Summary Fifteen- and forty-year-old cropfields developed from a dry tropical forest were examined for soil organic C and total N and soil microbial C and N. The 15-year-old field had never been manured while the 40-year-old field had been fertilized with farmyard manure every year. The native forest soil was also examined. The results indicated that the native forest soil lost about 57% and 62% organic C and total N, respectively, in the 0–10 cm layer after 15 years of cultivation. The microbial C and N contents of the forest soil were greater than those of the cultivated soils. Application of farmyard manure increased the biomass-C and -N levels in the cultivated soil but the values were still markedly lower than in the forest soil. There was an appreciable seasonal variation in biomass C and N, the values being highest in summer and lowest in the rainy season. During an annual cycle, biomass-C contents varied from 180 to 727 g g–1 and N from 20 to 80 g g–1 dry soil, and both were linearly related. Microbial biomass C represented 1.6%–3.6% of total soil organic C and microbial biomass N represented 1.7% 1–4.4% of soil organic N.  相似文献

采用盆栽试验,在红壤和潮土中分别施入土壤重量5%、10%和15%的鸡粪或垃圾有机肥,研究其对苋菜(Amaranthustricoclor L.)生长、土壤化学性状及重金属含量的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,施入鸡粪或垃圾有机肥显著增加苋菜的鲜重、主根长和株高;土壤有机质、EC值、速效磷和速效钾含量均大幅增加,但土壤全氮含量无明显变化。与对照相比,潮土中施用两类有机肥使苋菜植株Cu和Zn含量分别增加26.3%~36.0%和1.2%~20.3%,但未超出国家食品卫生标准对Cu和Zn的允许含量;Cd、Cr和Pb含量都较对照降低,没有出现积累现象。红壤施用两类有机肥,苋菜植株中Zn、Cd和Pb分别下降42.7%~59.9%、0~48.9%和4.1%~71.3%,达到显著水平。有机肥的施入量为5%时,两类土壤中重金属都没有出现明显积累;当施入量为10%和15%时,两类土壤的Cu、Cd、Cr和Pb含量显著增加,出现明显积累趋势,其中除了施用鸡粪使土壤有效Cu含量下降外,两种有机肥均增加了两类土壤中重金属Zn、Cd、Cr和Pb的有效态含量。试验结果提示,从土壤培肥与环境质量安全综合考虑,有机肥的用量应控制在一个适宜范围内。  相似文献

The general use of manure compost is limited by its residualtoxicity, and hence a study was performed to evaluate the use ofweathered coal fly ash (lagoon ash) to alleviate the toxicity ofmanure compost. Mature and immature manure compost were amendedwith lagoon ash at 0, 5, 10 and 20% (w/w dry weight basis), andtheir phyto-toxicity was evaluated by germination and root lengthgrowth of lettuce seed. The immature manure compost hadsignificantly higher contents of NH4-N, PO4-P, andacid- and water-extractable Cu and Zn contents than those of mature manure compost. Ash amendment caused asignificant increase in electrical conductivity (EC), but adecrease in NH4-N, PO4-P, and DTPA-, CaCl2- andwater-extractable Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn contents of both manurecompost. Addition of lagoon ash at a rate of 5% for immaturemanure compost and 10% for mature manure compost resulted in ahigher seed germination rate and root length growth. Thegermination index demonstrated significant negative correlationswith EC, NH4-N and DTPA extractable Cd, Cu, Pb and Zncontents. The present study supports the use of lagoon ash foramending manure compost to reduce the availability of traceelements and NH4-N.  相似文献

