Revenue Sharing in Dairy Industry Supply Chain-A Case Study of Hohhot,China   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Dairy industry has become an increasingly important enterprise in China as people's dietary preferences and composition have changed dramatically with rapid economic development in the past several decades.A number of problems,however,exist in China's relatively young dairy industry,including the imbalanced allocation of profits throughout the dairy supply chain.One of the root causes of the melamine infant powered milk scandal in 2008 was the unfair profit allocation mechanism in dairy supply chain.The revenue sharing contract approach has proven to be effective in generating market shares and total profits.In this study,we apply the three-stage revenue sharing contract model of Giannoccaro and Pontrandolfo(2004) in an analysis of dairy supply chain to explore its problems in profit allocation and possible solutions to them.The analysis was conducted by a case study of Hohhot,often called as "milk capital of China".Our results show that the current profit distribution in the dairy supply chain is not balanced:the supermarket's profitfarmer's profitmanufacturer's profit.Under the revenue sharing contract setting,the dairy industry's total profit increased by 12.49%.By exploring different parameters in the revenue sharing contract model,we have found that a win-win situation can be created among all the members of the supply chain.In dairy supply chain,the ratio of the revenue reserved for the supermarket itself is equal or greater than 47% and the ratio of the revenue reserved for the manufacturer itself is between 46.4 and 50.2%.The values of the parameters that generate a sustainable or win-win situation are related to the bargaining position in the dairy supply chain.The revenue sharing contract has proven to be effective and desirable by all the dairy chain partners in dairy supply chain.The results of this study provide relevant information for improving the dairy supply chain structure and the revenue sharing contract model can be applied to other industries,sectors and regions.  相似文献

Applying dairy cow behavior in management practice is an effective way of improving cow health, welfare and performance. This paper first reviewed daily time budget and normal patterns of dairy cow behavior, and then discussed the influence of major management conditions and practices (such as competitive environments, stocking density, grouping strategies) on cow's feeding, lying and social behavior. Finally, new findings of using feeding behavior to predict disorders in transition period were addressed. It was suggested that dairy researchers and farmers should take advantage of related knowledge of dairy cow behavior to improve dairy cow health and welfare. More research is required to further study dairy cow behavior so as to better apply it in practical management and meet the needs of production.  相似文献

To investigate the expression of antibacterial peptide CecropinB cDNA in dairy goat mammary gland epithelial cells,the CecropinB gene was cloned and was inserted into a eukaryotic vector pECFP-C1 to construct the recombinant plasmid pECFP-B by genetic engineering technique.Recombinant plasmid pECFP-B was transfected into dairy goat mammary gland epithelial to detect the bactericidal activity of CecropinB.The expression of CecropinB was also detected.The result of RT-PCR demonstrated CecropinB gene was expressed in transfected cells.CecropinB recombinant plasmid DNA was injected into udders and CecropinB was expressed in mammary gland,exhibiting bactericidal activity to Staphylococcus aureus in vivo experiments.  相似文献

In order to investigate the mode of action ofYimu Shenghuasan preparation in endometrial cells of dairy cows, the primary cultured endometrial cells in cows were isolated and the inflammatory models were made by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induction. The inflammatory cells were treated with gradient concentration of herbal medicine preparation, Yimu Shenghuasan for 48 and 72 h. The expression of cytochrome P450 (CYP450) was detected by Western blot. The amounts of IgG and lgA in sera were also detected in the endometritis of dairy cows. The expression level of CYP450 in the endometrial cells of dairy cow was increased gradually, and the amounts of IgG, IgA were increased significantly as compared with those in the control group. The expression level of CYP450 in the inflammatory cells was increased significantly in the treatment of 2 000 μg mL^-1 of Yimu Shenghuasan after 48 h of treatment.  相似文献

