SPME法与SDE法测定雨花茶香气成分比较 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
分别采用SPME法与SDE法提取雨花茶中的香气成分,通过GC-MS定性定量分析,对两种方法所得的香气成分进行比较.结果表明,苯甲醇、苯乙醇、苯甲醛、香叶醇、芳樟醇及其氧化物、橙花醇等是构成雨花茶香气的重要物质,两种方法测出的相对含量都在2%以上.SDE法检测出的组分种类较多,相对含量较多的有32种,但高温剧烈反应使得部分原料香气物质发生变化,不能真实反应雨花茶的香气成分;SPME法检测到的挥发性物质较少,有20种,主要是低沸点的萜类、醛酮类和弱极性的烃类物质,基本能反应雨花茶的特色香味成分. 相似文献

利用顶空固相微萃取法提取大青皮甜石榴整体果实、石榴皮和石榴籽汁的芳香物质,气相色谱-质谱联机定性定量分析,检测香气组分.石榴香气组分中以醛类和醇类为主,在石榴整体果实中占总峰面积的78.32%和14.52%,在石榴皮中占89.88%和4.70%,在石榴籽汁中占82.15%和9.78%.石榴中共检测出77种香气组分,其中石榴果实、果皮和籽汁中分别检测出42种、39种和43种.香气成分中共有的成分为18种,在果实、果皮和籽汁中分别占总峰面积的94.62%、95.59%和93.76%.2-己烯醛、己醛、3-己烯醛、(E,E)-2,4-己二烯醛为石榴的主要香气成分,在果实、果皮和籽汁分别占78.27%、89.78%和81.79%.结果表明,石榴香气组分以C6醛和醇为主,石榴不同部分香气组分差异也主要表现在C6醛和醇含量的差异上. 相似文献

利用顶空固相微萃取法提取芳香物质,气相色谱-质谱联机定性定量分析,测定曹州木瓜狮子头、剩花、豆青和玉兰的挥发性物质,并对木瓜不同品种的香气组分进行分析探讨.共测定出145种香气组分,曹州木瓜狮子头、剩花、豆青和玉兰分别为70、70、69和70种,各自占总峰面积的99.88%、99.7%、99.97%、99.37%,以醇类、醛类、烯烷类、酮类、酯类、杂环类等为主,其中又以C6醇(如1-己醇、2,4-己二烯-1-醇、反式-2-甲基-环戊醇等)、C6醛[(E)-2-己烯醛、2-己烯醛、E,E-2,4-己二烯醛等]居多.结果表明:狮子头、剩花、豆青和玉兰不同品种香气组分存在一定的差异,但大部分主要组分相同;主要组分含量差异是曹州木瓜不同品种间香气不同的主要原因. 相似文献

The qualitative and quantitative composition of the main aromatic and polyphenolic constituents of infusion from Chamaemelum nobile flowers was examined. Composite paper containing waste tea leaves was prepared to investigate the effective utilization of waste tea leaves as deodorant
material. Paper containing waste green tea leaves did not have increased deodorizing ability compared with controls either
against acidic odors such as hydrogen sulfide and acetic acid gases or against neutral odors such as formaldehyde and acetaldehyde
gases. In contrast, the paper had excellent deodorizing ability against basic odors such as ammonia and trimethylamine gases.
It was observed during additional tests conducted on paper samples containing 60 wt% waste leaves of oolong tea, black tea,
pu-erh tea, or hojicha, that all the samples reduced the ammonia concentration to below 1 ppm, which is the threshold concentration for olfactory
recognition, within 30 min. Further, paper containing waste green tea leaves was found to decrease the odor residual rate
to 5.1% in 30 min even for a waste tea leaf content of 10 wt%. The excellent deodorizing ability of the paper could be attributed
to the chemical reactions between odorous substances and the catechins found in tea leaves. After the deodorization of ammonia,
paper containing waste green tea leaves was found to have increased antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. 相似文献

The chemical composition of the largely used tea from lemon verbena, Aloysia triphylla, was investigated. The qualitative and quantitative composition of the main aromatic and polyphenolic constituents of tea made by infusion from leaves were examined. The results showed that the relative proportions of the active constituents differ from those of the original leaves. The tea contained a large amount of polyphenolic compounds (mean value 675 mg/l; extraction yield 65%) including verbascoside (400 mg/l) and luteolin 7-diglucuronide (100 mg/l). It contained also 42 mg/l of essential oil (extraction yield 51%) with much more citral (77% of the essential oil) than the original leaves (41%). 相似文献