Hydroponic and pot experiments were conducted to assess the uptake of heavy metals (Cd and Zn) by a common crop plant, African basil, Ocimum gratissimum. In addition, the effects of soil amendments, hydroxyapatite (HA) and cow manure on plant growth and metal accumulations were compared. In the hydroponic study, plants were exposed to various concentrations of Cd (2.5 and 5 mg L?1) and Zn (10 and 20 mg L?1) for 15 days. O. gratissimum was shown to be a Cd accumulator more than a Zn accumulator. Cadmium concentration in its shoots exceeded 100 mg kg?1. In the pot experiments, soils from a heavily Cd-contaminated site (Cd 67.9 mg kg?1 and Zn 2,886.8 mg kg?1) were treated with cow manure and HA at the rates of 10% and 20% (w/w), and 0.75 and 1.5% (w/w), respectively. Plants were grown in the greenhouse for 3 months. The addition of cow manure resulted in the highest biomass production and the lowest accumulations of Cd in plant parts, while HA was more efficient than cow manure in reducing Zn uptake. Leaves of African basil showed a decreased Cd concentration from 1.5 to 0.3 mg kg?1 (cow manure) and decreased Zn concentration from 69.3 to 34 mg kg?1 (HA). This clearly demonstrates the efficiency of HA and cow manure in reducing metal content in leaves of plants grown on high metal-contaminated soil to acceptable or close to acceptable values (0.2 mg kg?1 for Cd, 99.4 mg kg?1 for Zn).  相似文献

【目的】研究不同施肥制度下潮土中活性有机氮库及酶活性对新添加有机物料的响应机制,可深入理解不同施肥制度培肥土壤、提高土壤基础地力的机理。【方法】供试土壤采集于从1986年开始的长期定位试验处理,包括CK (不施肥)、OF (常量有机肥)、CF (常量化肥)、OCF (常量有机无机配施) 4个处理。通过室内恒温培养试验,研究添加等氮量牛粪后长期不同施肥潮土有机氮库组分(微生物量氮、可溶性有机氮和颗粒有机氮)含量及土壤酶(α-葡萄糖苷酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶、β-木糖苷酶、纤维二糖水解酶、磷酸酶、过氧化物酶和酚氧化酶)活性的变化特征。【结果】首先,无论添加牛粪与否,土壤全氮、可溶性有机氮和颗粒有机氮含量均随培养时间呈上升趋势或与初始时期差异不显著;添加牛粪的长期不施肥与施化肥处理土壤微生物量氮含量显著低于相同处理不添加牛粪的土壤微生物量氮含量。其次,培养结束后,添加牛粪增加了长期不同施肥潮土全氮、可溶性有机氮和颗粒有机氮含量,分别提高了5.43%~15.49%、5.83%~69.42%及9.75%~42.29%,却降低了土壤微生物量氮含量16.91%~62.10%。另外,施肥、添加牛粪及其交互作用对土壤酶活性具有显著影响(P <0.05);无论添加牛粪与否,不同施肥处理土壤氧化酶(过氧化物酶和酚氧化酶)活性显著低于不施肥处理,不同施肥处理的土壤水解酶活性却呈现不同的变化趋势。不添加牛粪情况下,长期施肥显著提高了除β-葡萄糖苷酶以外的土壤水解酶活性;其中与长期不施肥处理相比,长期施用化肥土壤β-木糖苷酶和β-纤维素酶分别提高了208.74%和180.75%。添加牛粪情况下长期施用有机肥土壤β-葡萄糖苷酶和β-纤维素酶比不施肥分别提高了201.40%和308.04%;冗余分析(redundancy analysis,RDA)显示,添加与不添加牛粪条件下土壤酶活性的关键环境驱动因子不同,在不添加牛粪时为可溶性有机氮,添加后其关键驱动因子为全氮和可溶性有机氮。【结论】不同施肥制度下土壤微生物量氮、可溶性有机氮、颗粒有机氮与土壤全氮之间呈显著正相关;室内好气培养条件下,添加牛粪显著提高了长期不同施肥潮土的全氮、可溶性有机氮、颗粒有机氮含量,却显著降低了土壤微生物量氮含量;不同施肥制度下土壤酶活性差异显著,牛粪的添加改变了影响长期不同施肥潮土酶活性的关键环境因子。  相似文献

