The infraclass Metatheria has not been reported from deposits predating the mid-Cretaceous. Fossil material just recovered from Albian deposits in northcentral Texas has definite characteristics of the family Didelphidae and is submitted as being from the oldest known marsupials. The same locality has also produced remains referable to Eutheria, demonstrating a somewhat earlier divergence of these two important groups than was known before. 相似文献

Preliminary examination of the historic geodetic record has disclosed crustal uplift of 0.15 to 0.25 meter that apparently began around 1960 and has since grown to include at least 12,000 square kilometers of southern California. This uplift extends at least 150 kilometers west-northwestward along the San Andreas Fault from Cajon to Maricopa, southward from the San Andreas into the northern Transverse Ranges, and eastward from Lebec into and including much of western Mojave block. It seems to have grown spasmodically eastward from a center near the junction of the San Andreas and Garlock faults and has occurred largely within an area that has remained virtually aseismic since at least 1932. Although much of this area has been characterized by crustal mobility since at least the turn the century, the described uplift seems to be an unusually large and probably unique event superimposed the existing pattern of continuing deformation. 相似文献

经过筛选试验发现,我国作为香料及中药的挂皮(cassia)对油脂有很强的抗氧化效能,用石油醚脱脂,己烷乙醇混合液提取,过 Florisil 柱脱色,得天然抗氧化剂 MC-1。这种抗氧化剂对鸡、鸭、鹅、猪等动物油脂显示强的抗氧化效能,在模拟胃液条件下具有阻断亚硝胺合成的作用。 相似文献

A peptide that strongly stimulates the secretion of juvenile hormone from corpora allata in vitro (allatotropin) has been purified from extracts of heads of pharate adult Manduca sexta. The primary structure of this 13-residue peptide has been determined: H-Gly-Phe-Lys-Asn-Val-Glu-Met-Met-Thr-Ala-Arg-Gly-Phe-NH(2). This neurohormone has no sequence similarity with any known neuropeptide from other organisms. Synthetic allatotropin, as well as truncation fragments, including one with the five amino terminal residues deleted, showed in vitro activity indistinguishable from that of native allatotropin. 相似文献

对北京妙峰山地区３种不同林地类型（未成林造林地、已郁闭幼林地、成林地）的土壤ＣＯ_２释放量的动态研究表明，未成林林地的ＣＯ_２释放量明显高于有林地；林地ＣＯ_２释放量与土壤表层或亚表层的温度、湿度在一定范围内呈线性正相关，而与光照度无关；ＣＯ_２释放量昼夜变化也有一定规律。 相似文献

湖湘先民在新石器时代初期就表现出了对自然神灵的狂热崇尚与敬仰，这种崇拜体现了人们对自然的畏惧以及对自然现象的神秘感。作为传说中三苗活动的主要区域，这里长期民神杂糅，人、自然、宗教团体更多地是在一种原始的状态下得以相互交流，与天对话并不属于特权。一般认为湖湘民俗主要是在楚文化基础上传承下来的，但就湖湘巫风的源头而言，恐怕还应从这些更为古老的文化传统中进行探寻。 相似文献

In suitable cell-free media it has been possible to cultivate pleuropneumonia-like microorganisms from the following materials, first, from chorioallantoic membranes in which lesions were apparently induced by exudates from patients with rheumatic fever; second, from pneumonic lungs of mice inoculated with similar exudates or with suspensions of the abovementioned abnormal membranes; and third, directly from the arthritic exudate of a patient with rheumatic fever, and also from an erythema nodosum nodule excised from a patient with this same disease. With three different subcultures from joint fluid, iritis has been induced in rabbits; and following intranasal inoculation with the same cultures there has developed in mice a pneumonia similar to that found in mice inoculated with rheumatic exudates and with suspensions of chorioallantoic membranes infected with rheumatic exudates. Therefore it seems probable that in all instances the pathogenic agent was derived from similar sources, viz., patients with rheumatic fever. Further work will be required to demonstrate the etiologic significance of these pathogenic agents in rheumatic fever. 相似文献

【目的】研究棒曲霉素扩张青霉菌（Penicillium expansum）的快速和特异性PCR检测方法。【方法】通过P.expansum的纯菌平板和液体培养以及纯菌接种于苹果、苹果果肉和苹果汁,用Cenis改良方法提取DNA,以基于isoepoxydon dehydrogenase和polygatacturonase编码基因的两对引物扩增P.expansum DNA,建立特异和快速的检测P.expansum的方法。【结果】基于polygatacturonase基因的引物具有很强的特异性,只有目标DNA片段被扩增,而基于isoepoxydon dehydrogenase基因的引物扩增特异性较差。纯培养可以检测到5×10-6 μｇDNA/每反应体系,整个检测时间约为5 h,比传统培养法（4～6 d）时间大大缩短。苹果、苹果果肉和果汁接种纯P.expansum后所提DNA都得到了很好的扩增,具有很高的特异性,不受苹果样品DNA的干扰。【结论】本研究建立的P.expansum的PCR检测方法特异、快速、灵敏,可用于商品果汁和苹果汁工业化生产中P.expansum的快速检测和质量控制,也可用于工艺过程对P.expansum污染的快速溯源。 相似文献

研究目的意义。土地利用分类是基本农田保护等实践应用工作的基础,充分认识和了解城郊结合带区域土地利用覆被分类变化对提高土地空间资源利用效率具有重要意义。本文以武汉市黄陂区的GIS数据为基础,对比并剖析了2000、2005、2010、2015和2018年共五期的土地利用遥感影像,并从当地人口、城镇化以及社会经济等方面对黄陂区的土地利用覆被状况进行评价。结果表明：1)2000-2018年间黄陂区的土地覆被类型发生了巨大的改变,耕地面积逐年降低,建设用地面积逐年增大;2)其中草地面积在2015-2018年间由下降态势转为上升趋势,水域面积在2010年由上升态势转为逐年下降态势;3)而林地和未利用地变化最小。社会经济的快速发展给土地利用覆被分类带来了诸多变化,政府对于建设用地的投入和支持明显加大,因此建设用地的相关标准得到了改善。 相似文献

Ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) is one of a small number of proteins with neurotrophic activities distinct from nerve growth factor (NGF). CNTF has now been purified and cloned and the primary structure of CNTF from rabbit sciatic nerve has been determined. Biologically active CNTF has been transiently expressed from a rabbit complementary DNA clone. Blood residues from several animal species have been discovered on the surfaces of chert, basalt, and obsidian prehistoric tools (1000 to 6000 years old) from open-air sites along the western coast and in the northern boreal forest of Canada.
