应用顶空固相微萃取和气相色谱—质谱联用方法,对贵州、云南两省12种山茶属植物物种及类型花的挥发性物质及其相对含量进行分析.共分离鉴定出237种挥发性化合物,占总挥发性化合物种类的99.58%.主要包括醛类、酮类、醇类、酯类、萜烯类、烷烃类、酸类及其他类等8类化合物.以怒江山茶花的挥发物种类最多(88种),离蕊金花茶最少(41种).有51种化合物为12个物种及类型中的多数植物所共有.其中,100%共有的5种;90%共有的8种;80%共有的10种;70%共有的10种;50%共有的18种;50%以下共有的100种.有86种化合物为各物种所独有.归类分析表明,醇类比例最高,达29.87%;萜烯类次之,为27.79%;再次为酯类,为22.48%.化合物中相对含量第1为L-芳樟醇,相对含量达75.94%;第2为(Z)-3-己烯酯,为42.48%;第3为庚烷-2-酮,为31.67%;第4为(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇和(S)-2-庚醇,分别达23.79%和20.95%.  相似文献

为研究流苏树种子的成分,探讨不同溶剂提取流苏树种子成分的差异。本研究分别采用石油醚、二氯甲烷和丙酮提取流苏树种子成分,以GC-MS联用技术对其化学成分进行分析。结果显示:石油醚提取物含有10种烷烃类、16种酯类和1种酰胺类化合物,占色谱总流出峰面积的91.36%,其中十六烷酸甲酯(10.83%)、反式-13-十八碳烯酸甲酯(60.67%)和6-十八碳烯酸甲酯(11.29%)含量较高;二氯甲烷提取物含有10种烷烃类、4种酯类、2种酸类和3种烯烃类化合物,占色谱总流出峰面积的80.85%,其中1,2-二甲基环戊烷(8.21%)、十六烷酸(14.51%)、(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(35.93%)等化合物含量较高;丙酮提取物含有10种烷烃类、11种酯类和2种烯烃类化合物,占色谱总流出峰面积的98.23%,其中十六烷酸甲酯(14.07%)、(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸甲酯(44.65%)、(E)-9-十八碳烯酸甲酯(12.27%)和十八酸甲酯(15.62%)含量较高。石油醚和丙酮提取酯类的效果优于二氯甲烷,在提取酸类和烷烃类化合物时,二氯甲烷效果更佳。不同的溶剂提取流苏树种子成分的组成和含量存在一定的差异。  相似文献

4份桃种质挥发性成分的GC-MS分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了分析桃果实中共有的挥发性成分及初步探讨果皮毛和果肉颜色性状对挥发性成分的影响情况,以此2对性状均存在差异的4份桃种质为试材,采用顶空固相微萃取方法提取其成熟果肉中的挥发性成分,并用气相-质谱联用仪对其进行了测定。结果表明:4份桃种质中共鉴定出116种挥发性成分,其主要为酯、醛、醇和烷烃等类物质。从挥发性成分的种类数量上看,白肉桃‘大久保’和‘华光’中检出的挥发性成分种类较多,分别有68和52种;而2份黄肉桃种质中检出的挥发性成分种类均较少。从挥发性成分的种类上看,2份普通桃与2份油桃中的差异挥发性成分总共仅有3种,其分别为反式-2,4-庚二烯醛、戊酸-2,2,4-三甲基-3-异丙酸-异丁酯和脱氧精胍菌素,远低于2份白肉桃与2份黄肉桃种质中差异挥发性成分的数量(13种)。此外,从挥发性成分的类群上看,2份白肉桃含有较多的"青香型"的C6类化合物,而2份黄肉桃含有较多的"果香型"的酯和内酯类化合物。文中综合分析认为,果皮毛的有无和果肉的颜色性状均可能影响果实中挥发性成分的数量和种类,但后者的影响较为明显。  相似文献

用甲醇和丙酮分别对长白落叶松心材进行热回流提取,并对2种提取物蒸馏,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)对蒸馏产物进行分析.甲醇提取物的蒸馏产物中有9种主要化学成分被鉴定,占总量的 88.598 %,其中有酯类(4种,48.169 %)、酚类(3种,20.344 %)、酸类(1种,11.740 %)、菲类(1种,8.345 %)共4类化合物;丙酮提取物的蒸馏产物中有19种主要化学成分被鉴定,占总量的 65.076 %,其中有酚类(8种,19.965 %)、菲类(4种,8.987 %)、酸类(2种,15.738 %)、酯类(2种,16.160 %)、茚类(1种,3.172 %)、萘类(1种,0.550 %)、烯类(1种,0.504 %)共7类化合物.  相似文献