为了探讨培肥和耕作措施下红壤旱地的土壤剖面水分变化和产量对季节性干旱的响应规律,本研究在大田试验条件下系统分析了稻草覆盖、有机肥和常免耕对土壤剖面含水量、表层土壤温度及作物产量变化趋势。结果表明,在猪粪施用、常耕和免耕处理的土壤含水率不存在显著差异。而在相同耕作和猪粪条件下,稻草覆盖与否对土壤含水量影响较大,在春玉米和秋玉米季中连续干旱条件下,稻草覆盖处理下0—5,5—10,10—20 cm土壤含水量均高于不覆盖处理,稻草覆盖处理下0—5,5—10,10—20 cm土壤含水量均高于不覆盖处理,春玉米季的增幅分别为27.93%,5.91%,1.41%,秋玉米季分别为15.74%,7.71%,2.59%。同时,稻草覆盖可以显著影响表层土壤的温度变化,在春玉米开花期,0—10 cm和10—20 cm的土壤温度覆盖比不覆盖分别降低了13.92%和2.26%。在秋玉米开花期0—10 cm和10—20 cm的土壤温度覆盖比不覆盖分别降低了0.30%和2.69%。在所有处理中,春玉米和秋玉米季均表现出稻草覆盖+施猪粪+常耕的秸秆和籽粒产量最高。  相似文献

施氮量对白萝卜硝酸盐含量和土壤硝态氮淋溶的影响   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5  
在保护地栽培条件下,通过6个施氮水平的田间小区试验,结合土层原位渗滤装置,研究了施用氮肥对白萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)产量和硝酸盐含量及土壤硝态氮淋溶的影响。结果表明,施氮处理白萝卜产量比不施氮处理仅增加6.04%~10.92%,当尿素氮施用量大于N 100 kg/hm2时,增产幅度开始下降。不同施氮处理白萝卜产量没有显著差异,说明在土壤基础肥力较高的情况下,增施氮肥不能明显提高白萝卜的产量;单施有机肥白萝卜体内硝酸盐含量为 196.86 mg/kg,比不施氮处理降低 5.08%。在此基础上加施尿素后,硝酸盐含量随氮肥施用量的增加显著升高(p0.05);0—100cm土壤剖面硝态氮累积量随氮肥施用量的增加而增加,且与氮肥施用量显著正相关(r=0.993, r0.01=0.917);白萝卜生长期间收集到的土壤淋溶液中硝态氮浓度较高,平均为32.88 mg/L,硝态氮的淋失量为 4.42~6.14 kg/hm2,不同施氮量处理之间没有显著差异。  相似文献

【目的】沿海滩涂土壤属于滨海盐土类型,由于长期受海洋潮汐的影响,盐渍化作用导致土壤盐分含量偏高、 土体发育不明显、 理化性状差、 肥力水平低下,且滩涂面积还在以一定的速度增长,同时可耕地面积的逐年递减和淡水资源的日益遗乏,滩涂盐土的开发利用越来越受到人们的关注。本文研究牛粪不同用量驱动新围垦滩涂土壤原始肥力并为绿肥植物黑麦草幼苗生长提供养分的作用,以期为滩涂盐土的改良提供一条可行的途径。【方法】采用田间小区随机区组试验,探讨了牛粪不同施用量(0、 30、 75、 150、 300 t/hm2)对滩涂土壤0.25 mm水稳性团聚体、 盐分、 pH、 有机碳、 氮磷养分含量等肥力因子及黑麦草幼苗生物量、 生长状况的影响。 【结果】滩涂0—10和10—20 cm土层土壤0.25 mm水稳性团聚体的数量随牛粪施用量的增加呈逐渐增加趋势。与对照相比,牛粪用量150和300 t/hm2处理的滩涂0—10和10—20 cm土层土壤0.25 mm水稳性团聚体差异均达到显著水平; 施用牛粪各处理滩涂土壤有机碳分别比对照增加17.4%、 32.6%、 55.0%、 205.8%; 与对照相比,施用牛粪各处理显著降低了滩涂土壤盐分含量,降幅分别达25.2%、 75.8%、 76.0%、 75.9%; 施用牛粪对滩涂土壤pH值降低不明显; 随牛粪施用量的增加,滩涂土壤全氮、 全磷、 碱解氮、 有效磷含量均呈逐渐上升趋势; 施用牛粪增加了黑麦草幼苗地上部和根系干重; 施用牛粪各处理黑麦草幼苗株高分别比对照增加52.6%、 46.1%、 74.2%、 56.2%(P<0.05); 牛粪施用量达150 t/hm2时可显著增加黑麦草幼苗的分蘖数; 随牛粪施用量的增加,黑麦草根系总根长、 平均直径、 根表面积、 根体积均呈逐渐上升趋势。【结论】施用牛粪改善了滩涂土壤的初始肥力特性,促进了绿肥植物黑麦草地上部及根系的生长,并提高了黑麦草幼苗的生物量,因此,牛粪可作为改良新围垦滩涂土壤的“原始肥力驱动剂”。利用牛粪进行滩涂土壤的改良还有效地处理了畜禽粪便,是滩涂土壤改良和畜禽粪便合理利用一举两得的新途径。  相似文献

