AIM: We studied the therapeutic effect and mechanism of transmyocardial laser revascularization (TMLR) for the acute myocardial ischemia (AMI). METHODS: 18 dogs were divided randomly and evenly into the control group, the AMI group and the TMLR group. A continuous wave Nd: YAG laser was used for TMLR. Concentration of lactate in artery and coronary sinus (A.Lat and CS.Lat), myocardial metabolic rate of lactate acid (MLR) and myocardial lactate extraction (MLE) were measured before the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) ligation and 60 min after the LAD ligation. Myocardial biopsy was made 4 h after the LAD ligation to quantitatively observe the shape and number of mitochondria in myocardial cells by a electric microscope. RESULTS: 60 min after the LAD ligation, CS.Lat were (7.63±4.27) mmol/L in the AMI and (5.78±3.98) mmol/L in the TMLR, respectively (P<0.05); MLR were (0.03±0.01) mmol·100 g-1 myocardium·min-1 in the AMI and (0.06±0.02) mmol·100 g-1 myocardium·min-1 in the TMLR, respectively (P<0.05); MLE were (12.04±3.04) in the AMI and (21.84±8.49)% in the TMLR, respectively (P<0.05). The volume density of mitochondria were (27.51±7.93)% in the AMI and (31.26±3.85)% in the TMLR, respectively (P>0.05). The area density of mitochondria were (1.25±0.18) μm-1 in the AMI and (1.64±0.28) μm-1 in the TMLR, respectively (P<0.01). The number density of mitochondria were (0.10±0.03) μm-3 in the AMI and (0.18±0.05) μm-3 in the TMLR, respectively (P<0.01). The average volume of mitochondria were (5.27±2.85) μm3 in the AMI and (2.80±0.54) μm3 in the TMLR, respectively (P<0.05). The average diameter of mitochondria were (2.06±0.36) μm in the AMI and (1.78±0.12)μm in the TMLR, respectively (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The study suggests that TMLR may effectively improve myocardial lactatic metabolism and protect the myocardial cells from ischemic injury in dogs with the AMI.  相似文献

AIM: To study the role and regulation of calcineurin(CaN) in angiotensin II(AngⅡ)-stimulated cardiacmyocyte hypertrophy of rats. METHODS: Using AngⅡ to induce the cultured cardiac myocyte hypertrophy of rats, and investigating the effect of CaN inhibitor on [3H]-leucine incorporation of AngⅡ-stimulated cardiomyocytes and the regulation of various factors on CaN activity in cardiomyocytes.RESULTS: AngⅡ can stimulate the CaN activity in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes in a dose- and time-dependent manner. In cardiac myocytes incubated with 10, 100, 1000 nmol·L-1 of AngⅡ for 12h, the CaN activities increased respectively by 13%,57%(P<0.05) and 228%(P<0.01) compared with that in non-stimulated cardiomyocytes. The CaN activities in AngⅡ-stimulated cardiomyocytes were significantly inhibited by losartan(50 μmol·L-1), H7(50 μmol·L-1)and Fura-2/AM(4 μmol·L-1),while no effect was observed with PD98059(50 μmol·L-1).The [3H]-leucine incorporation in AngⅡ-stimulated cardiomyocytes increased by 46%(P<0.01) compared with that in control group, which was dramatically inhibited by cyclosporin A(0.5~5μg/mL). CONCLUSIONS: Calcineurin, a Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein phosphatase, may play an important role in AngⅡ-induced cardiac myocyte hypertrophy. The activation of CaN may dependent on the sustained increases of [Ca2+]i and be regulated by some protein kinases (such as PKC,etc.).  相似文献

