Mixed-sex blue tilapia Oreochromis aureus fry were produced from indoor spawns in March and April. Fry were stocked in May at an average weight of 0.5 g at 0, 250, 750, or 2,500/ha into ponds which had been stocked previously with three catfish strains at a combined density of 10,000 fingerlings/ha. After a 167-d culture period, from 15 May until 4 November, tilapia stocked at 250 or 750/ha grew to average harvest size approaching 0.45 kg. No significant difference in average size was observed between males and females except at the 2,500 tilapia/ha stocking density. Sixty percent of the tilapia polyculture ponds yielded no reproduction at harvest and maximum reproduction observed was 13.5 kg/ha. Lack of reproduction and the undeveloped state of sampled female ovaries indicated that most females had yet to attain sexual maturity. Catfish production and catfish feed conversion was not significantly different between tilapia polyculture and catfish monoculture ponds ( P > 0.05). First seine hauls yielded over 88% of the total catfish harvest, but only an average of 3.9% of the marketable tilapia. Tilapia had no measurable impact on the incidence of catfish off-flavor at any of three sample intervals. Overall average levels of TAN and nitrites did not differ significantly between treatments; however, mean chlorophyll a concentration was significantly higher ( P > 0.05) in the 2,500 tilapia/ha treatment than at lower tilapia densities.  相似文献

Improved equipment and husbandry practices are required to effectively grade and harvest fish in large land-based culture tanks. The objective of our work was to develop and evaluate several types of relatively inexpensive, portable, and efficient fish handling equipment to reduce the labor requirement for grading and harvesting fish from large circular culture tanks. This equipment and husbandry practices also had to provide for worker safety and minimize the stress or damage to the fish. Two techniques were developed and evaluated to remove the entire population from a large and deep circular tank, i.e. (a) purse seine and (b) carbon dioxide avoidance response. Two other techniques were developed and evaluated to remove the fish from a large (150 m3) and deep (2.44 m) circular culture tank after they had been top-graded in situ using a 3-panel clam-shell grader: (c) an airlift fish pump and hand sorting/dewatering box and (d) a sidewall drain box for hand sorting/dewatering. Some of these technologies are new, while others (such as the purse seine) have been used in other applications. Our commercial-scale evaluation of these technologies provided insight into the advantages and disadvantages of each option. With use of the clam-shell grader, the majority of the fish in the culture tank were never lifted from the water during the self-sorting process, which minimized stress, perhaps enhancing final product quality. In contrast, harvesting the tank using the purse seine and hand brailing was much more labor intensive and increased the stress on the fish, as indicated by a nearly 10-fold increase in fish mortality compared to the mortality observed when the clam-shell type crowder/grader system and an airlift fish pump or sidewall drain box were used during fish harvest. The combination of the clam-shell crowder/grader with the sidewall drain harvest box was our preferred harvest method, because of its low labor requirement, relatively low fish mortality, and rapid harvest rate. We also think that the carbon dioxide avoidance harvest technique can be used effectively, with little labor input and practically zero mortality when the entire fish population must be removed from a fish culture tank, but not during a selective harvest using in situ grading. Ultimately, the more effective technologies and practices should help fish farmers overcome scale-up issues and improve land-based fish farm profitability.  相似文献

Fingerling HS‐5 channel catfish, Ictalurus punctatus, NWAC 103 channel catfish, D&B blue catfish, Ictalurus furcatus, HS‐5 female channel × D&B male blue catfish F1 hybrids, and NWAC 103 female channel × D&B male blue catfish F1 hybrids were stocked into twenty‐five 0.04‐ha earthen ponds at 12,500 fish/ha and grown for 277 d. Fish were fed daily at rates from 1.0 to 3.0% biomass based on feeding activity and temperature and adjusted weekly assuming a feed conversion ratio (FCR) of 1.8 and 100% survival. At harvest, 40 fish from each pond were sampled, and all other counted and weighed. Mean survival, growth rate indexes (a), FCR, and skin‐on fillet percentages were not significantly different. Mean harvest weights and net production were higher for HS‐5 channel and its hybrid than for the NWAC 103 channel, NWAC 103 hybrid, and D&B blue catfish, partially because of their larger mean stocking weights. D&B blue catfish was more uniform in size than NWAC 103 channel and NWAC 103 hybrid. D&B blue catfish was the easiest to seine. HS‐5 hybrids and NWAC 103 hybrids had lower mean head percentage and a better processing yield than their parent channel catfish.  相似文献