The use of sewage sludge on agriculture provides an alternativefor sewage sludge disposal. Therefore, it was the aim of thepresent study to evaluate the feasibility of using a domestic(Tai Po sludge) and an industrial (Yuen Long sludge) sewagesludge produced in Hong Kong for the growth of vegetable crops.The acidic loamy soil with or without lime treatment was amendedseparately with each sludge at application rates of 0, 5, 10, 25and 50% (v/v) for the growth of a common local vegetable crop,Brassica chinensis. The plant available metal contents, asindicated by the DTPA extraction, increased with an increase insludge amendment, but decreased with lime amendment at eachsludge application rate due to the reduced metal availabilityat a higher pH. Sludge amendment enhanced the dry weight yieldof B. chinensis and the increase was more obvious for thesoil with lime treatment. The industrial sludge caused a loweryield than that of the domestic sludge amendment and asignificant reduction in yield at high application rates of YuenLong sludge was also noted. Tissue heavy metal contents, exceptfor Fe, increased as the sludge amendment rate increased whileplant grown in Yuen Long sludge amended soil contained higher Crand Zn contents at each sludge application rate. Liming the soilreduced the heavy metal contents in the plant tissues, exceptfor Fe, which were all below the allowable levels for vegetablecrops. The present experiment demonstrates that liming wasimportant in facilitating the growth of B. chinensis in sludge amended soil. The optimal sludge amendment rate for thesoil with lime amendment was 25% Tai Po sludge and 10% YuenLong sludge, while for the soil without lime amendment was 10% and5%, respectively.  相似文献

Biologically active soil organic carbon (BASOC) is an important fraction of soil organic carbon (SOC), but our understanding of the correlation between BASOC and soil aggregate stability is limited. At an ecological experimental station (28°04 -28°37 N, 116° 41 -117° 09 E) in Yujiang County, Jiangxi Province, China, we analyzed the dynamic relationship between soil aggregate stability and BASOC content over time in the red soil (Udic Ferrosols) fertilized with a nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium chemical fertilizer (NPK) without manure or with NPK plus livestock manure or green manure. The dynamics of BASOC was evaluated using CO2 effux, and soil aggregates were separated according to size using a wet-sieving technique. The soils fertilized with NPK plus livestock manure had a significantly higher content of BASOC and an improved aggregate stability compared to the soils fertilized with NPK plus green manure or NPK alone. The BASOC contents in all fertilized soils decreased over time. The contents of large aggregates (800-2000 μm) dramatically decreased over the first 7 d of incubation, but the contents of small aggregates (< 800 μm) either remained the same or increased, depending on the incubation time and specific aggregate sizes. The aggregate stability did not differ significantly at the beginning and end of incubation, but the lowest stability in all fertilized soils occurred in the middle of the incubation, which implied that the soils had a strong resilience for aggregate stability. The change in BASOC content was only correlated with aggregate stability during the first 27 d of incubation.  相似文献

