2001年4月起对信阳南湾水库的底栖动物进行了周年定量采样调查。结果表明该水库底栖动物主要由水生昆虫和寡毛类组成,共检出底栖动物3种,年均生物量为0.6032克/平方米;密度为263.83个/m^2,每年提供的鱼产潜力为20034公斤。  相似文献

先后对碧流河水库的5个断面、10个采样点的底栖动物进行调察,采到寡毛类3种,水生昆虫2种。底栖动物的平均密度为335.6个/m2,平均生物量为2.013 g/m2。寡毛类的数量最多,软体动物贫乏。克拉泊水丝蚓和羽摇蚊幼虫是该库的2个优势种。底栖动物种群结构简单、种类单一。还对底栖动物的鱼产潜力进行了估算,其值为8.1 kg/hm2。  相似文献

关于碧流河水库的底栖动物,先后对6个断面14个采样点进行7次采样,经分析有4个类群。其中:软体动物2属;环节动物4属;水生昆虫双翅目幼虫6属,毛翅目幼虫、浮游目幼虫、蜻蜓目幼虫、鞘翅目幼虫、牛虻属幼虫和水蝇属幼虫;甲壳动物只有米虾属。以环节动物的寡毛类为主,水生昆虫居次。底栖动物现存生物量为1.62g/m,其鱼产潜力为0.54kg/亩.  相似文献

太湖流域春季底栖动物群落结构特征及水质评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
2010年春季对太湖流域14个湖泊、7座水库及8条河流的底栖动物进行了调查。共调查到底栖动物57种,隶属4门、8纲,其中水生昆虫(17种)和寡毛类(15种)物种数最多。霍甫水丝蚓为整个流域的绝对优势种。聚类分析表明,可将29个水体的底栖动物划分为10种群落类型,其中霍甫水丝蚓在15个水体中占绝对优势,铜锈环棱螺为5个水体的第一优势种。底栖动物平均密度和生物量分别为2 741.2个/m2和47.2 g/m2,寡毛纲在密度中占绝对优势(90.9%),双壳纲和腹足纲在生物量中占93.4%。密度河流最高、水库最低;生物量湖泊最高、水库最低,底栖动物类群数量组成水体类型间差异明显。物种多样性与丰富度和均匀度均显著相关,但更多地受均匀度的影响。水库、湖泊的Shannon多样性、物种丰富度、均匀度指数均显著高于河流,物种数差异接近显著水平。养殖型湖泊底栖动物密度显著高于非养殖型湖泊,生物量、Shannon和均匀度指数相反。Wright指数显示,太湖流域水库水质多处在清洁—轻污染等级,Shannon和BPI指数说明绝大多数湖泊和河流处在中—重污染水平。  相似文献

The food habits of 67 fish species collected from the mangrove estuary of the Urauchi River, Iriomote Island, southern Japan were investigated using gut content analysis. Ontogenetic changes in food preference were recognized in nine species, including mugilids, gerreids, mullids, gobiids and tetraodontids. In most cases, juveniles of these species fed mostly on small crustaceans (e.g. calanoid and cyclopoid copepods and gammaridean amphipods) or detritus. With their subsequent growth, larger prey items (e.g. crabs and polychaetes) became dominant. A cluster analysis based on dietary overlaps showed that the mangrove fish assemblage comprised eight trophic groups (zooplankton, small benthic crustacean, large benthic crustacean, polychaete, fish, detritus, plant and insect feeders). Of these, large and small benthic crustacean feeders, which consumed mainly crabs and gammaridean amphipods, respectively, were the most abundantly represented in terms of species, whereas polychaete and insect feeders were each represented by only two species.  相似文献

Abstract –  Spatial distribution of the fish community in the deep canyon-shaped Římov Reservoir, Czech Republic, was studied using overnight gillnetting fishing in 1999–2007. Effects of depth, distance from the dam to the tributary and habitat type (benthic and pelagic) on fish community structure, catch per unit of effort (CPUE), biomass per unit of effort (BPUE) and average weight were tested. Fish were recorded in all sampled depths and parts of the reservoir. Redundancy analysis revealed that effects of three environmental variables were significant and most variability was explained by depth, then by distance from the dam and habitat type. CPUE and BPUE of all species decreased with depth and responses of individual species to depth were similar for juvenile and adult fish. Number of species, CPUE and BPUE of all species except perch increased heading towards the tributary and peaked close to or at the tributary part of the reservoir. Responses of juvenile fish to distance from the dam differed from that of adult fish. Structure of fish community differed in benthic and pelagic habitats with species preferably occupying epipelagic (bleak, asp, rudd and juvenile bleak, roach and bream) or littoral waters (perch, pikeperch, ruffe, roach, bream and juvenile percids). This study showed that fish distribution in the reservoir followed distinct patterns, which were probably shaped by a combination of physiological constraints plus trade-off between food resources and competition.  相似文献