Most commercial catfish farms use multiple-batch production systems that contain fish sizes ranging from recently stocked fingerlings to fish weighing more than 1.5 kg. Currently, there are no accurate and cost-effective techniques to estimate pond inventories of catfish. Three trials were conducted in earthen catfish ponds with a 12 m × 8 m trawl (bar mesh at mouth of 3.8-cm; 2.54-cm at cod end). The first two trials included trawling with and without feed as bait in 4-ha commercial catfish ponds (Trial 1) and in 1.6-ha experimental ponds (Trial 2). In Trial 3, the trawl was pulled three times without feeding in 1.6-ha experimental ponds. Mean individual weights and size distributions of catfish caught by the trawl were statistically similar to those of catfish caught by the seine (Trial 1) and to stocking data (Trial 2). Single pulls with the trawl resulted in 73% error in estimated fish inventories in Trial 3. However, if pulled two times, the estimated catfish inventory error dropped to 7%, more accurate than other inventory methods, but was variable (coefficient of variation = 186%). The trawl appears to have potential as a means to sample commercial catfish ponds to estimate means and frequency distributions of fish size, but additional refinement and correction would be needed for it to be used reliably to estimate total pond inventory.  相似文献

Ictalurid catfish grown in ponds often acquire undesirable off-flavors prior to harvest. Off-flavors develop when odorous, lipophilic substances in food or water are absorbed across gut or gill epithelium and concentrated in edible tissues. The most common causes of catfish off-flavors are two nontoxic secondary metabolites of planktonic cyanobacteria: geosmin (causing an earthy off-flavor) and 2-methylisoborneol (causing a musty off-flavor). Off-flavored fish are unacceptable for processing, and harvest must be postponed until the source of the odorous compound disappears and the compound purges from edible fish tissue. Harvest delays caused by episodes of off-flavor increase production time, interrupt cash flow, and increase the risk of fish loss. Catfish farmers consider off-flavor to be one of their most important production-related problems. This paper reviews the causes of off-flavor in catfish, pharmacokinetics of uptake and loss of odorous compounds in catfish, seasonality and prevalence of off-flavors, farm- and industry-level impacts, the ecology of cyanobacteria in catfish ponds, and various strategies for preventing or treating cyanobacterial (and other) off-flavors. A decision-making system based on knowledge gained from research is presented as a guide to effective use of the limited tools available to manage off-flavors.  相似文献

Grading trials were performed in experimental and commercial catfish ponds to compare an in-pond horizontal floating bar grader to current live-car grading. Three replicate trials were conducted in experimental ponds at three different temperature ranges (warm, >26 °C; cool, 13–26 °C; cold, <13 °C) with catfish size groups stocked in ratios of either 75:25, 50:50, or 25:75 sub-marketable (<0.57 kg) to marketable fish (≥0.57 kg). Commercial pond trials were replicated three times at each temperature range with a fish size range typical of ponds ready to harvest. Stress experienced by fish during harvest and grading was measured by mean serum glucose and cortisol levels. Grading speed was greater (P < 0.05) with the UAPB grader (105–449 kg/min) than the traditional live-car grader (0.5–0.6 kg/min). The UAPB grader decreased (P < 0.05) the proportion of sub-marketable fish during all trials. In contrast, the live car did not reduce the proportion of sub-marketable fish with the experimental methods used in this study during commercial trials or in the 25:75 distributions during warm and cold temperature trials in experimental ponds. The UAPB grader returned an average two to four times (range of 2–52) more sub-marketable fish by weight to the pond than the traditional live car method. Glucose and cortisol levels in fish graded with the two technologies were not significantly different. The UAPB grader sorted fish more accurately, consistently, and quickly than the live car at all temperatures in both experimental and commercial trials.  相似文献