The new eremophilanolide 1, the known eremophilane derivatives 2 and 3, already described as part of mixtures, the known compounds hyperin, 2'-acetylhyperin and two calenduladiol esters were isolated from Roldana lineolata. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1 and 2 as well as their acetylated and oxidized derivatives were tested against several fungi strains. Eremophilanolide 1 showed a mild activity against Trichophyton mentagrophytes.  相似文献

用微波辅助萃取-固相微萃取联用技术,结合气相色谱-质谱法对桑叶挥发性成分进行了鉴定,并用面积归一化法测定其相对含量.共鉴定出化合物45种,包括酮、醇、酸、烷烃、烯烃、甾醇、醛、酯及杂环化合物等,其中酮类化合物占总色谱馏出峰面积的 6.56%;醇类化合物占 33.32%;酸类占 13.71%;烃类占 23.44%.主要化合物有: 3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六醇(24.05%)、1-乙酰基-4-异丙基-二环[3.1.0]己烷 (16.27%)、5-(2-异丁烯基)-4,6,6-三甲基-3-环己烯酸(8.35%)、3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六碳烯-1-醇(5.67%).该技术可以简便、快捷、准确地进行桑叶挥发性成分的分析鉴定.  相似文献

Changes in soluble phenol contents of Scots-pine (Pinus sylvestris) phloem were studied after inoculation with Ophiostoma brunneo-ciliatum, a fungus associated with Ips sexdentatus. They were compared to the length of the fungus-induced reaction zone of the phloem, taken as an estimation for the trees' response efficiency against aggression. Five clones consisting of 14 trees were studied, and eight soluble phenolic metabolites were analysed in detail in reaction zones and in unwounded phloem sampled 3 weeks after inoculation. The stilbenes pinosylvin and pinosylvin monomethylether, and the flavonoid pinocembrin, were detected in reaction zones only. Concentrations of two p-coumaric-acid esters and an acetophenone glycoside decreased after inoculation. Variations of the flavonoids taxifolin and 3' taxifolin glucoside were inconsistent. One tree had longer reaction zones and a phenolic content different from the others. In unwounded phloem, concentrations of some phenolic compounds and in particular the ratio between the two p-coumaric-acid esters could be markers for trees' response efficiency. In the reaction zone, markers could be the ratios between concentrations of certain preformed compounds and concentrations of newly synthesized pinosylvin and pinocembrin.  相似文献

Two new steroidal esters with an unusual framework, Sinkiangenorin A and B, a new organic acid glycoside, Sinkiangenorin C, and four known lignin compounds were isolated from the seeds of Ferula sinkiangensis. The structures of these compounds were established by spectroscopic analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. All of the isolated compounds were tested against Hela, K562 and AGS human cancer cell lines. Sinkiangenorin C showed cytotoxic activity against AGS cells with an IC50 of 36.9 μM.  相似文献

Phytochemical studies on the ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Ecdysanthera rosea led to the isolation of three new compounds, hydroquinone diglycoside acyl esters, ecdysanrosin A (1) and sesquiterpene, 5β-hydroperoxycostic acid (2) and apocarotenoid, 2, 4, 7-trimethyl-2, 4, 6, 8-tetraene-dialdehyde (3). 选取四种品牌四种厚度阻燃杨木胶合板,待其释放稳定(第28天),采用小型环境舱采集其挥发性有机化合物(VOCs),并结合气相色谱-质谱法,分析挥发性有机化合物种类和含量.实验结果表明:不同品牌阻燃杨木胶合板总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)释放量在50.14μg/m3 ~ 248.92μg/m3之间;各个板材VOCs释放量和检出物不完全相同,单个板材检出物种类最高为36种;芳香类和烃类化合物质量浓度之和占挥发性有机化合物总质量浓度的55.10%~85.72%;同时还捡出醛类、酮类和酯类等其他挥发性有机化合物;经过磷-氮-硼系阻燃剂处理的板材VOCs释放量比磷-氮系阻燃剂处理板材高;同种品牌阻燃杨木胶合板随厚度增加TVOC释放量呈增加趋势.  相似文献