ABSTRACT:   To clarify the feeding habits of tidal mudflat fishes, the gut contents of 29 fish species, collected from unvegetated tidal mudflats in Tokyo Bay, central Honshu, Japan, were examined. Ontogenetic changes in food preference were recognized in 21 species, including several of commercial importance (e.g. Acanthogobius flavimanus , Konosirus punctatus , Mugil cephalus cephalus , Plecoglossus altivelis altivelis , and Sardinella zunasi ). In general, larvae and/or juveniles of these species fed mainly on small zooplankton or benthic harpacticoid copepods, later switching to other prey items with growth (e.g. gammaridean amphipods, mysids, polychaetes, detritus, bivalves, and juvenile fishes). A cluster analysis based on dietary overlaps showed that the tidal mudflat fish assemblage comprised six feeding guilds (small benthic and epiphytic crustacean, zooplankton, detritus, mollusc, polychaete, and fish feeders). Of these, small benthic and epiphytic crustacean feeders were the most abundantly represented in the number of species.  相似文献

基于2009~2010年及2012~2015年夏季(8月)进行的底拖网调查资料,研究了渤海甲壳类群落结构的年际变化。结果显示:(1)调查共捕获甲壳类33种,隶属于2目21科29属,其中虾类16种,蟹类16种,虾蛄1种;(2)甲壳类生态优势种类组成随年份变化,口虾蛄在每个年份均为绝对优势种;(3)2009~2013年,渤海甲壳类的物种数目、生物量和个体数密度均持续下降,2014~2015年逐步恢复;(4)聚类分析(CLUSTER)和多维标度分析(MDS)将6个调查年分为4个群组,单因子相似性分析(ANOSIM)表明群组间的群落结构呈显著性差异(P0.05),相似性百分比分析(SIMPER)表明口虾蛄、葛氏长臂虾和海蜇虾对群组区分的贡献率最高;(5)群落更替指数和迁移指数显示,渤海甲壳类群落的稳定性以2010年最好、2013年最差。总体来看,2011年蓬莱19-3平台溢油后的第3~4年,即2014~2015年渤海的甲壳类群落已逐渐恢复。  相似文献

Abstract– Food resource partitioning between Siberian sculpin ( Cottus poecilopus ) and Atlantic salmon parr ( Salmo salar ) was investigated throughout a summer season in the subarctic River Reisa, northern Norway. The two species had almost identical diets, feeding primarily on benthic invertebrates and selecting the same prey species. There was no strong segregation in the diel feeding rhythms of the two species, although the salmon parr consumed a large proportion of their food at night during August and September. The results suggest that the two species compete for food, and that interspecific competition for limited food resources may explain the low production of Atlantic salmon in this river. The observation of a high degree of dietary overlap between the sculpin and the salmon parr contrasts with expectation of interactive segregation. Further, the findings conflict with general niche and competition theories, being inconsistent with the competitive exclusion principle.  相似文献

To clarify the feeding habits of seagrass fishes, we examined the gut contents from 42 fish species collected in seagrass habitats in Trang. Thirteen species showed ontogenetic and/or seasonal changes in food-use patterns. Smaller individuals generally preyed on small planktonic items (e.g., copepod larvae) or small benthic/epiphytic crustaceans (e.g., harpacticoid copepods), with subsequent changes to other prey items (e.g., shrimps, crabs, detritus and filamentous algae) with growth. The most important dietary items for the seagrass fish assemblages comprised benthic/epiphytic crustaceans, detritus, and planktonic copepods. Cluster analysis based on dietary overlaps showed that the seagrass fishes comprised eight feeding guilds (large benthic/epiphytic crustacean, detritus, planktonic animal, small benthic/epiphytic crustacean, mollusc, invertebrate egg, polychaete, and fish feeders). Of these, the first three guilds were the most abundantly represented, whereas the last three were each represented by only a single species.  相似文献

Abstract –  Similarities in the diets of larval, juvenile and adult black-stripe minnow ( Galaxiella nigrostriata ) and salamanderfish ( Lepidogalaxias salamandroides ), collected from ephemeral pools in south-western Australia during the mid-wet, late-wet and dry seasons, were assessed. During the mid-wet season, both intra- and interspecific competition for a diminishing food supply was minimised through differences in prey utilisation by the various developmental stages of both species. During the late-wet season, the pools contained only juvenile G. nigrostriata and juvenile and adult L. salamandroides , the diets of which were vastly different. A shift towards terrestrial fauna by G. nigrostriata and the ingestion of greater proportions of larger benthic prey taxa by L. salamandroides minimised interspecific competition for food at a time when densities of zooplanktors were rapidly declining. Timing differences in the onset of aestivation ensures that no interspecific competition for food occurs during the dry season.  相似文献

Abstract  The trophic dynamics of a newly-impounded south east Asian reservoir, Pasak Jolasid, Thailand, monitored from its creation, were constructed using ecopath , a mass-balanced model. The trophic levels (TLs) of 36 ecological groups varied between 1.0 and 3.2. The majority of fish biomass was at the second TL, where the fishery is concentrated. Some food resources (benthic organisms and zooplankton) were not fully used, whereas phytoplankton and benthic algae were important components of the food web, which is based on phytoplankton and detritus. The implications of these findings are discussed in terms of ecological maturity of the ecosystem and possible fishery management of this multi-purpose reservoir.  相似文献