Off-flavor, due to organoleptic compounds such as 2-methylisoborneol (MIB), is the single largest detriment to the harvest, production and profit from the channel catfish aquaculture industry of the Southeastern United States. Methods to increase the metabolism and/or elimination of compounds like MIB would provide a means towards improving catfish rearing practices. Previous studies indicated one or more forms of cytochrome P450 monooxygenase (CYP) may be involved in the biotransformation and elimination of specific organoleptic compounds, such as 2-methylisoborneol (MIB). In order to determine the role of CYP in the elimination of MIB, various compounds that have been shown to modulate cytochrome P450 expression in catfish were administered before and after exposure to 14C-MIB. Uptake and elimination was monitored in fish over 24 and 48 h, respectively. Pretreatment with clofibric acid (100 mg kg–1-gavage) which induces a CYP2K-like isoform, and ethanol (1.0% v/v-aqueous) a CYP2 represser, alone and with enhanced temperature (added 10 °C) failed to affect uptake of MIB. Pretreatment with these compounds and conditions also failed to enhance elimination of MIB from channel catfish. However, when fish were treated with 1.0% ethanol after MIB exposure (i.e., during depuration), beta elimination halflives were changed from 144±35 to 71±13 h. in sexually mature animals but unchanged (191±113) in juveniles. The failure of CYP-modulating agents to alter MIB elimination in catfish suggests MIB may not readily undergo Phase I oxidation via CYP. The enhanced elimination of MIB in adults by ethanol warrants further study as to its potential use in aquaculture in purging MIB and related compounds prior to fish processing.  相似文献

Intensive production of ictalurid catfish in the USA has increased over the past several years, and a better understanding of the amount of organic carbon (OC) and dissolved oxygen (DO) in these culture environments is needed. Budgets for OC and DO were estimated over a production season (March to November) for an in‐pond raceway system for channel catfish, Ictalurus punctatus, and hybrid catfish (channel catfish × blue catfish, Ictalurus furcatus), with co‐culture of paddlefish, Polyodon spathula, and Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus. Feed input ranged from 45 to 263 kg/ha/d with an overall average of 80 kg/ha/d. Production of each kilogram of live catfish required 1.5 kg of feed and released into the water 0.70 kg of OC, and led to the synthesis of an additional 3.36 kg of OC by photosynthesis. Consequently, production of 1 kg of live catfish resulted in 4.06 kg OC, and harvest of catfish accounted for only 29.5% of OC applied from the feed. Removal of OC increased to 34.3% with the additional harvest of paddlefish and tilapia. OC was consumed in respiration, and some OC accumulated in sediment. Total respiration within the system exceeded the DO produced by photosynthesis, while diffusion and mechanical aeration aided in maintaining suitable DO levels for fish production.  相似文献

Abstract. The construction of a multiple electrode fishing boom is described. The efficiency of the equipment was compared with more conventional hand-held electric fishing equipment and seine netting in a series of field trials. Differences were found in the fishing efficiencies of the equipment teslcd. The boom electric fishing equipment with a pulsed direct current output produced better and more consistent catches and is considered to he a good cost-effective method for sampling large linear water bodies.  相似文献

The efficacies of formalin, potassium permanganate, sodium chloride, and copper sulfate as prophylactic treatments for saprolegniosis (“winter kill”) in channel caffish Icralums puncratus were evaluated. Formalin and copper sulfate were also evaluated as postinfective treatments for the disease. Each of the five experiments was conducted with 5–to 7-g channel catfish placed in static water aquaria maintained in refrigerated tanks. Water temperature was reduced from 25 to 10 C within 36 h and maintained at 10 ± 0.5 C for 28 d. Fish were exposed to cultured Saprolegnia sp. at 20 C, and morbidity and mortality data were recorded for 28 d. Saprolegnia sp.-associated mortalities occurred 7–10 d after exposure. Formalin (25 mg/L) was effective as both a prophylactic and postinfective treatment for saprolegniosis. Copper sulfate was effective in preventing saprolegniosis at a concentration of 0.1 mg/L, but was ineffective as a postinfective treatment. Sodium chloride at 5,000 mg/L was effective in preventing saprolegniosis, but was not practical for use in the commercial catfish industry. Potassium permanganate (up to 0.5 mg/L) was not effective in preventing or treating saprolegniosis in channel caffish. Based on the results of this study, it may be possible to prevent saprolegniosis in channel catfish using formalin or copper sulfate during winter when fish are immunosuppressed by rapid decreases in water temperature or to treat infected fish with formalin. However, the routine use of chemicals to control this disease should not be recommended until studies on their efficacy under typical caffish culture conditions and the effect of long-term use of chemicals on fish and on the environment are completed.  相似文献