A galactopoietic compound, identified as dibutyl phthalate(DBP), was isolated from Vaccaria segetalis. The activity of DBP on lactation ability of dairy cow mammary gland epithelial cells(DCMECs) cultured in vitro and dairy cow was evaluated. Results showed that DBP could promote cell viability, proliferation ability, lactose and β-casein secretion of DCMECs, which could also raise the milk yields of dairy cows significantly.  相似文献

[Objective] This study aimed to research the effect of metallothionein on cell cycle, apoptosis rate and subsets distribution of lymphocytes in peripheral blood of dairy cows under heat stress, so as to perfect the regulative mechanism re- searches of MT to anti-heat stress. [Method] Twenty lactating Chinese Holstein cows were randomly divided into four groups (A, B, C and D), and injected with 0, 4.0, 8.0 and 12.0 mg Zn-metallothionein, respectively by intravenous route. Blood sam- ples were collected at 1", 16~, 31~, 46~ and 61~ day, and the dynamic changes of cell cycle, apoptosis rate and subsets distribution of lymphocytes were determined. [Result] The apoptosis rate of cells in group B and C was lower than those in group A by 26.63% (P〉0.05) and 24.84% (P〉0.05) respectively. The number of cells in the Gc/G1 phage in trial groups was increased and the number of cells in the S and GJM phages tended to decrease, but there were no significant differences (P〉 0.05). The number of CD3~ T cell in three trial groups was greater than those in group A by 7.02% (P〉0.05), 5.45% (P〉0.05) and 3.85% (P〉0.05) respectively, while the number of CD4~ T cell in trial groups was higher than those in control group by 31.04% (P〈0.05), 35.68% (P〈0.05) and 39.34% (P〈0.05) respectively. The number of CD8' T cell and the levels of CD4*/CD8~ in trial groups were increased observ- ably, but significant difference (P〈0.05) was observed in the levels of CD4~/CD8~ between groups A and C only. It demonstrated that exogenous Zn-metallothionein can decrease apoptosis rate, improve cell cycle and regulate subsets distribution of lymphocytes in dairy cattle in a dose-dependent manner. [Conclusion] This study will provide scientific basis for safe utilization of MT in dairy industry.  相似文献

[Objective] The study aimed to explore the expression of muscular growth hormone receptor gene (GHR) in sheep at the early stage of growth and development. [Method] The GHR mRNA expression levels in longissimus dorsal muscles of male Kazak sheep and Xinjiang fine wool sheep with different ages were quantitatively analyzed by real time PCR. [Result] Sheep GHR mRNA expression level in longissimus dorsal muscle increased firstly followed by decline, and then kept steady until the end of the experiment, with the expression peak appearing on postnatal day 30. The GHR mRNA expression level of Kazak sheep was extremely lower than that of Xingjiang fine wool sheep from 2 to 90 days old (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Both age and breed had great effects on the expression of muscular GHR gene in sheep.  相似文献

The experiment was conducted to determine effects of different dietary cation-anion difference(DCAD) in diets on ruminal fluid pH and fiber degradation in rumen of Laoshan dairy goats. A 4×4 latin square design was adopted. DCAD in different groups was 0, 50, 100, 200 mEq·kg^-1 of DM, respectively. The results of ruminal pH indicated that different DCAD could significantly influence the ruminal pH (P〈0.05) and ruminal fluid pH increased as DCAD increased from 0 to 200 mEq·kg^-1 of DM at different sampling time-points. There was no effect of DCAD on carboxymethyl cellulase in ruminal fluid at 4 h and 8 h postfeeding (P〉0.05). Degradation ofNDF, ADF, CF peaked at a DCAD of 100 mEq·kg^-1 of DM. It could be concluded that DCAD of 100 mEq·kg^-1 of DM was advantage to non-pregnancy, non-lactication Laoshan dairy goat.  相似文献