AIM:To investigate the role of expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α(PPAR α) in pathogenesis of rat fatty liver.METHODS:The rats were treated with a low dose of carbon terachloride (CCl4) and fed a high fat diet to produce fatty liver. We determined the concentrations of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), free fatty acid (FFA) in liver and the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), FFA in serum and the degree of hepatocytic steatosis. Total RNA of liver was extracted, and the expression of PPAR α were analyzed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR method.RESULTS:In model group, the hepatocytic PPAR α mRNA expression decreased to 0.41±0.28, compared to 1.41±0.29 in the control group (P<0.01). The contents of TG, TC, FFA in model rat liver were (1.88±0.20) mmol·L-1, (11.03±1.12) mmol·L-1 and (1 260.38±151.27) μmol·L-1, respectively, compared to (0.53±0.10) mmol·L-1, (1.25±0.25) mmol·L-1 and (334.30±27.09) μmol·L-1 in the control group (P<0.01). The activity of ALT, concentrations of TNF-α and FFA in serum were also increased remarkably in model group.CONCLUSION:Oxidation of fatty acid and utilization of lipids in liver are affected by reducing the expression of PPAR α, which result lipid accumulation in liver.  相似文献

AIM:Metallothioneins (MTs) are cysteine-rich metal-binding proteins that exert cytoprotection during metal exposure and oxidative stress. The present study was designed to investigate whether MT can directly protect NTPase on nuclear envelope from damage induced by hydroxyl radical.METHODS:Isolated hepatic nuclei from rat liver were exposed to Fe2+/H2O2 with or without MT, and the NTPase activity on nuclei was assayed using ATP and GTP as substrate, respectively.RESULTS:Incubation of rat hepatic nuclei with the Fe2+/H2O2 (in μmol·L-1/μmol·L-1 : 0.1/0.5, 0.5/2.5, 1/5, 5/25) resulted in a concentration-dependent decrease in nuclear NTPase activities (P<0.01). Incubation of hepatic nuclei with different concentrations of MT (10-9-10-4mol·L-1)and Fe2+/H2O2 (1 μmol·L-1/5 μmol·L-1) for 10 min, nuclear NTPase activities were increased in a MT concentration-dependent fashion as compared with that of incubation with Fe2+/H2O2(1 μmol·L-1/5 μmol·L-1) alone. When MT was at 10-4 mol·L-1, TNPase activities reversed to (102±10) nmol·mg-1 protein·min-1(for ATP as substrated) and (131±12) μmol·g-1 protein·min-1(for GTP as substrate), which had no significant defferences from that of the controls (112±8 and 142±10 μmol·g-1 protein·min-1, respectively) (P>0.05). In addition, incubation of hepatic nuclei with only MT had no effect on nuclear NTPase activity. CONCLUSION:These data demonstrate that hydroxyl radical generated from Fe2+/H2O2 might attack nuclear NTPase. MT antagonistically reduces toxicity of Fe2+/H2O2 system to the NTPase.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effects of myocardial remodeling of aged left atrium (LA) on atrial arrhythmogenesis in rabbits.METHODS: The male New Zealand rabbits were divided into young LA and aged LA groups. By observing the changes of monophasic action potential (MAP) and burst-pacing in LA of the rabbits in vivo, the main cardioelectrophysiological parameters such as resting membrane potential (RMP), action potential amplitude (APA), ma-ximum rise veloctiy of action potential (dv/dtmax), plateau potential and action potential duration at 30%, 50% and 90% (APD30, APD50 and APD90), as well as the inducibility and duration of atrial arrhythmias were recorded. L-type calcium current (ICa,L) was analyzed via whole-cell patch-clamp technique in enzymatically dissociated single rabbit LA myocytes. The myocardial collagen content was quantified after Masson staining, and the ultrastructure of the LA cells was observed under scanning electron microscope. The expression of Cav1.2 in LA tissue of the 2 groups was detected by Western blot.RESULTS: Compared with young LA group, dv/dtmax and plateau potential were significantly decreased, APD30 and APD50 were shortened, and APD90 was notably prolongated in aged LA group (P<0.01). The inducibility or duration of atrial arrhythmias was severely increased or prolongated in aged LA group (P<0.01). With voltage clamp model, the density of ICa,L in aged LA group was significantly decreased, and current-voltage curve was notably moved upward compared with young LA group. When the clamp potential was +20 mV, the density of ICa,L was notably modified from (11.72±1.39) pA/pF in young LA group to (6.08±0.98) pA/pF in aged LA group (P<0.01). Compared with young LA group, the protein level of collagen was significantly increased (P<0.01), and the arrange of atrial myocytes was irregular in LA of rabbits in aged LA group. The atrial myocytes of the LA wall in aged LA group exhibited abnormal ultrastructural alterations, such as karyopyknosis, irregular and swelling mitochondria with the presence of vacuoles, and mild and severe sarcomere degeneration. Compared with those in LA tissues of young rabbits, the expression levels of Cav1.2 in the LA tissues of aged rabbits were severely reduced (P<0.01), and had a significant positive correlation with the reduction of ICa,L (r=0.83, P<0.01).CONCLUSION: The pathophysiological characteristics of aged LA are significantly altered, and might contribute to vulnerability and susceptibility of occurrence of atrial fibillation in aged rabbits. The mechanisms might completely attribute to the notable reduction of ICa,L, abnormal alterations of ultrastructures and obvious decrease in the expression of Cav1.2 in the aged LA of aged rabbits.  相似文献