Abstract. Three feeding trials, involving pre-pupal larvae of soldier fly, Hermetia illucens L., grown on poultry manure, were conducted to assess: (1) channel catfish, Ictalurus punctatus (Rafinesque), response to substitution of dried meal larvae for the fish meal component of the catfish diet and (2) if feeding 100% whole or chopped larvae to channel catfish or blue tilapia, Oreochromis aureus (Steindachner), will support normal growth comparable to those fed a commercial diet. Effects on fish quality were also evaluated. Replacement of 10% fish meal with 10% soldier fly larvae resulted in slower growth over a 15-week period for subadult channel catfish grown in cages (trial 1). However, the replacement did not reduce growth rate significantly when channel catfish were grown in culture tanks at a slower growth rate (trial 2). Feeding 100% larvae did not provide sufficient dry matter or protein intake for good growth for either species grown in tanks (trials 2 and 3). Chopping of the larvae improved weight gain and efficiency of the utilization.  相似文献

Abstract Producers may capture two to three channel catfish Ictalurus punctatus L. for flavor analysis from ponds scheduled for harvest. If off-flavors are not present in several consecutive fish samples, the population may be considered acceptable for harvest. However, instrumental analysis of the muddy/earthy off-flavor metabolites 2-methylisoborneol (1-R-exo-1,2,7,7-tetramethyl-bicyclo-[2,2,1]-heptan-2-ol) (MIB) and geosmin (lα, 10β-dimethyl-9α-decalol) concentrations in approximately 80 catfish from each of three commercial ponds found both acceptable (on-flavor) and unacceptable (off-flavor) individuals within a single pond (i.e., mixed-flavor populations). Ascertaining the frequency of mixed-flavor populations by instrumentally determining the off-flavor metabolite concentration in muscle tissues from a large number of fish sampled from many ponds at several locations over time is not currently feasible. However, analysis of 12,725 commercial processor flavor assessments collected in 1994 and 1995 indicated 120 instances of individual ponds yielding off-flavor fish followed by on-flavor fish in one day or less. Reports indicate that fish require approximately four days to depurate off-flavors fully, suggesting that a proportion of these rapidly changing flavor assessments may reflect the stochastic selection of fish from mixed-flavor populations rather than a complete and rapid conversion of the flavor quality of entire populations. Factors that contribute to the occurrence of mixed-flavor-populations have not been identified fully. However, increased proportion of fat in catfish fillet tissues has been reported to be correlated with a greater retention of MIB by fish. In this investigation, fish fat contents ranged from 4.45% to 30.45%, and were positively correlated (P < 0.0001) with MIB concentrations. Additionally, the spatial distributions of algal populations within certain commercial catfish ponds were not uniform, and the sensory analysis of the flavor intensity of MIB and geosmin in catfish was more variable than the assessment of the intensity of chickeny and nutty flavors. Probability analysis indicated that in certain mixed-flavor populations there was a 10 to 25% probability of a shipment of fish being rejected due to the random collection of only on-flavor fish prior to harvest followed by the post harvest capture of at least one off-flavor fish. In addition, a chance of no off-flavor fish being sampled from a population containing a proportion of unacceptable fish was indicated. At current sample sizes, replacing sensory analysis with instrumental analysis would not completely avoid problems associated with sampling mixed-flavor-populations. Until effective means to reduce/avoid off-flavor metabolite accumulations in fish are widely available, careful attention to proper sensory evaluation protocols, an enhanced attention to pond conditions that affect flavor quality, the production of leaner more uniform populations of fish, and optimizations of sampling strategies offer the most practical near-term augmentations of current practice.  相似文献

Abstract.— A time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TR-FIA) marketed for measuring cortisol in human sera was evaluated and validated for use in the quantification of plasma cortisol concentrations of channel catfish Ictalurus punctatus . Time-resolved fluoroim-munoassays provide non-isotopic alternatives to the use of radioimmunoassays (RIA). The evaluated TR-FIA satisfied strict criteria of precision (intra-assay coefficients of variation (CV) < 7%) and reproducibility (inter-assay CV ≤ 9%). Accuracy of the TR-FIA, calculated as the percent of exogenous cortisol recovered from spiked catfish plasma, averaged 99.5%. Assay sensitivity (minimum detection limit) in catfish plasma was 1.2 ng/mL, and the displacement curve for serially diluted channel catfish plasma paralleled the cortisol standard curve. Plasma cortisol concentrations of channel catfish in the presence and absence of a confinement stressor were used to characterize the im-munoreactive cortisol measurable by TR-FIA, and compared favorably to RIA values for the same samples ( r 2 = 0.95, P < 0.001).  相似文献