[Objective] This study was to clone Lfcin gene from Datong yak, so as to provide reference for applying this gene in feed industry and breeding industry. [Method] Using PCR technology, the lactoferricin(Lfcin)-encoding gene was obtained from genome of Datong yak; then it was cloned into pGEM-T easy vector, and then sequenced; the sequencing results were subsequently aligned with the sequences of dairy cow accessed in GenBank. Moreover, amino acid sequences of Lfcin gene from various species including yak, dairy cow, human and mouse were used for sequence alignment and phylogenesis analysis. [Result] The second exon of lactoferrin(LF) from Datong yak, which is 778 bp in length, was obtained, within which the coding region of Lfcin gene is 75 bp (25 amino acid residues); sequence analysis showed that there is discrepancy of eleven bases between Datong yak and dairy cow; Lfcin proteins from various species shared high homeology, of which that from Datong yak and dairy cow were completely identical; phylogenesis analysis showed that cladogram based on Lfcin was consistent with species evolutionary law. [Conclusion] This study laid a foundation for the prokaryotic or eukaryotic expression of Lfcin gene and further understanding the activity of Lfcin protein.  相似文献

Four Holstein dairy cows in the 7th month of late lactation were sampled, and self-control method was used. Daidzein was added to the concentrated feed at the dose of 10mg/kg during the treatment stage. Results showed that daidzein lessened the declining tendency of milk yield in late lactation and increased the milk yield to some extents. Lactoprotein was evidently increased (P〈0.01), while milkfat was not affected evidently. The level of T4 in serum was evidently increased (P〈0.05); the levels of GH, PRL, E2 and TSH in. serum were prone to rising while T3 was prone to decreasing . It was concluded that daidzein could indirectly affect milk yield and components of milk by regulating the levels of intrinsic hormones.  相似文献

A polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay was employed for direct detection of Staphylococcus aureus without enrichment in dairy products. A solvent extraction procedure was successfully modified for the extraction of Staphylococcus aureus DNA from artificially contaminated whole milk, skim milk, and cheese. A primer targeting the thermostable nuclease gene (nuc) was used in the PCR. A DNA fragment of 279 bp was amplified. The PCR product was confirmed by DNA sequencing. In this study, the PCR, GB-4789.10-94, Perifilm RSA.Count Plate, and Baird-Parker + RPF Agar were compared. The sensitivity of the PCR was 10 CFU mL^-1 of whole milk, skim milk, and 55 CFU g^-1 of cheese. The developed methodology allowed for detection of Staphylococcus aureus in dairy products in less than 6 h. The time taken for the development of this PCR assay was 12-24 h, less than the time taken by the general PCR assay using the enrichment method, and the coincidence rate of this developed PCR was 94.3%, the sensitivity was 100%. It was a rapid, sensitive, and effective method for PCR to detect Staphylococcus aureus in milk and milk products.  相似文献

The increase of probability and depth of weather anomalies, which is important characteristic of climate change process, leads to higher risk of loss of perennial grasses forage yield, rise of price volatility on forage grain market. Increase of sustainability of dairy production supposes development of adapted to new weather conditions technologies of forage production, which are characterized by different investment and current costs. It generates a need of economic evaluation and comparative analysis of technologies taking into account climate change forecast and need of sustainable forage production guarantee. Purpose of the research project is the development of approaches to assessing adaptive technologies in forage production, increasing of dairy farming sustainability to changes in the external environment, including climate change. We assessed changes in forage production technologies in the Leningrad region of Russia, analyzed the implications of these changes for production and financial performance of dairy farming, proposed and tested methods for determination of the optimum harvesting time of perennial grasses. Special attention is paid to the long-term effects of changing the structure of cows' diet--shortening the productive use of animals, which reduces the efficiency of dairy herd use and limits the possibility of expanded reproduction. The primary method of the study is the analysis of milk production statistics in the Leningrad region and the Russian Federation. As a result of the study, the necessity to improve the production and investment planning quality, as well as the use of forecasts during planning of dairy production, is grounded.  相似文献

