts were less effective than Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) for protecting the oxidation in emulsions.  相似文献

为给蓝靛果种质资源收集、优良品种的选育、综合开发及利用提供参考,以蓝靛果栽培品种‘蓝鸟’‘蓓蕾’及野生蓝靛果为材料,比较3个蓝靛果品种果实生物活性成分的含量及抗氧化活性,利用生理生化实验方法,测定各品种成熟果实提取液中可滴定酸、类黄酮、总酚、花色苷含量,分析DPPH、FRAP、羟自由基(·OH)的清除能力。结果表明:‘蓝鸟’果实可滴定酸含量最多,其体积分数为2.49%;按照类黄酮、总酚及花色苷的含量由高到低排序,3个品种依次为‘蓓蕾’、野生、‘蓝鸟’。体外抗氧化活性评价结果显示,3个蓝靛果品种果实的抗氧化能力差异较大,‘蓓蕾’果实抗氧化活性最高,其次是野生蓝靛果,‘蓝鸟’果实的抗氧化活性最低。相关性分析结果显示,蓝靛果果实的抗氧化能力与类黄酮、总酚、花色苷含量存在极显著相关性,其中,类黄酮含量与·OH清除能力相关系数最大,即蓝靛果果实类黄酮清除·OH的能力最强。综上可知,‘蓓蕾’果实生物活性物质含量较高,抗氧化能力比其他2个蓝靛果品种强,适宜进行加工及内含物提取利用,是制备抗氧化剂的优良材料。  相似文献

Pleurotus citrinopileatus Singer has recently become a popular delicacy in East Asian countries. We prepared a methanol extract, soluble fractions from the methanol extract, and a hot water extract of the fruiting bodies of P. citrinopileatus. The biological activities such as melanin biosynthesis inhibition, tyrosinase inhibition, antioxidant activities [1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging, oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC), and superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activity], antibacterial activities, and antihyaluronidase activities of these extracts were evaluated. We found that the n-hexanesoluble, diethyl ether-soluble, and ethyl acetate-soluble fractions exhibited melanin biosynthesis inhibition in B16 melanoma cells, as well as antioxidant (ORAC) and antibacterial activities. However, the n-butanol-soluble and water-soluble fractions and the methanol and hot water extracts exhibited antioxidant (DPPH radical scavenging, SOD-like activity) and antihyaluronidase activities. These results indicate that the fruiting bodies of P. citrinopileatus have the potential to be used as an ingredient in skin cosmetics.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate antioxidant capacity of nine Fabaceae species collected on the mountains of Serbia and Montenegro. Antioxidant assays with various reaction mechanisms were used, including total phenolic content by Folin-Ciocalteu, DPPH radical scavenging capacity, Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) values by ABTS radical cation and inhibition of liposome peroxidation. The investigated plants exhibited strong antioxidant capacity in all the tested methods, and among them, Lathyrus binatus, Trifolium pannonicum, and Anthyllis aurea were found to be the most active.  相似文献