The Pacific herring Clupea pallasi population in Prince William Sound (PWS), Alaska, is both a valuable commercial resource and an important forage species for marine fish and wildlife. Historically, the herring were managed by a combination of age-structured models and egg deposition estimates. When these methods predicted a large return for spring 1993 that failed to materialize, we began surveying with echointegration–purse seine methods. After a decade of acoustic surveys, we show the new approach yields highly precise biomass estimates, which are consistent with historical measures of the miles of beach spawning. When compared, we show the traditional methods overestimated stock biomass, which resulted in harvest rates approaching 40%. In contrast, the acoustic methods are most likely to underestimate biomass. Since the acoustic estimates can be quickly obtained, we recommend their use to set harvest quotas for the fishery in the spring just prior to harvest. The shift from the traditional preseason to inseason management practices for herring in PWS is consistent with the Precautionary Principle by the fact that protection of the spawning population does not rely on the ability of science to predict how the population is changing. Furthermore, synoptic infrared measurements on our night-time acoustic surveys revealed herring to be the most important winter forage to marine birds and wildlife in PWS, including the endangered Steller sea lion Eumetopias jubatus. Given the importance of forage to marine birds and wildlife in the North Pacific during the extended winter conditions (October–March), the implementation of inseason management for herring using echointegration–purse seine techniques may be the most effective method to restore depressed populations of marine birds and mammals in the North Pacific.  相似文献

Abstract.— Channel catfish Ictalurus punctatus fry are typically held under hatchery conditions for 7 to 14 d after hatching to allow feeding and growth before they are stocked into nursery ponds to produce fingerling catfish. In an attempt to reduce hatchery operating costs, several catfish fingerling producers in Louisiana presently stock fry within 2 d after hatching before yolk absorption is complete. Fry at this stage of development are commonly referred to as "sac-fry." Although research has shown that fry can be stocked at the onset of yolk absorption with no detrimental effects on subsequent fingerling production, stocking sac-fry has been reported to result in reduced fingerling survival. To further investigate this topic, production trials were conducted in experimental outdoor pools over the course of two growing seasons to evaluate the effect of stocking fry of three different ages (2-, 7-, and 14-d post-hatch, DPH) on survival, growth (weight and length), condition factor (K), yield, feed consumption, and feed conversion ratio (FCR) of fingerling catfish. Results from both trials indicated that the age at which fry were stocked had no effect on production characteristics with the exception of growth. Specifically, fingerlings reared from fry stocked at 2 and 7 DPH were significantly larger than fingerlings reared from fry stocked at an age of 14 DPH. These findings suggest that the practice of stocking sac-fry may be a suitable alternative to the traditional procedure of holding and feeding fry under hatchery conditions prior to stocking. However, in order to fully evaluate the effects of early-age stocking of catfish fry on fingerling production, additional studies must be conducted under pond conditions. Furthermore, these studies must be coupled with a rigorous economic analysis before the practice of stocking sac-fry can be recommended to the catfish industry.  相似文献

The storage quality of channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus), following long term frozen storage, fed diets containing 5 and 10 times the normal level of vitamin E for 45 or 60 days prior to harvest, was evaluated. There were no unusual effects of treatment on fish weight, survival or feed conversion ratios. Muscle vitamin E content was higher (P < 0.05) from fed diets containing supplemental vitamin E than in the control. Oxidation as measured by TBARS and sensory analysis values did not differ (P > 0.05) in response to vitamin E supplementation. Lipid oxidation increased as storage time increased. Lack of change in phospholipid and neutral lipid fractions during storage indicated that autoxidations was the major cause of oxidation in catfish. Vitamin E levels up to 10 times the normal amount did not improve the overall quality of catfish fillets.  相似文献