One of the important issues relevant to wood/plastic composite molding is the compatibility between hydrophilic wood and hydrophobic plastic. Polyolefins modified with maleic anhydride, which have been frequently used for wood and polyolefin composites, are not effective for poly(lactic acid) composites. Because compounds with both hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups are potential compatibilizers, cellulose esters of several carboxylic acids, RCOO-cellulose (R = CH3, C2H5, C3H7, C4H9, C5H11, C11H23), were synthesized and their effects as compatibilizers of wood/poly(lactic acid) composites (WPLC) were examined in this study. The mechanical properties of WPLC were improved with a small amount of added cellulose esters, especially cellulose butyrate or cellulose valerate. The relevant effect of added cellulose esters on the thermal properties of wood/PLA composite was analyzed by measuring dynamic viscoelasticity. 利用超临界CO2萃取紫丁香干花,提取物在分离釜Ⅰ(8 MPa,45℃)中进行第一级分离,再在分离釜Ⅱ(5 MPa、35℃)中进行第二级分离。通过GC-MS分析了两个分离釜中萃取物的化学成分并进行比较。从分离釜Ⅰ中所得萃取物中鉴定出21种成分,以长链烷烃为主(占57.14%),主要成分为二十九烷和2,6,10,14-四甲基十六烷;从分离釜Ⅱ所得萃取物中鉴定出40种成分,以含氧化合物为主,醇、酮、醛、酸、酯占67.5%,主要成分为十六烷酸和(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸。二级分离可使紫丁香干花超临界CO2萃取物得到一定程度分离,温度和压力是制约分离结果的关键因素。  相似文献

通过乙醚、二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯3种有机溶剂对竹醋液抽提,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS法)对抽提物的化学组分及其相对含量进行分析。结果表明:1)3种有机溶剂抽提后的竹醋液组分种类及含量存在着差异,采用乙醚抽提得到27种化合物,二氯甲烷抽提得到44种化合物,乙酸乙酯抽提得到58种化合物,化合物类型主要包括有机酸类、酚类、酮类、醇类、酯类、醛类及少量其他物质。2)选用乙酸乙酯抽提可以得到更多种类的酸类、酚类、酮类和醛类物质;选用二氯甲烷抽提则能获得相对成分含量更高的酸类和酚类物质;而乙醚更适于抽提醇类物质。  相似文献

Pinus pinaster wood samples, obtained at different positions of three healthy trees, were subjected to two sequential extractions using an Accelerated Solvent Extraction instrument. The first extraction was carried out with hexane (to remove lipophilic extractives) and the second one with acetone/water (95:5 v/v) to recover bioactive phenolic compounds, the target compounds of this study. The extracted fractions were assayed for total yield and composition. The extracts contained a spectrum of phenolic compounds (simple phenolics, phenolic stilbenes, flavonoids and lignans) and non-phenolic components (juvabiones, resin and fatty acids, steryl esters and triglycerides). The fractionation effects achieved by consecutive extractions and the recovery of bioactive phenolics are discussed.  相似文献

 The chemical composition of six lipophilic extractives from wheat straw by extraction with toluene-ethanol (2 : 1, v/v), chloroform-methanol (2 : 1, v/v), methyl tert-butyl ether, hexane, petroleum ether, and dichloromethane, respectively, in a Soxhlet extractor, and one water-soluble lipophilic extract has been examined. Five main lipid classes (free fatty/resin acids, sterols, waxes, steryl esters, triglycerides) were identified and their individual components quantified by gas chromatography as their trimethylsilyl (TMS) esters (free fatty/resin acids) and TMS ethers (sterols). The abundant saturated fatty acids were palmitic acid (C16:0), myristic acid (C14:0), and pentadecanoic acid (C15:0). Palmitoleic acid (C16:1), linoleic acid (C18:2), and oleic acid (C18:1) were the major unsaturated free fatty acids. Abietic acid was detected as the only single component in the resin acids. Of the sterols identified, β-sitosterol was found to be the major compound together with minor amounts of cholesterol, ergosterol, stigmasterol, and stigmastanol. Palmityl palmitate and oleyl palmitate were identified as the major components in waxes. The steryl esters analyzed were composed of steryl laurate, steryl myristate, steryl palmitate, steryl heptadecanoate, and steryl oleate. Tripalmitin, dipalmitoyl-oleoylglycerol, and triolein were the major components of the triglycerides. 油茶饼粕是油茶种子制备茶油后的副产物,含有多种生物活性成分。为给油茶饼粕资源的高效利用提供理论依据,采用索氏抽提方法,以乙醇为浸提溶剂,对冷冻干燥除水后的油茶饼粕进行浸提,对其提取物和提取残渣进行真空浓缩干燥处理,并在600℃的条件下分别进行热裂解,然后对热裂解产物的组分进行热裂解-气质联用(Py-GC/MS)分析。结果表明:油茶饼粕乙醇提取物的热裂解组分中含有杂环类、酮、酯、酚、烃类、醛等成分,而其提取残渣的热裂解组分中含有杂环类、酮、酸、酯、醚、酚、糖类、氨基酸、腈等成分;油茶饼粕乙醇提取物与提取残渣的热裂解产物中的部分组分可用作生物医药、香料、化妆品的生产原料。  相似文献