AIM and METHODS: The effects of hydrogen peroxide on Na+ currents were studied in freshly dissociated rat hippocampal CA1 neurons using the whole-cell patch-clamp techinique. RESULTS: ①H2O2 caused a dose-dependent and voltage-dependent increase in the voltage-activated Na+ currents. The amplitudes of Na+ currents were increased (48.0±4.2)% and (88. 2±5. 1)% (n=10) by H2O2 at 10 μmol/L and 100 μmol/L, respectively. ②H2O2 (10 μmol/L) did not affect the activation process, but changed the inactivation process significantly. Before and after application of 10 μmol/L of H2O2, the half-inactivation voltage was (-64.58±1.22)mV and (-53.55±0.94)mV (n=10, P<0.01), but the slope factor was not changed. CONCLUSION: As a product of oxidation metabolism, H2O2 is related to some diseases in the central nervous system.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the role of macrophages in the process of nicotine aggravating choroidal neovascularization (CNV). METHODS: After administration of nicotine (100 mg/L in drinking water) for 4 weeks, the mice were used to induce CNV by laser photocoagulation. Seven days after laser injury, the mice were perfused with fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled dextran through the left ventricle, and areas of CNV were measured. At the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th days after laser injury, the spatial and temporal distribution of macrophages was detected by immunofluorescence staining. The mRNA expression of macrophage-related markers were detected by RT-qPCR. Moreover, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and inflammation-related molecules including intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM)-1, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and interleukin (IL)-6 in the retinal pigment epithelium-choroid-sclera complexes were detected at the 1st and 3rd days after laser photocoagulation. RESULTS: The degree of leakage and areas of CNV were significantly increased by nicotine exposure compared with control group. Heavy leakage rate and areas of CNV of in nicotine group were 56.25% and (17 569.96±1 444.00) μm2, while those in control group were 31.25% and (10 158.63±711.00) μm2 (P < 0.05). Nicotine promoted the infiltration of M2 macrophages and increased the ratio of M2/M1 macrophages (P < 0.05). In addition, nicotine accelerated the mRNA expression of M2 macrophage-related markers and up-regulated protein expression of VEGF, ICAM-1, TNF-α and IL-6 (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Nicotine promotes the polarization of M2 macrophages, increases the ratio of M2/M1 macrophages, and ultimately accelerates the development of CNV.  相似文献

AIM:To study the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) on cell contraction and intracellular calcium of enzymatically isolated rat ventricular myocytes during normoxia and anoxia/reoxygenation.METHODS:Contraction and intracel ular calcium were determined with video tracking system and spectrofluorometric method,and the chemical anoxic method was employed. RESULTS:The ±dL/dtmax, dL of cell contraction and the amplitude of [Ca2+]i in the cardiomyocytes following SM treatment were decreased in a dose-dependent manner. During anoxia, the ±dL/dtmax, dL and amplitude of [Ca2+]i were decreased, while the diastolic Ca2+ level was elevated compared with control group. All the contractile parameters and the diastolic Ca2+ level were back toward pretreatment values during reoxygenation, but could not return to control level. After the treatment with SM (3 g/L), ±dL/dtmax and dL of cell contraction and the amplitude of [Ca2+]i were higher and the diastolic Ca2+ level was lower than those in anoxia/reoxygenation group. CONCLUSION:SM antagonized effects of anoxia and reoxygenation on cell contraction and intracellular calcium in isolated ventricular myocytes.  相似文献