Phosphorus budgets were prepared for channel catfish Ictalurus punctatus ponds at Auburn, Alabama, that received one of five diets ranging from 0.60 to 1.03% phosphorus. Fish production did not differ ( P > 0.05) among diets. There were few differences among treatments with respect to soluble reactive phosphorus, total phosphorus, and chlorophyll a concentrations or gross primary productivity. Phosphorus loss in effluents when ponds were drained for harvest did not differ among treatments ( P > 0.05). Phosphorus removed from ponds in fish at harvest and the amounts of phosphorus adsorbed by bottom soils increased as dietary phosphorus concentration increased (P < 0.05). Low-phosphorus diets did not decrease phytoplankton productivity or improve effluent quality. Uptake of phosphorus by bottom soils is a major factor controlling phosphorus concentrations in pond water. Low-phosphorus diets can be beneficial in catfish pond management by reducing the phosphorus load to bottom soils and conserving their ability to adsorb phosphorus.  相似文献

The recreational catfish harvest was classified in 349 reservoirs larger than 200 ha distributed over 40 states of the contiguous USA. Harvesting occurred in 282 reservoirs, averaged 2.8 kg ha−1 year−1 and represented 15.6% of the total fish yield. The genus Ictalurus contributed most to catfish fisheries (mean = 2.0 kg ha−1), followed by Ameiurus (1.1 kg ha−1) and Pylodictis (0.4 kg ha−1). Five distinct clusters of reservoirs were identified, differing relative to geographical distribution, catfish harvests, angler favouritism towards catfish and physicochemical characteristics. Reservoir clusters across the northern USA had low harvests and essentially featured reservoirs in the upper periphery of the native range of catfish. Harvesting in reservoirs in the south-west of the country, where catfish have been introduced, was higher than in the north, yet yield remained low. Within their native range, three overlapping clusters included one with medium and another with high harvests, both types dominated by Ictalurus, and a cluster with very high harvest dominated by Ameiurus . Variability in harvests was attributed to zoogeography, reservoir physicochemical characteristics and fishing effort. Management of catfish fisheries of the three less-productive clusters may focus on enhancement through habitat manipulation and stocking; the two more productive clusters offer the greatest flexibility for management through regulation of harvest.  相似文献

Restaurant patrons, particularly in upscale locations, increasingly prefer entrées developed from portions cut from fillets larger than those currently sold by the US catfish, Ictalurus punctatus, industry. A production study evaluated the feasibility of producing the necessary size (1.6 kg) of catfish. Twelve 0.1‐ha earthen ponds were stocked with 0.363‐kg channel catfish at 2500 (low); 5000 (medium); or 7500 (high) fish/ha, with four replicates. Mean individual weight at harvest exceeded the mean target weight (1.6 kg) at the two lower densities, and the minimum target weight (1.36 kg) at the highest density. Percentages of fish (by weight) that did not meet the minimum weight required were: 1, 5, and 18%, in the low, medium, and high density treatments, respectively. Yields were significantly greater at higher densities (P < 0.05). Costs of production at the two higher densities were 4 to 7% higher than in the traditional multiple‐batch system, but increased to 51% at the lowest density. Results demonstrated the biological feasibility of producing channel catfish of a mean weight of 1.6 kg. Economic feasibility depends on (1) the price premium paid and (2) development of a market for fish sizes between current acceptable maximum sizes accepted and 1.36 kg.  相似文献

Channel catfish virus (CCV) disease is an acute haemorrhagic disease in juvenile channel catfish ( Ictalurus punctatus ). To date channel catfish is the only species affected by natural outbreaks of the CCV but juvenile large mouth bass ( Micropterus salmoides ) and silurus ( Silurus meriaionalis ) have suffered high mortalities in recent years in China. Histopathological phenomenon of sick fish is similar to CCV disease, and the identified virus was CCV. In this report, the pathogenicity of infectious CCV was examined by infection trials on the first known host species, the channel catfish and other teleosts. Our results indicated that there were higher detection rates of CCV from large mouth bass and silurus fish. Channel catfish virus did not induce mortality in other cypriniformes, but histopathological studies revealed that carp might be infected by both bathing and intraperitoneal infection. No deaths, clinical or histopathological signs, were found in the six other species exposed by immersion or injection. Experimental infection studies confirm that CCV infect not only channel catfish but also other species (large mouth bass, silutus and carp). The outbreaks of CCV disease only occurred when the cultured temperature was above 25 °C.  相似文献