The critical Na levels in soil which restricted seed germination and growth of radish, and effect of the amending materials on reducing the salinity hazard were determined by performing petri dish and pot experiments. The plants were grown in amended salinized soil in a phytotron for 21 days. Excess accumulation of Na in cells suppressed seed germination and plant growth. The critical Na level in control soil which restricted germination and growth was 12.5mg Na/g soil. At the same salinity level, amending materials promoted seed germination and plant growth mainly by inhibiting the excess flow of Na into the cell through ion holding mechanism. Among the materials used, the commercial manure of 4 months old held greater amount of Na(3.7mg/g) and thus more efficiently reduced the ion damage. Plants grown under such treatment had the highest dry matter yield (28.Gmg/plant), water content was normal(84%), and the ratio for Na in root to Na in plant's shoot was 2.4. As for the case of plant grown in control soil the respective data were 8. 5mg, 54%, and 4.8.  相似文献

【目的】探讨猪粪中铜(Cu)的输入对土壤中Cu的赋存和生物有效性的影响。【方法】将1%和3%的腐熟猪粪(干猪粪∶秸秆=10∶1)添加到黄褐土、红壤、黑土、褐土中,分别老化0、1、2、3、5个月后,进行小白菜盆栽实验。【结果】与对照相比,施用猪粪使黄褐土、红壤、黑土和褐土土壤铜(Cu)全量分别显著增加了20.23%~50.43%、79.87%~142.6%、52.41%~76.43%和41.14%~92.24%。四种土壤中水溶态(F1)、碳酸盐结合态(F3)Cu占比均增加,施用3%猪粪的红壤未老化处理中F1-Cu和黄褐土未老化处理中F3-Cu增幅最大,分别达4.55%和16.47%。土壤铁锰氧化态(F5)、有机结合态(F6)Cu占比增加,残渣态(F7)占比降低。土壤有效态Cu的占比与猪粪老化时间呈显著负相关,3%猪粪老化5个月处理的黄褐土、黑土和褐土土壤有效态Cu占比分别降低12.85%、4.11%和3.68%,而红壤有效态Cu占比随老化时间变化不显著。在黄褐土中,腐殖酸结合态(F4)Cu的占比随猪粪老化时间的延长逐渐增加。施用猪粪显著增加小白菜对Cu的吸收,其中红壤的增幅最大,根系与地...  相似文献

The application of manure compost is an effective way to increase soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] yield and nitrogen (N) fertility in drained paddy fields. We investigated changes in soil N mineralization during soybean cultivation using reaction kinetics analysis to determine the contribution of increased N mineralization after manure compost application (at a rate of 0 to 6?kg?m?2) on N accumulation and seed yield of soybean under drained paddy field conditions. The seed yield and N accumulation decreased markedly in the second and third year of the experiment, but soil N mineralization increased in both years. No decrease in soil N mineralization occurred even after two soybean crops. Soil N availability was not the main cause of decreased soybean yield in the second and third years. The differences in plant aboveground N content between plots with and without manure compost was similar to the increase in N mineralization caused by manure compost application in the second and third years. The application of 6?kg?m?2 of manure compost increased the amount of ureide-N and nitrate-N in soybean in the third year. Our results suggest that manure compost application increases soil N mineralization and soybean N2 fixation, resulting in increased N accumulation and seed yield. However, the soybean yield remained less than 300?g?m?2 in the second and third years (i.e., below the yield in the first year) at all levels of manure compost application due to the remarkable decrease of N accumulation in the second and the third crops.  相似文献

采用田间试验研究了牛粪、化肥单施和配施对萝卜产量,菜体硝酸盐累积、分布、同化,及土壤硝态氮含量变化的影响。结果表明,牛粪、化肥单施和配施,萝卜产量动态变化依次为FOM(1/2化肥+1/2牛粪)、OM(牛粪)F(化肥)CK(无肥),叶部和肉质根硝酸盐含量高低依次为FFOMCKOM,粗蛋白累积量依次为FFOMCKOM,土壤硝态氮含量动态变化依次为FFOMOMCK。综合各因素总体以化肥配施牛粪最为适中,若重点考虑食用安全和土壤硝态氮累积环境效应,则以单施牛粪表现为最佳,各处理引起硝酸盐富集和土壤硝态氮残留的风险依次为化肥(1/2化肥+1/2牛粪)牛粪。萝卜硝酸盐含量分布表现为叶部生长旺盛期叶部硝酸盐含量高于肉质根,肉质根生长旺盛期地下部将贮存更多的硝酸盐。在地上部,当植株硝酸盐富集时,硝酸盐累积在内叶和叶柄中;当植株生长处于养分"饥饿"状态时,硝酸盐释放到外叶和叶片中。因此,菜地连续施用有机肥,不仅可减少蔬菜对硝酸盐的富集,且可维持后期蔬菜产量。  相似文献