AIM:To investigate the influences of bradykinin(BK)on left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac function in angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) therapy in rats after myocardial infarction.METHODS:The effects of enalapril (500 μg·kg-1·d-1), enalapril (500 μg·kg-1·d-1)with BKB2 receptor antagonist (Hoe-140 500 μg·kg-1·d-1), losartan(3 mg·kg-1·d-1) on left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), maximum positive left ventricular pressure change (+dp/dtmax) and LVW/BW as well as V(m)n of noinfarcted area were examined after 4 weeks treatment in rats after myocardial infarction.RESULTS:The values of LVEDP, LVW/BW and V(m)n of three treatment groups were higher than that of untreated MI group (P<0.05),but the +dp/dtmax of three treatment groups were not significantly different compared with the untreated MI group. In addition, no significant difference in MAP was observed among the three treatment groups, but the LVW/BW and V(m)n of enalapril+Hoe-140-treated group were higher than that of enalapril-treated group (P<0.05) .CONCLUSION:Enalapril can prevent left ventricular hypertrophy and improve cardiac function independent of blood pressure after myocardial infarction, which is partly due to the inhibition of BK degradation.  相似文献

AIM:To investigate the effects of mechanical stretch on transient outward potassium current (Ito), inward rectifier potassium current (IK1) and action potential duration(APD) of cultured neonatal rat atrial myocytes. METHODS:Neonatal rat atrial myocytes were isolated and cultured on silicone sheeting with or without stretch for 24 h. The silicone membrane area was increased by 12% in stretched group. The cells without stretch served as control. Ito, IK1 and APD were recorded by the technique of whole-cell patch clamp. RESULTS:Compared with control group, Ito density in stretched myocytes was significantly reduced [(16±04) pA/pF vs (121±29) pA/pF, P<001], whereas IK1 density was increased [(-108±08) pA/pF vs (-88±09) pA/pF, P<001]. The APDs at 50% and 90% levels of repolarization (APD50 and APD90) in the stretched cells were obviously decreased than those in non-stretched cells [(105±14) ms vs (155±24) ms, (300±28) ms vs (563±36) ms, P<001]. CONCLUSION:Stretch stimulation leads to the reduction of Ito density, the increase in IK1 density and the shortness of APD in cultured rat atrial neonatal myocytes, which may contribute to atrial electrical remodeling induced by pressure overload.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effects of human urotensin II (hUII) on ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury in isolated rat hearts. METHODS: In the ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) model of isolated perfused rat hearts, the effects of hUII pretreatment on cardiac function was monitored with cardiac function software of MFL Lab200. ATP, total calcium, and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in myocardium were detected. The coronary perfusion flow (CPF) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in coronary effluent were measured during reperfusion. RESULTS: In the hUII pretreated group, the release of LDH from myocardium was lower [(78.3±18.1)U/L] than I/R group [(109.3±23.9) U/L, P< 0.05], with decreased contents of MDA and calcium in myocardium (decreased by 24% and 27%, respectively, P< 0.05) and an increased myocardial ATP content [(3.8±0.4)μmol/g dw vs (2.2±0.4)μmol/g dw, P< 0.05)]. At the same time, hUII pretreatment increased CPF [(5.4±0.7) mL/min vs (3.8±0.8) mL/min in I/R group, P< 0.05], reduced left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) by 20% ( P< 0.05) with increased±d p /d t max [(217±38) kPa/s and (119±18) kPa/s vs (173±29) kPa/s and (82±25) kPa/s in I/R groups, respectively, P< 0.05]. hUII pretreatment also increased natrite/natrate (NO2-/NO3-) content in coronary effluent [(52.2±12.0)μmol/L vs (32.1±10.2)μmol/L in I/R group, P< 0.05)]. CONCLUSION: hUII pretreatment attenuated I/R injury in isolated perfused rat hearts. The protective mechanism might be associated with NO-mediated coronary vasodilation.  相似文献