HMOX1 is an important functional candidate gene for chicken blue egg in view of its role in biosynthesis of biliverdin for blue egg coloration. To elucidate molecular mechanism of blue egg formation, this study detected expression of HMOX1 in blue-shelled chickens and brown-shelled chickens. Expression and alternative splicing of HMOX1 were detected by Northern blot, expression traits of HO-1 protein in shell glands of blue- (n=4) and brown-shelled (n=4) chickens were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. 3' UTR of HMOX1 was cloned using 3'RACE. Results showed that the expression of HMOX1 at mRNA level had no significant difference between two groups of chickens, but at protein level HO-1 protein was highly expressed in blue-shelled chickens. Immunohistochemistry analysis showed that HO-1 protein expression was predominately located in villus epithelial cell of shell gland. Length of HMOX1 3' UTR were 586 bp. In 3' UTR we found a SNP of rs13866562 showing significant association with blue egg phenotype. Further miRNA prediction showed that it might influence interaction of some miRNAs and target sequences. The data suggested that blue egg is relevant to high expression of HO-1 in villus epithelial cell of shell gland. Further experimental validation for biological relevance of miRNAs is dispensable to elucidate reason for differential expressions of HO-1 protein.  相似文献

The objectives of the present study were to detect the polymorphism in follicle stimulating hormone beta (FSHβ) gene and investigate the relationship between FSHβ gene and high prolificacy in goats.According to the sequence of ovine FSHβ gene,two pairs of primers were designed to detect single nucleotide polymorphism of exon 2 of FSHβ gene in two goat breeds,Xinong Saanen dairy goat and Boer goat,by PCR-SSCP.The least square mean and genetic variance of different genotypes at polymorphic locus were analyzed,and the selection reaction was forecasted by genetic correlation between marker locus and genetic variance of litter size traits.There was one polymorphic locus occurring in exon 2 (P2) with three genotypes (EE,EF and FF).In Xinong Saanen dairy goat,EE genotype had significantly higher (P 〈 0.05) litter size than EF and FF genotype in the first to fourth parity and average parity;EF genotype had significantly higher (P 〈 0.05) litter size than FF genotype in the second and average parity.In Boer goat,EE genotype had significantly higher (P 〈 0.01) litter size than EF and FF genotype in the second to fourth parity and average parity;EF genotype had significantly higher (P 〈 0.05) litter size than FF genotype in average parity.In Xinong Saanen dairy and Boer goat,the heredity of litter size was mainly influenced by genetic additive effect and the EE genotype is a favorable marker genotype for litter size in these two breeds.  相似文献

In order to research the absorption and transportation differences ofglutamine containing small peptides and free glutamine in intestine of weaned piglets, 28-day-old weaned piglets were selected to get the sample for jejunum culture in vitro in this study. Trial 1 was conducted to study the stability of tripeptide (Arg-Gly-Gln) in the jejunum to determine the ideal culture time. It was designed into 2 treatments: control group (Kreb's solution, GC) and tripeptide group (by adding 556μmol/L of Arg-Gly-Gln to Kreb's solution, GP). They were cultured for 60 min. The absorption and transportation differences ofglutamine existing as Arg-Gly-Gln, Gly-Gln and free Gin were studied in trial 2. It was designed into 4 treatments: group 1 (G1, control group), Kreb's solution; Group 2 (G2), Kreb's solution+556 μmol/L Arg-Gly-Gln; group 3 (G3), Kreb's solution+556 μmol/L Gly-Gln and Arg; group 4 (G4), Kreb's solution+556 μmol/L arginine, glycine and glutamine. They were cultured for 40 minutes. The results indicated that the absorption and transportation of glutamine existing as Arg-Gly-Gln was more efficient than those of Gly-Gln while Gly-Gln was more efficient than free glutamine. Arg-Gly-Gln may be more excellent than Gly-Gln in physiological functions and nutrition potential.  相似文献