Oxisols such as those of the Colombian Eastern Plains (Llanos) are susceptible to physical, chemical and biological degradation once brought into cultivation, especially under intensive use of machinery. The main objective of this study was to determine the impact of intensive disc harrowing (2, 4 or 8 disc harrow passes per year over 3 years) on soil physical and chemical properties, soil phosphorus dynamics, plant growth and nutrient acquisition of contrasting agropastoral systems on an Oxisol. The three main systems tested after 2 years of upland rice cultivation were grass-alone pasture (Brachiaria dictyoneura), green manure (Crotalaria juncea), and maize (Zea mays). Native savanna treatment was used as a control. Intensive disc harrowing improved macroporosity values of 0–5 cm soil layer up to 59% for grass-alone pasture system compared to native savanna. Disc harrowing significantly reduced bulk densities for pasture and green manure systems compared to the native savanna in the 0–5 cm soil layer. Intensive disc harrowing significantly improved volumetric moisture content of green manure and maize systems at 5–10 cm soil depth. The distribution of biologically, moderately and sparingly available P, organic P and total P varied under green manure, maize and grass-alone pasture systems. Two passes of disc harrow per year were sufficient for grass-alone pasture, while maize showed greater aboveground production and nutrient acquisition at 8 passes of disc harrow per year. The maize and green manure cropping systems were better than the grass-alone pasture system at separating the effect of increased number of disc harrow passes on soil physical and chemical characteristics.  相似文献

通过大田试验,考察了旱地垄沟覆膜栽培对土壤硝酸盐时空分布和玉米生物性状及产量的影响。试验设计了垄沟覆膜、平作不覆膜、平作覆膜和裸地对照4个处理,并对其土壤水分、硝酸盐的时空分布和玉米产量进行研究。结果表明:在整个玉米生长季,垄沟覆膜栽培模式下土壤0~40 cm土层含水量显著高于平作不覆膜;NO_3~--N主要集中在0~40 cm土层,且垄沟覆膜-垄上NO_3~--N表聚现象比其它处理更明显,10 cm处垄上NO_3~--N含量是沟内的1.6倍、平作不覆膜的2倍;垄沟覆膜和平作覆膜比平作不覆膜处理单株干物质量分别增加了36.15%、16.11%;单株含氮量分别增加了13.97%、3.59%;垄沟覆膜产量高于其他处理。垄沟覆膜栽培能够在保持作物生长状况良好,获得较高产量的同时,增加作物对氮素的吸收利用,同时增加NO_3~--N的表层累积,将其保持在根区,从而降低了NO_3~--N淋洗的发生,降低环境风险,是旱区获得经济和环境双重效益的玉米栽培模式。  相似文献

通过盆栽模拟铅(Pb)胁迫试验,研究了不同秸秆生物炭添加量(20,40g/kg土壤)、不同鸡粪添加量(20,40g/kg土壤)、秸秆生物炭和鸡粪等量复配(各20g/kg土壤)处理对Pb胁迫下玉米生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:施用生物炭和鸡粪不同处理均显著增加铅胁迫下玉米的株高、鲜重、光合色素含量、光合性能和抗氧化酶活性。生物炭和鸡粪等量复配处理较对照提高鲜重69.9%、株高50.0%、叶绿素b含量50.0%、净光合速率(P_n)97.9%、蒸腾速率(T_r)126.5%、气孔导度(G_s)132.6%、超氧化物歧化酶活性(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)68.4%、过氧化物酶活性(Peroxidase,POD)69.4%、过氧化氢酶活性(Catalase,CAT)115.3%、脯氨酸含量88.6%、可溶性糖含量48.6%。生物炭和鸡粪等量复配处理对促进铅胁迫下玉米的生长,提高叶片的光合能力和抗氧化能力效果最佳,为改善重金属铅污染的土壤质量和作物生长提供了经济有效的途径。  相似文献