AIM:The expression of CD28, CD56 and CD57 on CD8+T cells in the peripheral blood of young (age range 20-35) and elderly(age range 60-75) healthy donors were compared to explore the change of the cellular immune function with aging.METHODS:Three-color fluorescent flow cytometry was performed to analyze the differences in percentage of CD8+CD28+, CD8+CD56+ and CD8+CD57+T cells in the peripheral blood between the young and elderly groups.RESULTS:CD8+CD28+T cells in the peripheral blood of the elderly group was significantly lower than those in the young group, with percentage of 34.07±5.28 and 49.84±7.43,respectively (P<0.05). Conversely, CD8+CD56+T cells and CD8+CD57+T cells in the peripheral blood of the elderly group were significantly higher than those in the young group, and the percentage was 6.60±2.40 vs 2.10±0.35,41.82±6.01 vs 22.89±2.80, respectively(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The expression of CD28, CD56 and CD57 on the CD8+T cells in the peripheral blood are changed significantly with aging. The decrease in CD28 expression may play an important role in the immunosenescence, while the increase in CD56 and CD57 expression seems to be a compensatory adaptation for the immune dysfunction.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the protective effect of sodium selenite (Na2SeO3) on human keratinocytes under ultraviolet-B (UVB) irradiation. METHODS: The cultured HaCaT cells were divided into 4 groups: (1) normal control group; (2) Na2SeO3 group: pretreated with Na2SeO3 at doses of 10 nmol/L, 50 nmol/L, 100 nmol/L, 200 nmol/L and 1 μmol/L for 24 h; (3) UVB group: irradiated with UVB at doses of 300, 600 and 900 J/m2 ; (4) Na2SeO3+UVB group: after pretreated with Na2SeO3 for 24 h, irradiated with UVB at doses of 300, 600 and 900 J/m2 . The cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay. The apoptotic rates of HaCaT cells treated with UVB at dose of 300 J/m2 were assessed by flow cytometry. RESULTS: Compared with normal control group, the cell proliferation activity in UVB group decreased significantly (P<0.05). The cell activity was inversely correlated with the irradiation intensity. No significant difference of the cell activity between Na2SeO3 group and normal control group was observed. The cell proliferation in Na2SeO3+UVB group was higher than that in UVB group significantly (P<0.05). Na2SeO3 at concentration of 100 nmol/L showed the strongest activity to promote cell proliferation. After 300 J/m2 UVB irradiation, the apoptotic rate in Na2SeO3+UVB group decreased significantly (P<0.05) compared with UVB group. The inhibitory effect of Na2SeO3 at concentration of 100 nmol/L on apoptosis was the strongest.CONCLUSION: The damage of human keratinocytes by UVB irradiation is in a dose-dependent manner. The photoprotection performance of Na2SeO3 reduces the damage of human keratinocytes induced by UVB irradiation.  相似文献

AIM: The study was undertaken to explore the dynamic changes of the concentration of nitric oxide(NO) in ischemic myocardium and its mechanism.METHODS: In vivo myocardial ischemia of mice and in vitro perfused isolated heart of rat were used in the experiment. The effects of severity and time of ischemia on NO production, NOS activity and mRNA were examined, respectively. RESULTS: There was a considerable difference (P<0.01) in the concentration of NO between ischemia group [(9.12±1.40) μmol/L] and control group [(20.16±1.67) μmol/L] after Pit(30 U/kg) administration, and the concentration of NO of ischemic group significantly decreased [(9.17±1.33) μmol/L] compared with control group [(19.90±1.95) μmol/L] after 30 minutes of ischemia. Also, the concentration of NO after Pit(20 U/L) administration in K-H and 15 min of ischemia was (15.41±2.00) μmol/L and (15.09±2.00) μmol/L respectively in vitro, significantly lower than control group [(23.83±2.33) μmol/L and (23.63±2.52) μmol/L]. In addition, compared with control group, the number of NOS positive cells, NOS activity as well as mRNA expression in atrial muscle and ventricular muscle of ischemic group were markedly reduced, respectively. CONCLUSION: Myocardial ischemia could reduced the NO level in myocardium, down-regulation of NOS mRNA could be the possible mechanism.  相似文献