Influence of different fertilization on pH, N, C and CAL-extractable K and P in the soil The influence of different fertilization (mineral fertilizer, different kinds and quantities of farmyard manure and biocompost, horn meal) on soil properties was studied during 8 years of cultivation. The plots were planted and harvested as practised under local farming conditions. The pH of the non-fertilized plots decreased from 5.84 to 5.69, while it was increased by fertilization with farmyard manure or biocompost. Nt in the soil was not influenced by different fertilization. Ct was increased by high biocompost application, stayed constant on the other fertilized plots but decreased on the nonfertilized plots from 1.08 to 0.99%. Without fertilization, plant available nutrients were diminished from 7.3 to 4.3 mg P(CAL) 100 g?1 and from 22.5 to 13.9 mg K(CAL) 100 g?1. However, if the plots were fertilized with mineral or organic fertilizer, the nutrient content remained on the initial level. Storing farmyard manure under roof or covering with straw or polyethylene sheet did not affect the criteria of soil studied.  相似文献

【目的】以葡萄果树为研究对象,研究了不同剂量Hg胁迫下施用羊粪有机肥对不同生长期葡萄植株各部位Hg富集的影响,为利用有机肥控制葡萄Hg污染提供科学依据。【方法】采用盆栽试验,每个盆钵装过5 mm筛的风干土15 kg,土壤汞含量设置0、 1.5、 25 mg/kg 3个处理水平,以HgCl2固体粉末形式施入土壤,每个水平分别设置施用有机肥和不施用有机肥两种情况。供试有机肥为羊粪,并按12.5%施入土壤,混匀后放置平衡15 d,于4月8日定植葡萄苗,每盆移栽健壮无病、 生长状况基本一致的植株1株,每个处理重复6次。【结果】不管施用有机肥与否,葡萄花瓣、 果实、 枝条和叶片中的汞含量均随土壤Hg含量的增加而明显增加,而葡萄不同部位中Hg的富集系数却呈现出显著降低的趋势,且在各部位的大小顺序为叶片花枝条果实。葡萄叶片和枝条Hg含量及其富集系数基本上表现出了幼果期最高,成熟期最低的生长期富集特征。与未施有机肥处理相比,低Hg处理施用有机肥后使开花期葡萄枝条汞含量降低了69.16%; 高Hg处理施肥后使开花期、 幼果期和成熟期葡萄枝条汞含量分别降低了50.52%、 58.33%和48.35%,并使三个时期叶片汞含量的降低幅度比低Hg处理分别高出了26%、 29.70%和37%。在土壤Hg污染下,施用有机肥的葡萄各器官汞含量均低于未施肥处理,且高Hg处理下的Hg含量降低幅度大多高于低Hg处理。不管低Hg或高Hg处理,施肥使叶片汞含量在幼果期和成熟期降低均最突出,而低Hg处理施肥使枝条汞含量在开花期降幅最高,高Hg处理在幼果期降幅最高。【结论】施用有机肥后,葡萄花、 叶片、 枝条和果实受Hg污染胁迫的影响明显减轻,尤其土壤Hg含量越高,有机肥的这种抑制作用越明显。  相似文献

A greenhouse experiment was conducted to study the soil–plant phosphorus (P) correlation at different growth stages of spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.). Treatments consisted of three levels of phosphorus [0 20, and 60 mg kg?1 as Ca(H2PO4)2] and two levels of organic matter (0% and 2% w/w as feedlot cattle manure). Plant and soil samples were taken at 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 weeks after seedling emergence and were analyzed for plant nutrients. Results showed that correlation between soil and plant P concentration was significant and positive at the 4th week but significant and negative later on. Plant P concentration was the greatest at the 4th week. During all growth stages, dry-matter yield of plant increased with increase in soil P concentration, suggesting the importance of maintaining adequate levels of phosphorus in soil, especially during the early stages of growth. Application of organic matter significantly increased soil and plant P concentrations.  相似文献