AIM: To explore regulation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced elevation of Ca2+ intracellular level in alveolar macrophages(AMs) from patients with chronic bronchitis by Angelica Sinensis and nifedipine.METHODS:AMs was obtained from 7 patients with chronic bronchitis and 6 normal controls by bronchoalveolar lavage and intracellular Calevel was detected after adding Angelica Sinensis, nifedipine or LPS to the supernatant of AMs loaded by Fura-2. RESULTS: In contrast with normal control group (99.65±32.21 nmol/L), intracellular Ca2+ level in AMs from chronic bronchitis group (189.47±23.69 nmol/L) was increased significantly in the absence of extracellular Ca2+ but not 1 mmol/L. Intracellular Ca2+ level in AMs from chronic bronchitis group were significantly increased by adding 10 μg/mL LPS to the supernatant of AMs. LPS-induced elevation of intracellular Ca2+ level in AMs from chronic bronchitis group was completely inhibited by Angelica Sinensis or nifedipine.CONCLUSION: Both Anelica Sinensis and nifedipine may inhibit activation of AMs from patients with chronic bronchitis by reducing LPS-induced elevation of intracellular Ca2+ level in AMs, suggested that these two medicines may inhibit non-specific inflammation of airways in chronic bronchitis.  相似文献

AIM: To study the relaxation effect of isoliensinine on high K+-induced isolated mouse airway smooth muscle (ASM) and the underlying mechanism. METHODS: The muscle tension transducer was used to detect the effects of isoliensinine on high K+-induced precontraction and Ca2+ influx in ASM. The technique of patch-clamp and calcium imaging system were respectively used to examine the effects of isoliensinine on LVDCC currents and[Ca2+]i of the ASM cells (ASMCs). RESULTS: Isoliensinine significantly relaxed precontracted ASM induced by high K+ in a concentration-dependent manner. The maximum relaxation ratio was(95.3±3.9)% by isoliensinine at 100 μmol/L. In addition, LVDCC currents were measured using the whole-cell patch-clamp technique, which were abolished by isoliensinine. High K+-induced 340/380 nm fluorescence ratio of Fura-2 was 0.63±0.10 in ASMCs, while it decreased to 0.36±0.05 after the addition of isoliensinine (P<0.01). When isoliensinine was added at the peak point of[Ca2+]i, the ratio rapidly decreased from 0.74±0.02 to 0.42±0.05 (P<0.01). Moreover, isoliensinine inhibited high K+-induced Ca2+ influx-mediated contraction of ASM. CONCLUSION: Isoliensinine inhibits LVDCC currents, terminates Ca2+ influx and reduces[Ca2+]i, eventually resulting in relaxation of the ASM, indicating isoliensinine might be a potential bronchodilator.  相似文献

AIM:To study the thershold of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) apoptosis induced by adriamycin (ADM) and cis-diamminedichloroplatinum(CDDP). METHODS: Using primary human hepatocellular carcinoma culture, immunofluorescence staining of Hoechst 33 258 in HCC cells,and flow cytometric assay. RESULTS:24 h after HCC cells were cultured with ADM or CDDP, it were found there were dispersive fluorescences in normal cells nuclei, and compact particulate fluorescences in apoptosis cells nuclei by immunofluorescence st AIMing of Hoechst 33 258. The rate of HCC cells apoptosis was dependent on doses of ADM and CDDP. HCC cells apoptotic threshold were determined, i.e.ADM was 1.0 μg/mL and CDDP was 1.5μg/mL (The clinical apoptotic sensitive dosages were ADM 20 mg/m2 and CDDP 30 mg/m2. CONCLUSION: HCC cells apototic threshold of ADM and CDDP were efficient in clinical chemotherapy.  相似文献

石椒5号是以辣椒胞质雄性不育系M4A为母本,以恢复系C10311为父本配制的辣椒一代杂种。早中熟,果实细长羊角形,果面光滑,顺直美观,纵径19cm,横径1.3~1.4cm,果肉厚0.2cm,平均单果鲜质量15g;青熟果绿色,老熟果大红色,味辛辣,商品性好。田间对炭疽病、病毒病、细菌性叶斑病的抗性强于对照二金条。一般每667m2产鲜红椒2000kg左右。适宜在重庆海拔200~1000m地区及相似区域作鲜食、酱制、干制和腌制加工种植。  相似文献
